The invention relates to a system (100) for supporting a user in a medical regeneration process and / or vitality improvement and / or lifestyle optimization by means of an output of a user-specific intention video, wherein the system (100) comprises a virtual reality data mask or virtual reality data glasses (102) and a computing device (104), wherein the computing device (104) is configured to process a provided user input (105) describing a user intention by means of a machine video generation model (106) in order to generate the intention video (108) that depicts the user intention, and wherein the virtual reality data mask or virtual reality data glasses (102) is configured to output the generated intention video (108) and thus create a visual incentive.through which the user can be supported in a mental exercise to manifest their intention.
