Description

Field of the InventionThe present invention relates to a sprinkler, and more particularly to a sprinkler having a multistage water outlet control function, which discloses an innovative structure.Prior ArtConventional sprinklers have a spray pipe. The spray pipe is provided with a plurality of spray openings. The spray pipe can perform a reciprocating swing motion by the arrangement of a swing controller when water is introduced under pressure, so that the angle of the water flow ejected from the spray ports can be changed. To meet the different functional requirements of sprinklers, some manufacturers install a control switch at each spray orifice to precisely control the water spray mode. However, in this conventional type of sprinkler, there are still some problems in practical application. For example, since the problem of water stop needs to be taken into account and there is a risk of water leakage when arranging each control switch, too many control switches are configured. Finally, the service life of a sprinkler is often shortened due to low utilization and leakage of the water stop ring. Further, in order to provide a sufficient installation space for each control switch, the distribution density of the spray holes needs to be increased, which poses a problem of affecting the water spray density. This is an important technical problem that should be misappropriated and solved by relevant industries.EP 3 542 907 A1 relates to a water shower device which has a switching rod with which the water discharge from a plurality of nozzles can be controlled. The water sprinkler device comprises two chambers each connected to at least one nozzle, access to each chamber being controlled by the control rod.Object of the InventionIt is an object of the present invention to provide a sprinkler having a multistage water outlet control function. The technical problem to be solved is how to provide a novel, more optimal and practical sprinkler. The technical features of the present invention that can solve the problem will be described below. The sprinkler includes: a base having a water inlet end for introducing the water flow; a swing controller disposed at the water inlet end and driving the water flow to swing reciprocally; a spray pipe having one end combined with and drivable by the swing controller, wherein a plurality of spray openings disposed at a distance are provided in the extending direction of the spray pipe; a plurality of zone-divided water supply chambers disposed at a distance in the extending direction of the spray pipe and each having a water supply opening continuously connected to a plurality of adjacent spray openings at the same time and each being provided with a guide rail disposed orthogonally thereto; a plurality of zone-divided switching controllers each disposed in the guide rail of the corresponding zone-divided water supply chamber and each comprising a push button portion, a waterproofing member and a water flow portion, wherein, when a respective zone-divided switching controller is used, an open and a closed position are available, wherein, in the open position, a respective water flow portion is aligned with the corresponding water supply opening and is in the spray state, wherein, conversely, in the closed position, a respective waterproofing member is aligned with the corresponding water supply opening and is in the water blocking state. According to the invention, the cross-sectional area of the flow channel of the water supply opening of a respective zone-divided water supply chamber is larger than the total cross-sectional area of the flow channel of the spray openings continuously connected thereto, and a respective water-sealing member is further provided with a protruding ring edge, the protruding ring edge being aligned with the periphery of the corresponding water supply opening to establish a water-blocking state. The main effect and advantage of the present invention is that the present invention achieves the zoned multi-stage water outlet control function so that the user can first switch the zoned switching controls to the required opening and closing positions as needed. Accordingly, when the spray pipe discharges water, the spray ports of each zone can spray water according to their control status to achieve the functions and advantages of a multistage water outlet control function, satisfy the requirements of multiple uses, and thus achieve industrial applicability.Further technical features are described in the dependent claims and relate to a decorative cover disposed on the side of the spray pipe provided with the plurality of spray openings, and zone division marks at the positions of the decorative cover corresponding to the respective push button portions, so that the user can easily recognize the area of each spray opening controlled by the respective push button portion. This achieves the greatest possible practical suitability.Brief Description of the DrawingsFIG. 1 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of some components of the preferred embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 shows an enlarged partial view according to FIG. 2 ; FIG. 4 is a front view of the spray pipe of the preferred embodiment according to the present invention; FIG. 5 is a side view taken along line 5- 5 of FIG. 4 ; FIG. 6 is a side view taken along section line 6- 6 of FIG. 5 with the push button portion in the open position; FIG. 7 is a side view showing the push button portion in the closed position; FIG. 8 is a view showing the operation of zone-divided multistage water discharge control of an embodiment according to the present invention; FIG. 9 is a view showing the opening and closing status of the zone-divided shift control of FIG. 8.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTReference is made to Figs. 1 to 9 which show a preferred embodiment of the sprinkler of the present invention having a multistage water outlet control function. In the present embodiment, each waterproof member 52 is further provided with a protruding ring edge 521, the protruding ring edge 521 being aligned with the periphery of the corresponding water supply hole 41 to establish a water blocking state.According to the above-described structure and technical features, in the sprinkler with multistage water outlet control function according to the present invention, each zone-divided water supply chamber 40 has a water supply port 41 that is connected to a plurality of adjacent spray ports 31 at the same time continuously. By this technical feature, a unique type is constituted in which a plurality of adjacent spray openings 31 together form a water outlet control portion, each water outlet control portion being capable of controlling its opening and closing status of the water outlet by the corresponding zone-divided switching controller 50. Reference is made to Figures 8 and 9 which illustrate the practice of the present invention. In this manner, the user can first switch the zone-divided shift controls 50 to the required opening and closing positions as needed. Accordingly, when the spray pipe 30 discharges water, the spray ports 31 of each zone can spray water according to their control status to achieve the functions and advantages of a multistage water discharge control function.
