[0004] DE 10 2018 222 204 A1 discloses a shielded connection unit and a connector. The objective is to achieve impedance matching of a cable or associated connector connected to the shielded connection unit in a simple manner, while ensuring the ease of assembly of the shielded connection unit and the robustness of the shielded enclosure. A shielded enclosure of a shielded connection unit comprises a shielded enclosure body and a shielded cover, wherein a downwardly indented upper indentation is formed on a left-right central section of the front of the front section of an upper wall plate on the shielded cover.By indenting downwards the middle section of the front of the upper wall plate in the left-right direction, a downwardly open insertion groove is formed on a coupling part of the front of the upper wall plate and a left cover wall plate and on a coupling part of the front of the upper wall plate and a right cover wall plate, and an upper end section of the front of the upper wall plate and an upper end section of the front of the upper wall plate are inserted into the insertion grooves.
[0005] EP 2 178 177 B1 discloses a shielded connector for connection to an end section of a shielded cable, which has a signal wire, a shielded conductor capable of covering the signal wire, and a sheath capable of covering the shielded conductor, wherein the shielded connector comprises: an outer conductor shell with: a tubular connecting section having an arc-shaped cross-section and which can be inserted into an end section of the shielded conductor, which is exposed by removing a section of the sheath from the end section of the shielded cable and can be inserted into an end section of the sheath; a pair of shield conductor crimp sections which are opposite the tubular connecting section and which can be crimped onto the end section of the shielded conductor into which the tubular connecting section has been inserted;and a pair of sheath crimp sections opposite the tubular connecting section and crimpable onto the end section of the sheath into which the tubular connecting section has been inserted, wherein the tubular connecting section has a cross-sectional arc angle of 180 degrees or more before a crimping operation, and wherein the tubular connecting section and the shield conductor crimp sections together have a circular cross-sectional shape after the crimping operation, wherein the outer conductor shell further comprises engagement openings arranged on an inner surface of the shield conductor crimp sections at locations opposite the tubular connecting section; and upper ends of the tubular connecting section and the shielded conductor are inserted into the engagement openings during the crimping operation.
[0006] US 9,437,976 B2 describes an electrical connector comprising: an insulating housing defining a number of receiving spaces; a number of contacts attached to the insulating housing for transmitting high-speed signals, each contact comprising a mating section, a mounting section received in one of the receiving spaces, and a connecting section linking the mating section and the mounting section, with a gap formed between each mounting section and the corresponding receiving space; and a number of insulating elements inserted into the receiving spaces to fill the gaps and match the impedance of the contacts. [Summary of the invention][Problem that the invention seeks to solve]
[0007] Because the above connector is configured or constructed such that the outer conductor is fitted onto the receiving outer conductor from the outside, the distance between the outer conductor and the receiving outer conductor is greater than the distance between the receiving outer conductor (outer socket conductor) and the receiving inner conductor (inner socket conductor) in the socket connector. Therefore, the impedance in the connector is higher than that in the socket connector, and there are concerns regarding an impedance mismatch between the plug and socket connectors.
[0008] This description reveals a technique for suppressing the occurrence of an impedance mismatch or mismatch between interconnects. [Means to solve the problem]
[0009] A connector of the present disclosure is a connector which is to be connected to a matching connector while connected to a cable in which an outer circumference of a wire is covered with a shielding body, and comprises an inner conductor and an outer conductor, wherein the inner conductor is connectable to a matching inner conductor which is provided in the matching connector while connected to a core of the wire, the outer conductor comprises a large-diameter tube section, a small-diameter tube section and a section connecting the shielding, the shielding-connecting section being connected to the shielding body, the large-diameter tube section being formed in such a tubular shape that a tubular matching outer conductor which is provided in the matching connector can be fitted therein.and the small-diameter pipe section is formed into a tubular shape which has a smaller diameter than the large-diameter pipe section, and accommodates the inner conductor. [Effect of the invention]
[0010] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of an impedance mismatch between connectors that can be connected to each other. [Embodiments of the invention][Description of embodiments of the present disclosure]
[0011] First, embodiments of the present disclosure are listed and described. (1) A connector which is to be connected to a matching connector while connected to a cable in which an outer circumference of a wire is covered with a shielding body, comprises an inner conductor and an outer conductor, wherein the inner conductor is connectable to a matching inner conductor provided in the matching connector while connected to a core of the wire, the outer conductor comprises a large-diameter tube section, a small-diameter tube section and a shielding-connecting section, the shielding-connecting section being connected to the shielding body, the large-diameter tube section being formed in such a tubular shape as to allow a tubular matching outer conductor provided in the matching connector to be fitted into it.and the small-diameter pipe section is formed into a tubular shape which has a smaller diameter than the large-diameter pipe section, and accommodates the inner conductor.
[0012] Since the inner conductor is housed in the small-diameter pipe section, which is designed to have a smaller diameter than the large-diameter pipe section, the distance between the inner conductor and the small-diameter pipe section can be made shorter than the distance between the inner conductor and the large-diameter pipe section fitted onto the matching outer conductor, even though the matching outer conductor is fitted into the large-diameter pipe section. That is, by approximating the distance between the inner conductor and the small-diameter pipe section to the distance between the matching inner conductor and the matching outer conductor, the occurrence of an impedance mismatch between the matching outer conductor and the matching outer conductor can be avoided. The matching connector and the connector are suppressed after the connection of the matching connector and the connector.
[0013] (2) The small-diameter pipe section and the matching outer conductor are designed to have the same diameter. The fact that the small-diameter pipe section and the matching outer conductor have the same diameter means a case where a radial dimension of the small-diameter pipe section and that of the matching outer conductor are equal, and a case where the radial dimension of the small-diameter pipe section and that of the matching outer conductor can be considered or regarded as substantially equal, even if they are not equal.
[0014] Since the small-diameter pipe section and the matching outer conductor have the same diameter, the occurrence of an impedance mismatch between the matching connector and the connector can be further suppressed after the matching connector and the connector are connected.
[0015] (3) The small diameter pipe section is or will be connected to an end part of the large diameter pipe section on one side opposite the matching connector.
[0016] Since the large-diameter and small-diameter pipe sections are connected and integrated, the number of components can be reduced compared to a separate assembly. This improves the ease of assembly.
[0017] (4) The outer conductor consists of a first outer conductor and a second outer conductor which is to be assembled with the first outer conductor, the first outer conductor comprising the large-diameter pipe section and the small-diameter pipe section, the second outer conductor comprising the section connecting the shielding and a covering section for covering an outer circumference of the small-diameter pipe section, and the covering section and the large-diameter pipe section are designed to have the same diameter. The fact that the covering section and the large-diameter pipe section have the same diameter signifies a case where a radial dimension of the covering section and that of the large-diameter pipe section are equal, and a case where the radial dimension of the covering section and that of the large-diameter pipe section can be considered to be essentially the same, even if they are not equal.
[0018] That is, since the covering section is designed to cover the small-diameter pipe section, which has a smaller diameter than the large-diameter pipe section, and the large-diameter pipe section has the same diameter, the enlargement of the shape or structure of the outer conductor and, accordingly, the shape or structure of the connector can be suppressed, for example, compared to the case where the small-diameter pipe section is not provided and the covering section has a larger diameter than the large-diameter pipe section.
[0019] (5) The small diameter pipe section is designed separately from the large diameter pipe section and is arranged within the large diameter pipe section.
[0020] Only by arranging the small-diameter pipe section separately from the large-diameter pipe section within the large-diameter pipe section can the distance between the inner conductor and the small-diameter pipe section be reduced. In this way, the occurrence of an impedance mismatch between the matching connector and the connector after the connection of the matching connector and the connector can be suppressed.
[0021] (6) The small diameter pipe section is formed separately from the large diameter pipe section, and part of the small diameter pipe section is or will be fitted into the large diameter pipe section.
[0022] By fitting the matching outer conductor and the small-diameter section of the pipe into the large-diameter pipe section, the small-diameter pipe section and the matching outer conductor essentially have the same diameter. This prevents the occurrence of an impedance mismatch between the matching connector and the connector after the connection of the matching connector and the connector.
[0023] (7) A connector device of the present disclosure includes the above connector and the above mating connector. [Details of embodiments of the present disclosure]
[0024] Specific examples of a connector of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the present disclosure is not limited to these illustrations and is intended to be represented by claims, including all modifications in the scope of claims and in the meaning and scope of equivalents. <Erste Ausführungsform>
[0025] A first embodiment in the present disclosure is described with reference to Fig. 1 to 7 described.
[0026] In this embodiment, a connector device 1 for communication is installed, which is installed, for example, in a vehicle, such as a motor vehicle, and is arranged in a wired communication path or route between an electrical component located in a vehicle (vehicle navigation system, ETC, monitor, etc.) in the vehicle and an external device (camera, etc.) or between electrical components located in the vehicle. [Connector device 1]
[0027] As this is in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the connector device 1 includes a receiving or socket connector (an example of a "mating or matched connector") 110 and a receiving or plug connector (an example of a "connector") 10, which can be connected to each other while connected to cables 11. In the following description, a vertical direction is based on a vertical direction in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and sides which are to be connected to each other with reference to a connection direction of the socket connector 110 and the plug connector 10 are referred to as front or front sides with respect to a forward-backward direction. [Cable 11]
[0028] As this is in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the cable 11 includes two coated or sheathed wires (example of a wire) 12, a shielding body 15, which is represented or formed by a stranded wire for a common covering of the outer circumferences of the coated wires 12, and a covering or sheathing 16, which is represented or formed by an insulating coating for a covering of the outer circumference of the shielding body 15.
[0029] In a front end of the cable 11, the sheath 16 and the shielding body 15 are stripped or removed, and the two coated wires 12 are exposed from the ends of the sheath 16 and the shielding body 15.
[0030] The shielding body 15, which is exposed from the end of the covering 16, is folded onto an end part of the covering 16 behind the exposed coated wires 12 in the cable 11.
[0031] A sleeve or bushing 17, made of metal, is arranged inside the shielding body 15, which is folded onto the end part of the casing 16. The sleeve 17 is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape by machining a sheet of metal. [Buckle connector 110]
[0032] As this is in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the receiving or socket connector 110 includes a plurality of receiving inner conductors or inner socket conductors (an example of a "matching or tuned inner conductor") 120, which are to be connected to the two coated wires 12, which are exposed in the front end part of the cable 11, a receiving or socket dielectric 130 for receiving the plurality of receiving inner conductors 120, a receiving outer conductor or outer socket conductor (an example of a "matching or tuned outer conductor") 150, which is to be connected to the shielding body 15 while the receiving dielectric 130 is covered, and a receiving or socket housing 180 for receiving the receiving outer conductor 150. [Receiving inner conductor 120]
[0033] The receiving inner conductor 120 is formed by processing a conductive or conductive metal plate material. How this is done in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the receiving inner conductor 120 includes a section 122 connecting a terminal in the form of a rectangular or right-angled tube and a section or wire connection section 124 connecting a wire, which is connected or connected behind the section connecting the terminal or terminal connection section 122.
[0034] The connecting section 122 is electrically connected to an inner conductor 20 of the connector 10, which will be described later. The connecting section 124 is electrically connected to the coated wire 12 by crimping it onto a core 13 and an insulating coating or sheath 14, which is exposed in a front end part of the coated wire 12. [Receiving dielectric 130]
[0035] As this is in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the dielectric 130 is made of an insulating synthetic resin and is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped shape, which is long in the forward-backward direction. The dielectric 130 is formed by assembling two elements together in the vertical direction.
[0036] As this is in Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 3, two receiving inner conductors 120, which are connected to the coated wires 12, are received side by side in a lateral direction inside the receiving dielectric 130. [Receiving outer conductor 150]
[0037] The receiving outer conductor or outer socket conductor 150 is formed by processing a conductive or conductive metal plate material and by assembling two links.
[0038] As this is in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the receiving outer conductor 150 includes a tubular connecting or connecting section 152, which can be fitted onto an outer conductor 50 of the connector 10, which will be described later, and a section 153 connecting the shield, which is to be connected to the shielding body 15 of the cable 11.
[0039] The tubular connecting section 152 is in the form of a rectangular or right-angled tube, which is long in the forward-backward direction. The receiving dielectric 130 can be inserted into the tubular connecting section 152 from the rear. When the receiving dielectric 130 is inserted into the tubular connecting section 152, the receiving inner conductors 120 are inserted and electrically insulated from the tubular connecting section 152 by the receiving dielectric 130, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is shown.
[0040] The section 153 connecting the shielding is formed in a rear end part of the receiving outer conductor 150. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the section 153 connecting the shielding is crimped onto the outer circumference of the shielding body 15, which is folded into the cable 11. In this way, the receiving outer conductor 150 is electrically connected to the shielding body 15. [Receiving housing 180]
[0041] The receiving or socket housing 180 is made of an insulating synthetic or artificial resin and contains, as is the case in Fig. 1 and Fig. Figure 2 shows a section 182 for receiving an outer conductor 150, which is inserted from the rear. The section 182 is designed to allow passage in the forward and backward directions. A locking lance 183, which fits into a lance hole 161A provided in the outer conductor 150, is provided in the section 182.
[0042] When the receiving outer conductor 150 has been received up to a proper or appropriate receiving position in the section 182 receiving the outer conductor, the locking lance 183 is or will be fitted into the lance hole 161A, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is shown. In this way, the receiving outer conductor 150 is locked in the receiving or socket housing 180 by locking the locking lance 183 and an edge part of the lance hole 161A. [Connector 10]
[0043] As this is in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the connector 10 to be received or plug connector includes a plurality of inner conductors 20, which are to be connected to two coated wires 12, which are exposed in a front end part of the cable 11, a dielectric 30 for receiving the plurality of inner conductors 20, the outer conductor 50, which is to be connected to the cable 11 while the dielectric 30 is covered, and a housing 80 for receiving the outer conductor 50. [Inner Ladder 20]
[0044] The inner conductor 20 is designed as an internal conductor or inner connector conductor by processing a conductive or conductive metal plate material. As this is shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the inner conductor 20 includes a pin-shaped connecting section 22 to be received, a box section 23 in the form of a rectangular or right-angled parallelepiped, which is connected to a rear end part of the connecting section or plug-connecting section 22 to be received and is long in the forward-backward direction, and a wire-connecting section or wire-connecting section 24, which is connected or connected behind the box section 23.
[0045] The connecting section 22 to be received is electrically connected to the receiving inner conductor 120 by entering the connecting section 122 of the receiving inner conductor 120 of the socket connector 110 from the front, as shown in Fig. 2 is shown.
[0046] The section 24 connecting the wire is or is electrically connected to the coated wire 12 by being crimped onto a core 13 and an insulating coating 14, which is exposed in a front end part of the coated wire 12. [Dielectric 30]
[0047] As this is in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the dielectric 30 is made of an insulating synthetic resin and is formed in a right-angled parallelepiped shape, which is long in the forward-backward direction. The dielectric 30 is formed by assembling a lower dielectric 31 and an upper dielectric 32 together in the vertical direction.
[0048] As this is in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, two inner conductors 20, which are connected to the coated wires 12, are received in order to be sandwiched together on both vertical sides by the lower and upper dielectrics 31, 32, while being arranged side by side in the lateral direction. When the inner conductor 20 is received into the dielectric 30, the connecting section 22 to be received protrudes from the front wall of the dielectric 30. [Outer Leader 50]
[0049] The outer conductor 50 can be fitted to and connected with the receiving outer conductors 150 of the socket connector 110. As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the outer conductor 50 consists of a first outer conductor 51 for receiving the dielectric 30 inside and a second outer conductor 60, which is to be assembled with the first outer conductor 51 to cover the outer circumferences of the first outer conductor 51 and the shielding body 15 of the cable 11. [First outer conductor 51]
[0050] The first outer conductor 51 is formed by processing a conductive metal sheet material. How this is done in Fig. As shown in Figures 4 to 7, the first outer conductor 51 includes a connecting or connecting pipe section 52 in the form of a rectangular or right-angled tube, which is essentially rectangular in a front view, and a first shielding connecting section 56, which is provided on the rear end edge of a lower side of the connecting pipe section 52.
[0051] As this is in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, a front portion of the connecting pipe section 52 serves as a large-diameter pipe section 53 into which the tubular connecting section 152 of the receiving outer conductor 150 of the socket connector 110 is fitted. A rear end edge portion of the large-diameter pipe section 53 serves as a tapered section 55, which has a tapered shape inclined towards an axial center and a rearward side. A portion of the connecting pipe section 52 behind the tapered section 55 serves as a small-diameter pipe section 54, which is arranged coaxially with the large-diameter pipe section 53 and has a diameter smaller than that of the large-diameter pipe section 53.
[0052] As this is in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the small-diameter pipe section 54 is designed to have the same diameter as the tubular connecting section 152 of the receiving outer conductor 150. Here, "small-diameter pipe section 54 and tubular connecting section 152 have the same diameter" means a case where the small-diameter pipe section 54 and the tubular connecting section 152 have the same diameter, and a case where the small-diameter pipe section 54 and the tubular connecting section 152 can be considered to have substantially the same diameter, even if they do not have the same diameter. Therefore, the connecting pipe section 52 is narrower from a central part to a rear part than in a front part, as shown in Figure 2. Fig. 1, 2 and 4 to 7 are shown.
[0053] The dielectric 30 can be inserted into the connecting tube section 52 from the rear. When the dielectric 30 is inserted into the connecting tube section 52 from the rear, parts of the inner conductors 20 are inserted behind the box sections 23, while being electrically insulated from the small-diameter tube section 54 by the dielectric 30, and the connecting sections 22 to be inserted are arranged in the large-diameter tube section 53, while projecting from the dielectric 30, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is shown.
[0054] Furthermore, if the dielectric 30 is received or is received from the rear into the connecting pipe section 52, the distance L1 between the small-diameter pipe section 54 and the box sections 23 is shorter than the distance between the large-diameter pipe section 53 and the connecting sections 22 to be received, and equal to the distance L2 between the connecting sections 122 of the receiving inner conductors 120 and the receiving outer conductor 150, as shown in Fig. Figure 2 is shown. Here, this means that the distances L1 and L2 are equal, a case where the distances L1 and L2 are equal, and a case where the distances L1 and L2 can be considered essentially equal, even if they are not equal.
[0055] The first section 56 connecting the shielding is in the form of a plate, which extends backwards from a lower end part of the connecting tube section 52. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the first section 56 connecting the shielding is arranged below the shielding body 15 in the cable 11. [Second outer conductor 60]
[0056] The second outer conductor 60 is formed by processing a conductive metal sheet material. How this is done in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the second outer conductor 60 includes a covering section 61, which is to be mounted or arranged on the outer circumference of the small diameter pipe section 54, a second section 63 connecting a shield, which is to be crimped onto the outer circumference of the shielding body 15, and a connecting or coupling section 62, which connects or couples the covering section 61 and the second section 63 connecting the shield.
[0057] The covering section 61 is wound on the outer circumferential surface of the small-diameter pipe section 54 to surround it. When mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the small-diameter pipe section 54, the covering section 61 is configured to have the same diameter as the large-diameter pipe section 53, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. Figure 2 is shown. Here, this means that the covering section 61 and the large-diameter pipe section 53 have the same diameter, a case where the covering section 61 and the large-diameter pipe section 53 have the same diameter, and a case where the covering section 61 and the large-diameter pipe section 53 can be considered to have substantially the same diameter, even if they do not have the same diameter. A passage 61A, into which a connection-locking section or connection-locking section 83 of the housing 80, which will be described later, is fitted, is designed to pass through an upper part of the covering section 61 in the vertical direction.
[0058] As this is in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the second section 63 connecting the shield is electrically connected to and fixed to the shield body 15 by being crimped onto the outer circumference of the shield body 15, which is folded within the cable 11. That is, the second section 63 connecting the shield, together with the first section 56 connecting the shield, is configured or constructed as a shield-connecting section 57 to be connected to the shield body 15 of the cable 11.
[0059] The second section 63 connecting the shielding includes a hollow cylindrical upper plate 64 for covering an upper half of the shielding body 15 and a plurality of crimping pieces 65, which are provided on both lateral edges of the upper plate 64. The plurality of crimping pieces 65 extend obliquely downwards from the two lateral edges of the upper plate 64 in order to be separated from each other, as shown in Fig. Figure 4 shows the conductors in a state before the second outer conductor 60 is assembled with the first outer conductor 51. The majority of crimping pieces 65 are crimped and fixed in order to wrap around the shielding body 15 together with the first section 56 connecting the shielding, which is arranged below the shielding body 16, as shown in Figure 4. Fig. 1 and Fig. Figure 2 shows when the second outer conductor 60 is or is assembled with the first outer conductor 51. [Case 80]
[0060] The housing 80 is made of a synthetic resin and includes a receiving section 82 for receiving the outer conductor 50, which is inserted from the rear.
[0061] As this is in Fig. As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the receiving section 82 is designed to allow passage in the forward-backward direction. The locking section 83, which fits into the passage hole 61A provided in the covering section 61, is provided in the receiving section 82.
[0062] The locking section 83 is or will be fitted into the through-hole 61A, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. Figure 2 shows that the outer conductor 50 is received in the receiving section 82 up to a proper or corresponding receiving position. In this way, the outer conductor 50 is held in the housing 80 by locking the locking section 83 and an edge portion of the through-hole 61A.
[0063] This embodiment is configured and constructed as described above. Next, the functions and effects of the plug connector 10 are described. For example, when a tubular receiving outer conductor for receiving an inner conductor of a socket connector is fitted into a tubular outer conductor for receiving an inner conductor of a plug connector in a conventional connector device, the outer conductor is fitted outside the receiving outer conductor. Thus, the distance between the outer conductor and the inner conductor in the plug connector is greater than the distance between the receiving outer conductor and the receiving inner conductor in the socket connector.
[0064] After the plug and socket connectors are connected, the impedance in the plug connector is higher than that in the socket connector, and there are concerns regarding a mismatch or mismatch of the impedance between the plug and socket connectors.
[0065] Accordingly, the present inventor and other researchers have arrived at the configuration of this embodiment as a result of a thorough study or investigation. That is, this embodiment relates to a receiving or plug connector (connector) 10, which is to be connected to the receiving or socket connector (matching or tuned connector) 110, while it is connected to the cable 11 in which the outer circumferences of the sheathed or coated wires (wire) 12 are covered by the shielding body 15, and which includes the inner conductors 20 and the outer conductor 50. The inner conductor 20 is connectable to the receiving inner conductor (matching or tuned inner conductor) 120, which is provided in the socket connector, while it is connected to the core 13 of the coated wire 12.The outer conductor 50 includes the large-diameter pipe section 53, the small-diameter pipe section 54, and the section 57 connecting the shield, and the section 57 connecting the shield is connected to the shielding body 15. As shown in . Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the large-diameter pipe section 53 is formed in such a tubular shape or form that the tubular outer conductor (matching outer conductors) 150, which is provided in the socket connector 110, can be fitted into it, and the small-diameter pipe section 54 is formed in a tubular shape which has a smaller diameter than the large-diameter pipe section 53, and accommodates the inner conductors.
[0066] Since the inner conductors 20 are received in the small-diameter pipe section 54, which is designed to have a smaller diameter than the large-diameter pipe section 53, the distance between the inner conductors 20 and the small-diameter pipe section 54 can be made shorter than the distance between the inner conductors 20 and the large-diameter pipe section 53 into which the receiving outer conductor 150 is fitted, even though the receiving outer conductor 150 is or will be fitted into the large-diameter pipe section 53. That is to say, the distance between the inner conductors 20 and the small diameter pipe section 54 can be approximated to the distance between the receiving inner conductors 120 and the receiving outer conductor 150, and the occurrence of an impedance mismatch between the socket and plug connector 110, 10 after the connection of the socket and plug connector 110, 10 can be suppressed.
[0067] The small-diameter pipe section 54 and the receiving outer conductor 150 are designed to have the same diameter. Since the small-diameter pipe section 54 and the receiving outer conductor 150 have the same diameter, the distance between the inner conductors 20 and the small-diameter pipe section 54 can be made equal to the distance between the receiving inner conductors 120 and the receiving outer conductor 150. In this way, the occurrence of an impedance mismatch between the socket and plug connector 110, 10 after connection of the socket and plug connector 110, 10 can be further suppressed.
[0068] The small-diameter pipe section 54 is connected to a rear end of the large-diameter pipe section 53 on one side opposite the socket connector 110. Since the large-diameter pipe section 53 and the small-diameter pipe section 54 are connected and integrated, the number of components can be reduced compared to, for example, the case where a small-diameter pipe section and a large-diameter pipe section are assembled separately. This improves the ease of assembly of the connector.
[0069] The outer conductor 50 consists of the first outer conductor 51 and the second outer conductor 60, which is to be assembled with the first outer conductor 51. The first outer conductor 51 includes the large-diameter pipe section 53 and the small-diameter pipe section 54. The second outer conductor 60 includes the shielding connecting section 57 and the covering section 61 for covering the outer circumference of the small-diameter pipe section 54. The covering section 61 and the large-diameter pipe section 53 are designed to have the same diameter.
[0070] Since the covering section 61 is designed to cover the small-diameter pipe section 54, which has a smaller diameter than the large-diameter pipe section 53, and the large-diameter pipe section 53 has the same diameter, the enlargement of the structure of the outer conductor 50 and, accordingly, of the structure of the connector 10 can be suppressed, for example, compared with the case where no small-diameter pipe section is provided and a covering section has a larger diameter than a large-diameter pipe section. <Zweite Ausführungsform>
[0071] Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 described.
[0072] An outer conductor 250 of a connector 210 in the second embodiment is obtained by changing the shape of the first outer conductor 51 in the first embodiment and includes a third outer conductor 270. Components, functions, and effects common to the first embodiment are not described here to avoid repetition. Furthermore, the same reference numerals are used to designate the same components as those of the first embodiment.
[0073] As this is in Fig. 8 and Fig. As shown in Figure 9, the outer conductor 250 of the second embodiment includes a first outer conductor 251 for receiving a dielectric 30 inside, a second outer conductor 260, which is to be assembled with the first outer conductor 251 to cover the outer circumferences of the first outer conductor 251 and a shielding body 15 of a cable 11, and the separate third outer conductor 270, which is arranged between the first outer conductor 251 and the dielectric 30.
[0074] The first outer conductor 251 includes a connecting tube section 252 in the form of a rectangular or right-angled tube and a first section 56 connecting the shielding, which is provided on the rear end edge of a lower side of the connecting tube section 252. The connecting tube section 252 is designed to have the same diameter over its entire length in a forward-backward direction. A tubular connecting section 152 in a receiving outer conductor 150 of a socket connector 110 can be fitted into a front part of the connecting tube section 252, as shown in Fig. Figure 9 shows. That is, the connecting pipe section 252 in the outer conductor 250 is designed as a pipe section with a large diameter 253, which has a larger diameter than the tubular connecting section 152 in the receiving outer conductor 150.
[0075] The second outer conductor 260 is not described, since it has essentially the same configuration as the second outer conductor 60, although the shape or form of the covering section 261 is slightly different from that of the covering section 61 of the first embodiment.
[0076] The third outer conductor 270 is formed in the form of a rectangular or right-angled tube, which passes through in the forward-backward direction, by machining a conductive metal sheet material, as is done in Fig. Figure 8 shows that the third outer conductor 270 can be inserted into the connecting pipe section 252 in the first outer conductor 251 from the rear. As shown in Figure 8, the third outer conductor 270 can be inserted into the connecting pipe section 252 in the first outer conductor 251 from the rear. Fig. As shown in Figure 9, the third outer conductor 270 is designed to have the same diameter as the tubular connecting section 152 in the receiving outer conductor 150, and the dielectric 30 can be received therein from the rear.
[0077] When the dielectric 30 is or is incorporated into the third outer conductor 270, a distance L21 between the third outer conductor 270 and box sections 23 in inner conductors 20 is shorter than a distance between the connecting pipe section 252 and the connecting sections 22 to be incorporated, and equal to a distance L2 between a terminal connecting sections 122 in the receiving inner conductors 120 and the receiving outer conductor 150, as shown in Fig. Figure 9 is shown. Therefore, in the second embodiment, the third outer conductor 270 is designed as a small diameter pipe section 254 of the outer conductor 250.
[0078] That is, since the third outer conductor 270, which represents or forms the small-diameter pipe section 254, is received or is received in the connecting pipe section 252 of the first outer conductor 251, which represents or forms the large-diameter pipe section 253 in the second embodiment, the distance between the inner conductors 20 and the third outer conductor 270 can be shortened, even though the receiving outer conductor 150 is fitted in the connecting pipe section 252. In this way, the occurrence of an impedance mismatch between the socket and plug connector 110, 210 after the connection of the socket and plug connector 110, 210 can be suppressed. <Dritte Ausführungsform>
[0079] Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 10 and Fig. 11 described.
[0080] An outer conductor 350 of a connector 310 in the third embodiment is obtained by changing the shape of the first outer conductor 51 in the first embodiment, and includes a third outer conductor 370. Components, functions, and effects common to the first embodiment are not described here to avoid repetition. Furthermore, the same reference numerals are used to designate the same components as those of the first embodiment.
[0081] As this is in Fig. 10 and Fig. As shown in Figure 11, the outer conductor 350 of the third embodiment includes a first outer conductor 351 for receiving a dielectric 30 inside, the second outer conductor 60 in the first embodiment and the separate third outer conductor 370, into which a front end part of the first outer conductor 251 is fitted or is fitted.
[0082] The first outer conductor 351 includes a connecting tube section 352 in the form of a rectangular or right-angled tube and a first section 56 connecting the shielding, which is provided on the rear end edge of a lower side of the connecting tube section 352. The connecting tube section 352 is shorter than the connecting tube section 52 in the first embodiment and is configured to have the same diameter as a tubular connecting section 152 in a receiving outer conductor 150 over its entire length in a forward-backward direction. The dielectric 30 can be received into the connecting tube section 352 from the rear. When the dielectric 30 is received in the connecting tube section 352, a distance L31 between the connecting tube section 352 and box sections 23 in inner conductors 20 is equal to a distance L2 between a terminal connecting sections 122 in receiving inner conductors 120 and the receiving outer conductor 150, as shown in . Fig. Figure 11 is shown. Therefore, in the third embodiment, the connecting pipe section 352 of the first outer conductor 351 is designed as a small-diameter pipe section 354 of the outer conductor 350.
[0083] The second outer conductor 60 is assembled with the first outer conductor 351 to cover the outer perimeters of the first outer conductor 351 and a shielding body 15 of a cable 11.
[0084] As this is in Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the third outer conductor 370 is formed in the form of a rectangular or right-angled tube, which passes through in the forward-backward direction, by machining a conductive metal sheet material. A front end part (a part) of the connecting tube section 352 in the first outer conductor 351 can be fitted into a rear end part of the third outer conductor 370, as shown in Figure 10. Fig. Figure 11 shows that the tubular connecting section 152 in the receiving outer conductor 150 can be fitted into a part of the third outer conductor 370 in front of the connecting tubular section 352. That is, the third outer conductor 370 is designed as a large-diameter tubular section 353 of the outer conductor 350. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 11, the outer conductor 370 is designed to have the same diameter as the covering section 61 of the second outer conductor 60, which is arranged on the outer circumference of the connecting pipe section 352.
[0085] Accordingly, when the plug connector 310 and a socket connector 110 are connected, the connecting pipe section 352 and the tubular connecting section 152 of the receiving outer conductor 150 lie against each other in the forward-backward direction in the third outer conductor 370 of the outer conductor 350, as shown in Fig. 11 is shown.
[0086] In the third embodiment, the small-diameter pipe section 354, which accommodates the inner conductors 20, and the receiving outer conductor 150 are fitted into the third outer conductor 370 of the outer conductor 350, which forms the large-diameter pipe section 353, so that the small-diameter pipe section 354 and the receiving outer conductor 150 have essentially the same diameter. Specifically, the distance L31 between the inner conductors 20 and the connecting pipe section 352 and the distance L2 between a connection connecting sections 122 and the receiving outer conductor 150 can be made essentially the same, and the occurrence of an impedance mismatch between the socket and plug connector 110, 310 after connection of the socket and plug connector 110, 310 can be suppressed. <Andere Ausführungsformen>
