Description

The invention relates to a method for automatically mounting a printing cylinder of a printing unit having a longitudinal axis by means of a second bearing in a second holder, wherein, in order to make the printing cylinder accessible, the second holder is adjusted by an axial stroke a in the extension of the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder in order to expose a second bearing point or the second bearing and is adjusted perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder by an adjustment path y, wherein the printing cylinder is held in a first holder. The invention further relates to a method for automatically mounting a printing cylinder of a printing unit having a longitudinal axis by means of a second bearing mounted in a second holder, wherein, in order to make the printing cylinder accessible, the printing cylinder is adjusted by an axial stroke a in the extension of the longitudinal axis for separating the printing cylinder from the second holder, and wherein the second holder is adjusted by an adjustment path y perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder, wherein the printing cylinder is held by means of a first holder. The invention further relates to a printing unit comprising a first holder with at least one first bearing for receiving a first bearing point of a printing cylinder having a longitudinal axis and a second holder with at least one second bearing for receiving a second bearing point of the printing cylinder, wherein, in order to make the printing cylinder accessible, the printing unit is configured such that the second holder is first movable by an axial stroke a in the extension of the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder in order to release the second bearing point or the second bearing and is then adjustable perpendicular to the longitudinal axis by an adjustment path y, wherein the printing cylinder is mounted in the first holder. From the prior art, printing units are known in which a change of the functional surface and / or the circumference of at least one printing cylinder is possible, for example, by means of printing forme wires, pulleys for changing the transfer cylinder or else pulleys of different thickness for changing the cylinder circumference and thus the printing length.Printing cylinders are understood to mean all cylinders which are used in the printing methods known from the prior art. A printing cylinder can thus be designed, for example, as a printing forme cylinder, which is also referred to as a plate cylinder in offset printing, as a transfer cylinder, which is also referred to as a blanket in offset printing because of its relationship with a printing blanket referred to as a blanket, or as an impression cylinder. If such sleeve-shaped sleeve-like sleeve has to be exchanged, this is only possible due to the sleeve being closed as seen in the circumferential direction, by the sleeve being slid laterally onto the corresponding printing cylinder. For example, EP 2 388 141 A2 discloses a variable-format printing unit in which a plurality of printing cylinders are arranged so as to be spatially variable in order to be able to exchange or change the corresponding printing cylinders.DE 199 37 796 A1 discloses a printing unit concept in which the printing cylinders are mounted so as to be displaceable relative to one another in linear guides, so that the distance between the cylinders can be displaced in the event of a change in the cylinder diameter. In the printing units known from the prior art, a printing cylinder is mounted on both sides, that is to say on both sides of the functional surface. In such a mounting on both sides, which is required in particular for medium and larger web widths to achieve the print quality, a printing cylinder comprises a first bearing point on the cylinder on its first side, on which a first bearing, usually a rolling bearing, is arranged, wherein the first bearing is arranged in a first holder. The first holder can be, for example, the side wall, provided that the printing cylinder is not to be changed or is to be changed only slightly in its spatial position, whereas in the case of spatially adjustable printing cylinders the first holder is arranged so as to be spatially adjustable with respect to the side wall. Such a pressure cylinder further comprises on its second side a second bearing point on which a second bearing, which is usually likewise configured as a rolling bearing, is mounted. This second bearing is mounted in a second holder. In order to be able to exchange the elevator or a closed sleeve on the impression cylinder, the second holder must be removed in front of the impression cylinder, as viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the impression cylinder. For this purpose, for example, the second holder is pulled by the second bearing in the longitudinal direction of the printing cylinder, or else the second holder is pulled by the second bearing of the printing cylinder together with the second bearing and is then moved in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder, with the result that the printing cylinder is accessible in the direction of its longitudinal axis, with the result that the printing cylinder can be converted. While the first holder is set down by the printing cylinder, the printing cylinder is held exclusively in the second holder. It is also possible that in addition to the first mounting, an additional support is provided on a pin of the pressure cylinder. After the conversion process, such as, for example, the change of a sleeve located on the printing cylinder, the printing cylinder is to be mounted again in the second holder, wherein, for this purpose, the second holder, optionally with the second bearing installed therein, is moved into the original position, so that the second holder is then either pushed onto the second bearing of the printing cylinder in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder, or that the second bearing mounted in the second holder together with the second holder is pushed onto the second bearing of the printing cylinder in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder. However, in particular in the case of very long pressure cylinders and / or very slender pressure cylinders, the problem arises here that, owing to the unavoidable bending of the pressure cylinder and / or the bearing play in the first bearing required for function and service life, the position of the second bearing point after removal of the second holder deviates slightly from its original position in the case of mounting on both sides, which can lead to problems when the second holder is pushed onto the second bearing or when the second bearing mounted in the second holder is pushed onto the second bearing point, such as jamming or the risk of damage to the running surfaces of the second bearing. It is therefore the object of the present invention to find a solution for gently sliding the second mount onto the second bearing or the second bearing mounted in the second mount onto the second bearing location and to avoid tilting and damage to the second bearing or the bearing seats and running surfaces. The present object is achieved by a method according to claim 1 or 7 and by an apparatus according to claim 13.The object is achieved by a method in which, in order to resume the printing cylinder by the second holder, in a first method step, the second holder is adjusted by a first partial adjustment path y 1 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder, wherein the first partial adjustment path y 1 deviates from the original adjustment path y, wherein, in a second method step, the second holder is adjusted by a first partial axial stroke a 1 in the extension of the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder, such that the second holder partially engages the second bearing or that the second bearing located in the second holder partially engages the second bearing point of the printing cylinder, wherein, in a third method step, the second holder is adjusted by a second partial adjustment path y 2 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder, wherein, in a fourth method step, the second holder is adjusted by a second partial axial stroke a 2 in the extension of the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder, so that the second holder completely accommodates the second bearing or that the second bearing located in the second holder completely accommodates the second bearing point of the printing cylinder. For printing units in which the second holder is not moved in the longitudinal direction for exposing the printing cylinder, but in which the movement in the direction of the longitudinal axis is carried out by the printing cylinder, the object is achieved by a method in which, for receiving the printing cylinder by the second holder, in a first method step, the second holder is adjusted by a first partial adjustment path y 1 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder, wherein the first partial adjustment path y 1 deviates from the adjustment path y, wherein, in a second method step, the printing cylinder is adjusted by a first partial axial stroke a 1 in the extension of the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder, such that the second holder partially engages the second bearing or that the second bearing partially engages a second bearing point of the printing cylinder, wherein, in a third method step, the second holder is adjusted by a second partial adjustment path y 2 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder, wherein, in a fourth method step, the printing cylinder is adjusted by a second partial axial stroke a 2 in the extension of the longitudinal axis, so that the second holder completely engages the second bearing or that the second bearing completely receives the second bearing point of the printing cylinder.According to one embodiment of the invention, the second holder is adjusted in the extension of the longitudinal axis of the pressure cylinder by means of an electric drive or by means of a pneumatic drive. Such a configuration has the advantage that a stepwise adjustment can be realized in a simple manner and that the force during the joining together of the bearing can be limited in a simple manner.According to a further embodiment of the invention, the second holder is adjusted in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the printing cylinder either by a pivoting movement and / or by a linear movement. Such an adjustment has the advantage of a large adjustment path, so that this solution can also be used for marked changes in the diameter.According to a further embodiment of the invention, the first partial axial stroke a 1 and / or the second partial axial stroke a 2 is detected by means of a sensor system and stopped if necessary. Such a configuration has the advantage that the pushing-on force is monitored in each method step, so that excessively high pushing-on forces, at which damage to a component would be possible, can be avoided.Preferred developments of the invention are evident from the dependent claims and the following description. Various exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the drawings, without being limited thereto. The following shows: FIG. 1 shows a basic structure of an exemplary printing unit FIG. 2 shows a basic construction of a printing cylinder together with mounting on both sides FIG. 3 shows a printing cylinder with the second holder switched off FIG. 4 shows a printing cylinder after the second method step FIG. 5 shows a printing cylinder after restored mounting on both sides FIG. 6 shows a printing cylinder with adjustment of the second holder by means of a multi-position cylinderFIG. 1 shows the basic structure of an exemplary printing unit 1. this comprises a plurality of printing cylinders 2 arranged essentially one above the other, the printing material web 9 running between two printing cylinders 2. In the case of the configuration of the printing unit 1 as an offset printing unit for the one-sided printing of the substrate web 9, the upper printing cylinder 2, which is in contact with the application rollers 8 arranged above, is configured as a plate cylinder, whereas the middle printing cylinder 2 is configured as a transfer cylinder, which is also referred to as a blanket cylinder. The lowermost printing cylinder 2 shown is designed as an impression cylinder in an offset printing unit. However, since the present invention can be applied to all corresponding printing cylinders 2 independently of the configuration of the printing cylinders 2, only the term printing cylinder 2 is used below for all such cylinders which are also used in modified form in printing units for other printing methods. If the section length is to be changed in so-called format-variable printing units 1, the diameters and thus the peripheries of the corresponding printing cylinders 2 are exchanged for this purpose. In relation to the example shown in FIG. 1, the diameters of the upper pressure cylinder 2 and of the middle pressure cylinder 2 would be changed for this purpose by exchanging the sliders 6 mounted thereon for the corresponding pressure cylinders 2. Due to the closed outer surface of such sliders 6, these sliders 6 can be pulled off from a corresponding printing cylinder 2 only at the end face. Due to the variable diameters of such printing cylinders 2, either these printing cylinders 2, which can be varied in diameter, and / or the adjacent printing cylinders 2 are mounted so as to be correspondingly adjustable. This can be done, for example, by adjustably mounting the relevant printing cylinder or cylinders 2 in or on levers 5.In the example shown in FIG. 1, the central pressure cylinder 2 is mounted on the upper pivotably mounted lever 5 and is also adjusted during the pivoting movement of the lever 5 symbolizing with a curved arrow. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the lower pressure cylinder 2 is mounted in the lower lever 5 so as to be linearly movable and can thus be changed in its position. The upper printing cylinder 2, which is designed as a forme cylinder, can be mounted, for example, on at least one side in the side wall, which is not shown in FIG. 1, provided that this printing cylinder 2 does not have to be changed in its position spatially or only slightly.FIG. 2 shows the top view of an exemplary mounting of any printing cylinder 2 on which a sleeve 6 is mounted. The cylinder 2 is mounted rotatably about its longitudinal axis 3, for which purpose the pressure cylinder 2 comprises a first bearing point 12 on which a first bearing 11 is arranged, wherein the first bearing 11 is held in a first holder 10. This first holder 10 can either be the side wall of the printing unit 1, provided that the printing cylinder 2 is not adjustable or is only slightly adjustable. However, the first holder 10 can also be a receptacle for the first bearing 11 mounted movably on the side wall or, for example, on a lever 5 or on a rocker.Furthermore, the printing cylinder 2 comprises, on the side opposite the first bearing point 12, a second bearing point 22, on which a second bearing 21 is arranged, wherein the second bearing 21 is arranged in a second holder 20. In the example shown in FIG. 2, this second holder 20 is arranged on a lever 5, since the second holder 20 and / or the second bearing 21 must be removed for changing the slide 6 independently of the spatial adjustability of the printing cylinder 2.FIG. 3 shows the printing cylinder 2 in an arrangement in which the sleeve 6 can be exchanged. In this case, the second holder 20 together with the second bearing 21 is completely removed from the second bearing point 22, so that the sleeve 6 can be pulled off.In the example shown in FIG. 2, for this purpose the second holder 20 together with the second bearing 21 is first removed from the second bearing point 22 by an axial stroke a, wherein the axial stroke a runs in the direction of the longitudinal axis 3 of the pressure cylinder 2. After the second bearing 21 together with the second holder 20 has been removed from the second bearing point 22 in the direction of the longitudinal axis 3, the second holder 20 together with the second bearing 21 mounted therein is adjusted by the adjustment distance y perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2. The adjustment path y is dimensioned such that the second holder 20 is removed from the printing cylinder 2 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2 such that the printing cylinder 2 is fully accessible from its end face, so that the sleeve 6 can be replaced. The adjustment path y can be executed by means of a pivot movement or by means of a linear movement or by means of any other desired movement. In the example illustrated in FIG. 3, the second bearing 21 together with the second holder 20 is pulled off from the first bearing point 12, since in this example the second bearing 21 is held in the second holder 20 in the direction of the longitudinal axis 3.Although not shown in the drawings in FIGS. 3 and 4, it is also possible that, for making the printing cylinder 2 accessible by moving the second holder 20 away spatially, only the second holder 20 is first adjusted by the axial stroke a in the direction of the longitudinal axis 3 in order to release the second bearing 21, and that then only the second holder 20 is adjusted by the adjustment distance y perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, so that the second bearing 21 remains on the second bearing point 22.Although not shown in the drawings in FIGS. 3 and 4, it is also possible that, for making the printing cylinder 2 accessible by moving the second holder 20 away spatially, both the second holder 20 and a part of the second bearing 21, such as, for example, the outer bearing ring of the second bearing 21 or the outer bearing ring and the rolling body of the second bearing 21, are removed from the printing cylinder 2, so that only parts of the second bearing 21 remain on the second bearing point 22. However, this case is set equal to the variant in which the second bearing 21 with the second holder 20 is removed from the pressure cylinder 2, since in this case the inner ring of the second bearing 21 remaining on the pressure cylinder 2 can be set equal to a second bearing point 22.However, these embodiments are not essential to the present invention, especially as such decisions depend purely on the inner diameter of the sleeve 6, on the size of the second bearing 21, on the suitability of the second bearing 21 for splitting and / or on the requirements of the second bearing 21 with respect to the required fits of the inner ring and of the outer ring. While the second holder 20 or the second holder 20 together with the second bearing 21 or together with parts of the second bearing 21 is set down from the printing cylinder 2, the printing cylinder 2 is held exclusively by the first bearing 11, which is furthermore mounted in the first holder 10. In addition to the exclusive mounting of the pressure cylinder 2 in the first bearing 11, it is also possible for additional holders, not shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, or additional supports to be used for the cylinder pin arranged outside the first bearing 11.This one-sided mounting of the printing cylinder 2 by the first bearing 11 and / or the unavoidable bending, in particular of printing cylinders 2 for a large web width or of very slender printing cylinders 2 in the case of one-sided mounting, leads to the second mounting point 22 of the printing cylinder 2 assuming a different position in the absence of a second mounting 20 than in the case of a mounting of the printing cylinder 2 on both sides.Since, in order to explain the next steps during the restoration of the bearing of the printing cylinder 2 by the second holder 20, a reference mark for the one for restoring the bearing on both sides is useful in order to explain the procedure, for the shut-off position of the second holder 20, which is achieved by adjusting the second holder 20 by the axial stroke a and the adjustment travel y with respect to the position taken during the bearing on both sides of the printing cylinder 2, a dwell position 7 was inserted in FIG. 3, which was chosen in FIG. 3 such that this dwell position is the intersection point of the left side of the second bearing 21 with the central axis of the second bearing 21 and thus with the central axis of the bearing bore of the second holder 20. This dwell position 7 is to be regarded as the center of a coordinate system from which the subsequent adjustment paths are determined in the extension of the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2 and perpendicular thereto.FIG. 4 shows the state after the exemplary exchange of the sleeve 6, when consequently the printing cylinder 2 is again received by the second holder 20. For this purpose, in a first method step, the second holder 20 is adjusted by a first partial adjustment path y 1 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, which can be achieved by linear adjustment or by pivoting of the second holder 20. Since, owing to the above-described change in position of the second bearing point 22 as a result of the mounting on one side and / or the bending, the second bearing point 22 is lower by the change in position Δs than in the case of mounting on both sides, the first partial adjustment path y 1 deviates from the original adjustment path y, the first partial adjustment path y 1 preferably deviates from the original adjustment path y by the change in position Δs.In the event that the second holder 20 has been pivoted downward in the direction of gravity and the dwell position 7 is thus below the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, the first partial displacement path y 1 is smaller than the original displacement path y, the first partial displacement path y 1 is preferably smaller than the original displacement path y by the position change Δs. In the event that the second holder 20 has been pivoted upward in the direction opposite to the direction of gravity and the dwell position 7 is thus above the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, the first partial displacement path y 1 is larger than the original displacement path y, the first partial displacement path y 1 preferably deviates from the original displacement path y by the length change Δs.To restore the mounting of the printing cylinder 2 on both sides, in a second method step, the second holder 20 is adjusted by a first partial axial stroke a 1 in the direction of the first holder 10 in the extension of the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, wherein the first partial axial stroke a 1 is smaller than the axial stroke a. This ensures that the second holder 20 partially engages the second bearing 21, or that the second bearing 21 located in the second holder 20 partially engages the second bearing point 22 of the printing cylinder 2, and thus there is already contact between the second holder 20 and the second bearing 21 and / or between the second bearing 21 and the second bearing point 22.In a third method step, the second holder 20 is adjusted by a second partial adjustment distance y 2 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2. Preferably, the second partial displacement path y 2 is equal to the position change Δs. As a result, the second bearing point 22 and thus the printing cylinder 2 on the second side is slightly raised, so that the second bearing point 22 again assumes the position when mounted on both sides, and in addition the bore of the second holder 20 is thus aligned again with the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, so that either the second bearing 21 inserted in the second holder 20 can be easily pushed onto the second bearing point 22 or that the second holder 20 can be easily pushed onto the second bearing 21, or that a first part of the second bearing 21, which is located in the second holder 20, can be easily pushed onto the second part of the second bearing 21, which is located on the second bearing point 22.In a fourth method step, the second holder 20 is adjusted by a second partial axial stroke a 2 in the extension of the longitudinal axis 3 of the impression cylinder 2, so that the second holder 20 completely receives the second bearing 21, or that the second bearing 21 located in the second holder 20 completely receives the second bearing point 22 of the impression cylinder 2, or that the second bearing 21 is completely joined together again.Although the invention has been explained with reference to the implementation of two partial adjustment paths, namely the implementation of a first partial adjustment path y 1 and the implementation of a second partial adjustment path y 2, it is nevertheless possible to implement the invention with more than two partial adjustment paths y 1 and y 2 until the second holder 20 is again located at the original position with the printing cylinder 2 mounted on both sides.Although the invention has been explained on the basis of the execution of two partial axial strokes, namely the execution of a first partial axial stroke a1 and the execution of a second partial axial stroke a2, it is also possible to execute the invention with more than two partial axial strokes a1 and a2 until the second holder 20 is again located at the original position with the printing cylinder 2 mounted on both sides. The second holder 20 can be adjusted in the extension of the longitudinal axis 3 of the pressure cylinder 2 by means of an electric drive or by means of a pneumatic drive or another drive. In this case, the second holder 20 can be adjusted in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2 either by means of a pivoting movement and / or by means of a linear movement.Although not shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, it is also possible that, when the second holder 20 is adjusted by the first partial axial stroke a 1 and / or when the second partial axial stroke a 2 is adjusted, a sensor system monitors the partial axial strokes a 1, a 2 and / or the adjusting force, so that the movement of the second holder 20 is stopped if necessary. When the adjustment paths are detected in the sense of the partial axial strokes a 1, a 2, the paths covered are detected, so that the adjustment can be stopped when the required intermediate position is reached. When detecting the adjusting force, a force measuring sensor is used as a sensor system, so that a control system, not shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, can stop the partial axial strokes a1, a2 and / or the partial adjustment paths y1, y2 if the applied force exceeds the predefined force. This can be the case, for example, if the second bearing 21 is slightly offset or slightly tilted with respect to the second bearing point 22, so that the second bearing 21 could only be pushed onto the second bearing point 22 with an unacceptably high force.Although FIGS. 1 to 5 show only one embodiment of a printing unit 1 in which the second bearing point 22 or the second bearing 21 of the printing cylinder 2 is released by adjusting the second holder 20 in the direction of the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, an embodiment of a printing unit 1 is also possible in which, in order to make the printing cylinder 2 accessible, the printing cylinder 2 is adjusted by an axial stroke a in the extension of the longitudinal axis 3 in order to separate the printing cylinder 2 from the second holder 20 in the direction of the first holder 10 and wherein the second holder 20 is adjusted by an adjustment distance y perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, so that the printing cylinder 2 is held only by means of a first holder 10.In this case, not depicted in FIGS. 1 to 5, for receiving the printing cylinder 2 by the second holder 20, in a first method step, the second holder 20 is adjusted by a first partial adjustment path y 1 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, wherein the first partial adjustment path y 1 deviates from the adjustment path y.In a second method step, in this case the printing cylinder 2 is adjusted by a first partial axial stroke a 1 in the extension of the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, so that the second holder 20 partially engages the second bearing 21 or that the second bearing 21 partially engages a second bearing point 22 of the printing cylinder 2.In a third method step, the second holder 20 is adjusted by a second partial adjustment path y 2 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, and wherein in a fourth method step the printing cylinder 2 is adjusted by a second partial axial stroke a 2 in the extension of the longitudinal axis 3, so that the second holder 20 completely engages the second bearing 21 or that the second bearing 21 completely receives the second bearing point 22 of the printing cylinder 2.Since, owing to the change in position of the second bearing point 22 described under FIG. 4, as a result of the mounting on one side and / or the bending, the second bearing point 22 is lower by the change in position Δs than in the case of mounting on both sides, the first partial adjustment path y 1 also deviates from the original adjustment path y in this embodiment, the first partial adjustment path y 1 preferably deviates from the original adjustment path y by the change in position Δs.In the event that the second holder 20 has been pivoted downward in the direction of gravity and the dwell position 7 is thus below the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, the first partial adjustment travel y 1 is smaller than the original adjustment travel y, preferably the first partial adjustment travel y 1 is smaller than the original adjustment travel y by the position change Δs.In the event that the second holder 20 has been pivoted upward in the sense opposite to the direction of gravity and the dwell position 7 is thus above the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2, the first adjustment travel y 1 is greater than the original adjustment travel y, the first partial adjustment travel y 1 preferably deviates from the original adjustment travel y by the change in length Δs.The pressure cylinder 2 can be adjusted in the extension of the longitudinal axis 3 by means of an electric drive or by means of a pneumatic drive or by means of the lateral register adjustment or by means of any other desired drive. In this case, the second holder 20 can be adjusted in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 3 of the printing cylinder 2 either by means of a pivoting movement and / or by means of a linear movement.Although not shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, it is also possible in this embodiment that, when the pressure cylinder 2 is adjusted by the first partial axial stroke a 1 and / or when the second partial axial stroke a 2 is adjusted, a sensor system monitors the partial axial strokes and / or the adjusting force, so that the movement of the second holder 20 is stopped if necessary.FIG. 6 shows a printing cylinder 2 with a sleeve 6 applied thereon according to the arrangement shown in FIG. 4, in which the second holder 20 has already been adjusted from the dwell position 7 by the first partial adjustment path y 1 and by the first partial axial stroke a 1, so that the second bearing 21 abuts the second bearing point 22. In this respect, the section of the printing unit 1 shown in FIG. 6 comprises all the features disclosed in FIGS. 1 to 5.In addition to the features illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5 and disclosed for this purpose, FIG. 6 shows a multiposition cylinder 4 which is operatively connected to the second mount 20, such that the second mount 20 is capable of performing at least the first partial axial stroke a 1 and the second partial axial stroke a 2 by the multiposition cylinder 4. The fastening of the multi-position cylinder 4 on the side deviating from the second holder 20 and the arrangement of the multi-position cylinder 4 are illustrated purely schematically in FIG. 6, and consequently other arrangements and other fastenings of the multi-position cylinder 4 than those shown in FIG. 6 are also possible. For the multi-position cylinder 4 shown in FIG. 4, any commercially available multi-position cylinder 4 can be used. This is a pneumatic cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder which consists of a plurality of cylinders which are at least functionally separated and whose piston rods can extend individually, so that, depending on the actuation and the division of stroke, different positions can be approached thereby. The multi-position cylinder 4 shown in FIG. 6 is designed as a three-position cylinder, for example. This multi-position cylinder 4, which is designed as a three-position cylinder, has a position in which the right piston rod is extended on account of the already covered first partial axial stroke a 1, whereas the left piston rod of the multi-position cylinder 4 is still retracted, wherein the left piston rod of the multi-position cylinder 4 is extended in order to enable the second partial axial stroke a 2 and thus to push the second bearing 21 onto the second bearing point 22.Thus, FIG. 6 shows an exemplary embodiment of a printing unit 1, in which the second holder 20 is configured to execute a first partial axial stroke a 1 and a second partial axial stroke a 2. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, this is required for receiving the printing cylinder 2 by the second holder 20.Although not shown in FIG. 6, it is possible for the second holder to be operatively connected to a sensor system such as a device for force detection. In this case, the force required for pushing the second holder 20 onto the printing cylinder 2 or the force used for this purpose can be detected, so that when a predefined permissible maximum force is exceeded in order to avoid damage to the second bearing 21, for example, the corresponding partial axial stroke can be ended.List of reference characters1 Printing unit 2 Printing cylinder 3 Longitudinal axis 4 Multiposition cylinder 5 Lever 6 Sleeve 7 Dwell position 8 Application roller 9 Substrate web 10 First holder 11 First bearing 12 First bearing point 20 Second holder 21 Second bearing 22 Second bearing point a Axial stroke a 1 First partial axial stroke a 2 Second partial axial stroke y Displacement path (perpendicular to the longitudinal axis) y 1 First partial displacement path y 2 Second partial displacement pathReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
