Abstract
Description
Technical field
[0001] The present application concerns the technical field of infant carriers and in particular a carrying basket. background
[0002] With increasing family activities and the growing frequency of travel, the safety and convenience of carrying infants have become important concerns for parents. In response, various infant carriers, such as bassinets, have come onto the market; these are designed to make carrying easier for parents while ensuring the safety and comfort of their children. These carriers are typically foldable, which reduces their size when not in use and makes them easier to carry and store.
[0003] Although current folding mechanisms offer a degree of convenience, most employ simple mechanical structures that require only a pulling or pushing force to unlock the mechanism. This design poses a significant safety risk, as the folding mechanism can be accidentally unlocked and folded by either a parent or the child, potentially resulting in injury to the young child.
[0004] Bearing this in mind, regulatory requirements for carrying baskets have been introduced in Canada, requiring that if the carrying basket needs to be folded, two separate actions are required to unlock the folding mechanism of the carrying basket; mechanisms that unlock with a single action are not permitted. Summary
[0005] Bearing in mind the above, to solve the aforementioned problem there is a need for the provision of a carrying basket that is easy to operate and offers high reliability and safety during use.
[0006] The present application provides a carrying basket comprising a rotating frame, a base, a folding mechanism, a locking element, and an unlocking mechanism. The folding mechanism is connected between the rotating frame and the base and has an extended and a folded state. The locking element is movably mounted on the folding mechanism and has a holding position and a release position. When the locking element is in the holding position, it locks the folding mechanism in the extended state. When the locking element is in the release position, it unlocks the folding mechanism in the extended state, allowing it to move from the extended to the folded state. The unlocking mechanism comprises a first actuating element and a second actuating element. The first actuating element is movably mounted on the folding mechanism and has a locking position and an unlocking position. The first actuating element is designed to drive the locking element into a movement. When the first actuating element is in the locking position, the locking element is in the hold position; when the first actuating element is in the unlocking position, the locking element is in the release position. The second actuating element is movably mounted on the folding mechanism and has a first position and a second position. When the second actuator is in the first position, the first actuator is in the locked position, and the second actuator is in one of the first actuator's paths of movement to restrict the first actuator's movement from the locked to the unlocked position. Then, when the second actuator is in the second position, the second actuator is moved out of the first actuator's path of movement to allow the first actuator to move from the locked to the unlocked position.
[0007] In one embodiment, the first actuating element is provided with a sliding section. When the second actuating element is in the first position, the sliding section rests against the second actuating element.
[0008] In one embodiment, the second actuating element has a column-like structure. This column-like structure extends along a path of movement of the second actuating element. The sliding section is a notch designed to fit against an outer circumferential wall of the column-like structure.
[0009] In one embodiment, when the folding mechanism is in the folded state, the first actuating element presses against the second actuating element to hold the second actuating element in the second position.
[0010] In one embodiment, the path of movement of the second actuating element intersects the path of movement of the first actuating element. Alternatively or additionally, the second actuating element is located on an outer circumference of the first actuating element and is independent of the first actuating element.
[0011] In one embodiment, the first actuating element has an actuating surface designed to be actuated. If the first actuating element is in the locking position and the second actuating element is in the first position, the actuating surface is located behind the second actuating element in the direction of movement of the first actuating element from the locking position to the unlocking position.
[0012] In one embodiment, the first actuating element includes a pressure section. The pressure section is designed to press against the second actuating element in order to hold the second actuating element in the second position. The sum of the magnitude of the second actuating element along the path of movement of the first actuating element and the magnitude of the pressure section along the path of movement of the first actuating element is greater than the distance of movement of the first actuating element from the locking position to the unlocking position.
[0013] In one embodiment, the folding mechanism comprises a first support element and a second support element. The first support element is connected to the perimeter frame. The second support element is connected to the base and pivotably connected to the first support element. One of the first and second support elements is provided with an engagement locking section. The locking element is movably attached to the other of the first and second support elements. When the folding mechanism is in the unfolded state and the locking element is in the holding position, the locking element is engaged with the engagement locking section to restrict pivoting of the first support element relative to the second support element. If the folding mechanism is in the unfolded state and the locking element is in the release position, the locking element is unlocked from the engagement locking section to allow the first support element to pivot relative to the second support element.
[0014] In one embodiment, both the first actuating element and the second actuating element are provided either on the first support element or on the second support element, which has the locking element.
[0015] In one embodiment, the locking element is provided with a locking convex section. The engagement locking section has a concave structure. When the locking convex section extends into the engagement locking section for locking and engagement, the locking element is locked to the engagement locking section. When the locking convex section is pulled out of the engagement locking section for unlocking, the locking element is unlocked from the engagement locking section.
[0016] In one embodiment, the carrying basket further includes a first reset element. The first reset element provides an elastic restoring force for the locking element, which preloads the locking element towards the holding position. The first support element or the second support element, which has the engagement locking section, is provided with a guide surface. The guide surface is located on an outer circumference of the engagement locking section and is arc-shaped.When the folding mechanism is in the folded state, the locking convex section rests against the guide surface as a result of the elastic restoring force exerted on the locking element by the first reset element, so that the locking element is located between the locking position and the unlocking position, and the first actuating element presses against the second actuating element to hold the second actuating element in the second position.
[0017] In one embodiment, the unlocking mechanism further includes a second reset element. This second reset element provides an elastic restoring force for the second actuating element, which preloads the second actuating element towards the first position. Brief description of the drawing

Detailed description
[0022] To make the aforementioned tasks, features, and advantages of the present application more obvious and understandable, specific embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying figures. Numerous specific details are included in the following description to facilitate a deeper understanding of the present application. However, the present application can be implemented in many ways different from those described here; a person skilled in the art can make similar modifications without departing from the essence of the present application, and therefore the present application is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
[0023] Fig. Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a carrying basket 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 and Fig. Figure 3 shows perspective views of the carrying basket 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application from a different perspective. The carrying basket 1000 has an extended state and a collapsed state. When the carrying basket 1000 is in the extended state, a small child can rest lying down in the carrying basket 1000; when the carrying basket 1000 is in the collapsed state, the volume of the carrying basket 1000 is reduced to facilitate storage and transport.
[0024] As in Fig. As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the carrying basket 1000 in one embodiment can, for example, include a rotating frame 100, a base 200, a folding mechanism 300, a locking element 600, and a release mechanism 400. The folding mechanism 300 is connected between the rotating frame 100 and the base 200. The folding mechanism 300 has an unfolded state and a folded state. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, when the carrying basket 1000 is in the extended state, the folding mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state; as in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, when the carrier 1000 is in the collapsed state, the folding mechanism 300 is in the folded state. It can also be viewed that when the folding mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state, the carrier 1000 is correspondingly in the extended state, and when the folding mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the carrier 1000 is correspondingly in the collapsed state. To prevent a pinching injury to the infant as a result of the carrier 1000 folding while the infant is lying in the carrier 1000, as shown in Figure 4, the following applies: Fig. As shown in Figures 5 to 8, the folding mechanism 300 is provided with a locking element 600. In particular, the locking element 600 is provided on the folding mechanism 300 and has a holding position and a release position. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 7, when the locking element 600 is in the holding position, the locking element 600 can lock the folding mechanism 300 in the unfolded state; in other words, the folding mechanism 300 in the unfolded state can be locked by the locking element 600, and the locking element 600 can hold the folding mechanism 300 in the unfolded state; this means that the locking element 600 can restrict the folding mechanism 300 from being in the unfolded state to being folded in, so that the carrying basket 1000 can be held in the extended state. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 8, when the locking element 600 is in the release position, it can release the lock for the folding mechanism 300 in the unfolded state, allowing the folding mechanism 300 to move from the unfolded state to the folded state, whereupon the carrying basket 1000 can move into the collapsed state. In one embodiment, see Figure 8. Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 6, the unlocking mechanism 400 in drive fitting with the locking element 600, and the unlocking mechanism 400 can be designed to control or regulate the switching of the locking element 600 from the holding position to the release position, so that the locking for the folding mechanism 300 in the unfolded state can be released by the locking element 600, whereupon it is made possible for the folding mechanism 300 to switch from the unfolded state to the folded state.
[0025] In particular, the unlocking mechanism 400 can include a first actuating element 410 and a second actuating element 420. The first actuating element 410 is movably mounted on the folding mechanism 300 and has a locking position (see Fig. 2 and Fig. 7) and an unlocking position (see Fig. 3 and Fig. 8) The first actuating element 410 is in drive fit with the locking element 600. In other words, the first actuating element 410 is designed to drive the locking element 600 into a movement. Specifically, when the first actuating element 410 is in the locking position, the locking element 600 is in the holding position; when the first actuating element 410 is in the unlocking position, the locking element 600 is in the release position. Therefore, a user can control the position of the locking element 600 by actuating the first actuating element 410 to control the switching of the folding mechanism 300 between the unfolded and folded states. To improve the reliability and safety of the carrying basket 1000 during use and to prevent accidental folding of the folding mechanism 300 due to unintentional contact of the first actuating element 410 by the small child or the user, the second actuating element 420 is provided. In particular, the second actuating element 420 is movably mounted on the folding mechanism 300 and has a first position (see figure). Fig. 2) and a second position (see Fig. 3) If the second actuating element 420 is in the first position, the first actuating element 410 is in the locking position. In this case, the second actuating element 420 is in the path of movement of the first actuating element 410 to restrict movement of the first actuating element 410 from the locking position to the unlocking position, thereby preventing the locking element 600 from moving from the holding position to the release position. If the second actuating element 420 is in the second position, the second actuating element 420 is moved out of the path of movement of the first actuating element 410 to allow the first actuating element 410 to move from the locking position to the unlocking position, thereby allowing the locking element 600 to move from the holding position to the release position. If the user needs to collapse the carrier 1000, they must first actuate the second actuating element 420 to move it out of the path of the first actuating element 410, thus releasing the restriction on the first actuating element 410. The first actuating element 410 can then be actuated normally to move the locking element 600 into the release position, thereby releasing the lock for the folding mechanism 300. This finally allows the folding mechanism 300 to fold into the collapsed position, thus collapsing the carrier 1000. This two-step unlocking design significantly improves the safety and reliability of the carrier 1000 during use and effectively prevents accidental collapse due to unintentional contact, thus ensuring the safety of the small child.
[0026] In the aforementioned carrying basket 1000, the folding mechanism 300 is connected between the frame 100 and the base 200. Since the folding mechanism 300 has both an extended and a folded position, switching between these two positions allows the frame 100 and the base 200 to be moved closer together or further apart, thus enabling flexible adjustment of the entire carrying basket 1000 between the extended and collapsed positions. In particular, when the carrying basket 1000 needs to be used, simply moving the folding mechanism 300 to the extended position will automatically cause it to retract into the extended position.Conversely, if the carrying basket 1000 is not in use, the carrying basket 1000 can be pushed into the collapsed state by adjusting the folding mechanism 300 into the folded state, thus saving space.
[0027] Note that in the aforementioned carrying basket 1000, the rotating frame 100 is located above the base section 200 and is essentially parallel to the base section 200. When the folding mechanism 300 is in the unfolded position, a carrying space 101 is formed (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2) defined by the frame 100, the folding mechanism 300 and the base 200, wherein in this case the carrier 1000 can be used normally and the infant can rest lying down in the carrying compartment 101. When the folding mechanism 300 is in the folded position, the frame 100 and the base 200 come closer together, whereby in this case the volume of the carrying basket 1000 is reduced and the carrying basket 1000 can be made essentially flat for storage or transport.
[0028] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, in one embodiment the circulating frame 100 can have an annular structure enclosed by a tubular element. The base section 200 can also have an annular structure enclosed by a tubular element. Alternatively, the base section 200 can have a plate-like structure that forms a floor wall of the carrying compartment 101 for the stable carrying of the infant. The shape of the base section 200 is essentially the same as that of the circulating frame 100. Both the base section 200 and the circulating frame 100 can be, for example, essentially rectangular, circular, triangular, or the like, without limitation. In particular, in the illustrated embodiment, the base section 200 has the structure of an essentially rectangular plate, and the circulating frame 100 has an essentially rectangular annular structure. The circular frame 100 includes two lateral circular bars 110, arranged opposite each other, as well as two transverse circular bars 120, also arranged opposite each other and connected between the two lateral circular bars 110. The lateral circular bars 110 extend substantially in a first direction F1, and the transverse circular bars 120 extend substantially in a second direction F2. The first direction F1 is substantially perpendicular to the second direction F2. In particular, the first direction F1 can be considered the front-to-back direction of the carrying basket 1000, and the second direction F2 can be considered the left-to-right direction of the carrying basket 1000. Specifically, the two transverse circular bars 120 are each arranged at opposite ends of the lateral circular bars 110.In other words, the lateral guide rod 110 and the transverse guide rod 120, which are adjacent to each other, are connected by their respective ends.
[0029] Note that the orienting terms "front", "rear", "left", "right", and similar terms—unless explicitly stated and defined otherwise—are schematically represented in the figures in connection with the carrying basket 1000 in the embodiments of the present application. The terms "front" and "rear" are indicated by arrows P and B, respectively, while the terms "left" and "right" are indicated by arrows L and R, respectively. These orienting terms are used solely to clarify the description of the embodiments of the present application and are not intended to unduly limit the scope of protection of the present application.
[0030] In one embodiment, the carrying basket 1000 includes at least two folding mechanisms 300, for example, two, three, four, or more folding mechanisms 300. If the carrying basket 1000 includes two folding mechanisms 300, the two folding mechanisms 300 are spaced apart from each other in the front-to-back or left-to-right direction of the carrying basket 1000 in order to improve the stability of the structure of the carrying basket 1000. The two folding mechanisms 300 are, for example, each connected between the two lateral guide rods 110 and the base 200; alternatively, the two folding mechanisms 300 are each connected between the two transverse guide rods 120 and the base 200, which is not subject to any specific restriction here. In particular, the carrying basket 1000 in the illustrated embodiment includes four folding mechanisms 300, wherein each of the two lateral guide rods 110 and the two transverse guide rods 120 is connected to a folding mechanism 300.
[0031] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, in one embodiment the carrying basket 1000 includes a handle 500. The handle 500 is pivotably connected to the frame 100, allowing the user to comfortably carry the carrying basket 1000 for easy movement. In particular, two ends of the handle 500 can each be pivotably connected to the two lateral support bars 110; in other embodiments, the two ends of the handle 500 can each be pivotably connected to the two transverse support bars 120, without any limitation here.
[0032] In one embodiment, for example, a perimeter barrier (not shown in the figures) can be connected between the base 200 and the frame 100. The perimeter barrier can form a side wall of the carrying compartment 101. The perimeter barrier can, for example, be made of a flexible material. When the folding mechanism 300 is folded in, the perimeter barrier folds in with it; when the folding mechanism 300 is unfolded, the perimeter barrier unfolds with it and forms the side wall of the carrying compartment 101. Optionally, a fabric cover (not shown in the figures) can be wrapped around the frame 100 and / or the base 200, which not only shields the exposed frame 100 and the exposed base 200 and provides a more decorative effect, but also improves the comfort of the infant lying in the carrying basket 1000.
[0033] As in Fig. As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the folding mechanism 300 in one embodiment comprises a first support element 310 and a second support element 320, which are pivotably connected to each other. In particular, an end of the first support element 310 furthest from the second support element 320 is connected to the perimeter frame 100, while an end of the second support element 320 furthest from the first support element 310 is connected to the base part 200. Specifically, the end of the first support element 310 furthest from the second support element 320 is rotatably connected to the perimeter frame 100, and the end of the second support element 320 furthest from the first support element 310 is rotatably connected to the base part 200. As such, when the first support element 310 pivots relative to the second support element 320 to move closer to the second support element 320 (i.e., when the first support element 310 pivots relative to the second support element 320 to move closer to the second support element 320), the first support element 310 is pivotally connected to the base part 200. Fig. 3 after Fig. 4) That is, when the folding mechanism 300 switches from the unfolded state to the folded state, the first support element 310 can drive the rotating frame 100 to a gradual approach to the base part 200, causing the carrying basket 1000 to switch to the collapsed state. The first support element 310 pivots relative to the second support element 320 to move away from the second support element 320 (that is, switching from Fig. 4 after Fig. 3), that is, when the folding mechanism 300 changes from the folded state to the unfolded state, the first support element 310 pushes the circumferential frame 100 in a gradual movement away from the base part 200, causing the carrying basket 1000 to change into the extended state.
[0034] Note that, as in Fig. Figures 1 to 3 show that when the folding mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state, the first support element 310 and the second support element 320 extend substantially along the same straight line, and the angle between the first support element 310 and the second support element 320 can be substantially 180°. When the folding mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the angle between the first support element 310 and the second support element 320 can be approximately 0° or greater than 0°, for example, 10°, 20°, or the like. Note that when the folding mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the angle between the first support element 310 and the second support element 320 is not limited to this. In other words, the folding mechanism 300 can be considered to be in the folded state when the angle between the first support element 310 and the second support element 320 is 0°, 5°, 10° or 15°.Furthermore, note that the folding mechanism 300, which is in . Fig. As shown in paragraph 4 of the present application, it can also be viewed as being in the folded-in state; alternatively, it can also be viewed as being in any transitional state between the unfolded state and the folded-in state.
[0035] As in Fig. As shown in Figures 5 to 8, in one embodiment the locking element 600 is movably provided on one of the first support elements 310 and the second support element 320. Correspondingly, the other of the first support element 310 and the second support element 320 is provided with an engagement locking section 323. For example, the locking element 600 is provided on the first support element 310, and the engagement locking section 323 is provided on the second support element 320. Alternatively, the locking element 600 is provided on the second support element 320, and the engagement locking section 323 is provided on the first support element 310. The locking element 600 is configured to be locked and engaged with the engagement locking section 323 in order to restrict pivoting of the first support element 310 relative to the second support element 320.In particular, when the folding mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state and the locking element 600 is in the holding position, the locking element 600 is locked with the engagement locking section 323 (see . Fig. 7), and a pivoting of the first support element 310 relative to the second support element 320 is restricted, whereby the folding mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state. If the folding mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state and the locking element 600 is in the release position, the locking of the locking element 600 is released by the engagement locking section 323 (see Fig. 8), and it is made possible for the first support element 310 to pivot relative to the second support element 320, thereby enabling the folding mechanism 300 to switch from the unfolded state to the folded state.
[0036] What's next in Fig. As shown in Figures 5 to 8, in one embodiment the first support element 310 and the second support element 320 can each have a substantially elongated, cylindrical, or plate-like structure. The first support element 310 comprises a first connecting section 311 and a first pivoting section 312, which are connected to each other. The second support element 320 comprises a second connecting section 321 and a second pivoting section 322, which are connected to each other. The first pivoting section 312 and the second pivoting section 322 are pivotably connected by a first pivoting shaft (not shown in the figures). The first connecting section 311 is rotatably connected to the circumferential frame 100. The second connecting section 321 is rotatably connected to the base part 200.In this way, it is made possible for the first support element 300 to pivot relative to the second support element 320 around the first pivot shaft in order to cause the circumferential frame 100 and the base part 200 to move closer to each other or further away from each other.
[0037] Note that the rotatable connection between the first connecting section 311 and the rotating frame 100 comprises two implementations: firstly, that the first connecting section 310 is directly rotatably connected to the rotating frame 100; and secondly, that the first connecting section 311 is indirectly connected to the rotating frame 100. In particular, in the embodiment shown, as in Fig. 5 and Fig. As shown in Figure 6, a rotatable ring 130 is slid onto the rotating frame 100 in a sleeve-like manner and can rotate relative to the rotating frame 100, the first connecting section 311 being fixedly connected to the rotatable ring 130 so that the first connecting section 311 can rotate relative to the rotating frame 100. Similarly, the rotatable connection between the second connecting section 321 and the base part 200 comprises two implementations, namely, firstly, that the second connecting section 321 is directly connected to the base part 200; and secondly, that the second connecting section 321 is indirectly connected to the base part 200. In particular, in the embodiment shown, as in Figure 6, the first connecting section 311 is fixedly connected to the rotating ring 130 so that the first connecting section 311 can rotate relative to the rotating frame 100. Fig. 5 and Fig. Figure 6 shows a rotary connection section 210 provided on the base part 200, and the second connection section 321 is pivotably connected to the rotary connection section 210 by a second pivoting shaft (not shown in the figures) such that the second connection section 321 can rotate relative to the base part 200.
[0038] In the illustrated embodiment, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figures 6 to 8, the locking element 600 is movably provided on the first support element 310 and has the holding position and the release position on the first support element 310, with the engagement locking section 323 being provided on the second support element 320. In particular, the first support element 310 is provided with an inner cavity 313, and the locking element 300 is movably provided within the inner cavity 313. Additionally, the first pivoting section 312 of the first support element 310 is provided with a perforation 314 that communicates with the inner cavity 313. In particular, the engagement locking section 323 is provided on the second pivoting section 322 of the second support element 320 and can have a concave structure (for example, a groove or hole structure). The locking element 600 is provided with a locking convex section 610.The locking convex section 610 moves with the locking element 600 and can extend through the perforation 314 into the engagement locking section 323. In particular, when the locking element 600 moves, the locking convex section 610 extends through the perforation 314 into the engagement locking section 323 for locking and engagement (see ). Fig. 7) The locking element 600 is locked with the engagement locking section 323, such that the first support element 310 and the second support element 320 are locked by the locking element 600. This is equivalent to restricting the pivoting of the first support element 310 relative to the second support element 320 about the first pivot shaft, in which case the folding mechanism 300 is restricted from moving from the unfolded state to the folded state; in other words, the folding mechanism 300 can be held in the unfolded state. Note that the holding position refers to a position of the locking element 600 within the inner cavity 313, where the locking convex section 610 extends into the engagement locking section 323.The locking element 600 moves to allow the locking convex section 610 to exit the engagement locking section 323 to release the locking mechanism (see . Fig. 8) The locking of the locking element 600 with the engagement locking section 323 is released, so that the locking between the first support element 310 and the second support element 320 can be considered released, which is equivalent to allowing the first support element 310 to pivot relative to the second support element 320 about the first pivot shaft, whereby in this case the folding mechanism 300 can switch from the unfolded state to the folded state. Note that the release position relates to a position of the locking element 600 within the inner cavity 313 where the locking convex section 610 emerges from the engagement locking section 323.
[0039] To facilitate the user's control or regulation of the locking element 600 during a movement from the holding position to the release position for switching the folding mechanism 300 into the folded state, the present application has the following configuration. As again in Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the first actuating element 410 is movably provided on the first support element 310 in one embodiment and has the locking position (see Figure 3). Fig. 2) and the unlocking position (see Fig. 3) on the first support element 310. The second actuating element 420 is movably provided on the first support element 310 and has the first position (see Fig. 2) and the second position (see Fig. 3) on the first support element 310. In other words, both the first actuating element 410 and the second actuating element 420 are provided on the first support element 310. As a result, the user can actuate either the first actuating element 410 or the second actuating element 420 to move into a one-handed actuation mode (the actuation process may be referred to in the following description), thereby improving the ease of use when operating the carrying basket 1000. Note that in other embodiments, when the locking element 600 is provided on the second support element 320, both the first actuating element 410 and the second actuating element 420 are designed to be provided on the second support element 320.
[0040] In the illustrated embodiment, the path of movement of the second actuating element 420 intersects the path of movement of the first actuating element 410. In particular, the paths of movement are perpendicular to each other. Specifically, the path of movement of the first actuating element 410 is essentially parallel to a longitudinal direction of the first support element 310, and the path of movement of the second actuating element 420 is essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the first support element 310.
[0041] As in Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Figure 7, in one embodiment the first support element 310 is provided with a guide hole 315 that communicates with the inner cavity 313. In particular, the guide hole 315 extends in a direction of movement of the locking element 600 and the first actuating element 410. The first actuating element 410 has a handle section 411 and a drive section 412, which are connected to each other. The drive section 412 is configured to be connected to the locking element 600 through the guide hole 315. The handle section 411 projects outwards from the first support element 310 to facilitate grasping by a user. The user can grasp the handle section 411 and push or pull it to activate the first actuating element 410, causing the locking element 600 to move.
[0042] As in Fig. As shown in Figures 6 to 8, in one embodiment the folding mechanism 300 further includes a first reset element 700. The first reset element 700 can be an elastic element, such as a spring and an elastic arc, and is primarily designed to provide an elastic restoring force for the locking element 600, which preloads it towards the holding position. In particular, the first reset element 700 is primarily designed to provide a constant tendency for the locking convex section 610 to be inserted into the engagement locking section 323, thereby enabling the locking element 600 to maintain the locking of the folding mechanism 300. In the illustrated embodiment, the first reset element 700 is a compressed spring provided within the inner cavity 313 of the first support element 310.One end of the compressed spring rests against a cavity wall of the inner cavity 313, while the other end of the compressed spring rests against the locking element 600. The compressed spring is designed to hold the locking element 600 in the holding position. In this way, the reliability and stability of the locking convex section 610, which extends into the engagement locking section 323, are improved, thereby enhancing the overall reliability of the folding mechanism 300 in the unfolded state. Additionally, the locking element 600 can be automatically returned to the holding position by the action of the first reset element 700.
[0043] In one embodiment, the unlocking mechanism comprises 400, as shown in Fig. Figure 6 shows a second reset element 430. The second reset element 430 can also be, for example, an elastic element, such as a spring and an elastic arc, and is primarily designed to provide an elastic restoring force for the second actuating element 420, which preloads it towards the first position in order to hold the second actuating element 420 in the first position. In this way, the second actuating element 420 can limit the movement of the first actuating element 410 and prevent a user or small child from unintentionally touching the first actuating element 410, thus improving the reliability and safety of the carrying basket 1000 during use.In particular, in the illustrated embodiment, the second reset element 430 is a compressed spring which is located between the second actuating element 420 and the first support element 310 and is designed to hold the second actuating element 420 in the first position.
[0044] As in Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. As shown in Figure 6, in one embodiment a sliding section 413 is provided on the first actuating element 410, and the sliding section 413 is designed to bear against the second actuating element 420. In particular, when the second actuating element 420 is in the first position, the sliding section 413 bears against the second actuating element 420, thus limiting movement of the first actuating element 410 and holding it in the locked position. This design ensures that the first actuating element 410 does not unintentionally move into the unlocked position as a result of accidental contact without any action (e.g., pressing) on the second actuating element 420, thereby avoiding the risk of the folding mechanism 300 being accidentally unlocked and switching to the folded state.
[0045] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, in one embodiment the second actuating element 420 has a column-like structure, such as a cylinder, a triangular column, or other polygonal columns, which extends along the path of movement of the second actuating element 420. The sliding section 413 is a notch that can be fitted with an outer circumferential wall of the column-like structure. In particular, in the illustrated embodiment the second actuating element 420 has a cylindrical shape; however, due to its short length, the second actuating element 420 can also be considered a disk, with the outer circumferential wall of the second actuating element 420 being a circular outer wall.Accordingly, one side wall of the indentation has an arc-shaped structure, whereby, when the second actuating element 420 rests against the sliding section 413, the circular outer wall of the second actuating element 420 can be in close contact with the side wall of the indentation.
[0046] Note that in the illustrated embodiment, as in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the sliding section 413 is a notch formed in the circumferential side wall of the first actuating element 410. When the second actuating element 420 is in the first position, it is positioned on the outer circumference of the first actuating element 410 and rests against the sliding section 413, thus operating independently of the first actuating element 410. This design allows the user to conveniently operate both the second actuating element 420 and the first actuating element 410 with one hand, thereby improving ease of use when folding the carrying basket 100.
[0047] As in Fig. 2 and Fig. Figure 3 shows that, in one embodiment, when the folding mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the first actuating element 410 presses against the second actuating element 420 to hold the second actuating element 420 in the second position. In particular, the first actuating element 410 further includes a pressure section 414, and the pressure section 414 can be in a pressure fit with the second actuating element 420 to hold the second actuating element 420 in the second position. Specifically, the pressure section 414 is located on one side of the first actuating element 410 close to the second actuating element 420. In particular, the sliding section 413 is a notch formed on a side wall of the pressure section 414; in other words, the sliding section 413 can also be considered a side wall of the pressure section 414.In the illustrated embodiment, the sum of the dimensions of the second actuating element 420 along the path of movement of the first actuating element 410 and the dimensions of the pressure section 414 along the path of movement of the first actuating element 410 is greater than the distance of the first actuating element 410 moving from the locking position to the unlocking position. In particular, in the illustrated embodiment, as shown in . Fig. 2 and Fig. Figure 3 shows that, taking the folding mechanism 300 in its unfolded state as an example, the direction of movement of the first actuating element 410 is designated as the third direction F3, and a direction perpendicular to the path of movement of the first actuating element 410 is designated as the fourth direction F4. In the illustrated embodiment, the second actuating element 420 is a disc shape, the size of which in the third direction F3 is designated as the first height, the value of which varies in the fourth direction F4. Similarly, a size of the pressure section 414 in the third direction F3 is designated as the second height, and because the pressure section 414 has an irregular shape, the value of the second height also varies in the fourth direction F4.In the illustrated embodiment, the line parallel to the third direction F3 and passing through the center of a circle of the second actuating element 420 is specifically designated as the virtual baseline S. In particular, a first end of the pressure section 414 in the fourth direction F4 coincides with the virtual baseline S. Therefore, taking the virtual baseline S as a reference, the aforementioned dimension of the second actuating element 420 along the path of movement of the first actuating element 410 can be considered the first height of the second actuating element 420 along the virtual baseline S, that is, the diameter of the second actuating element 420, which is designated D. Similarly, the aforementioned dimension of the pressure section 414 along the path of movement of the first actuating element 410 can be considered the second height of the pressure section 414 along the virtual baseline S, which is designated H.The distance of the first actuating element 410, which moves from the locking position to the unlocking position, is denoted by L, such that D + H > L. When the first actuating element 410 is in the unlocking position, it can be ensured that the first actuating element 410 presses against the second actuating element 420 to hold the second actuating element in the second position. This prevents the second actuating element 420 from being released by the pressure system with the pressure section 414 of the first actuating element 410 and from being returned to the first position by a force exerted by the second reset element 430. Furthermore, this prevents an interaction with the first actuating element 410, which can counteract the first actuating element 410 being returned to the unlocking position and the locking element 600 being returned to the holding position.
[0048] In other embodiments, the sum of the dimensions of the second actuating element 420 along the path of movement of the first actuating element 410 and the dimensions of the pressure section 414 along the path of movement of the first actuating element 410 can be less than or equal to the distance of the first actuating element 410 moving from the locking position to the unlocking position, i.e., D + H ≤ L. In this case, when the first actuating element 410 is in the unlocking position, the second actuating element 420 is released from the pressure system with the pressure section 414 of the first actuating element 410, and the second actuating element 420 is automatically returned to the first position under the elastic restoring force of the second reset element 430, so that it is positioned on the path of movement of the first actuating element 410.As a result, the second actuating element 420 can restrict the first actuating element 410 in the unlock position, thereby placing the locking element 600 in the release position. If the user needs to return the locking element 600 to the hold position, that is, if they need to return the first actuating element 410 to the locked position, the user must first actuate (for example, press) the second actuating element 420 to move it to the second position (even if the second actuating element 420 is moved out of the path of the first actuating element 410), so that the first reset element 700 can actuate the locking element 600 to be automatically reset, and then actuate the first actuating element 410 to be returned to the locked position.
[0049] The process and principle of flexibly switching the carrying basket 1000 between the extended state and the collapsed state is briefly described below with reference to the associated figures.
[0050] As in Fig. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, when the carrying basket 1000 is in the extended state, the folding mechanism 300 is correspondingly in the unfolded state. In this case, the first support element 310 and the second support element 320 are essentially on the same straight line, and the first support element 310 and the second support element 320 act as supports between the circumferential frame 100 and the base section 200, which form the carrying space 101 in which the infant lies. In this case, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 7, the first actuating element 410 is in the locking position, and the second actuating element 420 is in the first position, with the second actuating element 420 bearing against the sliding section 413 of the first actuating element 410 to restrict the movement of the first actuating element 410. The locking convex section 610 of the locking element 600 within the inner cavity 313 of the first support element 310 extends through the perforation 314 and is inserted into the engagement locking section 323 of the second support element 320 to restrict the pivoting of the first support element 310 relative to the second support element 320. Therefore, the folding mechanism 300 can be held stably in the unfolded state.
[0051] In one embodiment, the handle section 411 includes an actuating surface 4111 (see Fig. 2 and Fig. 7), which is designed to be operated (for example, pushed) by the user. In particular, when the locking element 600 locks the folding mechanism 300 in the unfolded state, the first actuating element 410 is in the locking position and the second actuating element 420 is in the first position, and the actuating surface 4111 is located behind the second actuating element 420 in the direction of movement of the first actuating element 410 from the locking position to the unlocking position. Therefore, when the user moves the carrying basket 1000 from the extended state to the collapsed state, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, to change the position, the user first presses the second actuating element 420 with their thumb or index finger to move it into the second position. Then, the user pushes the actuating surface 4111 of the handle section 411 upwards with their index or middle finger to move the first actuating element 410 into the unlocked position (changing from Fig. 2 after Fig. 3) While the first actuating element 410 moves from the locking position to the unlocking position, the drive section 412 of the first actuating element 410 drives the locking element 600 to move from the holding position to the release position (switching from Fig. 7 past Fig. 8), and as soon as the locking convex section 610 of the locking element 600 is disengaged from the engagement locking section 323 of the second support element 320, the first support element 310 can pivot relative to the second support element 320 about the first pivot shaft, causing the folding mechanism 300 to switch to the folded state, and which then causes the carrying basket 1000 to collapse (switching from Fig. 3 after Fig. 4).
[0052] Note that if the carrying basket 1000 is in the extended state and the folding mechanism 300 is accordingly in the unfolded state, when the user releases the pushing or pulling force exerted on the actuating surface 4111 of the handle section 411 of the first actuating element 410, the locking element 600 is automatically returned to the holding position as a result of the elastic restoring force of the first reset element 700, the first actuating element 410 is returned to the locking position by a movement with the locking element 600, and the second actuating element 420 is automatically returned to the first position and rests against the sliding section 413 of the first actuating element 410 as a result of the elastic restoring force of the second reset element 430.
[0053] As in Fig. 7 and Fig.As shown in Figure 8, the second pivoting section 322 of the second support element 320 is provided with a guide surface 324 in the illustrated embodiment. The guide surface 324 is arcuate and located on an outer circumference of the engagement locking section 323.After the locking convex section 610 of the locking element 600 has been disengaged from the engagement locking section 323, the first support element 310 rotates about the first pivot shaft relative to the second support element 320 to cause the folding mechanism 300 to move into the folded position when the user releases the first actuating element 410, the locking element 600 automatically resting against the guide surface 324 as a result of the elastic restoring force of the first reset element 700, in this case the locking element 600 being in a position between the holding position and the release position and in this case the first actuating element 410 can continue to press against the second actuating element 420 to hold the second actuating element 420 in the second position. When the folding mechanism 300 is in the folded position, the locking element 600 remains in contact with the guide surface 324 due to the elastic restoring force of the first reset element 700. The locking element 600 remains in a position between the locked and unlocked positions, and the first actuating element 410 can continue to press against the second actuating element 420. If, in this case, the user needs to move the carrying basket 1000 from the collapsed to the extended position, the user can lift the rotating frame 100 directly upwards to cause the first support element 310 to rotate around the first pivot shaft. As a result of the interaction between the arcuate guide surface 324 and the first reset element 700, the locking element 600 automatically moves further (i.e., moves to the release position). If the first support element 310 is rotated to cause the locking convex section 610 to be opposite or opposite to the engagement locking section 323, the first reset element 700 drives the locking element 600 to a reset so that the locking convex section 610 is inserted into the engagement locking section 323 to achieve a locking.
[0054] Optionally, in other embodiments, the aforementioned guide surface 324 can be omitted, in which case the locking element 600 can be automatically returned to the holding position by the elastic restoring force of the first reset element 700 after the user has released the first actuating element 410. Based on this, when the folding mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the locking element 600 is returned to the holding position and the second actuating element 420 is returned to its first position, namely to rest against the sliding section 413 of the first actuating element 410, by the elastic restoring force of the second reset element 430.In this case, if the user needs to change the carrying basket 1000 from the collapsed state to the extended state, the user must first press the second actuating element 420 with their thumb or index finger to move it into the second position. The user then pushes the grip section 411 of the first actuating element 410 upwards with their index or middle finger to move it into the unlock position. As the first actuating element 410 moves from the locked position to the unlock position, the drive section 412 of the first actuating element 410 drives the locking element 600 to a movement that causes the locking convex section 610 of the locking element 600 to retract into the inner cavity 313.This prevents the locking convex section 610 from interacting with the second support element 320, allowing the first support element 310 to be fully extended relative to the second support element 320. If the engagement locking section 323 of the second support element 320 is opposite to the locking convex section 610, the user can directly release the first actuating element 410. The locking element 600 can then be automatically moved from the release position to the holding position by the force of the first reset element 700, thus inserting the locking convex section 610 into the engagement locking section 323.
