Description

[0001] The invention relates to a lamination for inserting a slot closure element into a stator slot of a stator of an electrical machine. Furthermore, the invention relates to a device and a method for inserting slot closure elements into a respective assigned stator slot of a stator of an electrical machine.

[0002] In the prior art, the insertion of slot closure elements – commonly referred to as cover slides or slot closure wedges – into the stator of an electric machine, particularly one designed as an internal rotor, is typically automated using a device comprising lamellae, each enclosing a slot closure element. The inserted lamellae are moved parallel to a longitudinal direction of the stator or parallel to an axis of rotation of the electric machine such that the slot closure elements are axially inserted into a stator slot. The prior art method of inserting the slot closure elements into the stator slots has the disadvantage that the lamellae can be pressed radially towards the slot opening by winding wires arranged in the stator slots. This can lead to incorrect positioning of the slot closure element. However, it is also possible that the lamination is damaged by the forces acting in the radial direction, for example because it becomes jammed in the stator slot.

[0003] Against this background, the task is to provide a solution that reduces the risk of incorrect positioning of the groove closure elements and damage to the slats.

[0004] The problem is solved by a lamella for introducing a slot closure element into a stator slot of a stator of an electrical machine, wherein the lamella is elongated and has a connecting end and an insertion end with respect to a main extension direction, wherein the lamella has on a first side facing the connection end a receiving section for receiving the groove closure element and on a second side facing the insertion end a guide section, wherein the guide section has a projection extending perpendicular to the main extension direction and formed along a first transverse direction for guiding the lamella when inserting the slot closure element into an assigned stator slot.

[0005] According to the invention, the lamination has a receiving section in which a slot closure element can be received when the laminations are inserted into the stator. Furthermore, the lamination has guide sections which guide the lamination when it is inserted into a stator slot of the stator. For guidance, a projection extending in the first transverse direction is provided in the guide section. This projection can be guided in the stator slot such that it is arranged radially inward relative to a slot opening, in particular to a narrowing of the stator slot in the region of the slot opening. An undesired escape of the slot closure element through the slot opening can thus be prevented. The risk of an undesired escape of the slot closure element from the slot opening and / or canting within the stator slot and / or buckling of the lamination and the associated damage can be reduced.

[0006] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the slat has two projections, wherein the projections are preferably symmetrical with respect to a plane of symmetry of the slat formed parallel to the main direction of extension. The - in particular symmetrical - formation of two projections on a slat can increase guiding precision during the axial insertion of the slats. A projection can have a contour with straight, angular, rounded and / or curved sections. Furthermore, a projection can taper to a point in the first transverse direction. A projection can extend over the entire length of a guide section, in particular parallel to the main direction of extension. Alternatively, a projection can have a plurality of elongated individual sections, wherein the individual sections extend along a straight line, in particular parallel to the main direction of extension. To simplify the insertion of the laminations into the stator slots of the stator, the projections in an initial area of the laminations can each have a rounding and / or chamfering and / or beveling.

[0007] The lamination according to the invention is particularly suitable for inserting slot closure elements into a stator slot of a stator of an electrical machine, wherein the stator slot has a constriction in the region of the slot opening. The projection(s) of the lamination can engage behind the constriction of the stator slot and thus prevent the slot closure element from radially protruding through the slot opening.

[0008] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a shoulder is formed between the receiving portion and the associated guide portion of the lamella, wherein the shoulder extends along a second transverse direction that is perpendicular to the main extension direction and to the first transverse direction. Due to the shoulder, a slot closure element arranged in the receiving portion can be inserted into an assigned stator slot of the stator in a protected manner. Thus, the risk of damage to the slot closure element during a relative movement with respect to the stator wire can be reduced.

[0009] A preferred embodiment of the invention provides a variable width of the slat along the main direction of extension, wherein the width extends parallel to the second transverse direction. By means of a variable width, the aforementioned step between the guide and receiving sections can be realized.

[0010] A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the receiving section has a receiving length parallel to the main extension direction that is greater than or equal to the length of the slot closure element. A sufficiently long receiving length allows a slot closure element to be received in an associated receiving section, covering the entire slot length or the entire slot gap opening of the stator and thus enabling electrical insulation. Consequently, short circuits between the wire and the stator of the electrical machine can be avoided. The slot closure element can also be longer than the slot length of the stator slot.

[0011] According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the lamella is configured such that the guide section can be inserted into a stator groove assigned to the lamella in front of the receiving section. By first inserting the guide section of a lamella into an assigned stator groove, in particular first the insertion end of the lamella, the lamella can be guided throughout the entire insertion process.

[0012] A preferred embodiment of the invention provides a connecting section formed perpendicular to the main extension direction for holding and moving the slat, wherein the connecting section is formed on the connecting end of the slat. The connecting section can extend, in particular, along the second transverse direction. The connecting section can be positively and / or non-positively connected to one or more slat holders, by means of which the slat is movable.

[0013] An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides a groove at the insertion end for optimized positioning of the lamination. The groove can extend in a radial direction of the electric machine, parallel to the second transverse direction, and thus perpendicular to the projections. A protruding element geometrically corresponding to the groove can interact mechanically with the groove and improve the positioning of the respective lamination.

[0014] A further subject of the invention is a device for introducing slot closure elements into a respective assigned stator slot of a stator of an electrical machine with a plurality of lamellae movable along a longitudinal direction of the stator, wherein The slats each have a receiving section for receiving a groove closure element and a guide section, wherein the guide sections each have a projection extending in a circumferential direction of the stator for guiding the lamellae when inserting the slot closure elements into an assigned stator slot.

[0015] A further subject of the invention is a method for introducing slot closure elements into an assigned stator slot of a stator of an electrical machine with a rotational axis, wherein several lamellae movable parallel to the axis of rotation are provided, each having a receiving section and each having a guide section, wherein the receiving sections each have a groove locking element and the guide sections each have a projection extending in a circumferential direction of the stator for guiding the lamellae, whereby the slot closure elements are each inserted into an assigned stator slot.

[0016] The same technical effects and advantages can be achieved with the device and method for inserting groove closure elements as have already been described in connection with the lamella according to the invention.

[0017] An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the stator teeth of the electric machine have recesses along which the projections of the laminations are moved. Preferably, the stator teeth each have two recesses extending in the circumferential direction of the stator, wherein the recesses are preferably formed symmetrically with respect to a radial direction of the electric machine.

[0018] Alternatively, both the two projections of a lamina and the two recesses of a stator tooth can be asymmetric with respect to the radial direction. For example, a first projection of a first lamina can be formed at a first radius and a second projection of the first lamina at a second radius. Similarly, a first recess of a first stator tooth can be formed at the first radius and a second recess of the first stator tooth at the second radius.

[0019] The preferred and advantageous embodiments and features explained in connection with the lamella according to the invention can also be used individually or in combination in the device according to the invention and the method according to the invention.
