Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bicycle component for a vehicle, such as a two-wheeler, a wheel guard for a vehicle, and a vehicle. In bicycle components for vehicles such as mudguards, it may be necessary for, for example, parts, cables for lighting or lighting to be fastened thereto or for the bicycle component to be supported by a strut. A fastening must be robust and also releasable again, for example for repairs or alterations.DE 10 2021 126 788 A1 discloses a wheel protection device for a two-wheeled vehicle, which comprises a wheel protector with a cable receptacle and two clamp holders on opposite sides of the cable receptacle and separate clamps with two receptacles. To fix a cable, the cable is placed in the cable receptacle and secured with the clamp. For this purpose, the receptacles each comprise one of the cable receptacles. The receptacles have friction surfaces which are inserted onto the cable receptacles, so that they clamp. Tests have shown that the clamps must meet very tight manufacturing tolerances in order that the clamp securely holds against the mudguard during operation and does not fall off. Accordingly, particularly tight manufacturing tolerances on both components are required, which lead to very high manufacturing costs. It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a bicycle component which enables a more secure fastening and is able to be manufactured cost-effectively.The object is achieved by bicycle components having the features according to claims 1 and 27, by a wheel protection device having the features according to claim 25 and by a vehicle having the features according to claim 26. Advantageous refinements are the subject matter of the dependent claims. Further features and advantages are the subject matter of the general description and of the description of the exemplary embodiments. The vehicle component according to the invention at least for a vehicle, such as a two-wheeler, comprises at least one fastening device at least for attaching at least one part, such as a cable, a light or a strut, to at least one attachment part of the vehicle. The fastening device comprises:at least one clip; andat least one clip holder; and whereinthe at least one clamp is configured to be detachably connected to the at least one clamp holder, and wherein the clamp has at least one receptacle which at least partially surrounds the clamp holder in the received state; andat least one securing unit for producing a positive connection between the clamp and the clamp holder. The invention has many advantages. A considerable advantage is that a form-fit connection between the clamp and the clamp holder enables a permanently secure fastening of the clamp to the clamp holder. As a result, a permanently secure and robust positive connection can be produced even with conventional manufacturing tolerances. This allows cost-effective production. Furthermore, the form-fitting connection can also be released again, in order to carry out repair work, for example.Particularly preferably, the securing unit comprises at least one retaining element which can be gripped from behind and which is formed as a thickening in particular at an outer distal end of the preferably web-shaped clamp holder. Advantageously, the clamp can be plugged onto the clamp holder with the retaining element, wherein a form fit is made possible by the thickening. The securing unit preferably has at least one latching element, which is formed in particular on the clamp. In particular, the latching element engages behind the retaining element in the connected state, so that a positive connection is present. In particular, the latching element is designed to be elastically deformable, so that it deforms and then latches when the clamp is pushed on around the retaining element.Preferably, the clamp holder is substantially web-shaped. In particular, the receptacle is U-shaped, so that the receptacle substantially encloses the clamp holder in the connected state. In particular, at least one latching element is formed on the receptacle, preferably on one end of the receptacle. The receptacle advantageously allows at least one guidance of the clamp relative to the clamp holder during the fitting. This advantageously holds the clamp on opposite sides of the clamp holder.Preferably, the fastening device comprises at least two clamp holders. Preferably, the clamp holders extend parallel to each other. In particular, the clamp can be received simultaneously on both clamp holders. Preferably, a particularly secure hold can be made possible as a result. The clamp positions arranged parallel to one another advantageously also allow displacement of the clamps along the clamp positions. In particular, the clamp has at least one flexibly formable region. This advantageously allows compensation for manufacturing tolerances and in particular for the clamp for clamp retention, which can have a negative effect during joining and in particular on the retention of the clamp on the clamp retainer. Preferably, the flexibly formable region is at least permanently formable at least in the connected state. In particular, the formable region can also be reformed back into its original or into another shape. In this case, the formable region is designed such that the material does not deteriorate.Advantageously, the flexible region of the clamp is formed even when a small force is applied, so that an optimum hold of the clamp is provided. The flexible region is preferably designed to be flexible in such a way that the restoring force of the flexible formable region resulting from a deformation is significantly smaller than a holding force of the releasable connection of the securing unit. Particularly preferably, the restoring force is less than an elastic and structural restoring force of the securing unit, and in particular of the clamp holders, such that the flexibly formable region of the production of the connection forms without other parts of the clamp or of the clamp holders deforming or bending. This makes it possible to guarantee optimum retention of the clamp on the clamp position. Manufacturing tolerances can advantageously be compensated by the flexibly formable region and this task does not have to be carried over by the securing unit.Particularly preferably, the flexibly formable region is arranged between the clamp holders in the connected state. Preferably, the flexible region is arranged between the securing units and in particular between the receptacles in a clamp with two receptacles. Advantageously, this allows optimum functioning of the fastening device, and in particular of the securing unit, to be ensured.Preferably, the flexibly formable region comprises at least one connecting web. Advantageously, a thin connecting web enables a permanently flexible deformation, in particular in the form of a bridge structure between two receptacles with securing units. In particular, the flexibly formable region comprises a plurality of connecting webs which form at least one opening. The connecting webs advantageously allow a part such as a cable to be fixed, in particular within a cable receptacle. The opening is advantageously designed as an elongated hole which, in the mounted state, extends parallel to the clamp holders. Advantageously, the slot has a length which is at least twice as large as a width of the slot. Preferably, a length of the elongated hole is more than 50% or 70% or 90% of a length of the clamp. Advantageously, the elongated hole in conjunction with the webs leads to a particularly low resistance to deformation, so that the regions connected to the flexible moldable region, in particular the receptacles, can be positioned substantially freely with respect to one another in order to compensate for manufacturing tolerances and to enable optimum positioning of the retaining elements with respect to the latching elements. In addition, various wheel guard inch sizes may be operated with a bracket. In at least one advantageous embodiment, the fastening device has at least one attachment element, such as a hook element and / or an opening, for attaching a support strut or the like. Advantageously, the attachment element can also be received on the clamp in a form-fitting manner. Advantageously, this can support an add-on part.Preferably, the clamp holder is at least substantially unstructured or has a substantially smooth surface. In particular, the clamp holder is formed and / or at least accommodated on at least one add-on part. This advantageously allows a direct dissipation of holding forces. Furthermore, the at least one clamp holder can be manufactured together with the add-on part in a particularly cost-effective manner. The attachment is preferably designed as a mudguard for a vehicle having at least one wheel, such as a two-wheeler.The attachment part preferably has at least one base. Preferably, at least one clip holder is formed on the base of the attachment part.In particular, the base is elongated and extends along a longitudinal direction. The base of the mudguard is designed, in particular, partially toroidally at least in sections in its longitudinal direction. Preferably, the mudguard extends along a circumferential direction of a wheel in the connected state.Preferably, at least one clamp holder is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the base on a side of the mudguard facing a wheel. Advantageously, the fastening device is thus protected from environmental influences. Moreover, the fastening device is not visible.Preferably, the bracket support extends longitudinally of the base of the mudguard. In particular, the clamp holder extends over more than half the length of the base, preferably over more than three quarters of the length of the base, for example over the entire length of the base of the mudguard. In particular, the clamp holder extends transversely from the base, in particular in a state attached to the two-wheeler, in the direction of the wheel. In particular, the clamp holder extends at least partially in the direction of the wheel during the intended use of the mudguard, preferably in the mounted state.Particularly preferably, at least the base forms with the at least one clamp holder, and in particular with the clamp, a cable receptacle for receiving a cable. Advantageously, a part such as a cable can be laid in a protected manner in the cable receptacle and securely attached by itself by means of a clamp. In particular, at least a plurality of clamps is included. Preferably, the brackets are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the base of the mudguard when the mudguard is mounted on the two-wheeler. Advantageously, a part such as a cable can thereby be safely laid and attached along the mudguard.Preferably, the at least one clamp, and in particular all the clamps, is designed as a plastic part, in particular a plastic injection molded part. The at least one clamp holder, preferably all clamp holders, is preferably designed as a plastic part. In particular, the mudguard with the clamp holders is a plastic part, preferably a plastic extrusion part. Plastic parts are particularly cost-effective to produce. In addition, plastic parts are preferably particularly durable. In particular, the flexibly formable region and / or the securing unit can be realized as a plastic part particularly cost-effectively with sufficient manufacturing tolerances. The wheel protection device according to the invention comprises at least one bicycle component described above. The wheel protection device can comprise further components, such as further bicycle components, or also parts, such as cables, a light or braces or the like. The vehicle according to the invention having at least one wheel, in particular two-wheeler, comprises a wheel protection device described above. The wheel protection device according to the invention and the vehicle according to the invention also have many advantages, such as the secure hold of the fastening device.
