Description

The invention relates to a safety shutdown for cleaning appliances such as high-pressure cleanersPrior ArtWorking with a high-pressure cleaner can lead to injuries. In particular, if users are expected to guide the cleaning jet via their own foot.Disclosure of the InventionThe advantage of the invention is that serious injuries in the handling of cleaning devices such as high-pressure cleaners can be avoided. For this purpose, a cleaning device, in particular a high-pressure cleaner, is proposed, which is equipped with a handle, wherein an optical display means, in particular a warning lamp, is arranged in the handle. A jet nozzle is provided for spraying a cleaning jet under high pressure onto a field to be cleaned.Advantageously, a 6G mobile radio module is arranged in the handle of the cleaning appliance, which monitors the field to be cleaned. Advantageously, the 6G mobile radio module is designed as a sensor, wherein the 6G sensor is designed as a radar sensor. Thus, the field to be cleaned can be advantageously monitored with respect to penetrating objects.Furthermore, a method for monitoring the field to be cleaned is proposed. The field F to be cleaned is divided into at least three zones, zones ZS1 and ZS2 being zones safe for a user, zones ZS3 and ZS4 being zones potentially unsafe for a user, zone ZS5 being a zone in which a user is at risk of injury should he enter this zone, zone ZS5 being spaced apart from cleaning jet S in a radius of about 5 cm, zones ZS3 and ZS4 being spaced apart from the cleaning jet in a radius of about 5-15 cm, zones ZS1 and ZS2 being spaced apart from cleaning jet S outside the 15 cm.Advantageously, the 6G radar sensor covers completely the zone ZS 5 and the zones ZS 3 and ZS 4 within the field to be cleaned, wherein software within the cleaning appliance receives, monitors and evaluates the signals of the 6G sensor. This allows to determine when a user with a foot gets into one of the fields. The warning lamp is advantageously actuated in the handle if an object, such as a foot of a user, is detected in the zones ZS 3 and ZS 4. Thus, the user can be advantageously warned. The high pressure in the cleaning device is switched off at the latest when an object, such as a foot of a user, is detected in zone ZS5. Thus, the user is protected from injury.Further advantages are taken from the description of the figures.DRAWINGSThe figures show a cleaning appliance according to the invention in schematic representation.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTIONThe same reference numerals are used for the same components occurring in the different exemplary embodiments. FIG. 1 shows a cleaning device 10 with a handle 12, the cleaning device being designed as a high-pressure cleaner, but can also be another device suitable for cleaning. A visual display means 14 is arranged in the handle 12. The optical display means 14 is designed as a warning lamp, but can also have any conceivable other embodiment. A jet nozzle 16 is provided for spraying a cleaning jet S under high pressure onto a field F to be cleaned.A 6G mobile radio module 18 is arranged in the handle 12 of the cleaning appliance 10, which monitors the field F to be cleaned. The 6G mobile radio module 18 is designed as a sensor. The 6G sensor 18 is designed as a radar sensor. The field F to be cleaned is divided into at least three zones: the zones ZS1 and ZS2 are zones which are safe for a user. Zones ZS3 and ZS4 are zones that are potentially unsafe for a user. Therefore, the zones ZS 3 and ZS 4 are also called potential hazardous zones. The zone ZS5 is a zone in which a user is at risk of injury should he enter this zone. Zone ZS5 is therefore also called a danger zone. The zone ZS5 is at a radius of about 5 cm from the cleaning jet S. The zones ZS3 and ZS4 are removed from the cleaning jet by a circle of about 5-15 cm. The zones ZS1 and ZS2 are located outside the 15 cm from the cleaning jet S.Within the field F to be cleaned, the 6G radar sensor 18 completely covers the zone ZS 5 and the zones ZS 3 and ZS 4. Software within the cleaning appliance 10 receives and monitors the signals of the 6G sensor 18 and evaluates them.Relevant signals may be:a message from the 6G sensor about detected objects in the monitored region of the field F to be cleaned,an evaluation logic, in particular a computer program, for classifying the region in which the object has been detected,a message, in particular a stepped message of the evaluation logic to the warning display 14,an evaluation logic, in particular a computer program, for reducing the cleaning beam in the event of detected objects in the potential danger zones ZS 3 and ZS 4 or in the danger zone ZS 5.If an object 40 is detected in the zones ZS3 and ZS4, the warning lamp 14 in the handle 12 is actuated, as can be seen in FIG. 2.If the object 40 is detected in the zone ZS 5, the high pressure in the cleaning device 10 is switched off, see FIG. 3 : The cleaning device 10 is restarted by releasing and restarting the manual switching of the cleaning device 10.The entry of an object 40 into the zones ZS 3 and ZS 4 can likewise already lead to the high-pressure jet being shut off at high speeds of intervention. The monitoring takes place in a rapid sequence. Cycle times of <50 ms should be sought. A response, warning light, should be made with a time delay of no longer than 100 ms.The warning field perimeter and also the switch-off area is to be applied as a function of the height. An optimum height of the cleaning jet is 5-30 cm above the object to be cleaned. The height h is thus 5-30 cm.The method can also be applied to sandblasting equipment, steam cleaners, industrial cleaners and private high pressure cleaners. Moreover, domestic animals, foreign persons (i.e. not only their own foot), cables and hoses can also be detected and injuries or damage can also be avoided here. It is also possible to deactivate the cleaning jet in the hazardous area, i.e. to save the location identified as danger with the jet.
