Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a hanger assembly for a women's garment for supporting the breast, comprising a curved hanger having a central region and two end regions, according to the type defined in more detail in the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a women's garment and a method for producing a hanger assembly.
[0002] A bracket arrangement of this type is known from EP 1 053 692 B1. This bracket arrangement has proven itself in practice for years. However, this known bracket arrangement is not suitable for all applications encountered in practice.
[0003] EP 3 139 778 B1 describes another hanger arrangement for a women’s garment.
[0004] The object of the present invention is to provide a hanger arrangement for a women's garment and a method for producing the same, which offers greater flexibility than the known solutions.
[0005] According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features mentioned in claim 1.
[0006] In the bracket arrangement according to the invention, the bracket has a central region and two end regions, it is provided that the central region of the bracket has a cross-section different from the two end regions.
[0007] This makes it possible to adapt the bracket to a wide range of requirements by designing the cross-section of the middle area to suit the respective requirement.
[0008] However, the cross-section of the two end sections can be designed so that the end sections are adapted to the size and shape of the standard sleeves in which the end sections are housed. This allows the same sleeves, especially those used previously, to be used for any bracket design, resulting in a very cost-effective and universally applicable bracket arrangement. Of course, it is also possible to use other types of sleeves.
[0009] Furthermore, in a transition area from the middle area to the respective end area, there is a spring effect, through which the underwire can adapt to the movements of the breast and can hold it better in the women's garment.
[0010] In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the central region can have a larger cross-section than the two end regions. By using a larger cross-section for the central region of the bracket, greater rigidity of the entire bracket can be achieved, allowing the bracket assembly equipped with this structure to be designed for more demanding applications.
[0011] If both end sections each have a rectangular cross-section, it is possible to continue using the previously used sleeves. A bracket arrangement designed in this way can therefore easily replace a previously used, state-of-the-art bracket arrangement. Here, too, it is fundamentally possible to use different types of sleeves.
[0012] A very simple to manufacture embodiment of the bracket arrangement is obtained if the central area has a rectangular cross-section.
[0013] This embodiment can be improved by rounding the rectangular cross-section of the central area at its corners.
[0014] Alternatively, the central section can be provided with a kidney-shaped cross-section. Such a kidney-shaped cross-section, which can also be referred to as a C-shaped cross-section, results in very high rigidity of the bracket.
[0015] A high rigidity of the bracket can also be achieved by having the middle area with a bone-shaped cross-section.
[0016] Furthermore, in an alternative embodiment, it can be provided that the central region has an elliptical or oval cross-section.
[0017] Claim 9 results in a women's garment having at least one cup for receiving the breast of a wearer, in which a hanger arrangement according to the invention is arranged.
[0018] This women's garment can be a bra, a bikini top, a bodysuit, a bra top, or similar. The flexibility of the underwire arrangement described above allows the garment to be adapted to a wide variety of uses.
[0019] Claim 10 specifies a method for producing a bracket arrangement according to the invention.
[0020] The cross-sections of the central section and the two end sections are pre-formed and final-formed together during the production of the bracket. The cross-sections of the two end sections are then final-formed by forming and punching or by a machining process.
[0021] The method according to the invention thus enables simple production of the bracket despite the different cross-sections that the bracket has over its length.
[0022] In the following, embodiments of the invention are shown in principle with reference to the drawing.
[0023] It shows: Fig. 1 a women's clothing item according to the invention; Fig. 2 a bracket arrangement according to the invention; Fig. 3 a side view of the bracket arrangement from Fig. 2; Fig. 4 shows a cross-section of a first embodiment of the bracket; Fig. 5 a cross-section of a second embodiment of the bracket; Fig. 6 a cross-section of a third embodiment of the bracket; Fig. 7 shows a cross-section of a fourth embodiment of the bracket; Fig. 8 shows a cross-section of a fifth embodiment of the bracket; Fig. 9 shows a cross-section of a sixth embodiment of the bracket; Fig. 10 shows a cross-section of a seventh embodiment of the bracket; and Fig. 11 a cross-section of an eighth embodiment of the bracket.
[0024] In Fig. 1 schematically shows a women's clothing item 1, in this case a bra 1a. The bra 1a has, in a manner known per se, two cups 2 connected to one another in the center of the bra 1a. A strap 3 is attached to each of the two cups 2; in the rear region of the bra 1a, the two straps 3 are connected to one another in a manner known per se. In each of the cups 2, an underwire arrangement 4 is provided, which serves to hold a wearer's breast accommodated in the cup 2. The underwire arrangements 4 can be incorporated into the cup 2 of the bra 1a in a manner known per se. Instead of being designed as a bra 1a, the women's clothing item 1 could also be designed as a bikini top, bodysuit, bra top, or the like. In principle, embodiments are also conceivable in which the women's clothing item 1 has only one cup 2.
[0025] In Fig. 2, the bracket assembly 4 is shown in more detail. This comprises a curved bracket 5, two sleeves 6, and two spring elements 7. The bracket 5 has a central region 8 and two spaced-apart end regions 9. In Fig. 2 further shows that the end regions 9 engage in the sleeves 6 and that the spring elements 7 rest on the one hand against the respective sleeve 6 and on the other hand against the respective end region 9 of the bracket 5. In this way, a length-adjustable element is formed within the bracket 5 by means of the spring elements 7 and the sleeves 6, so that the bracket 5 can be shortened in length by appropriately compressing the spring elements 7. Conversely, the bracket 5 can be lengthened by relaxing the spring elements 7. Fig. 2, this is indicated by the double arrow labeled "z." This allows the underwire 5 to be adapted to different cup sizes 2 and, in particular, ensures that the underwire 5 can follow any shrinkage of the material of the women's garment 1. Furthermore, this results in increased comfort when wearing the women's garment 1.
[0026] In the bracket 5 of the bracket assembly 4 described herein, it is provided that the central region 8 has a cross-section that differs from the two end regions 9. In particular, the central region 8 has a larger cross-section than the two end regions 9.
[0027] Fig. 3 shows a side view of the bracket arrangement 4 according to the arrow III of Fig. 2. In addition to the "normal" position of the bracket arrangement 4, two positions of the same are shown by dashed lines; these positions of the bracket arrangement are designated by the reference numeral 4'. These deflected positions of the bracket arrangement 4 indicate a spring effect in the direction designated by the double arrow "x", which results in a respective transition region 10 transitioning from the central region 8 to the respective end region 9 in that, as described above, the central region 8 has a different, preferably larger, cross-section than the two end regions 9. In other words, the respective end region 9 is flattened compared to the central region and therefore has a smaller cross-section.The resulting spring action results in the underwire assembly 4, and thus the entire women's garment 1, being able to adapt better to the breast accommodated therein and to hold it better. The spring action described above, resulting from the spring elements 7, in the direction of the spring force also shown in . Fig. 3 The double arrow “z” remains unaffected.
[0028] In the Fig. In Figures 4 to 11, the cross-section of the two end regions 9 is shown by a dashed line. The cross-section of the middle region 8 is shown by a solid line.
[0029] For all Fig. In the embodiments of the bracket 5 shown in Figures 4 to 11, the two end regions 9 each have a rectangular cross-section. The cross-section of the two end regions 9 can be adapted to the size and shape of existing sleeves 6.
[0030] At the Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 4, the central region 8 also has a rectangular cross-section.
[0031] This is also the case with the design of Fig. 5, but here the cross-sectional area of the central region 8 is smaller than in the embodiment according to Fig. 4.
[0032] In the embodiment according to the Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the central region 8 also has an at least approximately rectangular cross-section, although its corners are rounded.
[0033] At the Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 8, the central region 8 has a kidney-shaped cross-section. The kidney-shaped cross-section of the central region 8 has a concave surface on one of the longer sides and a convex surface on the opposite side. The two narrower sides of the kidney-shaped cross-section are each rounded.
[0034] In the embodiment according to Fig. 9, the middle region 8 has a bone-shaped cross-section.
[0035] At the Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 10, the central region 8 has an elliptical cross-section.
[0036] In the embodiment according to Fig. 11, the middle area 8 has a polygonal cross-section.
[0037] In addition to the Fig. 4 to 11, further cross sections of the central region 8 of the bracket 5 are also conceivable.
[0038] The bracket 5 of the bracket arrangement 4 can be manufactured by first forming the entire cross section of the bracket 5 with the cross section of the central region 8, for which known methods can be used. The cross section of the two end regions 9 therefore initially corresponds to the cross section of the central region 8. Subsequently, the cross section of the two end regions 9 is formed into the cross sections shown in the Fig. 3 to 8 and reduced to the desired size by punching. Alternatively, a machining process, such as milling, possibly in combination with prior forming, is also possible to reduce the cross-section of the two end regions 9.
[0039] In particular, stainless steel with resilient properties can be used as the material for the bracket 5, but in principle other materials, such as plastics, are also conceivable. QUOTES CONTAINED IN THE DESCRIPTION
