Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shut-off device for blocking a passage of a leaf door, in which at least one leaf is opened-in particular the passage between a first leaf and a second leaf of the leaf door, wherein at least one of the two leaves is opened, so that in principle a passage would be possible-with a shut-off strap which extends between a first fastening element and a second fastening element.Such shut-off tapes are sufficiently known. Barrier bands are often used in the business, on events or in other locations where persons are to be guided to a preferred route. Normally, such barrier straps are arranged at a height of about 1 meter and held at this height by two posts. The shut-off straps are fixed to such posts for this purpose. Depending on the need, the posts may be placed individually. For this purpose, such posts generally have suitable, in particular a laterally protruding foot.It has been found that in some applications, in particular in the case of only a limited space available, the arrangement of one or two posts is unsuitable. Furthermore, the protruding foot can represent a trip location for persons, so that for this reason too, a placement of a post is not always advantageous. For example, it has been found that in narrow corridors, staircases, at window fronts or at a house entrance, often the placement of posts to enable a passage to be shut off can lead to undesirable space problems. It has been found that in buildings with a large amount of traffic in corridors or corridors, wing doors are frequently arranged, wherein-despite the doors being open-often the passages of wing doors of this kind are to be blocked in order to guide persons. It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a shut-off device for blocking a passage of a leaf door, which device improves at least one of the above-mentioned disadvantages and in particular enables a particularly space-saving shut-off device. The invention achieves the object set by a shut-off device having the features of the main claim. Advantageous embodiments and developments of the invention are disclosed in the dependent claims, the description and the figures.According to the invention, at least one of the first and the second fastening element can be fixed via a positive connection to a door hinge of the at least one open door leaf of the leaf door. As a result, at least one side of the shut-off strap can be arranged without a post, so that a shut-off can take place in a particularly space-saving manner. The invention thus relates in particular to an arrangement of the shut-off device, in particular of a fastening element of the shut-off device, in the region of the door hinge. The at least one of the first and the second fastening element can be fixed to the door hinge in particular in a form-fitting manner in such a way that the length or orientation of the shut-off strap is not impaired. It should be clear that the expression of at least one of the first and the second fastening element is to be understood as meaning either a fastening element, two fastening elements or further fastening elements. Furthermore, it should be clear that a door hinge is understood to mean a device provided for a door leaf with a door frame for pivotably movable connection. Such door straps are sufficiently known. Advantageously, the present door hinge in question is arranged as a middle door hinge between an upper and a lower door hinge, in particular at a height of between 70 and 140 cm.As a result, for example, wing doors of a gastronomic operation, which are arranged at a front of the house and are open for ventilation and in which guest tables stand in front of the wing door both in an area lying inside the building and in front of the wing door in an area lying outside the building, a shut-off of the passage can be effected in order to direct a person flow, in particular in order not to disturb passengers who are seated on one of the tables in the area of the wing door.Preferably, the at least one of the first and the second fastening element has a belt receiving region for connecting the shut-off belt to the fastening element and a fixing region, which is arranged in particular adjacent thereto, for positively fixing to the door hinge. As a result, both the positive fixing to the door hinge can take place independently of the shut-off strap and the alignment of the shut-off strap can take place independently of the fixing to the door hinge; in particular, one has no influence on the other. For the positive fixing to the door hinge, the at least one of the first and second fastening elements preferably has an elevation which projects in particular outwards from a plane of the fastening element. The elevation can project in particular from a plane defined by an outer wall formed in a planar manner. In this case, the elevation during or for the positive fixing to the door hinge can engage behind a hinge bolt part of a hinge part of the door hinge on a side facing away from the shut-off strap. It should be clear that a hinge part is to be understood as a pivoting element of the door hinge facing the leaf or frame. The hinge bolt part, also called hinge part, can be in particular a section of a hinge part for receiving a hinge bolt. The elevation can be designed to correspond at least to a component of the door hinge. In particular, the elevation can have a concave curvature, which is formed to correspond to a convex curvature of the strap bolt part. As a result, the at least one of the first and the second fastening element can bear flat against the strap bolt part and thus block a movement in the direction of the shut-off strap. This allows a particularly secure and stable form-fitting fixing to be effected.Advantageously, the elevation is arranged on a region of the fastening element facing away from the shut-off strap, in particular in the fixing region. Particularly preferably, the elevation is arranged exclusively in the fixing region. The elevation is thus located in a fixed state in a normally invisible region of the door hinge. This can firstly bring about a particularly secure and stable form-fitting fixing, and secondly an optically particularly appealing fastening element. In particular, the fastening element can thus appear "suspended".The belt receiving region can comprise at least two webs, about which the shut-off belt is tensioned, or a winding drum for winding up the shut-off belt. As a result, the shut-off strap can be connected to the fastening element in a particularly uncomplicated and space-saving manner. The winding drum can furthermore be prestressed by means of a spring element, with the result that the shut-off belt is always tensioned in the direction of the winding drum. Alternatively, the shut-off belt can be wound around by the webs in such a way that a length of the shut-off belt can be individually adjusted. The shut-off strap can thus be designed to be variable in length at least on one side, i.e. on at least one fastening element.Preferably, the shut-off belt is made of an elastic material. As a result, the closure material can be reversibly extended-for example by stretching-and thereby also tensioned. Consequently, the shut-off band can assume a desired length in a particularly simple manner. In a particularly preferred embodiment, it is provided that the at least one of the first and the second fastening element extends between the hinge bolt part of a first hinge part of the door hinge and a hinge fastening part of a second hinge part of the door hinge in a state fixed to the door hinge. Alternatively, the at least one of the first and the second fastening element can extend, in a state fixed to the door hinge, between a hinge bolt part, also referred to as a roller, of a hinge part of the door hinge and a frame or leaf part of the leaf door. Both of the above-mentioned variants can be provided on two-part or three-part belts. For example, in the case of a three-part hinge, the door hinge can comprise a middle-first hinge part fastened to the door leaf, which has the hinge bolt part on which the fastening element bears, an upper-second hinge part fastened to the frame of the door and a lower-third hinge part fastened to the frame of the door. The second hinge part and the third hinge part are in particular components of the same door hinge and each form a pivoting element of the door hinge facing the leaf or frame. The at least one of the first and the second fastening element is thus preferably arranged between the second and third strap parts, as viewed in the direction of the strap bolt. In this case, the one of the first and the second fastening element can be arranged between the hinge bolt part of the first hinge part and a web connecting the second and third hinge parts, as seen in the direction perpendicular to the hinge bolt, or in principle also between the hinge bolt part of the first hinge part and a frame part of the leaf door, in particular if the aforementioned web is not provided, depending on the configuration of the hinge. In the case of two-part straps, for example, one of the first and the second fastening element can likewise be arranged between a part of the first strap part of the door strap and a part of the other, second strap part of the door strap. Depending on the configuration of the two-part strap, the one of the first and the second fastening element can alternatively, however, also be arranged between the strap bolt part of the one strap part, in particular the upper strap part, and a frame part of the sash door. In this case, the one of the first and the second fastening element can bear against the lower band part, in particular, as viewed in the direction of the strap bolt, and can be held against slipping down.It should be clear that the strap fastening part is in particular that portion of the strap part in which the strap part is fastened to the wing or frame. The tape fastening part is generally formed as a rectangular plate-shaped section. On the strap fastening part, as a rule, the hinge part extends laterally, which surrounds the strap bolt and thus forms the strap bolt part. The arrangement between the hinge bolt part of one hinge part and the hinge fastening part of the other hinge part or the frame part of the leaf door allows particularly secure and stable form-fitting fixing of the fastening element. For mounting or fixing to the door hinge, the at least one of the first and second fastening elements can preferably be inserted in the axial direction of a hinge bolt of the door hinge, in particular from above, between at least two components of the door hinge, in particular between the hinge bolt part of the first hinge part and the hinge fastening part of the other, second hinge part, or between a hinge part of the door hinge, in particular the hinge bolt part of the hinge part, and the door frame. During this insertion, the elevation can engage behind the strap bolt part and thus effectively block a movement in the direction of the shut-off strap.Alternatively, in particular in the case of three-part straps, the at least one of the first and the second fastening element can be inserted, in particular pivoted, between a strap bolt part of a central strap part of the door strap and in particular a frame part of the leaf door in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extent for fixing to the door strap. According to this, the fastening element is located in particular in a position axially-that is to say in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the hinge bolt-between an upper, second hinge part and a lower, third hinge part of the door hinge. During this insertion, the elevation can be effected by lateral insertion and pivoting of the fastening element in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the strap bolt. In this case, the fastening element, in particular the elevation of the fastening element during pivoting and insertion, engages behind the strap bolt part of the middle, first strap part. After complete insertion and pivoting of the fastening element, a movement in the direction of the shut-off strap, i.e. in the direction of the hinge of the other door leaf, is also effectively blocked here again by the positive connection. In a particularly preferred application, it is provided that the first fastening element can be fixed to a first door hinge of a first door leaf and the second fastening element can be fixed to a second door hinge of a second door leaf, so that a passage between the two door leaves is blocked by means of the shut-off strap. This configuration enables a particularly space-saving arrangement of the shut-off strip for blocking the passage. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures. Like reference numerals designate like components. They show purely schematically: FIG. 1 shows a shut-off device according to the invention on a leaf door in a perspective view; and FIG. 2 is a detailed view of the shut-off device according to FIG. 1.In FIG. 1, reference numeral 100 shows a shut-off device according to the invention. The shut-off device 100 for blocking a passage of a leaf door 10, in which at least one leaf 11, 12 is opened, so that a passage would basically be possible. In the present case, both door leaves 11, 12 of the door leaf 10 are shown in an open state. The door leaves 11, 12 are each mounted pivotably via door straps in a known manner on a door frame 17, not shown in detail in FIG. 1. In the present case, the door leaves 11, 12 are each mounted on the frame 17 via three door straps, namely via an upper door strap, a middle door strap 13 a, 13 band a lower door strap. The shut-off device 100 is arranged on the middle door straps 13 a, 13 bto be able to bring about an effective shut-off of the passage between the two open door leaves 11, 12.The shut-off device 100 comprises a first fastening element 1, shown in FIG. 1 in the left-hand part of the figure, which is fixed in the region of a first door leaf 11, and a fastening element 2, shown in FIG. 1 in the right-hand part of the figure, which is fixed in the region of a second door leaf 12. A shut-off strap 3 extends between the two fastening elements 1, 2, so that a passage between the two door leaves 11, 12 is blocked by means of the shut-off strap 3. The shut-off belt 3 can be, for example, a commercially available belt, as is known, for example, from the vehicle sector.FIG. 2 shows a detailed view of a side region of the leaf door 10, in particular of the region of the central door hinge 13 bof the open door leaf 12 shown in the right-hand part of FIG. 1.The door hinge 13 bhas a first hinge part 14 afixed to the door leaf 12 and a second hinge part 14 bfixed to the frame 17, in particular with a hinge fixing part 16. The band parts 14 a, 14 bare designed to be pivotable relative to one another via a hinge-articulated connection. The pivoting takes place in particular about a strap bolt, which is not visible in FIG. 2 and connects the two strap parts 14 a, 14 bto one another and is surrounded in the upper part by the strap bolt part 15. The strap bolt part 15 has an outer configuration corresponding to the strap bolt, in particular a rounded portion which is identified by the reference numeral 18.The second fastening element 2 is arranged on the door hinge 13 b. It should be clear that the first fastening element 1 and the second fastening element 2 are of identical design, and the first fastening element 1 is arranged on the first door leaf 11 in particular around a vertical mirror-inverted owing to the belt arrangement. The following explanation given with respect to the second fastening element 2 therefore also applies correspondingly with respect to the first fastening element 1 and the hinge part 13 aof the first door leaf 11.In the present case, the first fastening element 1 is fixed in a form-fitting manner to the central band part 13 b. In the present case, fixing is to be understood as meaning at least temporary holding. For this purpose, the first fastening element 1 can be inserted manually between two components 15, 16 of the band part 13 b.The second fixing member 2 is formed as a rectangular flat body. In an end region facing the belt 3, the second fastening element 2 comprises a belt receiving region 5 for connecting the shut-off belt 3 to the fastening element 2. in an end region opposite thereto, the second fastening element 2 comprises a fixing region 6 for a positive connection 20 to the door hinge 13 b.In the belt receiving area 5, the belt 3, which is preferably made of an elastic material, is fastened to the second fastening element 2. The fastening can be effected in a known manner, in particular via a loop, so that the belt 3 between the two fastening elements 1 and 2 can be adjusted in its length, in particular can be varied in length. For this purpose, three passage openings or two webs 5 a, 5 bare provided in the belt receiving region 5. As a result, the belt 3 can be laid in a loop around the second web 5 band fastened and secured against tensile forces via the first web 5 a.Alternatively, a usual winding drum for winding the shut-off belt 3 can be provided in the belt receiving region. The reeling drum can be pretensioned by means of a spring element, so that the shut-off belt 3 is always tensioned in the direction of the reeling drum.In the fixing region 6, in addition to a flat region 9, an elevation 7 protruding outwards from the flat region 9, in particular a plane forming this flat region 9, is arranged. The elevation is arranged in particular at a free end of the second fastening element 2 facing away from the shut-off strap 3 and is oriented protruding in the direction of the door leaf 12. On a side opposite the elevation 7, in particular a second flat side, the second fastening element 2 bears against a planar side of the second strap part 14 bof the door strap 13 b, in particular against the strap fastening part 16 of the second strap part 14 b.The elevation 7 serves for fixing the second fastening element 2 to the door hinge 13 b, in particular for blocking a movement of the second fastening element in the direction of the belt 3. For this purpose, the second fastening element 2 can be inserted between the hinge pin part 15 and the hinge fastening part 16 - in the present case from above - in the axial direction of a hinge bolt or of the hinge pin part 15, in particular until the second fastening element 2 bears with a narrow edge side against the hinge part 14 b. Here, the elevation 7 engages behind a part of the door hinge 13 b, in particular the hinge bolt part 15 of the first hinge part 14 a, so that a movement in the direction of the belt 3 is positively blocked. The second fastening element 2 is thus held between the strap bolt part 15 of the first strap part 14 aand the strap fastening part 16 of the second strap part 14 bin a form-fitting and clamping manner. In order to prevent the second fastening element 2 from slipping or tilting, the elevation 7 has a shape corresponding to the outer contour of the strap bolt part 15, in particular a concave rounded portion 8, which is formed corresponding to the convex rounded portion 18 of the strap bolt part 15.List of reference numbers:1 Fastening element 2 Fastening element 3 Locking strap 5 Strap receiving region 5 a, 5 b Web 6 Fixing region 7 Elevation 8 Rounded portion 9 Flat side 10 Leaf door 11 Leaf door 12 Leaf door 13 a, 13 b Tür strap 14 a, 14 b Band part 15 Strap bolt part 16 Strap fastening part 17 Door frame 18 Rounded portion 20 Positive connection 100 Locking device
