Description

Field of the InventionThe invention relates to a foundation system and to a carbonization method of cellulose surfaces and to their use in wood, building, fence and PV modular construction.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONGround anchors are generally used for the permanent installation of piles, poles and the like and for fences or information sign boards and slabs and other structures of any kind. They consist of a receiving part (ground screw, ground anchor) with an external spiral for screwing into the ground and a screwing-in tool. Some floor anchors can be filled with filling material in order to be able to anchor it in the floor better. The prior art includes fastening systems as in DE 199 60 854 A1. An additional holding device is used here for stabilizing the ground anchor. The provided ground anchor is suitable for soils of any kind, i.e. also for oil soils, gravel beds, sand and clay soils. Ground anchors have been used for years as foundation systems that are to be installed quickly. The known ground anchors from Kinner and described in DE 202 20 515 U1 generally consist without exception of metal (hot-dip galvanized metals) or plastic and can also be filled. To insert ground anchors into the ground, machine drilling devices are provided. The selection of the ground anchors must be designed in particular for the ground condition or the ground type.Large forces act on ground anchors during screwing in and the displaced ground presses laterally on the ground anchor. Here, generally receiving part parts are provided with a circular contour, with which rod-shaped or post-shaped objects are received following the foundation system. Here, losses of the support system can occur if the ground anchor deforms or the driving-in device bends. Furthermore, the structures of ground anchors are exposed to external wind influences, moisture and root growth, which influence the stability and in particular the stability of the system. It is therefore expedient to consider new materials which offer greater support and which can be better adapted to the different ground conditions and can be used lastingly. The known metal ground anchors must be removed again when the ground is to be further machined. Furthermore, it would be economically expedient to be able to leave the inserted foundations in the ground, for example in field PV systems. In the future, the microbial soil condition will also be gaining more importance and human intervention must be minimized by means of adapted materials.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe invention provides a foundation system with a ground anchor or a ground anchor, in front of the ground contact region of which is made of solid wood. This is intended to allow the placement of large-area PV modules in the area of the field PV installations or, in the case of PV fence installations, also in natural protection areas. Furthermore, it is planned to design the construction of the foundation system to be changeable, in order in particular to be able to adapt its fields of application more easily. Meanwhile, with a modern CNC technology, pin-like ground anchors or ground anchoring structures can be produced from a solid wood with an outer spiral. During production, it is provided that the cellulose located in the wood is carbonized by heating in order to produce carbon or carbon impregnation. The preferred treatment surfaces of a carbon impregnation are those where the wood is in contact with the soil. The object is achieved according to the invention by a foundation system for wood, building, fence and PV modular construction according to claim 1. Wherein a carbonization method of wood surfaces according to claim 10 may be provided for use. The dependent claims relate to advantageous embodiments of the invention. The object is achieved by a foundation system in wood, building, fence and PV modular construction, comprising a ground anchoring with a driving-in and / or driving-in device or an protruding correspondingly usable part, characterised in that the driving-in and driving-in device or the ground anchoring part consists of renewable material and comprises at least one ground covering and / or supporting surface lying above the ground for tilt stabilisation, in order to dissipate moisture coming from above to the outside via this surface laterally into the ground and thereby shield the ground anchoring introduced in the ground (9) at least from environmental influences. The foundation system preferably consists of a ground anchor or a post with a metal shaft with a turning-in or turning-in device, which can receive a construction wood or a device in the upward direction. Foundation systems which consist of one piece and have a covering surface in which the construction region can be used for screwing in or turning in are thus also conceivable. The driving-in and driving-in device is preferably made of metal and is constructed in two parts, a lower part receiving or fixing the construction materials and an upper part receiving or fixing them.It is provided that the ground anchors or the anchors are preferably produced from a readily processable and renewable solid material. The use of permanently usable materials will become of importance in the future. As the workable material, the ground anchors may be made of wood, bamboo, a compensid material (wood with plastic or concrete) with or without metal waves, with a stable core. Such ground anchors do not have to be filled subsequently. It is important here that the ground anchoring structure has an external spiral structure, notch or formations or has a metal shaft. The invention is distinguished in particular in that the driving-in device has a bottom covering or supporting surface which is enlarged at least by a factor of 1.8 with respect to the core diameter of the ground anchor and which can preferably assume a different arrangement height so that not only is the moisture laterally dissipated from ground anchor made of solid wood, but the tilting stability of the ground anchor is also significantly improved. The removal of moisture is of importance in particular in ground anchors which are used in fence construction. It has been shown in field tests that in particular a large amount of moisture and precipitation on the fence pile moves towards the ground. In this case, in particular an upwardly protruding structure (e.g. fence piles) catches moisture and precipitation and deflects these downwardly to the ground anchoring. Because the floor is loosened or filled in the upper region of the anchoring, a large amount of moisture penetrates into the floor. This in turn causes the wood to swell and is thereby more strongly attacked by germs and fungi. In order to prevent this, covering surfaces are useful which reduce these negative influences on the ground anchoring. In one embodiment of the invention, floor covering surfaces are used which are slightly inclined or formed as cones. These floor coverings can very effectively drain the moisture to the outside and it is thus possible to protect e.g. electronic parts or lines against environmental influences in a reliable manner. It is also provided that the ground anchoring part is a ground anchor which has an adjustable turning-in and turning-in device in the upper region, in order to preferably receive or retain construction woods therewith and the head part of the ground anchor is received in the lower region. If the ground anchor has already been screwed in and a correction of the alignment must subsequently be carried out, this is easily possible, for example, by the screw connection provided in the head region of the ground anchor. This special feature is important in the field of field PV installation placement, since the field surfaces are arranged as uniformly as possible. It is self-evident that instead of wood constructions, further metal constructions can also be connected to the soil anchor made of wood in conjunction with the driving-in or driving-in device or as an independent device.Preferably, a foundation device is provided in which the driving-in device is designed such that construction wood can be used here in order to be able to drive in the ground anchor therewith. The driving-in device can have a height-changing floor covering surface and / or support device. Depending on the nature of the ground and the possibility of using the ground anchors with respect to one another for height compensation, the driving-in device can be oriented either further upwards or downwards after the driving-in and can be fixed to the ground anchor. Preferably, edgewood as a supporting frame is connected to the ground anchor via the turning-in device in an upwardly changeable manner. The bottom covering surface can also be multi-part and not completely closed. Laterally and protruding surfaces which are bent up like a channel are suitable here in order to be able to conduct larger amounts of water outwards. It can further be provided that the bottom covering surface has a sealing opening for bottom cables. The cables of the PV module can be introduced into the ground via this. This embodiment of a covering surface supports the transfer of energy from PV modules of PV field surfaces. Alternatively, the cables can be arranged outside or inside construction timbers in order to be able to shield them against weather-related environmental influences.Constructions are conceivable in which current conductors are incorporated into construction wood, for example, and are protected from weather effects towards the outside. These constructions are advantageous in fence piles. The poles can in this case contain integrated conductors which are accessible from the outside in order not only to be able to accommodate PV modules but rather to pass on the current generated thereby via the integrated conductors. The ladders are thereby guided downward into the ground and here brought together into ground ladder tubes. Upwards, at least at the introduction points, the covering surfaces protect the ground anchor or the ground anchor from excessive moisture. In a technically flexible configuration of the invention, at least the covering surfaces or the covering surface can be arranged in a height-changeable manner from the floor. By tilting the covering surface, in which the latter forms a trough, this moisture can be collected and discharged to the outside, for example via a drain hose. The precipitate discharged to the outside can be used for watering plants. Although this configuration would reach its liquid-receiving capacity quickly in the case of heavy rain, it would nevertheless reduce the liquid load directly around the inserted ground anchor to such an extent that washing out of the ground anchor or the ground anchor is prevented. The invention provides, in a further development, a metal shaft which is mounted on the outside of the solid material and which can be arranged at least on the solid material of a post structure with a tip in a variable manner in order to produce a ground anchor which via the shaft is anchored stably in loose soils or in sandy soils and can be matched to the respective type of soil via the size and position of the shaft. All types of hardwoods such as oak, larch, robin, teak, azobe or balaus are suitable for the production of a ground anchor or a ground anchor from renewable materials. Robinie or teak types of wood have sufficient longevity, even in moist soils, to produce soil anchors therefrom. In contrast, in the case of more unstable types of wood, it is necessary to treat the wood floor anchors at least with suitable impregnating agents. In a further development of the invention, the ground anchor which can also be used independently has an exchangeable construction plane made of metal which can be used for screwing in and for driving in. The preferably angular construction plane receives a square timber and the ground anchor can also be screwed in or driven in. Since the provided ground anchor is made of hard wood and wood cannot be readily screwed in in a hard ground penetrated by stones, a suitable hole is pre-drilled in the ground. To support the anchoring, the bottom anchor has a helical or worm-like shape or should at least have steps. In the case of an external spiral, this also determines the strength of the foundation in that it supports the turning in on the one hand by thin spiral structures and on the other hand the earth is pressed in the turning-in region and is held in the upward direction by the base material which presses on the formations. In order to be able to anchor the ground anchor optimally in the ground, provision is made for external spiral structure surfaces to be formed at right angles to the core diameter and to let they run down at an acute or oblique angle. As a result, the ground is placed on the outer surfaces and additionally fixes the ground anchor by the weight force of the ground material. If the ground anchor has a type of cutting or thin spiral structure (similar to ground drills and cutting surfaces), this may be damaged by stones in the ground. However, this is not disadvantageous, since the ground anchor is additionally keyed into the ground as a result. Tapered outer helical formations, however, are broken down by soil organisms over the years. To prevent this, wood protecting impregnations can be used.Impregnations in which external carbonisation is achieved with fire belong to the prior art. In the case of a ground anchor made of wood, a new carbonization was tested, in which the ground anchor or the ground anchoring region of the foundation system is already subjected to a friction treatment or laser treatment during production with CNC machines. In this case, the uppermost wood layer is heated by friction with the aid of an abrasive and a high rotational speed to such an extent that the cellulose undergoes carbonization, the burnt wood residues being rubbed into the lower wood layers in one working step. As a result, the wood surface is smoothed and the wood pores with the burnt wood residues are added. The burnt wood residues consist for the most part of impure carbon which is incorporated into the remaining wood by means of the friction tool.A further usable carbonization is made possible with laser light. Here, suitable laser light is directed with suitable energy onto the wood surface. In order to produce a uniform carbonization, the ground anchor preferably rotates and the laser is held and guided at a defined distance like a tool. Alternatively, the laser can be spatially guided along the ground anchor, for example, via a robot arm. For support, the ground anchor also rotates here. This carbonizing method is suitable for all products which consist of renewable raw materials or, as the case may be, of cellulose (wood, Bamboo etc.).The success of this type of treatment is already shown by the fact that, for example, a drop of moisture no longer penetrates into the wood surface structure, in particular of hard woods. This type of carbonization is technically complicated, but can take place directly after the production or during the production process. The setting of the laser and its planar focusing and the energy input must be adjusted to the respective type of wood. The cellulose contained in the wood is partly cross-linked and carbonized depending on the temperature. The surface carbonization produced in this way can be carried out in a planar manner, but also in strip form. In particular, only the surfaces exposed to high moisture can be carbonized. For support, brushing the surface after carbonizing may be expedient in order additionally to rub the carbon produced into the wood mechanically.Fields of Use and EmbodimentsThe invention is used as a foundation device, in wood, building, fence and PV modular construction. The aim is to erect structures over a ground quickly and effectively. The preferred fields of application of the foundation system are structures in fieldlands or in building construction. The proposed wood floor anchor should be rotatably anchored in the floor and be suitable for absorbing the required forces. In the field, pure wood foundations are particularly suitable for being able to stand PV modules. The foundation system consists of a single manufactured wood part which has an anchoring at the bottom via an outer spiral or shaft and has a preferably changeable covering surface above the ground and the protruding part can be used for screwing in or turning in.In building construction, they can be partial structures which carry terraces, stairs or heat pumps. The advantage of timber floor anchors is that they can be made very long and large in order to be able to absorb the loads required in the foundation construction.Further fields of application are land and port construction in the area of water. Suitable woods last several 100 years when no oxygen is present. A good example is Venedig, which was constructed on wooden pillars.Suitable long and designed ground anchors can also be used in desert regions. However, ground anchors are suitable here which have a large-surface wave, for example made of metal, at least in the tip region, in order to stabilize the ground anchor in the sand as a result. With this shaft as a pointed structure, the ground anchor can be introduced well into the sand ground. The provided ground anchor, preferably made of wood, is supplemented by a driving-in or driving-in device, on which additional parts and covering surfaces are provided, in order to be able to protect at least the wood lying in the ground better. For this purpose, the following structural features of a foundation structure are conceivable: 1. floor anchoring with an external worm and a driving-in device in order to be able to accommodate square woods. 2. ground anchoring with stepped formations and a driving-in device to enable guidance via wooden driving-in bolts. 3. ground anchoring with an externally situated changeable metal shaft in order to be able to better insert and fix the ground anchor in sandy soils. 4. Foundation system with a driving-in or driving-in device with a holding device, which preferably arrange a covering surface over the ground in a changeable manner. 5. covering surface of a foundation system, which is obliquely designed. 6.Covering surface of a foundation system in which several gutters arranged laterally and above the ground are present. 7. covering surface of a foundation system with an opening, via which current conductors can be introduced into the ground. 8. a foundation system with a stable covering surface which stabilizes the foundation against tilting movements. 9. foundation system with a ground anchor, which has a conductor, for example, in the core, in order to achieve a grounding thereby. 10. ground anchor, in which, for example, the moisture content of wood can be measured via a conductor track in the core.In practical application, the stressed foundation systems with a wood floor anchor are used for the construction of PV field surfaces. Furthermore, the vertical mounting of PV modules can also be used as fence installation in the field of agricultural use. Fence systems with PV modules can also be used in building construction, wherein the PV fence can perform a surface boundary and a protection function.A further variant of the foundation system is that the covering surface of the driving-in or driving-in device has so-called frames downwards in order to be able to additionally anchor the covering surface in the ground.Suitable ground anchors can be either impregnated or carbonized at least on the outer surfaces. The preferred carbonization is effected with the aid of laser light, since this can be produced qualitatively and uniformly. In this case, the ground anchor or the ground anchoring system produced with a CNC lathe is preferably left on the machine and a laser optical unit is guided over the wood surface in a machine holder. The focal lengths and distance widths required here are adapted to the carbonizing surface of a type of wood to be produced. Alternatively, brushes can be used for better structuring and distribution of the wood carbon produced by combustion of the uppermost wood layers.Further advantageous applications and embodiments of the invention are reproduced in the lower exemplary embodiments, which in turn are the subject matter of the invention, insofar as these have not already been mentioned or described in the above text.Exemplary EmbodimentsThe invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments in conjunction with the drawing. FIG. 1 shows a foundation system with a driving-in device and a floor covering surface. FIG. 2 shows a foundation system with a construction as a holding or supporting device of PV modules. FIG. 3 shows a floor covering surface with an opening and a frame structure. Figure 4 shows a conical bottom cover. FIG. 5 shows a bottom cover with lateral gutters. FIG. 6 shows a bottom cover with a drain hose. FIG. 7 shows carbonization of wood by means of friction means. FIG. 8 shows carbonization of wood with laser light.FIG. 1 shows a foundation system with a driving-in device and a floor covering surface. In the illustration 10, a foundation system is shown, wherein the ground anchoring part consists of a solid material 1. The ground anchor has been manufactured in such a way that it has a revolving spiral structure or formations 2. The formations 2 embodied here have a thin cutting structure. The upper surface of the spiral structure is at a 90° angle to the core diameter and is designed to taper downwards. These thin formations can break off during screwing in, which, however, does not have a significant effect on the foundation strength. A pointed ground anchor tip 3 is advantageous and a stable driving-in device 4 is advantageous at the top; this device receives the ground anchor head in the lower region 5 and has a mounting 8 at the top, for example for construction wood or alternatively for aluminum profiles. Here, only a pile construction or a round-manufactured solid material with a tip which has a metal shaft on the outside is also conceivable. The metal shaft provided here has, for example, only 1-3 turns and can be arranged (preferably screwed) differently in the shaft region. The openings present in the screwing-in and driving-in device 4 make possible a screwing together of the parts introduced.Via the driving-in device 4, the ground anchor is anchored in the ground by means of a vertical force and a rotational movement. In order to achieve this reliably, a pre-drilling should take place. The earth borehole should be smaller than the core diameter of the ground anchor. In the case of ground anchors with only outer notches or formations, the driving-in device 4 made of stainless steel, for example, can also be used as a driving-in device. In order to protect the ground anchor thus anchored in the ground 9 from environmental influences, a ground covering surface 6 was preferably connected to the driving-in device 4. The arrows a show how moisture, in particular precipitation, is discharged to the outside via the floor covering surface into the floor 9. The precipitate in the form of rain penetrates into the ground and is distributed around the ground anchor. Because the water does not run down directly on the ground anchor, it does become moist, but the moisture cannot concentrate around the ground anchor here. This is advantageous when the soil is not continuously moistened. Changing moisture attacks the wood and increases its decomposition by microorganisms and fungi. In order to reduce the decomposition of wood, the wood can be carbonized 23 at least at the thin points of the wood anchor (spiral structure 2).FIG. 2 shows a foundation system with a construction as a holding or supporting device of PV modules. The illustration A shows a foundation system 20 (corresponding in the structure of FIG. 1 ) with a ground anchor 1 introduced in the ground 9 and a driving-in device 4 which holds or accommodates a fence pile 26. Fence post 26 has a groove 27 for receiving PV modules. Alternatively, only holding angles can also be fixed here. In order that the PV module does not lie on the insertion device 4 in the downward direction, a pin 29 is introduced here. In order to be able to safely dissipate the generated current, the fence post has integrated conductors 32 and installed sockets 31 (shown with the characters + / - / ground). Via these connections 31, the generated current can be conducted downward into the ground 9. The exit area of the conductors 32 is protected from moisture towards the top by a bottom cover surface 6. Furthermore, the conductors are additionally protected in a protective tube 33. In order to be able to introduce the conductors into the wood pile economically, an outer cladding in the form of a cover plate 28 was connected to the fence pile 26. Webs were milled in this outer cladding and the conductors 32 were introduced. In the illustration B, a cover plate 28 with the inserted conductors 32 and the connections 31 is shown.FIG. 3 shows a floor covering surface with an opening and a frame structure. A top view A. shows a covering surface 6 with a circumferential bevel 7. Depending on the type of use and size, this covering surface can also have open regions which do not cover a base region. The covering surface 6 is firmly connected here to a turning-in device 4 and has a conductor aperture 13, for example with a seal, in order to insert this current conductor into the base region. In B. a bevel 7 is shown which has downwardly facing frames or tips 11. By means of these, the covering surface 6 can additionally contribute to the stabilization of the mounting of the foundation device 10, 20.FIG. 4 shows a conical bottom cover. In this bottom cover, a pyramidal cover 6 is used in order to be able to quickly and effectively discharge the precipitation coming from above. In the construction proposed here, a fixing part 14 is proposed in order to be able to fasten the cover 6 over the floor at different heights.FIG. 5 shows a floor covering with lateral gutters. This bottom cover 6 consists here of four laterally protruding run-off surfaces 15 which have lateral bent-over portions 16 in order to be able to discharge larger quantities of precipitation. The bottom covering surface 15 used here is multi-part and has lateral opening regions. In order to be able to conduct further precipitation, the device has peripheral grooves 17, which allow the precipitation, which is conducted downward along the construction, to also be conducted away via the discharge surfaces 15. The gutters 15 shown here can be made long and thus also stabilize the changes in construction or construction fastened to the foundation system, for example for PV modules. It is conceivable that at least the floor anchor receptacle 8 has laterally and preferably obliquely standing holders 34 for supports in order to stabilize the mounting of PV modules and, by way of this, the number of floor anchors required can be reduced.FIG. 6 shows a bottom cover with a drain hose. In this designed and closed covering surface 6, a frame 16 with a drain line 18 is provided. In this case, a seal 19 of the covering surface ensures that precipitation can be carried away far away from the foundation system.FIG. 7 shows a carbonizing of wood by means of friction agents. The friction agent 22 used here generates so much heat on the wood surface that the cellulose is thermally carbonized and a carbon layer 23 is thus produced. The sufficient friction (arrow a) is generated by a fast running motor shaft 21, preferably the friction device is guided along a wood surface (represented by an arrow b).FIG. 8 shows carbonization of wood with laser light. As an alternative to the described method, as shown in FIG. 7, modern lasers are used in this carbonization method. The laser optics 24 are supplied with energy-suitable laser light via a light guide 25 and in this case guided like a CNC tool in a CNC machine over a wood surface in order to achieve as uniform a carbonization of the wood surface as possible. Preferably, the wood part 1 to be treated is rotated. The advantage of the method is the controllable adjustment possibility in order to achieve a sufficient carbonized wood surface which can be in spite of the environmental influences. Furthermore, the method used here can be integrated well in the course of the production process of a ground anchor in CNC-controlled turning or milling machines.List of reference characters1 Core or solid material of a ground anchor or of a ground anchor 2 external helix, helix, shaft, Spiral structure or formations 3 Ground anchor tip 4 Screwing-in and / or driving-in device 5 Ground anchor receptacle 6 Ground covering surface or supporting surface of a ground anchor 7 Folding of a ground cover 8 Holder or fixing part of a screwing-in and / or driving-in device 9 Ground or ground 10 Foundation system with a ground cover 11 Frames or tips of a ground cover 12 Opening of a screwing-in or driving-in device 13 Conductor passage, for example for power cable 14 Holding part for a ground cover with hole structure for screws 15 Lateral drainage channel or holding surface 16 Folding of the drainage surface or framing 17 Circumferential drainage channel for liquid 18 Drainage line for liquid 19 Sealing of a covering surface 20 Foundation system with current conductor 21 Motor shaft or tool pin for a current conductor 22 grinding or abrading means 23 carbonized surface or carbon layer 24 laser optics 25 light guide 26 fence post or stand 27 holding groove for PV modules 28 outer cladding or cover plate or veneer 29 pin or holding hole for pins 31 plug adapters or connection sockets for a current conductor 32 current conductor 33 protective tube for current conductors or conductor tubes 34 lateral, preferably oblique, holders for receiving supportsReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
