Description

The present invention relates to a dehumidifying device for dehumidifying an air stream from a stationary camping space during a empty state, to a control method for controlling such a dehumidifying device and to a camping space with such a dehumidifying device. It is known that camping rooms are used for stationary use in order to be able to provide a stationary camping experience to authorers. Such stationary camping rooms can be designed as stationary tents, stationary mobile home or the like. In particular, such stationary camping spaces are also referred to by the term "glamping" as abbreviation for "glamorous camping". Such stationary camping rooms are used by deciduous animals during summer season, i.e. during the warm months, and are habitualized on a week-by-week basis. In winter months, especially during the transition period, such stationary camping rooms are usually made winter-fast and are not used further. This results in the stationary camping spaces being empty during this time. During the empty state, no active aeration takes place, so that there is the risk that the air humidity within the stationary camping rooms increases and mold formation can take place on account of the falling temperatures. In order to avoid this, in known solutions a manual venting of the stationary, empty camping spaces is necessary. It is also fundamentally known that dehumidifying devices in the form of air conditioners can be used in order to ensure dehumidifying at least partially in an automated manner. However, it is disadvantageous that such dehumidifying devices can only operate up to a minimum temperature of approximately 15 degrees Celsius. Whereas in winter months, in particular at external temperatures of below 0 degrees Celsius, the risk of mold formation is lower due to the dry external air, the risk of mold formation is given for the transition time, that is to say for external temperatures between 0 degrees Celsius and 15 degrees Celsius, and at the same time the possibility of the known dehumidifying devices is significantly limited. The only possibility known up to now is to keep the stationary camping spaces at a comfortable internal temperature of more than 15 degrees Celsius even during the empty state. However, this represents a very high energy expenditure and is therefore avoided up to now.It is an object of the present invention to at least partially eliminate the disadvantages described above. In particular, it is the object of the present invention to ensure an automated protection function for stationary camping spaces during a empty state in a cost-effective and simple manner. The above object is achieved by a dehumidifying device having the features of claim 1, a control method having the features of claim 10 and a camping space having the features of claim 14. Features and details which are described in connection with the dehumidifying device according to the invention naturally also apply in connection with the control method according to the invention and the camping space according to the invention and vice versa, so that with regard to the disclosure reference is or can always be made to the individual aspects of the invention in a mutually alternating manner.According to the invention, a dehumidifying device is proposed for dehumidifying an air flow from a stationary camping space during a empty position. Such a dehumidifying device has a treatment unit with at least one treatment module in the form of a dehumidifying module for dehumidifying an air flow which is passed through. Furthermore, a supply line is provided for supplying the air flow from at least one inlet opening in the camping space to the treatment unit. A discharge line is also provided for discharging the treated air flow from the treatment unit to at least one outlet opening in the camping space, which outlet opening is spaced apart from the at least one inlet opening. Upstream of the dehumidifying module, the treatment unit and / or the supply line has a heating device for heating the air flow. The subject matter according to the invention is now based on the fact that an active and above all automated dehumidifying of the air stream is to take place. For this purpose, in a first step, an air guidance path is provided, which makes it possible to introduce air from the interior of the camping space via the inlet opening into the dehumidifying device. In the simplest case, the inlet opening is a corresponding opening in the shell of the camping space. An air flow can be drawn into the supply line, for example actively drawn in by the device explained later, and can be carried on to the treatment unit. In this way, it becomes possible for the guided air to reach the treatment unit and there the treatment module and to flow through the dehumidifying module. The dehumidifying module can operate, for example, with a compression technique and dehumidify the air stream by targeted cooling and reheating and a pressure change of the air stream. By changing the temperature and / or the pressure situation of the air stream, the relative humidity of the air stream can be adjusted such that water can be condensed out and separated out of the air stream in a liquid manner. After the air stream has been brought back to the external pressure, it can be returned to the interior of the camping space in its dehumidified situation and thus as a treated air stream. The return takes place via the discharge line and the entry into the interior of the camping space takes place via the at least one outlet opening in the camping space. The inlet opening can also be introduced into an intermediate space between two layers of a tent wall. In this way, the air flow can be sucked out of this intermediate space. The return takes place via the at least one outlet opening either again into this intermediate space or into the inner interior of the tent.In order to be able to carry out the method described above, in particular during the transition time which is risky with respect to mold formation, a heating device is now provided in the dehumidifying device according to the invention. This makes it possible to heat up the supplied air flow even before this air flow flows through the dehumidifying module. In other words, the air flow is thus heated, in particular to a temperature of more than 15 degrees Celsius, so that the dehumidifying module can be operated in the known manner even if the external temperature and thus also the air temperature in the interior of the camping space is below 15 degrees Celsius. In contrast to the previously known solutions, when using a dehumidifying device according to the invention, the entire interior of the camping space no longer has to be kept at the desired temperature above 15 degrees Celsius. The necessary energy expenditure for heating only the air stream which is to be treated is accordingly clearly below the necessary energy expenditure for heating the complete camping space. This makes it possible to operate the dehumidifying module in the known manner even in the critical transition region between 0 degrees Celsius and 15 degrees Celsius without having to operate an excessively high energy outlay with regard to heating and keeping warm the camping space. It should be noted that it is immaterial to the present invention at which point the actual heating of the air stream takes place. This can be effected, for example, directly following the inlet opening in the supply line. Integration of the heating device at another location of the supply line is also possible. Of course, the treatment unit can also have the heating device, for example directly at the fluid-communicating interface to the supply line and thus at the inlet to the treatment unit. The combination of two or more heating devices is also possible in principle within the scope of the present invention. When using a dehumidifying device according to the invention, it is now possible that, in particular in the transition time at external temperatures of 0 to 15 degrees Celsius, the dehumidifying device can continue to be operated in the same way as at external temperatures of more than 15 degrees Celsius. In addition to the energy advantages compared to the known solutions of keeping the entire camping space warm, this has the result that the dehumidifying device can be operated in a semi-automated or even fully automated manner. It is no longer necessary to take account of the external temperature, so that the dehumidifying device and in particular also the treatment unit can preferably be equipped free of sensors. As will be explained later, it is possible in particular to dispense with temperature sensors, pressure sensors or humidity sensors, which leads to the entire dehumidifying device not only becoming simpler and more cost-effective, but also being operable with a more stable operating mode.It can be advantageous if, in a dehumidifying device according to the invention, the treatment unit has at least one further treatment module, in particular downstream of the dehumidifying module, wherein the at least one further treatment module has at least one of the following embodiments:UV irradiation module, filter module. The above list is a non-exhaustive list. Of course, two or more identical or different treatment modules can also supplement the treatment unit in combination. A UV irradiation module serves for disinfection and thus disinfection treatment of the air stream. While the culture medium for mold formation can already be reduced in principle by dehumidifying, further disinfection with regard to deactivation of organic substances can take place with the aid of UV light treatment. With the aid of the UV light, it is possible to form a temporarily increased ozone concentration within the air stream, which decomposes organic substances within this air stream and in this way deactivates them with regard to damage mechanisms. Of course, other disinfection possibilities are also conceivable in principle. However, the use of a UV irradiation unit has the advantage that it can be used without maintenance over a long period of time. In particular, there is no need to refill consumables, since a disinfection functionality can be provided essentially maintenance-free exclusively by the energy connection and the power supply of a UV lamp. A filter device can also serve for supplementary treatment. It is thus possible, for example, to filter small dust particles out of the air stream with the aid of the filter module. This makes it possible to reduce the dust load on the camping space and in particular to significantly minimize the cleaning effort after the end of the empty space. Since no passenger traffic at all prevails in the camping space during the empty state, a relatively low dust load is present. This also has the result that such a filter device can preferably be provided maintenance-free during the entire idle time. In particular, the filter module can be arranged downstream of the irradiation module and downstream of the dehumidifying module and thus arranged as a direct filter at the outlet of the treatment unit. By means of the further post-treatment, it is also possible in particular to achieve an odor improvement in the stationary camping space. Thus, a reduction of negative odors, such as the malodor or the odor of separated and / or muffous air, can be reduced in this way,Further advantages can be achieved if, in a dehumidifying device according to the invention, the discharge line has a dividing section for dividing a treated air flow onto at least two outlet openings spaced apart from one another. These outlet openings now serve to introduce the treated air flow into the camping space at two or more different points and in this way in particular to provide a defined flow between these multiple outlet openings and the at least one inlet opening. The splitting of the air flow can take place outside the treatment unit, for example by a corresponding switch in the discharge line. However, it is also possible for the treatment unit itself to have this dividing section and accordingly to provide two fluid outlets with contacting of separate discharge lines. It is likewise advantageous if, in a dehumidifying device according to the invention, the heating device extends over the entire or substantially the entire flow cross section of the air flow. A heating device, which is designed in particular as an electric heating device according to the following paragraph, can also heat the complete air flow in the desired manner during an overstretching over the complete flow cross section. In principle, it would already be sufficient to heat only a portion of the air stream, since, as a result of in particular turbulent flow and mixing in the further course, the air stream homogenized with respect to a uniform temperature. In order to achieve the desired thermal function with high certainty, however, heating over a constant, complete flow cross section is provided with advantages. It is furthermore advantageous if, in a dehumidifying device according to the invention, the heating device is at least partially designed as an electric heating device. Such an electrical heating device can be provided as an electrical resistance heater and in this way provide the desired heating function simply by means of power connection. Such an electric heating device can be operated particularly simply and automatically. It is also very compact and can be made available economically. Not least, such an electric heating device offers a very low air resistance, so that the corresponding flow influence on the air flow can be minimized. In addition, it can entail advantages if, in a dehumidifying device according to the invention, the treatment unit has at least one time control module for controlling a defined switch-on period of the treatment unit. As has already been explained, a dehumidifying device according to the invention is to be operated as free from maintenance as possible and as automatically as possible over long periods of time. The use of a time control module can now serve to activate the treatment unit and thus the dehumidifying device daily for a defined switch-on period in the form of a time timer. Such a defined switch-on period may be, for example, two hours, three hours, four hours or a similar switch-on period. In other words, the entire dehumidifying device is activated for the switch-on period and subsequently deactivated again by the time control module at the end of the switch-on period until the next day. This control can be carried out very easily and automatically, so that no manual interventions are necessary for the operation. It also brings advantages if, in a dehumidifying device according to the invention, the supply line, the treatment unit and / or the discharge line has a conveying device for actively conveying the air flow. This can be, for example, a fan device. In this way, an overpressure and / or a negative pressure can be provided, so that suction of the air flow via the supply line and / or pressing out of the air flow via the discharge line becomes possible in an actively controllable manner. As will be explained later, such a fan device can preferably be operated at a constant speed in order to accordingly provide a constant and low-control air flow. Here, too, it can be readily seen how little effort has to be involved in checking such a conveying device.Further advantages can be achieved if, in a dehumidifying device according to the invention, the treatment unit, in particular the dehumidifying module, has a water outlet for an outlet of liquid water. As has already been explained, the desired drying is achieved in the dehumidifying module by condensing water in liquid form. The separated and condensed water can now be collected in a tank or else be led out of the treatment unit via the water outlet. The liquid water can be collected in a separate water tank arranged outside, can be discharged to the environment or can even be supplied to a used water of the camping space via further interfaces.Further advantages are obtained if, in a dehumidifying device according to the invention, the supply line and / or the discharge line have a reversible connecting section for a reversible fluid-communicating connection to the at least one inlet opening and / or the at least one outlet opening. This makes it possible to provide, as it were, decoupling of the dehumidifying device during the summer months and thus during the use time of the camping room. At the end of the use time for preparing the empty space, it can now be equipped specifically with a dehumidifying device for each camping space by the inlet opening being coupled to the supply line and the at least one outlet opening being coupled to the discharge line in a fluid-communicating manner. In addition to the fact that this involves a one-time preparation for the empty space, a so-called retro fitting is also conceivable in this way, i.e. the fitting of already existing camping spaces with a dehumidifying device according to the invention. The present invention likewise relates to a control method for controlling a dehumidifying device according to the invention, comprising the following steps:supplying an air flow from at least one inlet opening in the camping space to the treatment unit, treating the supplied air flow in at least one treatment module of the treatment unit, removing the treated air flow from the treatment unit to at least one outlet opening into the camping space.A control method according to the invention thus brings with it the same advantages as have been explained in detail with reference to a dehumidifying device according to the invention. It can be advantageous if, in a control method according to the invention, the steps are carried out for a predetermined switch-on period. This switch-on period can be permanently predefined and set, so that the dehumidifying device and thus also the control method can be equipped and carried out without sensor information. Thus, for example, a simple timer can be used as a time control module in order to ensure such a control of the switch-on period. The switching on means that the heating device can also be activated. It is likewise advantageous if, in a control method according to the invention in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the heating device is activated during the switch-on period. Here too, the compactness and simplicity of the control method are again increased, since the heating device is always also switched on when the dehumidifying device is activated. In this way, it becomes possible to equip the dehumidifying device also free of temperature sensors and thus to make it even simpler and more cost-effective.Advantages are furthermore obtained if, in a control method according to the invention, the air flow has a constant or substantially constant volume flow during the switch-on period. This also means that the necessary flow or pressure sensors are dispensed with, so that the monitoring can also be simplified with regard to the monitoring and specification of the volume flow for the air flow.Another object of the present invention is a camping room for camping use during camping season, comprising an interior and a cover surrounding the interior. Such a camping space is distinguished in that the casing has at least one inlet opening and at least one outlet opening, which are connected in a fluid-communicating manner to a feed line and a discharge line of a dehumidifying device according to the invention. Thus, such a camping space also brings the same advantages as have been explained in detail with reference to a dehumidifying device according to the invention. The camping season is to be distinguished from the empty season, that is to say the time in which the camping space is not used in the transition time and in the winter months. The camping space is protected from mold formation or other adverse effects during this off-season by the use of the dehumidifying device. It can be advantageous if, in such a camping room, the at least one inlet opening is arranged above the at least one outlet opening, in particular the at least one inlet opening is arranged in the region of the highest section of the casing and / or the at least one outlet opening is arranged in the region of the lowest section casing of the casing. Such an arrangement brings advantages of a defined flow through the camping space during the empty state. In particular, a laminar flow can be ensured in such a way that preferably the entire or substantially entire camping space is flowed through. As a result, mold formation can be effectively suppressed even in removed portions and corners or edges of the camping space.Further advantages, features and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description, in which exemplary embodiments of the invention are described in detail with reference to the drawings. The features mentioned in the claims and in the description can be essential to the invention individually or in any combination. They show schematically: FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a dehumidifying device according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a further embodiment of a dehumidifying device according to the invention, FIG. 3 shows a further embodiment of a dehumidifying device according to the invention, FIG. 4 shows a further embodiment of a dehumidifying device according to the invention.FIG. 1 schematically shows one possibility of a dehumidifying device 10 according to the invention, which is here integrated in a camping room 100 according to the invention. The camping space 100 has an interior space 130, which here can be surrounded by a tent-like casing 140, for example. A dehumidifying device 10 is provided here for the winter months and the transition time. During the empty state, i.e. during a substantially low-ventilation or non-ventilation time with cool external temperatures, an air stream L can now be drawn in from the conveying device 70, here in the form of a fan device, via the inlet opening 110 out of the interior 130 of the camping space 100. The air flow L then reaches the treatment unit 20 via the supply line 40; before reaching the treatment unit 20, in this embodiment integrated into the supply line 40, the air flow L passes a heating device 60; this heating device serves to heat the air flow L to a temperature which is preferably above 15 degrees Celsius. The heated air stream L now enters the treatment unit 20 and there flows through the one treatment module 30, which is designed as a dehumidifying module 32. Because gaseous water vapor can now be condensed into liquid water within the dehumidifying module 32, the air L flowing through is treated, i.e. dried, and can be returned as air stream L via the discharge line 50 into the interior 130 of the camping space 100 via the outlet opening 120 in the treated and thus dried manner.FIG. 2 shows a development of the embodiment of FIG. 1 Firstly, the fan device is arranged here as a conveying device 70 directly at the inlet of the treatment unit 20. This allows a more compact construction of the overall system, since the supply line 40 can be passive, for example in the form of a supply hose. Here, too, the heating device 60 is integrated into the treatment unit 20, which is likewise conducive to compactness.FIG. 2 also shows that a plurality of, in particular different, treatment modules 30 can be arranged in the treatment unit 20. Downstream of the dehumidifying module 32, a UV irradiation module 34 and a filter module 36 are provided here. Thus, there is a triple treatment of the air flow L, in the form of a dehumidification in the dehumidification module 32, a disinfection in the UV irradiation module 34 and a filtering out of particles in the filter module 36 The air treated in this manner triple is returned as treated air flow L via the discharge line 50 in the same manner as in FIG. 1 via the outlet opening 120 again into the interior 130 of the camping space 100.FIG. 3 further forms the embodiment of FIG. 2 in that now two outlet openings 120 are provided spaced apart from one another. The treated air stream L is divided via a dividing section 52 in the discharge line 50; the two outlet openings 120 are arranged here on the opposite sides in the lower region of the interior 130 of the camping space 100. It is thus possible, starting from these lower outlet openings 120 spaced apart from one another, to ensure a defined air flow in the direction of the inlet opening 110 of inlet openings 110 arranged in the upper region of the interior 130. Dead spaces and in particular areas of the interior space 130 of the camping space 160 through which little or no flow passes are thus reduced or even completely avoidable.FIG. 4 also further forms the dehumidifying device 10. Here, the dividing portion 52 of the discharge line 50 is integrated into the treatment unit 20. In other words, two outputs and thus connections to separate line channels of the discharge line 50 are provided on the treatment unit 20. For the simplest possible and above all sensor-free control, a time control module 22 is provided in the treatment unit 20 here, which can switch on the treatment unit 20, the conveying device 70 and / or the heating device 60 for a defined switch-on period. Moreover, in the embodiment of Fig. 4, a water outlet 80 is provided. The condensed water occurring in the dehumidifying device 32 can be discharged as liquid water W via this water outlet 80. This liquid water can be guided to the environment, introduced into an outlet tank or else fed to a used water tank of the camping space 100.The foregoing explanation of the embodiments describes the present invention solely by way of examples. Of course, individual features of the embodiments can be freely combined with one another, provided that it makes technical sense.List of reference characters10 Dehumidifying device 20 Treatment unit 22 Time control module 30 Treatment module 32 Dehumidifying module 34 UV irradiation module 36 Filter module 40 Supply line 50 Discharge line 52 Dividing section 60 Heating device 70 Conveying device 80 Water outlet 100 Camping space 110 Inlet opening 120 Outlet opening 130 Interior space 140 Casing L Air stream W Water
