DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0018] Several embodiments of the present invention are disclosed below with reference to the drawings. For clarity, many implementation details are described together in the following description. However, it should be clear that these implementation details should not be used to limit the present invention. In other words, these implementation details are not necessary in some embodiments of the present invention. Furthermore, some conventional structures and components are shown in a simplified schematic manner to simplify the drawings. In the following embodiments, the same reference numbers are used to denote identical or similar components.
[0019] See Fig. 1 to Fig. 5. Fig. Figure 1 is a perspective view of the loudspeaker structure of the present application; Fig. Figure 2 is an exploded view of the loudspeaker structure of the present application; Fig. 3 is an exploded view of the loudspeaker structure of the present application; Fig. Figure 4 is a perspective partial view of the loudspeaker structure of the present application; and Fig. Figure 5 is a combined view of the press assembly, the connecting assembly, and the locking assembly of the present application. As shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the present application provides a loudspeaker structure 1 comprising a loudspeaker 11 and a base 12. The loudspeaker 11 has a mounting assembly 111. The base 12 has a casing 121, a press-fit assembly 122, a connecting assembly 123, and a locking assembly 124. The surface of the casing 121 has a receiving groove 1211. The loudspeaker 11 is installed in the receiving groove 1211. The connecting assembly 123 and the locking assembly 124 are arranged inside the casing 121. One end of the press-fit assembly 122 extends through into the casing 121, and one end of the press-fit assembly 122 moves together with the connecting assembly 123. The connecting assembly 123 is used to unlock the locking assembly 124. One end of the locking assembly 124 extends through the casing 121 into the receiving groove 1211.One end of the locking assembly 124 is connected to and attached to the mounting assembly 111. One end of the press assembly 122 is pressed into the casing 121, and the press assembly 122 moves together with the connecting assembly 123 to unlock the locking assembly 124, thus releasing the locking assembly 124 from the connection with the mounting assembly 111 of the loudspeaker 11.
[0020] See Fig. 2. In this embodiment, the groove contour of the receiving groove 1211 of the base 12 corresponds to the contour of the side of the loudspeaker 11 with the mounting assembly 111. The mounting assembly 111 has a recess 1111 and a stationary post 1112. Two ends of the stationary post 1112 are attached to the inner wall of the recess 1111. One end of the locking assembly 124 is attached to the stationary post 1112 within the recess 1111.
[0021] See Fig. 6 and Fig. 7. Fig. Figure 6 is a partial exploded view of the press assembly, the connecting assembly and the locking assembly of the present application and Fig. Figure 7 is a side view of it. As in Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Figure 7, the press assembly 122 in this embodiment comprises a press element 1221 and a guide post 1222. The press element 1221 has a press section 1223 and two extension sections 1224. One end of each of the two extension sections 1224 extends from the press section 1223 toward the inner part of the casing 121. The guide post 1222 is arranged at one end of the extension section 1224, i.e., the guide post 1222 is located transversely at one end of the extension section 1224, and both ends of the guide post 1222 are attached to the extension section 1224. Additionally, the connection assembly 123 comprises a main connection body 1231. The main connection body 1231 has two pressure sections 1232. The two pressure sections 1232 extend from the main connecting body 1231 towards the positions where two extension sections 1224 of the press element 1221 are located. The pressure section 1232 has a sliding hole 1230, wherein the sliding hole 1230 is a transverse opening corresponding to the guide post 1222. The guide post 1222 at one end of the pressing element 1221 passes through the sliding hole 1230 of the pressure section 1232, and the guide post 1222 of the pressing element 1221 moves along the sliding hole 1230. The sliding hole 1230 of the pressure section 1232 forms an angle C relative to the direction of movement of the pressing element 1221 toward the pressure section 1232. In other words, as the extension section 1224 of the pressing element 1221 moves along with the guide post 1222, the guide post 1222 presses against the edge of the lower opening of the sliding hole 1230, since the guide post 1222 moves in a straight line. As a result, the pressure section 1232 is pushed downward and moves due to the downward pressure of the sliding hole 1230.Consequently, the pressure section 1232 will move downwards together with the connecting main body 1231.
[0022] Furthermore, the press assembly 122 includes a press-elastic element 1225. The press-elastic element 1225 is arranged between the press element 1221 and the surface of the casing 121, with the direction of the elastic force of the press-elastic element 1225 and the direction of movement of the press element 1221 being the first axis X. In this embodiment, when the press element 1221 is pressed into the casing 121, the elastic force of the press-elastic element 1225 compresses it. When the press element 1221 is no longer subjected to external pressure, the elastic restoring force of the press-elastic element 1225 returns the press element 1221 to its original position before it was pressed.
[0023] See Fig. 8 and Fig. 9. Fig. Figure 8 is a schematic view of the locking assembly of the present application and Fig. Figure 9 is a cross-sectional view of the locking assembly. See also Fig. 6. In this embodiment, the main connecting body 1231 of the connecting assembly 123 further comprises a pressure element 1233. The locking assembly 124 includes a locking housing 1241, a locking unit 1242, a locking elastic element 1243, a locking pin 1244, and a locking pin elastic element 1245. The locking housing 1241 is arranged within the enclosure 121. The locking unit 1242 extends through the locking housing 1241. One end of the locking unit 1242 extends through the enclosure 121 into the receiving groove 1211, and one end of the locking unit 1242 is connected to the mounting assembly 111 of the loudspeaker 11. One end of the locking elastic element 1243 is connected to the locking housing 1241, and another end of the locking elastic element 1243 is connected to another end of the locking unit 124.One end of the locking pin 1244 extends through the locking housing 1241, and one end of the locking pin 1244 engages with one side of the locking unit 1242. One end of the locking pin elastic element 1245 is connected to the locking housing 1241. Another end of the locking pin elastic element 1245 is connected to another end of the locking pin 1244. The locking pin elastic element 1245 presses the locking pin 1244 so that it rests against one side of the locking unit 1242. The pressure element 1233 of the main connecting body 1231 corresponds to another end of the locking pin 1244 of the locking assembly 124, wherein the pressure element 1233 moves together with another end of the locking pin 1244.The connection between the pressure element 1233 and the locking pin 1244 can be achieved by structural interlocking, adhesive bonding or other assembly methods, which can be adapted according to the user's requirements, but are not limited to these methods.
[0024] See Fig. 7: When the pressing element 1221 drives the connecting main body 1231 downwards, the pressure element 1233 presses downwards on another end of the locking pin 1244. This causes one end of the locking pin 1244 to move away from one side of the locking unit 1242, thereby releasing the locking pin 1244 from that side of the locking unit 1242. Consequently, the locking elastic element 1243 drives the locking unit 1242 to move, thereby releasing the end of the locking unit 1242 from its connection and attachment to the mounting assembly 111 of the loudspeaker 11. The direction of the elastic force of the locking elastic element 1243 and the direction of movement of the locking unit 1242 is the first axis X.
[0025] As described above, the locking housing 1241 comprises a locking pin channel 1240 and a fixed through-hole 12401. The fixed through-hole 12401 is located on the surface of the locking housing 1241 and communicates with the locking pin channel 1240. The locking unit 1242 further comprises a movable element 12421, and one side of the movable element 12421 has a fixed notch 12428. The fixed through-hole 12401 is located on the path of movement of the fixed notch 12428 of the movable element 12421. One end of the locking pin 1244 passes through the fixed through-hole 12401. One end of the locking pin 1244 is embedded within the fixed notch 12428 to allow one end of the locking pin 1244 to engage with one side of the locking unit 1242.
[0026] Furthermore, the main connecting body 1231 of the connecting assembly 123 also has an elastic fastening section 1234. The connecting assembly 123 also has a connecting elastic section 1235. One end of the connecting elastic section 1235 is connected to the elastic fastening section 1234, and another end of the connecting elastic section 1235 is connected to the inner part of the covering 121, see Figure 1. Fig. 4. The direction of the elastic force of the connecting elastic section 1235 and the direction in which the pressure element 1233 of the connecting main body 1231 pushes the locking pin 131 downwards is the second axis Y. In this embodiment, when the pressure element 1221 drives the connecting main body 1231 to move downwards, the elastic fastening section 1234 of the connecting main body 1231 extends the elastic force of the connecting elastic section 1235. When the connecting main body 1231 is no longer pushed downwards by an external force, the elastic restoring force of the connecting elastic section 1235 drives the connecting main body 1231 back to its original position. Furthermore, the direction of the elastic force of the locking pin elastic element 1245 of the locking assembly 124 and the direction of movement of the locking pin 1244 is the second axis Y, see Fig. 9. In this embodiment, the locking pin 1244 extends the elastic force of the locking pin elastic element 1245 when the pressure element 1233 moves the locking pin 1244 downwards. When the locking pin 1244 is no longer pushed downwards by an external force, the elastic restoring force of the locking pin elastic element 1245 drives the locking pin 1244 back to its original position.
[0027] See Fig. 7. In this embodiment, the direction of the elastic force of the press-elastic element 1225 and the pressure direction of the press element 1221 is the first axis X. The direction of the elastic force of the connecting elastic section 1235 and the direction of movement of the elastic fastening section 1234 of the connecting main body 1231 is the second axis Y. The direction of the elastic force of the locking pin-elastic element 1245 and the direction of movement of the locking pin 1244 is the second axis Y. The direction of the elastic force of the locking elastic element 1243 and the direction of movement of the locking unit 1242 is the first axis X, and the first axis X and the second axis Y are perpendicular to each other.
[0028] In this embodiment, see Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, the locking assembly 124 further comprises a first guide element 1246. The locking housing 1241 includes a locking pin channel 1240. The first guide element 1246 extends through the locking housing 1241 and is arranged within the locking pin channel 1240. The locking unit 1242 further comprises a movable element 12421 and a hook element 12422. The hook element 12422 is rotatably arranged at one end of the movable element 12421. The first guide element 1246 is located on the movement path of the first side 12423 of the hook element 12422. When the movable element 12421 moves together with the hook element 12422, the first guide element 1246 moves along the contour of the first side 12423 of the hook element 12422, causing the hook element 12422 to rotate relative to the movable element 12421.
[0029] As described above, one end of the movable element 12421 has a first recess 12424, and one end of the hook element 12422 has a second recess 12425 relative to the first recess 12424. The second recess 12425 rotates relative to the first recess 12424 to close or open. The first side 12423 of the hook element 12422 has an arced edge 12423A and a first recess edge 12423B. The first recess edge 12423B and the arced edge 12423A are the connected and extended side edges. When the arced edge 12423A of the hook element 12422 rests against the first guide element 1246, the first recess 12424 and the second recess 12425 are relatively closed. When the first recessed edge 12423B of the hook element 12422 rests against the first guide element 1246, the first recess 12424 and the second recess 12425 are relatively open.
[0030] Furthermore, the locking assembly 124 comprises a second guide element 1247. The second guide element 1247 extends through the locking housing 1241 and is located within the locking pin channel 1240. The locking unit 1242 further comprises a movable element 12421 and a hook element 12422. The hook element 12422 is rotatably mounted on one end of the movable element 12421. The movable element 12421 also has a movable hole 12426, and the second guide element 1247 is located within the movable hole 12426. The second guide element 1247 is located on the path of movement of the second side 12427 of the hook element 12422.When the movable element 12421 moves together with the hook element 12422, the second guide element 1247 moves along the contour of the second side 12427 of the hook element 12422, causing the hook element 12422 to rotate relative to the movable element 12421.
[0031] As described above, the second side 12427 of the hook element 12422 has a slanted edge 12427A and a second recessed edge 12427B. The second recessed edge 12427B and the slanted edge 12427A are connected and extended side edges. When the second recessed edge 12427B of the hook element 12422 rests against the second guide element 1247, the first recess 12424 and the second recess 12425 are relatively closed; when the slanted edge 12427A of the hook element 12422 rests against the second guide element 1247, the first recess 12424 and the second recess 12425 are relatively open.
[0032] Additionally, the locking housing 1241 has an opening 12410 at one end of the housing adjacent to the first recess 12424 and the second recess 12425, see Fig. 4. The opening 12410 corresponds to the stationary post 1112 of the mounting assembly 111 of the loudspeaker 11. When the stationary post 1112 is locked within the first recess 12424 and the second recess 12425, the stationary post 1112 is also fixed within the opening 12410 as an additional mounting structure. Furthermore, the locking assembly 124 also includes a position limiting element 1248. The position limiting element 1248 is arranged on the locking housing 1241 and is located in the locking pin channel 1240. The locking assembly 1242 also includes a movable element 12421, and the movable element 12421 further comprises a position limiting hole 12420.The position limiting element 1248 is located inside the position limiting hole 12420, thereby restricting the movement of the position limiting hole 12420 of the movable element 12421, which cannot move beyond the position defined by the position limiting element 1248.
[0033] See Fig. 10 and Fig. 11. Fig. Figure 10 is a schematic view of the combination of locking assembly and loudspeaker and Fig. Figure 11 is another schematic view of the combination of locking assembly and loudspeaker. As in Fig. 10 and Fig.As shown in Figure 11, in this embodiment the mounting assembly 111 of the loudspeaker 11 is connected to the locking assembly 124, allowing the loudspeaker 11 to be installed on the base 12. To release the connection between the locking assembly 124 and the loudspeaker 11, the pressure element 1233 pulls the locking pin 1244 downwards, and one end of the locking pin 1244 moves away from one side of the locking unit 1242. Consequently, the locking pin 1244 does not engage in the fixed notch 12428 of the locking unit 1242.The elastic restoring force of the locking elastic element 1243 drives the locking unit 1242 to move, and one end of the locking unit 1242 moves towards the loudspeaker 11, causing the first recess 12424 of the movable element 12421 at one end of the locking unit 1242 and the second recess 12425 of the hook element 12422 to rotate relative to each other. Thus, the first recess 12424 and the second recess 12425 are relatively open, allowing the stationary post 1112 of the mounting assembly 111 of the loudspeaker 11 to detach from the locking assembly 124, thereby releasing the connection and fastening between the loudspeaker 11 and the base 12.
[0034] Conversely, to attach the loudspeaker 11 to the base 12, the loudspeaker's mounting assembly 111 is aligned with the base 12's locking assembly 124, and then the loudspeaker's mounting assembly 111 is pressed into the locking assembly 124. The locking unit 1242 of the locking assembly 124 then compresses the locking elastic element 1243, thereby aligning the fixed notch 12428 of the locking unit 1242 with the fixed through-hole 12401 of the locking housing 1241. The elastic restoring force of the locking pin elastic element 1245 drives the locking pin 1244 to be embedded within the fixed notch 12428, then the locking pin 1244 is brought into engagement with the locking unit 1242.Simultaneously, the first recess 12424 of the movable element 12421 at one end of the locking unit 1242 and the second recess 12425 of the hook element 12422 rotate relative to each other, thereby closing the first recess 12424 and the second recess 12425 relative to each other. This allows the stationary post 1112 of the mounting assembly 111 of the loudspeaker 11 to be secured within the locking assembly 124, thus fixing the connection between the loudspeaker 11 and the base 12.
[0035] In summary, the present application provides a loudspeaker structure comprising a loudspeaker and a base. The loudspeaker is locked to the base. The base secures or unlocks the loudspeaker through a reciprocal connection of a press-fit assembly, a connecting assembly, and a locking assembly. The locking assembly of the base is used to secure the loudspeaker. The press-fit assembly moves along with the connecting assembly, and the connecting assembly then unlocks the loudspeaker secured by the locking assembly. This design allows the loudspeaker to be easily and quickly removed from the base. In automotive applications, the base of the loudspeaker structure can be embedded and installed at a suitable location within the vehicle body. For example, it can be permanently installed on the flat area of the vehicle's dashboard, embedded in the vehicle seat, or positioned in the central control area of the vehicle.
