[13] Combination of a telescopic extension (1) according to one of the preceding claims and a side grid (4) for an oven muffle, wherein the side grid (4) comprising a front vertical grid bar (5), a rear vertical grid bar (6) spaced apart from the front vertical grid bar (5) and arranged substantially parallel to it, and at least one horizontal grid bar (7) extending substantially perpendicular to and connecting the vertical grid bars (5, 6), wherein the horizontal grid bar (7) has at a front end an angled front end section (9) which is connected to the front vertical grid bar (5), extends out of the plane spanned by the two vertical grid bars (5, 6) and angles into a horizontal section (8) of the horizontal grid bar (7) which extends to the rear vertical grid bar (6), and wherein the horizontal grid bar (7) is attached at a rear end opposite the front end i) has an angled rear end section (9) which is connected to the rear vertical grid bar (6), extends out of the plane spanned by the two vertical grid bars (5, 6) and transitions at an angle into the horizontal section (8) of the horizontal grid bar (7), or ii) is directly connected to the rear vertical grid bar (6), - wherein the front end section (9) of the horizontal grid bar (7) extends through the receiving area (16) of the hook (15) so that the hook (15) rests on the front end section (9) when the telescopic extension (1) is mounted on the side grid (4).
