An integrated cooling device (1) and an electric vehicle. The integrated cooling device (1) is used for a battery pack (2) and a power distribution unit (3). The battery pack (2) and the power distribution unit (3) are arranged in the same plane. The integrated cooling device (1) comprises a cooling plate unit. The cooling plate unit comprises a battery cooling plate (12) and a power distribution cooling plate (13). The cooling plate unit is designed to be mounted on one side of the battery pack (2) and on one side of the power distribution unit (3). The battery cooling plate (12) is designed to be positioned adjacent to the battery pack (2) to dissipate heat emitted by the battery pack (2); and the power distribution cooling plate (13) is designed to be positioned adjacent to the power distribution unit (3) to dissipate heat emitted by the power distribution unit (3).
