Description

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of submersible pumps and submersible agitators for agricultural or biogas plants.

[0002] If a submersible pump or agitator weighing several hundred kilograms is installed in a container several meters deep, such as a biogas tank, it is lowered into the container via a steel cable. If the submersible pump or agitator is operated at an intermediate height, it is permanently suspended from this steel cable during operation. It carries cables or supply lines, such as power cables, leading to the agitator.

[0003] In the prior art, cable clamps with a steel shackle attached to a clamp body are known for this purpose, which enable the power cable to be guided along the steel cable.

[0004] The disadvantage here is that the vibrations and the steel-on-steel contact cause damage to the steel cable, which can eventually break. As a result, the agitator falls into the tank and is damaged or destroyed, resulting in costs for a replacement agitator and the effort required to open the biogas tank, resulting in gas loss and enormous repair costs.

[0005] The technical object of the present invention is to improve the state of the art and to propose a possibility for attaching cables to a steel cable of a submersible pump or a submersible agitator in a way that protects the material.

[0006] The technical problem of the invention is solved by a subject matter having technical features according to the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments are the subject matter of the dependent claims, the description, and the drawings.

[0007] For the purposes of the invention, a steel cable is considered to be a cable of the type commonly used in the present technical field, such as a cable-like holding device for securing and / or holding and / or lowering a submersible pump or a submersible agitator into a container, for example, for biogas. For the purposes of the invention, such a cable can be made of steel or a material with comparable physical and / or chemical properties.

[0008] Furthermore, in the sense of the invention, the term hardness or material hardness is to be understood as a measure of the wear behavior of materials.

[0009] According to one aspect, the technical object of the invention is achieved by a cable clamp for guiding cables on steel cables of submersible pumps or submersible agitators, comprising a clamp body, a cable guide, and a connecting element connecting the clamp body to the cable guide, wherein the clamp body is designed in two parts and for the non-positive fixing of at least one cable, wherein the cable guide is designed at least in an interrupted ring shape for guiding the steel cable, wherein a material hardness of the cable guide is lower than a material hardness of the steel cable.

[0010] The clamp body can be designed, for example, as a pipe clamp. The connecting element can be designed, for example, as a stop element, such as a swivel, and / or made, in particular, of steel or V4A steel, which can be welded and / or brushed. For the purposes of the invention, V4A steel is understood to mean stainless steel.

[0011] By means of the lower material hardness of the cable guide compared to the material hardness of the steel cable, it is provided in the sense of the invention, for example, that wear of the steel cable is always less than wear of the cable guide and / or that wear of the steel cable is negligible compared to wear of the cable guide.

[0012] In particular, it can thus be provided, for example, that the cable guide always has a lower wear resistance or wear resistance than the steel cable.

[0013] This advantageously enables a material pairing between the soft cable guide and the hard steel cable, preventing damage to the steel cable. This reduces friction between the cable guide and the steel cable, thus extending the service life of the steel cable without damaging the material. Another advantage is that complex work such as welding can be eliminated during installation and manufacturing, allowing the device to be produced, replaced, and maintained quickly and cost-effectively.

[0014] In a technically advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the cable guide, in particular in a contact area between the cable guide and the steel cable, consists of plastic, in particular of polyethylene and / or polyoxymethylene and / or polytetrafluoroethylene.

[0015] The use of plastics advantageously prevents damage to the wire rope, especially in the contact area. For example, abrasion of the plastic that forms between the cable guide and the steel cable during use of the cable clamp can act as a lubricant, reducing friction between the cable guide and the steel cable. Furthermore, a quick and cost-effective replacement of the cable guide or parts thereof is advantageous, which can simplify maintenance and reduce downtime. The plastics polyethylene and / or polyoxymethylene and / or polytetrafluoroethylene exhibit advantageous wear properties.

[0016] Compared to other plastics, polyethylene has advantageous properties in terms of resistance to liquid manure or biogas substrates, which can favor its use.

[0017] Polyoxymethylene is particularly stiff compared to other plastics, which can prevent the steel cable from accidentally coming loose from the cable guide.

[0018] Polytetrafluoroethylene is particularly flexible compared to other plastics, which can be used to advantage in that abrasion of the plastic can wrap itself around the steel cable during use, which acts as a protective layer to further protect the steel cable and reduce its wear.

[0019] In a further technically advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the cable guide is formed from a first sliding element and a second sliding element, wherein each sliding element is hook-shaped and the sliding elements are arranged in a mirror image to one another such that, in the interaction of both sliding elements, an annularly closed opening in the form of an eyelet is formed for receiving the steel cable, wherein in particular the sliding elements are spaced apart from one another in the direction of the lateral extension of the steel cable to be guided.

[0020] This allows for quick and easy installation of the cable clamp, for example, by bending the sliding elements apart and quickly threading the steel cable through. This advantageously compensates for vibrations and further reduces wear. Furthermore, the spacing simplifies installation, as the steel cable can be threaded through quickly and easily.

[0021] Furthermore, in a technically advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the cable guide is arranged rotatably on the clamp body by means of the connecting element.

[0022] This can allow an additional degree of freedom of movement between the steel cable and the cables, which can further reduce wear and tear but also enable easier installation.

[0023] In a further technically advantageous embodiment, it is provided that grip pockets and / or grip tabs are formed on the cable guide, wherein the grip pockets and / or grip tabs are designed in particular for at least temporarily opening the cable guide.

[0024] Grip pockets and / or grip tabs can be advantageous, for example, for easier handling during assembly or disassembly of the device, as no tools are required for assembly or installation. The sliding elements, which are often made of plastic, can be easily pushed apart or bent by means of the grip pockets and / or by hand, allowing them to be slid over the steel cable.

[0025] Furthermore, in a technically advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the connecting element is made of steel, in particular of V4A steel and / or is in particular fork-shaped for connection to the cable guide.

[0026] This makes it advantageous to use both mechanically and chemically stable materials, creating the safest and most stable connection possible between the components of the cable clamp.

[0027] In a further technically advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the clamp body and / or the connecting element and / or the cable guide are connected to one another, preferably to one another, in particular exclusively, by means of screw connections.

[0028] For example, the connecting element can be fastened to the clamp body by means of a screw with a lock nut, whereby such a connection can be secured against unintentional loosening, for example by means of an adhesive or an adhesive.

[0029] Advantageously, simple assembly but also inexpensive production can be made possible and additional steps can be avoided in order to save resources.

[0030] According to a further aspect, the technical object of the invention is achieved by a submersible pump or submersible agitator comprising a steel cable provided for its fastening, wherein lines of the submersible pump or submersible agitator are guided on the steel cable by means of at least one cable clamp according to one of the preceding claims.

[0031] The advantages already mentioned can also be advantageous when using such devices.

[0032] Embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the figures and are described in more detail below.

[0033] They show: Fig. 1 a schematic view of a cable clamp, as well as Fig. 2 a schematic exploded view of a cable clamp.

[0034] The Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a cable clamp 1 and the Fig. 2 shows a schematic exploded view of the cable clamp 1. In summary, the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 the cable clamp 1 for guiding cables on steel cables of submersible pumps or submersible agitators, comprising a clamp body 2, a cable guide 3, and a connecting element 4 connecting the clamp body 2 to the cable guide 3, wherein the clamp body 2 is designed in two parts and for the non-positive fixing of at least one cable, wherein the cable guide 3 is designed, at least in an interrupted ring shape, for guiding the steel cable, wherein a material hardness of the cable guide 3 is lower than a material hardness of the steel cable.

[0035] The connecting element 4 is designed as a swivel-type attachment device. A material pairing between the cable guide 3 and the steel cable can thus be advantageously enabled in such a way that any frictional forces of the cable guide 3 on the steel cable are prevented and / or prevented. Damage or injury to the steel cable caused by the cable clamp 1 can thus be advantageously avoided.

[0036] Furthermore, in the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 shows that the cable guide 3 is formed from a first sliding element 6 and a second sliding element 7, wherein each sliding element 6, 7 is hook-shaped and the sliding elements 6, 7 are arranged mirrored to one another in such a way that the interaction of both sliding elements 6, 7 forms an annularly closed opening 8 in the form of an eyelet for receiving the steel cable with lateral extension 9.

[0037] For installation of the cable clamp 1, the sliding elements can be quickly bent apart, for example, and a steel cable can be threaded quickly and easily. Grip pockets 10 and grip tabs 11 are formed on the cable guide, which are designed to at least temporarily open the cable guide 3, thus advantageously facilitating its opening for installation.

[0038] In addition, in the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 shows that the clamp body 2 and the connecting element 4, on the one hand, as well as the connecting element 4 and the cable guide 3, on the other hand, are connected to one another exclusively by means of screw connections 12. This advantageously enables simple and rapid production of the cable clamp 1 and, in particular, avoids complex manufacturing steps such as welding.
