Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a blade cartridge for a tattoo pen, in particular for microblading. The invention further relates to a tattoo pen shaft and a tattoo pen.
[0002] Tattoos, in which designs are implanted into the skin using pigments, are enjoying increasing popularity. One particular application is microblading. This is a manual method of permanent makeup in which numerous fine strokes are made in the skin using special blades, thereby implanting color pigments. Microblading is most commonly used for defining eyebrows. However, pigmenting lips and other applications are also possible.
[0003] This application uses a specific tattoo pen, also commonly referred to as a pen. Typical tattoo pens have a barrel with a slot at the end for attaching a blade. The blade, usually a flat blade, is inserted into the slot and then securely locked in place.
[0004] A disadvantage of this design is that the blade must be handled to insert it into the slots, which poses a risk of injury to the operator and also increases the risk of contaminating the blade. Such contamination can lead to inflammation if lines are cut into the skin, for example, when drawing on eyebrows.
[0005] Against this background, the object of the present invention is to provide an alternative tattoo pen or a corresponding system which in particular avoids the aforementioned disadvantages.
[0006] This task is solved by a blade cartridge for a tattoo pen, especially for microblading with a blade cartridge body which has on a rear side attachment means for attaching, in particular for rotationally fixed attachment, to a tattoo pen shaft and on a front side a particularly slit-shaped opening for a blade, and a blade unit which has a blade, in particular for microblading, wherein the blade unit is held on the blade cartridge body in such a way that it can be moved from a retracted position, in which the blade is completely arranged within the blade cartridge body, to a usage position, in which the blade protrudes from the front of the blade cartridge body through the opening.
[0007] Furthermore, the problem underlying the invention is solved by a tattoo pen shaft, in particular an elongated tattoo pen shaft, which has fastening means on a front side for attaching, in particular for rotationally fixed attachment, a blade cartridge.
[0008] The invention is based on the fundamental idea of not connecting the blade to a tattoo pen barrel as a separate component, but rather providing a blade cartridge in which the blade unit is protected before use. Only when in use is the blade unit moved into a working position in which the blade protrudes from the front of the cartridge body. This reliably protects the blade from contamination when not in use. Furthermore, injury to an operator or user is prevented, as the blade, with its sharp edge, is located within the cartridge body until it is used.
[0009] Preferably, the blade cartridge can be designed such that the blade unit can be moved reversibly between the retracted position and the operating position. In other words, the blade unit can be held on the blade cartridge body in such a way that it can be moved between the retracted position and the operating position.
[0010] Alternatively, the blade cartridge can be designed so that the blade unit can be moved once from the retracted position to the working position and remains there. In this case, it is specifically intended that after use of the blade cartridge and removal from a tattoo pen barrel, the blade unit does not return to its retracted position. This way, it can be recognized that it is a used blade cartridge that can be disposed of and will not be used again.
[0011] The blade unit may be pre-tensioned in the direction of its retracted position. In this case, reversible movement between the retracted and the operating position is permitted, as the pre-tension causes the blade unit to tend to return to its retracted position.
[0012] The blade cartridge can have retaining means designed to hold the blade unit in its retracted position and / or to move it into its retracted position. Specifically, the retaining means can comprise a retaining ring, which is particularly elastic and tapers conically towards the front. This retaining ring is held or attached to the blade cartridge body externally at a rear end and is positively and / or non-positively connected to the blade unit at its front end, preferably engaging a retaining knob formed at the rear end of the blade unit. The retaining ring can have a radially inwardly projecting annular collar at its front end, which engages in a retaining groove formed in front of the retaining knob. Preferably, the retaining ring is made of an elastomer, particularly silicone. When the blade unit is moved from its retracted position to its operating position, the retaining ring deforms elastically. The restoring force of the retaining ring allows the blade unit to be moved back into its retracted position. This retaining ring also has the additional effect of preventing ink from penetrating the area behind it, thus sealing it.
[0013] In a further embodiment of the blade cartridge, the attachment means can form part of a bayonet fitting or be designed as such. Accordingly, the fastening means can comprise part of a bayonet fitting or be designed as such. In other words, the tattoo pen shaft and the blade cartridge according to the invention can have complementary parts of a bayonet fitting, so that the blade cartridge body can be easily attached to the front of a tattoo pen shaft.
[0014] In the blade cartridge body, the bayonet locking mechanism can be arranged on an outer circumferential surface. In other words, the bayonet locking mechanism can have a corresponding, in particular L-shaped, contour that projects radially outwards from a guide surface, which is in particular cylindrical.
[0015] Correspondingly, the fastening means of the tattoo pen shaft can include an annular mounting projection into which the blade cartridge can be inserted. Preferably, the mounting projection is formed integrally with or connected to a shaft body. In other words, a receptacle can be formed on a front face of the tattoo pen shaft into which the blade cartridge body can be inserted. Preferably, the bayonet fitting portion of the tattoo pen shaft can be located on an inner side of the mounting projection, particularly corresponding to the bayonet fitting portion of the blade cartridge body. In other words, the bayonet fitting portions of the tattoo pen shaft can project radially into the receptacle.
[0016] The blade cartridge body may be provided with a stop projection, which is arranged in front of the cylindrical guide surface and is preferably ring-shaped. The blade cartridge body may be at least partially conical towards the front.
[0017] In a further embodiment, the blade unit of the blade cartridge can be pre-tensioned in the direction of its retracted position.
[0018] The blade unit can consist of a guide body and a blade attached to it. In other words, the blade unit, which is movably held on the blade cartridge base, can include a guide body with a receptacle for a blade and a blade inserted into this receptacle. The blade can be a standard microblading blade. The blade can be attached to the guide body by frictional, form-fitting, and / or material-bonded connection. Specifically, the guide body can have a slot-shaped receptacle on its front side into which the blade is inserted or can be inserted. Furthermore, fixing elements can be provided to secure the blade to the guide body. These could, for example, be a threaded pin that clamps the blade in place.
[0019] The blade unit, in particular a guide body of the blade unit, can have a contact surface on its rear side, which extends, in particular, perpendicular to a longitudinal axis. This contact surface can serve to engage with an actuating element of a tattoo pen barrel. Correspondingly, the tattoo pen barrel can include actuating elements to move the blade of a blade cartridge into a working position. This ensures that the blade unit is only moved into its working position when the blade cartridge is attached to a tattoo pen barrel.
[0020] Preferably, the actuating means of the tattoo pen shaft are designed such that the blade unit is automatically moved into its operating position when the blade cartridge base is attached to the tattoo pen shaft. This design is based on the consideration that the blade only protrudes from the blade cartridge base through the opening when it is attached to a tattoo pen shaft and is thus immediately ready for use.
[0021] Specifically, the actuating means can comprise an actuating pin which is held on or integrally formed with a shaft base of the tattoo pen barrel and which projects forward. Preferably, the actuating pin can come into contact with a contact surface of the blade unit, in particular a guide body of the blade unit, especially when the blade cartridge is attached to the tattoo pen barrel.
[0022] According to a preferred embodiment, the actuating pin is designed to be immovable. This means that as soon as the blade cartridge is attached to the tattoo pen shaft, the axial movement of the blade cartridge relative to the tattoo pen shaft causes the actuating pin to come into contact with the blade unit, in particular with a contact surface, and a further axial movement of the blade cartridge towards the tattoo pen shaft causes the blade unit to be moved forward relative to the blade cartridge body.
[0023] According to an alternative embodiment, the actuating pin can be movably mounted between a front axial position and a rear axial position on the shaft base. This design is based on the consideration that the blade unit is not automatically moved forward when the blade cartridge is attached to the tattoo pen, but rather this is done by the user as needed once the blade cartridge is attached to the tattoo pen shaft. For this purpose, the actuating means can include an adjustment mechanism to move the actuating pin between its front axial and rear axial positions. The adjustment mechanism can include a threaded spindle which is held in a shaft base in a rotationally fixed and axially movable manner along a longitudinal axis and is axially fixed to the actuating pin or formed integrally with it.In other words, a threaded spindle can be arranged within the base body, fixed to the base body about its longitudinal axis but axially movable relative to the shaft base body. The adjustment mechanism can include an actuating nut, which is rotatably and axially fixed to the shaft base body and engages with the threaded spindle, so that a rotational movement of the nut is converted into an axial movement of the threaded spindle. In other words, a classic spindle drive can be used, in which a nut is actuated externally to convert a rotational movement into an axial movement of the threaded spindle, thereby moving the actuating pin forwards or backwards. Preferably, the actuating nut is formed at, or forms, a rear end region of the tattoo pen shaft. The actuating nut can be closed at the rear.
[0024] Alternative adjustment mechanisms are also conceivable. For example, a mechanism familiar from ballpoint pens could be used. The adjustment mechanism could include an electric drive motor that moves the actuating pin or blade. This movement could be triggered by the user using a corresponding button.
[0025] The adjustment mechanism does not necessarily have to include a threaded spindle that engages with an actuating nut via a threaded connection. Other possibilities are conceivable in which a rotary movement is converted into an axial movement of the actuating pin. For example, an actuating nut can have one or more pins on its inner surface, each of which engages in a spiral groove or opening of a component that is held axially movable within the shaft body and axially fixed to the actuating pin.
[0026] According to a preferred embodiment, the actuating pin can be held in the shaft body such that it automatically moves towards its rear axial position when an axial force acts upon it from the front. This ensures that, with the blade cartridge installed, the blade moves towards its retracted position if excessive pressure is applied to the blade. For example, a spring element can be provided for this purpose. Preferably, this spring element is arranged between the actuating pin and a threaded spindle. It is also possible for the actuating pin to be multi-part, comprising a front and a rear pin element, wherein the two pin elements are movable relative to each other and a spring element, for example in the form of a helical compression spring and one or more disc springs, is arranged between the two pin elements. In other words, the spring element can brace itself between the two pin elements. Such a mechanism minimizes the risk of tissue damage.
[0027] Specifically, a ring-shaped guide groove can be formed in a rear area of the base body, which is preferably covered on the outside by the actuating nut. A threaded pin or several threaded pins distributed around the circumference can be screwed into the actuating nut and engage in the guide groove to hold the actuating nut rotatably on the base body.
[0028] The blade of the cartridge can be a microblading blade or be designed as such. Specifically, the blade can be a flat blade with a cutting edge at one end, preferably extending across the entire width of the blade.
[0029] The blade, as is common with microblading blades, can comprise or be composed of a multitude of needles. These are preferably arranged side by side in one or more layers. In other words, one or more layers can be provided in the thickness direction of the blade, and the individual needles can be arranged side by side in a multitude of layers, i.e., perpendicular to a thickness direction. If multiple layers are present in a thickness direction of the blade, the needles of two adjacent layers can be offset from each other or not offset from each other.
[0030] Preferably, the needles are designed such that they form a contour, in particular a rounded contour, at a free end.
[0031] According to a further aspect of the invention, a tattoo pen shaft can be characterized in that it has orientation means at its rear end. These orientation means can serve to signal to a user the position or orientation of the blade at the front end of a tattoo pen.
[0032] The orientation means can include an orientation ring that is fixedly and immovably connected to a shaft base. Preferably, the orientation ring, which can also be referred to as a red focus ring, is circular and its outer circumferential surface is mounted on the shaft base. The orientation ring can define a median plane through which a longitudinal axis of the shaft base or the tattoo pen shaft passes. The orientation ring can be designed in a different color, particularly red, over a circumferential area, especially over a posterior and / or circumferential area facing away from the shaft base, which preferably extends over a circumferential angle of 180°. The circumferential area designed in a different color can also extend over other circumferential angles. It is also possible for the entire orientation ring to be a different color. This provides the user with additional visual assistance regarding the pen's orientation. In practice, the orientation ring can have a roughly rectangular cross-section all the way around.
[0033] Preferably, the orientation ring is aligned with the fastening means such that the plane defined by the orientation ring can extend parallel to a plane defined by the blade when a blade cartridge is attached to the tattoo pen shaft. Preferably, the plane defined by the orientation ring is coincident with a plane defined by the blade, particularly a flat blade, preferably a central plane. In other words, the orientation ring can have the same orientation as the flat blade. According to an alternative embodiment, the plane defined by the orientation ring can be inclined relative to the plane defined by the blade. For example, the two planes can intersect along the longitudinal axis of the tattoo pen shaft and / or be inclined to each other at an angle of at least 45° and / or at most 135°, preferably at an angle of 90°.It is also possible that the orientation ring is adjustable on the shaft body, allowing the user to individually adjust its orientation relative to the blade. Specifically, the orientation ring can be screwed to the shaft body, preferably in such a way that the user can rotate the orientation ring around the shaft's longitudinal axis against the frictional force exerted by the screw clamping force. For this purpose, a friction ring, for example made of an elastomer and / or silicone, can be provided, particularly between the orientation ring and the shaft body and / or between the orientation ring and a nut or screw head.
[0034] The object underlying the invention is further solved by a tattoo pen, in particular for microblading, comprising a tattoo pen shaft and a blade cartridge attached to the front of it, in particular as described above.
[0035] According to a further aspect, the problem underlying the invention is solved by a tattoo pen, particularly for microblading, with a shaft at the front end of which a blade is attached or attachable or provided, wherein orientation means, particularly in the form of an orientation ring, are provided at the rear end of the tattoo pen, wherein the orientation ring preferably defines an orientation plane, wherein the blade is flat and defines a blade plane, wherein, in particular, the orientation plane and the blade plane are arranged parallel to each other, preferably being congruent. The orientation ring can be designed or attached as previously described in connection with the tattoo pen shaft.
[0036] For further details of the invention, reference is made to the dependent claims and to the description of exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows: Fig. 1 a blade cartridge for a tattoo pen according to the present invention, wherein the blade unit is in its retracted position, in a perspective view; Fig. 2 the blade cartridge from Fig. 1, with the blade unit in its operating position, in a perspective view; Fig. 3 a first embodiment of a tattoo pen according to the present invention, wherein the blade cartridge is attached to the tattoo pen shaft, in a perspective view; Fig. 4 of the tattoo pen from Fig. 3, wherein the blade cartridge and the tattoo pen shaft are shown as separate components, in a perspective view; Fig. 5 of the tattoo pen from Fig. 3 in an exploded view; Fig. 6 of the tattoo pen from Fig. 3 in a longitudinal section view; Fig. 7 a second embodiment of a tattoo pen according to the present invention in a perspective view; Fig. 8 of the tattoo pen made of Fig. 7, wherein the blade cartridge and the tattoo pen shaft are shown as separate components; and Fig. 9 of the tattoo pen from Fig. 7 in a longitudinal section view.
[0037] The Fig. 1 and Fig. Figure 2 shows a blade cartridge 1 according to the invention for a tattoo pen, in particular for microblading.
[0038] The blade cartridge 1 comprises a blade cartridge body 2, which has attachment means on one rear side for rotationally fixed attachment to a tattoo pen shaft 2. The attachment means form part of the bayonet fitting 3 or are designed as such. Specifically, the parts of the bayonet fitting 3 are arranged on a cylindrical guide surface 4, which is limited at the front by a stop projection 5. On one front side, the blade cartridge body 2 has a slot-shaped opening 6 for a blade 7.
[0039] The blade cartridge 1 also has a blade unit 8, which contains the blade 7 for microblading.
[0040] The blade unit 8 is held on the blade cartridge base body 2 in such a way that it is positioned between a retracted position, which is in the Fig. 1 is shown and in which the blade is completely arranged within the blade cartridge base body 2, and a usage position which is in the Fig. 2 is shown and in which the blade 7 protrudes from the blade cartridge body 2 through the opening 6 at the front, can be moved.
[0041] The exact design of the blade cartridge 1 can be seen in the lower left area of the Fig. Figure 5, in which the blade cartridge 1 is shown in an exploded view, is removed. The blade unit 8 comprises a guide body 9 and the blade 7 attached to it. The guide body 9 has a slot-shaped receptacle 10 on its front side into which the blade 7 can be inserted and fixed by means of suitable fixing means.
[0042] The blade cartridge 1 further comprises retaining means designed to hold and move the blade unit 8 in its retracted position. Specifically, the retaining means comprise a retaining ring 11, which is held in the blade cartridge body 2. The retaining ring 11 extends conically forward along a longitudinal axis of the blade cartridge 1 and has a front retaining opening. Correspondingly, the guide body 9 has a retaining knob 12 at its rear end, which is engaged by the retaining ring 11 when the blade unit 8 is in its retracted position. In other words, an annular retaining groove 13 is formed in front of the retaining knob 11, into which the retaining ring 11 engages with a ring-shaped collar. Furthermore, 2 support rings 14, 15 are provided, which serve to stabilize or press the retaining ring 11 in the blade cartridge base body 2.
[0043] The blade 7 is shown schematically in the figures. It can comprise a multitude of needles or be formed from needles that are preferably arranged side by side in one or more layers.
[0044] The Fig. Figures 3 to 6 show a first embodiment of a tattoo pen shaft 16 according to the invention, to which the Fig. 3 and Fig. 6 the blade cartridge 1 is attached. For this purpose, the elongated tattoo pen shaft 16 has fastening means that comprise part of a bayonet fitting 17, which is designed to be complementary to the bayonet fitting 3 of the blade cartridge 1. Furthermore, the fastening means comprise an annular fastening projection 18, which is designed as a sleeve and is connected to a shaft base body 19.
[0045] Furthermore, the tattoo pen shaft 16 includes actuating means for moving the blade 7 of the blade cartridge 1 from its retracted position to its operating position when the blade cartridge 1 is attached to the tattoo pen shaft 16. The actuating means include an actuating pin 20, which projects forward and is designed as a rotating part. The actuating pin 20 is screwed into the shaft base 19 and is designed to be immovable.
[0046] Orientation features are provided at the rear end of the tattoo pen shaft 16 to indicate the orientation of the blade 7 to the user. These orientation features include an orientation ring 21, which is connected to the shaft base 19 via a threaded pin 22. The orientation ring defines a median plane through which the longitudinal axis X of the shaft base 19, or of the tattoo pen shaft 16, passes.
[0047] In a circumferential section 23 of the orientation ring 21, which extends away from the shaft base body 19 and covers a circumferential angle of the orientation ring 21 of 180°, the orientation ring 21 is designed in red to provide a visual orientation to a user.
[0048] The orientation ring 21 is arranged in relation to the fastening means, specifically the two parts of the bayonet lock 3, 17, such that the orientation plane defined by the orientation ring 21 extends parallel to the plane (middle plane) defined by the flat blade 7.
[0049] The Fig. Figures 7 to 9 show a further embodiment of a tattoo pen shaft 16 or a tattoo pen 24 (with attached blade cartridge 1). The fastening means of the tattoo pen shaft are fundamentally similar to those of the embodiment shown in Figure 7. Fig. 3 to 6. However, the actuating pin 20 is not fixed in place, but is movably held between a front axial position and a rear axial position on the shaft base body 19. The actuating means include an adjusting mechanism to move the actuating pin 20, which is axially movably mounted in a guide sleeve in the front region of the shaft base body 19, between its front axial and rear axial positions. The adjusting mechanism comprises, as shown in the Fig. 9 can be seen, a threaded spindle 25 which is held in the shaft base body 20 in a rotationally fixed and axially movable manner along a longitudinal axis X and is axially fixed to the actuating pin 20.
[0050] The adjustment mechanism further comprises an actuating nut 26, which is rotatably and axially fixedly held on the shaft base 19. The actuating nut 26 engages with the threaded spindle 25, so that a rotational movement of the actuating nut about the longitudinal axis X of the shaft base 19 is converted into an axial movement of the threaded spindle 25 along the longitudinal axis X. The actuating nut 26 is formed at, or forms, a rear end region of the tattoo pen shaft 16. The actuating nut 26 is closed at the rear. Specifically, the actuating nut comprises a cylindrical part 27, on which the internal thread engaging with the threaded spindle 25 is formed, and an end cap 28, which is screwed into the cylindrical part 27 of the actuating nut 26.
[0051] In the Fig. Figure 9 shows the blade unit 8 of the attached blade cartridge 1 in its retracted position. To move the blade unit into its operating position, the actuating nut 26 is rotated relative to the shaft base 19 about the longitudinal axis X. This moves the threaded spindle 25 and the actuating pin 20 axially forward. The actuating pin 20 then comes into contact with the rear end of the guide body 9, moving it and thus the entire blade unit 8 forward. During this movement, the retaining ring 11 deforms elastically. The restoring force exerted by the retaining ring 11 moves the blade unit 8 backward into its retracted position as soon as the actuating pin 20 is moved backward again by actuating the actuating nut 26.
[0052] In the embodiment of the Fig. 3 to 6, the movement of the blade unit from the retracted position to the operating position occurred automatically when the blade cartridge 1 was attached to the tattoo pen shaft 16. The actuating pin 20, which is designed to be immovable, is positioned such that when the cylindrical guide surface 4 is inserted into the mounting projection 18, it moves the guide body 9 of the blade unit 8 forward, thus moving the blade unit 8 into its operating position. In this position, the blade 7 protrudes forward from the opening 6, allowing it to be used for tattooing, particularly microblading.
[0053] According to another, independent aspect, the invention relates to: a tattoo pen with a cartridge blade using microblading technique.
[0054] The application area includes eyebrow tattooing in the cosmetics industry.
[0055] The invention is applied using the microblading technique, which allows for the creation of fine and precise lines to form cosmetic tattoos on the face. The design of the tattoo pen, particularly the bayonet connection and the various activation methods for the blade, enables safe, simple, and precise application of the technique.
[0056] It is known that microblading pens consist of two parts: the pen and the blade (US D835719S). Many are disposable. The blade is designed to be inserted into the pen to perform tattooing. Inserting the blade requires some time to precisely position it within the pen. The blade is sharp and lacks any special protective mechanism. Furthermore, it is known that the blade can become contaminated with germs and bacteria through skin contact or by being dropped during insertion into the pen. This can lead to skin inflammation and serious adverse effects.
[0057] The invention described in the sub-aspects is based on the problem of simplifying the complicated insertion of the blade into the pen, reducing the general risk of injury, and preventing the risk of infection through contamination with germs and bacteria.
[0058] The problems described are solved by the features listed in sub-aspects 1 to 4 below. The tattoo pen is to be regarded as a unified system consisting of two parts: the pen or tattoo pen barrel and the cartridge with blade. Fig. 1 to 9).
[0059] The cartridge houses the blade ( Fig. 1), which is responsible for the actual tattoo application. The blade can be designed in various configurations to achieve different line thicknesses and effects. The cartridge itself is equipped with a bayonet connection ( Fig. 2 No. 3), which provides a secure and stable connection to the foundation ( Fig. 4) enables. This connection ensures that the cartridge remains firmly in place during use.
[0060] The blade in the cartridge ( Fig. 1, Fig. 2) can be pushed out of the cartridge in two different ways ( Fig. 2, No. 7). Firstly, by simply attaching the cartridge to the pen shaft, whereby a push-button pin built into the pen shaft triggers the blade ( Fig. 3, Fig. 4) Secondly, by using a mechanism integrated into the pen shaft, which is activated by turning a rotatable end ( Fig. 7, Fig. 8, No. 26). This rotation also causes an internal push-button pin to push the blade out of the cartridge ( Fig. 7, Fig. 8, No. 1).
[0061] The pen is equipped with a built-in push-button mechanism inside ( Fig. 8, No. 16). The mechanism in the pen works with a threaded drive, which consists of a threaded spindle and a locknut ( Fig. 9) This mechanical drive element is used to convert a rotary motion into a linear motion. By rotating the threaded spindle, the nut is moved along the threaded rod, so that this rotary motion causes the spindle to move linearly. This linear motion can be applied in both directions. The pin located at the end of the nut ( Fig. 8) is moved in and out of the pen by these described movements. The pitch of the thread used determines the displacement per revolution. The mechanism in the cartridge consists of a pressure plate, which receives the thrust of the pin from the pen. On this pressure plate is a guide with a blade, which is held in the cartridge by means of a spring system ( Fig. 9) Only by turning the pen and thus extending the pin in the pen is the blade screwed in or out of the cartridge ( Fig. 7, Fig. 8) This also allows the length of the protruding blade to be varied. The blades are firmly integrated into the cartridge and therefore hygienically protected.
[0062] Another advantageous embodiment is described in sub-aspects 3 and 4. Here, the pen is equipped with a built-in fixed pin inside ( Fig. 3, Fig. 4) The cartridge is connected to the pen using a bayonet fitting. When the cartridge is removed, the blade retracts back into the cartridge ( Fig. 3, Fig. 4, No. 1). An additional RED focus ring on the head ( Fig. 3, Fig.4, No. 21) of the pen always shows the user the vertical position of the pen, thus showing beginners the correct position to the customer's skin in order to find the optimal depth in the skin for tattooing.
[0063] The technical advantages of this invention over previous blade pen systems include hygienic, lightweight, safe, and simplified handling, as well as reduced hazards after disposal. This is ensured by the precise application of cosmetic facial tattoos using microblading techniques, the innovative cartridge design with bayonet connection for a secure hold, the flexible blade activation via attachment or twisting, and thus improved control over line thickness and direction. Overall, it offers easy handling and application for both professional and non-professional users.
[0064] The invention relates in particular to the following sub-aspects: 1. Tattoo pen with cartridge blade using microblading technique with integrated push mechanism inside for eyebrow tattooing, characterized by the use of a threaded drive consisting of a threaded spindle and a counter nut with pin, each manufactured separately, which effects longitudinal or rotary movement. 2. Cartridge according to sub-aspect 1 characterized in that a pressure plate with guide and blade, which receives the thrust of the pin and is held in it by means of a spring system, connects and is assembled with the pin for unmistakable interlocking. 3. Tattoo pen with cartridge blade using microblading technique with integrated push mechanism inside for eyebrow tattooing, characterized by the fact that a bayonet fitting is used for connection with the cartridge and blade and a RED focus ring is placed above the pen. 4. Cartridge according to sub-aspect 3 characterized in that the bayonet locking connection causes the blade to be led out or in inside and connects and is assembled with the pin for unmistakable interlocking.
