Description

The invention relates to a system for automatizing a product supply chain of products, a storage segment for such a system, a transport container for such a system and a picking system for such a system. Furthermore, a method for operating a system for automatizing a product supply chain of products and a computer program product are described. In principle, goods are usually ordered electronically at the supplier or wholesaler. The goods are then usually delivered from a logistics warehouse to a sales store or a sales file. This goods are then stored in larger packages in a goods store of the sales store. More valuable goods which are more likely to be subject to theft in the retail store are stored in the vicinity of a cash register system, usually directly above or next to the conveyor belt to the cash register, in a closed automatic goods dispenser. This more valuable material is, for example, cigarette packs. Modern automatic vending machines are designed such that the goods requested at an operating terminal, for example the desired cigarette pack, are dispensed by the automatic vending machine. In order to fill the automatic product dispenser with cigarette packs, the latter must be manually loaded with individual cigarette packs which are removed from the primary store of larger packs. During this process, for example, theft may occur. It is the object of the invention to create a system and devices, in particular such as a storage segment, a transport container, a picking system and a method, in order to automate the product supply chain of products further and thus to relieve and secure manual work. The object is achieved by the independent system, device and method claims. Further embodiments are evident from the dependent claims. The system for automatizing a product supply chain of products comprises, for achieving the object, a logistics warehouse, an automated picking system for picking products from the logistics warehouse into storage segments, storage segments for receiving and storing products, each with a storage segment identification device, wherein the storage segments are designed as replaceable product storage cassettes for a product output device in a sales room, a control and monitoring device, which has digital data twins from the storage segments with the products, wherein the control and monitoring device comprises at least data interfaces to the logistics warehouse, to the picking system and to an order input device, and the control and monitoring device is designed to control the flow of products individually and in typable quantities from the logistics warehouse via the picking system to the storage segments and back again. One solution to the object therefore consists in displacing the previously picking in the retail store or the retail file at the automatic goods dispenser into the logistics store. Thus, already in the logistics warehouse, the individual goods are prepared and pre-commissioned on storage segments for the delivery of goods in the sales store. The final picking takes place at the goods output device in the sales store by the selection by the end user. The picking of the goods is already carried out in the logistics warehouse, according to the solution described here, thus more mechanically automated, more rational and thus less prone to errors intuitively on site, shortly before sale. Thus, the use of personnel in the sales store, in particular in the single food retail store, can be reduced, since this is an expensive and sometimes very difficultly available product there. This system is preferably intended for tobacco products. It is understood that the goods may also be any other goods that are sold in the food retail or retail retail outlet. In this case, the use of personnel is reduced in particular for the loading of the goods dispensing device with new goods. Even if other or new products are offered for sale in the goods dispensing device, they could be introduced efficiently, so that even more highly skilled personnel can be saved under certain circumstances.According to a further embodiment, the control and monitoring device of the system has a data interface to the goods output device in a sales room, in particular with a digital twin in the data memory. Thus, the control and monitoring device can plan and implement the new filling of the bearing segments more regularly and promptly. Product availability may improve because the individual consumption of goods just before sale to a cash register is incorporated as so-called point of sales (POS) directly into the system as information. The availability of the products and goods thus increases for the end customer. The goods can thus be offered by the control and monitoring device more flexibly and individually in different goods dispensing devices in an automated manner than is possible in a reasonable manner with manual loading on site.In order to automate the system further, the system comprises transport containers with a transport identification device for receiving a plurality of storage segments, wherein in particular the picking system is configured to fill or empty the transport containers with storage segments automatically, for example with a manipulator with grippers. It is understood that the entire transport container with the storage segments as a whole can also be designed to be replaceable on the automatic goods dispenser without individual storage segment replacement. Thus, even more of the use of personnel on site in the retail store can be reduced and any theft prevented. The individual storage segments are then successively emptied by sales operations by the automatic goods dispenser, as conventionally provided.According to an embodiment developing the invention, the system with a goods dispensing device is designed in such a way as to pick up storage segments with picked goods, in particular from a transport container, preferably movable on rollers, wherein the storage segments can be individually detected by a detection device of the goods dispensing device by means of the storage segment identification device and a data feedback can be sent to the control and monitoring device. Thus, an accurate traceability of the inventory segments is possible and the control and monitoring device has an accurate overview of the database on the basis of the data feedback. The object is also achieved by means of a bearing segment for a system described above, having a bearing segment identification device which can be written in particular, and further preferably a digital twin can be written with individual data in the control and monitoring device. Each storage segment is thus detected with its goods content. The merchandise sale is later transparent and comprehensible. The bearing segment identifier may be, for example, either a QR code associated with goods either in quantity and by type or even individually identifiable goods. The bearing segment identification device can also be a digitally writable magnetic strip or chip. In order to make the chain of goods even more transparent, the digital twin of the storage segment can be written with individual data in the control and monitoring device. In order that the bearing segment can be used for different goods of different sizes, shaft walls are further preferably designed to be displaceable or removable. Furthermore, the storage segment preferably has at least one conveying device in order to successively push the goods from one end side, on which the goods are filled, to the opposite end side of the storage segment in the longitudinal direction of the storage segment and to remove them, for example using a manipulator.According to a further preferred embodiment, the storage segments can be electronically closed and are opened by the picking system and further preferably by the goods output device when these are respectively inserted into the device or picking system. The storage segment is designed such that it can be accommodated in the goods output device, in a transport container and in a storage segment accommodation device in the picking installation. The object is also achieved with a transport container for a system described above, wherein the transport container is formed with a transport identification device, which is in particular writable. The transport identification device can likewise have only one specific identification feature or can be an electronically detectable and in particular writable identification medium which can be written for example by means of a magnetic tape device, RFID, that is to say radio or chip. Further preferably, a digital twin can be written with individual data in the control and monitoring device from the transport container. Thus, it is also transparent where a transport container is located in the described system and a traceability of the goods is realized better.Further preferably, the transport container comprises an electronic locking device which is in particular designed such that it is designed such that it can be locked and unlocked by a picking system and an automatic goods dispenser. According to a further preferred embodiment, the transport container is secured with a GPS recording and monitoring device. Thus, the transport of the transport container and the dienes can be further restricted by the transport containers. The object is also achieved with a picking system for a system described above for picking goods from the logistics warehouse in warehouse segments, wherein the picking system has a goods receiving device, a manipulator and a warehouse segment receiving device, in particular recognition devices for identifying and checking the goods and the warehouse segment, as well as a data interface for data transmission to the control and monitoring device. The manipulator is designed with a gripper in order to place or remove the goods from the goods receiving device into the storage segment. In this case, a digital data twin of the bearing segment can be transmitted and updated to the control and monitoring device via the data interface. The picking system thus transfers the manually performed work from the fillets into a logistics warehouse, so that the decentralized personnel outlay can be reduced. Furthermore, decentralized misfeed is also avoided, wherein at the same time the risk of theft is reduced and the transparency of the streams of goods is increased. The object is also achieved by a method for operating a system for automatizing a product supply chain, comprising an automated logistics warehouse, an automated picking system for picking products from the logistics warehouse into storage segments, wherein the storage segments are designed as product storage cassettes for a product output device in a sales room.Furthermore, the system comprises the storage segments each having a storage segment identification device, a control and monitoring device which has digital data twins for the storage segments with the goods, wherein the control and monitoring device comprises at least data interfaces to the logistics warehouse, to the picking installation and to an order input device and the control and monitoring device is designed to control the flow of goods individually or in typable quantities from the logistics warehouse via the picking installation to the storage segments and back again, in particular in order-bound fashion. The individual method steps are as follows, wherein goods are detected in a logistics warehouse and stored as a data record, in particular in the form of a digital twin, in the control and monitoring device, the goods are stored, an ordering request is detected by the control and monitoring device, the goods are provided on the basis of the ordering request of a picking installation, a storage segment is filled by the picking installation with the provided goods and is provided at an output device for the transport of the storage segment, wherein digital data twins of the storage segments are updated in the control and monitoring device. With the aid of this method, the manual effort, which usually takes place in a sales branch of goods, is thus shifted to a picking installation with a connected logistics store. In order to carry out a more efficient planning for refilling storage segments for a specific identifiable goods dispensing device, the method is preferably further designed in such a way that digital data twins of the storage segments are matched with respect to the data in the control and monitoring device by data transmission / interrogation from the goods dispensing device in a sales branch.Further preferably, in order to further complete the automation, the storage segments with the remaining inventory of goods in the picking system are de-commissioned after return from the goods output device and re-commissioned for a re-filling of the goods output. In order to transparently ensure the supply chain and the traceability of the goods, in particular for example a secured supply chain for the TPD2 EU tobacco product line, the goods are detected with an individual recognition feature in the logistics store or by the picking device and in particular a digital twin of the goods is generated in the control and monitoring device. Further preferably, the goods are unpackaged from a large packaging in the logistics store or in the picking facility. The object is also achieved by a computer program product which can be loaded into a computer memory or writable memory of a control and monitoring device in order to carry out with code instructions a method according to one of Claims 8 to 11 and a system of Claims 1 to 4. Thus, the task can be solved efficiently in a resource-saving manner by interaction of databases with various data interfaces and method steps from code commands with as many standard components as possible.Brief Description of the DrawingsThe invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of an exemplary embodiment with reference to drawings. The storage segments 5 are designed as replaceable goods storage cassettes for a goods dispensing device 7 in a sales room 8.It is understood that the logistics warehouse 3, the picking system 4, the goods output device 7, a cash register system 13, an ordering device 100 each have their own control and regulation monitoring devices, not shown. A superordinate control and monitoring device 9 is provided for the system 1, which central manages and controls the data relating to the goods supply chain of goods 2. This central control and monitoring device 9 is configured via communication interfaces from the prior art with data connection devices which are also known from the prior art. The control and monitoring device 9 can be arranged, for example, in a so-called cloud and communicate via protected Internet connections. The control and monitoring device 9 is preferably arranged in the spatial vicinity of the picking system 4 in order to realize stable communication paths here. This spatial proximity is described with a building 200 in a dashed line in FIG. 1, such that all devices essential for the system 1 are located within the building 200. The control and monitoring device 9 has digital data twins 5+ from the storage segments in order to control and monitor the goods supply chain of the goods 2.For this purpose, the control and monitoring device 9 comprises various data interfaces 30, 40, 70, 130, 1000. The data interface 30 is a communication channel to the logistics store 3. the data interface 40 is a communication channel to the picking system 4. the data interface 70 is a communication channel to the goods output device 7. the data interface 130 is an optional data interface / a communication channel to a point-of-sale system 13, at which the goods 2 are sold in a sales room 8, and the data interface 1000 is a data connection, i.e. a communication channel, to an ordering device 100. The term "data interface" is thus generally understood to mean a data communication channel known from the prior art, which can also be implemented in a LAN-based manner (via a local cable network) or in an Internet-based manner. The control and monitoring device 9 can be used to control the flow of goods 2 from the logistics warehouse in typable quantities or individually from the logistics warehouse 3 via the picking installation to the warehouse segments 5 and from there optionally with the goods output device 7. The control and monitoring device 9 comprises in the data memory 91 a digital twin 7+ of the goods output device 7 for more accurately monitoring the goods supply chain of the goods 2.The system 1 also comprises transport containers 10 for receiving a plurality of storage segments 5 containing goods 2. Ideally, the picking system 4 is designed such that the transport containers 10 can be filled with storage segments 5 or emptied during a decommissioning process by a manipulator 42 or a further manipulator 46.The transport containers 10 are loaded into a vehicle 14 for transport to sales stores 8, as well as to sales fillets, in order to carry out the transport of the goods 2. The transport container 10 is formed with a transport identification device 11 in order to automate the process. It is understood that the vehicle 14 may have corresponding devices for safely transporting the transport containers 10. Optionally, the transport containers 10 are secured to a GPS monitoring device which corresponds complementarily to a corresponding GPS monitoring device for communication with the control and monitoring device 9.It is also understood that the transport containers 10 can be designed to be movable with rollers. In order to be able to digitally image the product supply chain electronically in the control and monitoring device 9, each storage segment 5 comprises a storage segment identification device 6, which can be detected both on the picking installation 4 with a recognition device 44 and a recognition device 12 on the product output device 7.According to a particular embodiment, only the transport container is detected at the transport identification device 11 with the detection device 12 and the storage segments 5 are no longer removed from the transport container for dispensing the goods on site at the goods dispensing device 7. Thus, a further expenditure on personnel in the sales space 8 could be saved.FIG. 1 thus shows a rapid filling of a product dispensing device 7 by an automated product supply chain over the entire logistics process. The individual method steps are explained in detail in the following figures.FIG. 2 shows the goods flows of the goods 2 between the logistics warehouse 3 and from there to the goods output devices 7 in the individual sales profiles 8, which is followed by six different sections in which the goods 2 are transferred. In the goods transfer section I, the goods 2 are delivered into the logistics store 3.In the goods transfer section II, the goods 2 are transferred from the logistics store into the transport vehicle. In the goods transfer section III, the goods are transferred from the transport vehicle 14 to the sales file 8.In the goods transfer section IV, the goods are stored in the goods dispensing device 7. The commodity is sold out of the commodity dispensing device 7.The items not sold in the storage segments 5 are transferred again with them into the transport vehicle 14 in the item transfer section V, so that these items are stored again in the logistics store in the item transfer section VI from the transport vehicle after a decommissioning at the picking installation. The product availability in the individual product dispensing devices 7 can thus be increased, since they can be supplied with products 2 more as required. Furthermore, theft in the product supply chain is significantly reduced, since manual filling of the product dispensing device 7 of the individual products is replaced by picking in the picking system 4. Furthermore, it is provided, in particular in the case of tobacco packaging, to ensure individual traceability of the individual product packaging in order to exclude introducing forged products into the product chain. Such a system can be used to improve traceability.FIG. 3 shows in detail how goods are received in the logistics warehouse 3. The goods 2 are delivered to the logistics store 3 in larger packages by a transport vehicle 22. At the logistics store 31, the goods item are detected either in larger packages by typical quantities or individually by a recognition device 31. These data sets are transmitted to the control and monitoring device 9 via a data interface 30, which generates digital data twins therefrom. The automated logistics store can thus store both large packages and individual packages and also reduce these large packages into individual packages. The corresponding supply of goods is advantageously announced via a data interface 1000 before the delivery of the goods 2. This is then merely confirmed via the data interface 30. In logistics store 3, for example, there is a high-bay store with one or more manipulators 32, which can also be equipped with gripping devices.FIG. 4 shows the method step in which an ordering request is detected by the control and monitoring device 9 via the data interface 1000 and is transmitted via the data interface 30 to the logistics warehouse 3 in order to deliver goods 2 from the logistics warehouse 3 of the picking installation 4 for picking warehouse segments 5.The system 1 can thus trigger orders on the basis of the actual inventory of the articles 2 in the article output devices 7, the desired assortment specifications and with the aid of data about planned delivery processes, which orders are subsequently picked fully automatically in the picking system 4. According to the internal order, the requested goods 2 are provided from the logistics store 3 to the fully automatic picking system 4, which in turn is configured with a goods receiving device 41, a manipulator 42 and a storage segment receiving device 43. In the storage segment receiving device, the goods are placed into the storage segments by the manipulator.FIG. 5 shows in detail a bearing segment 5 for a system 1 with a bearing segment identification device 6 in order to be able to identify each bearing segment 5 unambiguously in the system. The storage segment identification device 6 is machine-readable and is thus automatically identifiable both in the logistics store 3, the picking system 4 and preferably also on the goods output device 7.The shape of the storage segment 5 is optimized, so that manipulators can both optimally insert the goods 2 and remove them for the purpose of decommissioning. The storage segment 5 has separating elements between the rows of goods, so-called shaft walls, which can preferably be removed or used in order to be able to equip different sizes of goods with the same storage segment. A conveying device 53 ensures reliable and fixed positioning of the goods within the storage segment 5 within a row and also automated removal in the goods dispensing device 7. the conveying device thus pushes the goods 2 successively from one end side to an opposite end side of the storage segment 5 in the longitudinal direction of the storage segment. It is understood that optionally the storage segment can also be electronically locked by the picking device in order to prevent theft, for example.FIG. 6 shows the container 10 for the system 1 on the left side in a version with an open door and on the right side the transport container 10 with a preferably electronically locked door. The transport container 10 has a plurality of horizontal, parallel, vertically superposed receiving rails which are formed on the walls by strips in order to receive the bearing segments 5 as drawers. Preferably, a space is left empty in order to be able to receive a storage segment 5 from the goods dispensing device 7 in the branch 8 in the first empty receiving space. The transport container 10 also comprises a transport identification device 11 which is machine-readable and thus enables automatic identification of the transport container 10. The transport container 10 is monitored by means of a digital twin 10+ in the control and monitoring device 9.Further preferably, for example, a display display is mounted on the transport container 10, on which display display the information about the content of the good and the transport destination, e.g. destination sales file 8, can be electronically loaded or transmitted. Thus, both people and machines from the outside can identify the transport container on the transport path and use it for different paths.Further preferably, the transport container 10 is automatically electronically locked, for example by the picking device 4, and can be electronically opened again at the goods output device 7. Depending on requirements, the transport container 10 can also comprise a separate storage space for further products of protection value, which are not intended for the goods dispensing device 4, for example.FIG. 7 shows the process sequence in the picking system 4. a storage segment 5 is provided, wherein the shaft walls are optionally also inserted or adjusted, preferably fully automatically, for the specific requirement. A detection device 44 detects both the storage segment 5 and either the individual item 2 or the quantity of item 2 and transmits it to the control and monitoring device 9 via the data interface 40. By means of a manipulator 42 with grippers, the goods 2 are inserted into the storage segment 5 and these are in turn inserted into the transport container 10.In the control and monitoring device 9, the position within the storage segment 5 is detected and stored for each product, as is each transport container 10, via the transport container identification device 11. A manual change of the goods within the picking system is not permitted and is avoided. The transport container is recorded with the information for the destination, i.e. the provided sales branch, with the provided goods dispensing device 7. As described above, this is machine-readable and also readable by humans. Optionally, the transport container 10 may be equipped with a GPS recorder so that the transport container is positionable throughout the transport path.FIG. 8 schematically shows the transport container 10 for transfer to a truck 14, which delivers the transport container 10 to a sales branch 8. Naturally, it is possible, in the case of official checks, to open the transport container by a special device, if this appears necessary due to official checks.FIG. 9 shows the process in the sales branch 8. The goods 2 remain protected in this case. Emptied transport containers or transport containers provided for a return can be carried along again by the vehicle 14. This is shown symbolically with the transport container on the right.According to an alternative embodiment, the entire transport container can be fed into the goods dispensing device 7, wherein the doors are opened and the goods dispensing device 7 removes the goods, preferably from the storage segment 5, directly from the transport container for sale.According to the embodiment described here, the transport container 10 is pushed towards the goods dispensing device 7. The transport container 10 is opened by means of the electronic lock 15 on the goods dispensing device 7 by methods known from the prior art, for example by means of a special radio technology or by means of special codes which are transmitted via the control and monitoring device 9 for safety and for comparison. The goods output device 7 has a data interface 70 to the control and monitoring device 9 and transmits the current inventory of the goods to the control and monitoring device 9.In the following step, the bearing segments 5 are exchanged according to a predetermined sequence. This replacement is significantly faster and more efficient than previous manual loading of the individual bearing segments. Any remaining quantities of goods 2 that may be present are returned completely to the logistics store 3 in the store segments 5 and are there brought back into circulation after a decommissioning. By returning the information via the data interface 70, which is shown symbolically by the right arrow, the information about the return delivery of the item 2 is transmitted to the control and monitoring device 9. As soon as the filling with the new storage segments 5 is completed, the digital twin 7+ from the goods dispensing device 7 is updated electronically by the control and monitoring device 9 accordingly. In principle, re-filling of goods into the goods dispensing device 7 is not provided. A return from these goods should then take place via a type of return book box in order to then manually grasp the products for withdrawal. The goods dispensing device 7 internally has a detection device 12 which detects the goods 2 at least in the actual quantity. If a difference to the predefined supplied setpoint inventory results here, the system can display an error message via the control and monitoring device 9. Thus, irregularity can be more easily alleviated.FIG. 10 shows the return transport of the transport containers 10 with the vehicle 14 from the sales branch 8 to the logistics warehouse 3.FIG. 11 shows the method step when the transport containers 10 have returned in the logistics warehouse 3 and the storage segments 5 with the goods 2 are re-accommodated with manipulators or the storage segments are re-filled with these returned goods 2. Accordingly, the transport containers 10 are then filled again. The storage segments 5 that are returned as well as the goods 2 are detected by the recognition device 44, and the data are checked and updated in the control and monitoring device 9 accordingly with their electronic data twins 5+, 7+ and 10+ as well as 2+. Differences can thus be localized. The returned goods are charged with the sales profiles 8 via parallel digital information on the inventory management. If shaft walls in the storage segments for the new goods are repositioned, they can be set at newly defined positions by means of the manipulator 42. The process as described in FIG. 7 can then start anew.FIG. 12 shows a further particular embodiment in which the individual goods 2 are detected unambiguously by means of a special identification feature 21 on the picking device 4 by means of the recognition device 44, and the data are stored with data interfaces 40 and 70 respectively at the control and monitoring device 9 and their stored digital twins 2+. This allows for a clear, package-accurate traceability, in particular a cigarette package here. The product packages may be identifiable by either electronic magnetic strips or RFID or other special features such as QR codes. The streams of goods into the logistics warehouse 3 and out of the logistics warehouse 3 can thus be detected with accurate packing. The supply chain is largely automated and the system 1 operating in the background is secured in its entirety. It is understood that only quantitative detection of the individual products at the detection devices 44 as well as at the detection device 12 and the goods dispensing device 7 can be advantageous for reducing the degree of complexity. However, should the detection reliability of the individual goods be in the foreground, this can be implemented at any time with the present system 1.The variants of the system, method and devices described above are only used to better understand the structure, the mode of operation and the properties of the solution presented; they do not limit the disclosure to the exemplary embodiments, for example.
