Description

The present invention relates to a device for determining a torque on a shaft according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a corresponding power take-off transmission with a power take-off shaft and a corresponding working machine. In the prior art, in particular for agricultural working machines, power take-off shafts are known which make it possible to drive working tools which can be coupled to the working machines. Examples of such drivable implements are, for example, mowers, straw balers or fertilizer spreaders. Furthermore, tapped shafts are also known for agricultural working machines, which make it possible to drive drivable trailers which can be coupled to the working machines. The output speed and the output torque of both the known power take-off shafts and the known path power take-off shafts are usually characterized by the engine speed and the engine torque of an engine of the agricultural working machine. Transmission units connected upstream of the power take-off shafts often also have a plurality of shiftable gear stages, which set the engine speed or the engine torque and the output speed or the output torque of the power take-off shaft in an adjustable ratio. In this context, DE 10 2017 108 307 A1 describes a device for measuring the torque on a rotatably mounted shaft, wherein the shaft is connected to a hub by a positively locking, non-positive locking or materially integral connection in the radial direction. At least one measuring element made of a magnetizable steel is arranged between the shaft and the hub. The device further comprises electronics for detecting the magnetic field of the measuring element, wherein the application of a torque to the shaft leads to a change in the magnetic field and the torque can thus be calculated from the magnetic field change.U.S. Pat. No. 8,079,274 B2 discloses a system for measuring the torque on a shaft. Two signal-generating magnetic rings are arranged on the shaft in a rotationally fixed manner and axially spaced apart from one another. The magnet rings have alternating magnetic south poles and magnetic north poles along their outer periphery. A rotary movement of each of the magnet rings can be measured by means of a respective sensor. By comparing the waveform of the measurement signals generated by the movement of the magnetic rings, a torsion of the shaft and thus a torque transmitted by the shaft can be determined.JP 6 372 231 B2 describes a method for measuring the torque on a shaft. Spaced axially from each other, magnetic encoder wheels having repetitively varying magnetic properties are mounted on the shaft. Each encoder wheel is associated with a sensor which detects the magnetic properties of the encoder wheels. The torque transmitted by the shaft can then be calculated on the basis of a pulse flank time difference of the measurement signals due to torsion of the shaft.US 8 666 682 B2 discloses a device for measuring a torque transmitted by a rotating element rotating about a longitudinal axis relative to a fixed element. The apparatus includes a first torsion reference member fixedly coupled to the shaft at a first axial position and a second torsion reference member fixedly coupled to the shaft at a second axial position. The apparatus further comprises a first detector coupled to a fixed member and configured to detect the passage of the first torsion reference member at the first detector upon each complete rotation of the shaft and to generate a first signal upon each passage of the first torsion reference member, and a second detector coupled to the fixed member and configured to detect the passage of the second torsion reference member at the second detector upon each complete rotation of the shaft and to generate a second signal upon each passage of the second torsion reference member. A controller is configured to calculate a phase difference between the first signal and the second signal relative to a time reference during rotation of the rotating element under a torsion load, and compare the phase difference with a reference value. From a ratio of the phase difference and the reference value, the controller then calculates the torque load. The known methods and devices for detecting torque via a torsion of the shaft transmitting the torque are disadvantageous, however, in that they can be realized only comparatively complexly. It is an object of the invention to propose an improved device for determining a torque on a shaft. This object is achieved according to the invention by the device for determining a torque on a shaft according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention are evident from the dependent claims. The invention relates to a device for determining a torque on a shaft, comprising the shaft for transmitting the torque, a first signal transmitter arranged on the shaft in a rotationally fixed manner, a second signal transmitter spaced apart from the first signal transmitter and arranged on the shaft in a rotationally fixed manner, a first sensor assigned to the first signal transmitter for generating first measurement data, a second sensor assigned to the second signal transmitter for generating second measurement data, and a control unit, wherein the control unit is designed to determine a torsion of the shaft on the basis of the first and the second measurement data, and wherein the control unit is furthermore designed to determine the torque on the basis of the torsion. The invention thus describes a device which is designed to determine a torque which is transmitted via a shaft. The shaft can be arranged in a transmission, for example, and can be a component of the transmission. The transmission can be, for example, a transmission of a motor vehicle, advantageously a transmission of an agricultural working machine or a construction machine. The shaft preferably transmits a drive torque of a drive unit, for example an internal combustion engine or an electric motor, to an output of the transmission.Due to the torque which is transmitted via the shaft, the shaft experiences a torsion in accordance with the transmitted torque. The torsion of the shaft can thus be used as a measure for the transmitted torque. In addition, the torsion of the shaft is also dependent on a torsion spring constant of the shaft and on a length of the shaft. The longer the shaft, the stronger the torsion of the shaft.A first signal transmitter and a second signal transmitter are arranged on the shaft in a rotationally fixed manner, which are spaced apart from one another. Advantageously, the first and the second signal transmitter are spaced apart over a major part of the axial length of the shaft. In other words, this means that the first signal transmitter is arranged in the region of a first axial end of the shaft and the second signal transmitter is arranged in the region of a second axial end of the shaft. The axial distance of the first signal transmitter from the second signal transmitter is preferably at least 30 cm, particularly preferably at least 50 cm and very particularly preferably at least 65 cm.Since the first and the second signal transmitter are each arranged on the shaft in a rotationally fixed manner, they accordingly follow a rotational movement of the shaft and a torsional movement on the shaft. The first and the second signal transmitter are designed to provide a signal describing the rotational movement or the torsional movement. In principle, these can equally be mechanical, electrical, magnetic or optical signals. The first sensor is assigned to the first signal transmitter in such a way that it can capture the signals provided by the first signal transmitter and generate the first measurement data therefrom. The first measurement data describe the signals of the first signal transmitter recorded over time.In an analogous manner, the second sensor is assigned to the second signal transmitter in such a way that it can capture the signals provided by the second signal transmitter and generate the second measurement data therefrom. The second measurement data describe the signals of the second signal transmitter recorded over time. The control unit is advantageously designed as an electronic control unit which is connected to the first and the second sensor on the data plane in order to obtain the first and the second measurement data from these.According to the invention, it is provided that the first signal transmitter is designed as a first clutch bell and the second signal transmitter is designed as a second clutch bell. This results in the advantage that components already present in the drive train can be used in the form of clutch cups, so that the implementation costs for the device according to the invention in a drive train are comparatively low.The invention has recognized that the first clutch bell and the second clutch bell are also very well suited as signal transmitters for determining a torque, since a torque is transmitted via the shaft only when the first and the second clutch are closed. And whenever the first and second clutches are closed, the first clutch bell and the second clutch bell are rotationally fixed to the shaft and rotate at the same speed as the shaft.According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the first sensor senses an outer periphery of the first signal transmitter, wherein the first signal transmitter has signal-emitting and non-signal-emitting sections on its outer periphery, wherein the signal-emitting and non-signal-emitting sections are distributed asymmetrically over the outer periphery of the first signal transmitter, and / or that the second sensor senses an outer periphery of the second signal transmitter, wherein the second signal transmitter has signal-emitting and non-signal-emitting sections on its outer periphery, wherein the signal-emitting and non-signal-emitting sections are distributed asymmetrically over the outer periphery of the second signal transmitter. The presence and in particular the alternating arrangement of signal-emitting and non-signal-emitting sections on the first or second signal transmitter enables a rotational movement of the first or second signal transmitter to be sensed very reliably. The first sensor is directed with its detection region onto the outer circumference of the first clutch bell so that it can respectively detect the signal-emitting sections rotating there on the outer circumference. During a rotational movement, the rotational movement can namely be detected by the change of signal-transmitting sections and non-signal-transmitting sections in the detection range of the first sensor. On the basis of a speed of the change of sensed signal-transmitting sections and non-signal-transmitting sections, the rotational speed of the shaft can advantageously also be determined. The non-signal-emitting sections are not sensed by the first sensor, since they cannot be recognized by the latter. Thus, as a measure for the rotational speed of the shaft, the time interval that elapses between the sensing of two signal-transmitting sections can be used particularly advantageously. Alternatively or additionally, the time interval that elapses between the non-sensing of two non-signal-transmitting sections can also be used as a measure for the rotational speed of the shaft. In an analogous manner, a rotational movement or a rotational speed of the shaft can be detected by the second sensor. In addition, since the signal-emitting and the non-signal-emitting sections are distributed not uniformly but asymmetrically over the outer circumference of the first clutch bell and the second clutch bell, respectively, an angular position of the shaft can also be determined. Because of the asymmetrical configuration of the signal-transmitting and non-signal-transmitting sections, each section can be configured individually, so that when a specific individual section is sensed and recognized and on the basis of its known arrangement on the outer circumference, a conclusion can be drawn about the angular position of the corresponding clutch bell and thus about the shaft. Advantageously, a clutch bell is used for this purpose, which is connected to the shaft in a rotationally fixed manner even in the open state of the clutch assigned to it, so that the rotational orientation of the clutch bell with respect to the shaft is at all times identical and known. The asymmetrical configuration is advantageously an asymmetry in the circumferential width of the sections, i.e. asymmetrically distributed sections are of different lengths on the outer circumference of the corresponding clutch bell.According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the signal-emitting sections are material-based and the non-signal-emitting sections are material recesses. This therefore means that the first sensor or the second sensor can sense the presence of material of the first signal transmitter or of the second signal transmitter. The outer periphery of the first signal transmitter or of the second signal transmitter can thus preferably be embodied in the manner of a toothed wheel, wherein a tooth on the outer periphery is sensed by the first signal transmitter or second signal transmitter. The gap between two teeth is a material recess and is accordingly not sensed. This represents a simple and equally reliable embodiment for the presentation of signal-emitting and non-signal-emitting sections on the outer periphery of the first signal transmitter or of the second signal transmitter.According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the first clutch bell consists of steel and is associated with a first multiplate clutch and the second clutch bell consists of steel and is associated with a second multiplate clutch.Steel as material for the first or second signal transmitter offers the advantage that it can be sensed comparatively easily and reliably, for example via its optical, magnetic or electrical properties. In addition, steel is mechanically robust, so that it is also suitable for producing highly loaded clutches or clutch bells.By the first and the second clutch bell being each assigned to a multiplate clutch, the shaft can be shifted for transmitting the torque at any desired rotational speed differences and loads.According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the first sensor is designed as a first Hall sensor and the second sensor is designed as a second Hall sensor.Hall sensors make possible a very reliable sensing of magnetic fields and are therefore suitable, in particular in conjunction with a signal transmitter made of a ferromagnetic material such as steel, for sensing the signal-transmitting or non-signal-transmitting sections. In addition, Hall sensors are comparatively cost-effective and compact.According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the first measurement data contain a transition of a signal-transmitting section to a non-signal-transmitting section or vice versa at the first signal transmitter and that the second measurement data contain a transition of a signal-transmitting section to a non-signal-transmitting section or vice versa at the second signal transmitter. The transitions from a signal-transmitting section to a non-signal-transmitting section or from a non-signal-transmitting section to a signal-transmitting section make it possible to determine the angular position of the clutch bell on the first or second clutch bell to the greatest extent possible, since the transitions-in contrast to the signal-transmitting and non-signal-transmitting sections as such-are sharp points on the outer periphery of the signal transmitters. This improves the precision with which the angular positions, the rotational speeds and thus the torsion can be determined.Advantageously, the first measurement data and the second measurement data each contain a multiplicity of different, successive transitions. The rotational speed can thus be reliably determined from the time interval of the detected transitions. Moreover, temporal changes in the torque transmitted by the shaft are precisely recognized at all times on the basis of the changes in the torsion.According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the control unit is designed to determine a rotational speed of the shaft on the basis of a time duration between at least two transitions at the first signal transmitter and / or at the second signal transmitter. As already described, the transitions from the signal-transmitting to the non-signal-transmitting sections or vice versa represent comparatively precise information about the angular positions of the first or second signal transmitter. On the basis of the time duration between two detected transitions at the first signal transmitter or at the second signal transmitter, the rotational speed of the shaft can thus be reliably determined. As a rule, the rotational speed determined at the first signal transmitter is identical to the rotational speed determined at the second signal transmitter. Deviations between the rotational speed determined at the first signal transmitter and the rotational speed determined at the second signal transmitter can occur in particular when the torque transmitted by the shaft changes and thus the torsion of the shaft changes. In the case of a changing torsion, the rotational speed at the first signal transmitter and the rotational speed at the second signal transmitter naturally have a small difference for a short time.It is advantageously provided that the control unit is designed to determine a rotational speed of the shaft on the basis of an averaged time duration of the last ten detected transitions at the first signal transmitter and / or at the second signal transmitter. As a result, briefly detected rotational speed fluctuations due to changes in the transmitted torque can be avoided.Furthermore, each detected transition is advantageously assigned a time stamp by the control unit. Thus, the average rotational speed can be determined over this number of transitions on the basis of the time stamps, in particular on the basis of a predeterminable number of transitions, for example five, ten or 15.According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the control unit is designed to determine an angular position of the shaft on the basis of a time duration between at least two transitions at the first signal transmitter and / or at the second signal transmitter. Here, the invention makes use of in particular the asymmetrical distribution of the signal-emitting and the non-signal-emitting sections on the outer periphery of the first or second signal transmitter.Advantageously, by including the determined rotational speed, it is thus possible to detect which individual signal-transmitting or non-signal-transmitting section is currently being detected by the first or second sensor. By means of this information and the known angular position of the first or second signal transmitter on the shaft, the angular position of the shaft can then also be determined. The angular position of the shaft can be used, for example, to determine the angular position of an interface of the shaft to an attachment which can be driven by the shaft. This can simplify the coupling of the attachment to the shaft.According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the control unit is designed to determine the rotational speed of the shaft and / or the angular position of the shaft on the basis of a plurality of time periods. This allows the effects of short-term fluctuations in the torque transmitted by the shaft to be compensated.According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the control unit has a processor dedicated to the determination of the torque and / or the determination of the rotational speed. This therefore means that a processor is provided in the control unit, which is provided exclusively for determining the torque or for determining the rotational speed. Thus, at any time and independently of the respective computation load occurring in the control device, a determination of the torque or the rotational speed can be made without delay by other processes which are processed by a main processor. The processor dedicated to the determination of the torque or the determination of the rotational speed is preferably a so-called coprocessor. The invention also relates to a power take-off transmission having a power take-off shaft, comprising a device according to the invention, wherein the device is designed for determining the torque on the power take-off shaft. This results in the advantages already described in connection with the device according to the invention also for the power take-off transmission according to the invention. The invention also relates to a working machine comprising a power take-off transmission according to the invention. This results in the advantages already described in connection with the device according to the invention also for the working machine according to the invention. The working machine is preferably a wheel loader. However, it can also be a skid steer loader, telescopic loader, dumper, excavator or tractor. The invention is explained below by way of example with reference to embodiments shown in the figures. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows, by way of example and schematically, a possible embodiment of a device according to the invention for determining a torque on a shaft, FIG. 2 shows, by way of example and schematically, a possible embodiment of a first clutch bell, FIG. 3 shows, by way of example and schematically, time durations of a transition from a signal-transmitting section of the first clutch bell to a non-signal-transmitting section of the first clutch bell or vice versa, respectively, and FIG. 4 shows, by way of example and schematically, a deviation from a setpoint value for a time offset between an expected transition at the first clutch bell and an actual transition of the first clutch bell on account of torsion of the shaft.Identical items, functional units and comparable components are denoted by the same reference numerals across the figures. These objects, functional units and comparable components are identical in terms of their technical features, unless the description explicitly or implicitly reveals otherwise.FIG. 1 shows, by way of example and schematically, a possible embodiment of a device 100 according to the invention for determining a torque on a shaft 110.In addition to the shaft 110 for transmitting the torque, the device 100 also comprises a first signal transmitter 120 arranged on the shaft 110 in a rotationally fixed manner, a second signal transmitter 130 spaced apart from the first signal transmitter 120 and arranged on the shaft 110 in a rotationally fixed manner, a first sensor 121 assigned to the first signal transmitter 120 for generating first measurement data, a second sensor 131 assigned to the second signal transmitter 130 for generating second measurement data, and a control unit (not shown in FIG. 1 ). The first signal transmitter 120 is designed as a first clutch bell 120 and the second signal transmitter 130 is designed as a second clutch bell 130.The control unit is configured to determine a torsion of the shaft 110 on the basis of the first and the second measurement data and to determine the torque transmitted by the shaft 110 on the basis of the torsion.According to the example, the shaft 110 is a power take-off shaft 110 of a power take-off transmission which comprises the device 100.The auxiliary output gear is, for example, an auxiliary output gear of an agricultural working machine (not shown in FIG. 1 ).The first sensor 121 is arranged and designed, according to the example, in such a way that it senses an outer circumference of the first clutch bell 120, wherein the first clutch bell 120 has signal-transmitting and non-signal-transmitting sections on its outer circumference. In an analogous manner, according to the example, the second sensor 131 is also arranged and configured in such a way that it senses an outer circumference of the second clutch bell 130, wherein the second clutch bell 130 likewise has signal-transmitting and non-signal-transmitting sections on its outer circumference. The first clutch bell 120 and the second clutch bell 130 are made of steel, for example. The first sensor 121 and the second sensor 131 are, for example, Hall sensors 121, 131 which can sense the presence of steel having ferromagnetic properties. The signal-emitting sections of the first clutch bell 120 and the second clutch bell 130, respectively, are material-based. In the sense of the invention, this is to be understood as meaning that material, i.e. steel, is present at these sections and no material cutout exists.Conversely, the non-signal-emitting sections of the first clutch bell 120 and the second clutch bell 130 are each formed as material recesses, i.e. no material, i.e. no steel, is located at these sections.According to the example, the signal-transmitting and the non-signal-transmitting sections are each distributed asymmetrically over the outer circumference of the first clutch bell 120 and also of the second clutch bell 130. An asymmetric distribution is to be understood within the meaning of the invention as meaning that successive signal-giving or nonsignal-giving sections are of different sizes or lengths. The first measurement data or second measurement data acquired by the first sensor 121 and the second sensor 131 contain, for example, in each case the last ten transitions from a signal-emitting section to a non-signal-emitting section or vice versa. The control unit assigns a time stamp to each transition in the first measurement data and in the second measurement data.As a result, the control unit can determine a rotational speed of the shaft 110 on the basis of a time duration between two successive transitions at the first clutch bell 120 and at the second clutch bell 130.Due to the asymmetrical distribution of the signal-transmitting and the non-signal-transmitting sections on the outer circumference of the first clutch bell 120 and on the outer circumference of the second clutch bell 130, an angular position of the shaft 110 can additionally be determined by the control unit in conjunction with a speed-dependent time duration between at least two transitions on the first signal transmitter 121 and on the second signal transmitter 131.FIG. 2 shows, by way of example and schematically, a possible embodiment of a first clutch bell 120.The first clutch bell 120 is made of steel, for example, and has an outer periphery 122. The outer periphery 122 is composed of signal-giving portions 123 and non-signal-giving portions 124. The signal-emitting sections 122 are material-based, i.e. they consist of the steel of the clutch bell 120. The non-signal-emitting sections 124, on the other hand, are formed as material recesses 124.Likewise, in the exemplary embodiment of FIG. 2, the second clutch bell 130 can also be concerned.FIG. 3 shows, by way of example and schematically, measured time periods t over a continuous number of revolutions n of the shaft 110. The time periods t each describe a transition from a signal-transmitting section of the first clutch bell 120 to a non-signal-transmitting section of the first clutch bell 120 or vice versa to a respective following transition at a constant rotational speed of the shaft 110.As can be seen, according to the example, every second time duration 200 is comparatively short. These short periods of time 200 are assigned to the non-signal-giving sections 124, which are all of the same size and accordingly have an identical period of time 200 at a constant rotational speed until the following transition to a signal-giving section 123.The periods 201, 202 and 203 assigned to the signal-emitting sections 123, however, differ partially from one another, since the signal-emitting sections 123 are distributed asymmetrically over the outer circumference of the first clutch bell 120, according to the example. Starting from time period 203, time periods 201, 202 and 203 are repeated, since the outer periphery continues to rotate. Thus, on the basis of the last detected transition, for example the transition 203, it is possible to infer the angular position of the shaft 110.In an analogous manner, the time durations from a transition from a signal-transmitting section to a non-signal-transmitting section are also measured at the second clutch bell 130.FIG. 4 shows, by way of example and schematically, a deviation from a setpoint value for a time offset Δt between an expected transition at the first clutch bell 120 and an actual transition of the first clutch bell 120 on account of a torsion of the shaft 110.The torsion of the shaft 110 takes place by a torque which is transmitted by the shaft 110 and leads to the first clutch bell 120 being rotated by a torsion-dependent angle with respect to the second clutch bell 130.Accordingly, a time offset occurs, which is a measure of the torsion of the shaft 110. The time offset Δt becomes greater and greater the greater the torsion.Since the torsion is a result of the transmitted torque, the time offset Δt accordingly allows a determination of the torque. In FIG. 4, 8 different time offsets 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307 and 308 are shown by way of example, which stand for an increasingly greater torque from left to right.Reference numerals denote reference numerals100 Device 111 shaft 120 first signal transmitter, first clutch bell 121 first sensor, first Hall sensor 122 outer periphery 123 signal-transmitting section 124 non-signal-transmitting section 130 second signal transmitter, second clutch bell 131 second sensor, second Hall sensor 200 time duration 201 time duration 202 time duration 203 time duration t time duration 301 time offset 302 time offset 303 time offset 304 time offset 305 time offset 306 time offset 307 time offset 308 time offset Δt time offsetReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
