Abstract
Description
Technical area
[0001] The invention relates to a magnetic structure of a screwdriver tool, wherein the sleeve can be displaced forwards and backwards relative to the screwdriver shaft by a limiting structure formed by a steel ball and an annular neck portion between the screwdriver shaft and the sleeve, wherein the sleeve is provided at the front end with a magnetic element, whereby the workpiece can be attracted. State of the art
[0002] Today's screwdrivers and screwdriver adapters have a wide range of applications. In some locations, the operating depth is great. If the screw to be turned cannot be positioned on the screwdriver head and repeatedly falls off, operation becomes more difficult and laborious. Therefore, this problem must be solved. Object of the invention
[0003] Considering that there is still room for improvement in the operation of conventional screwdriver tools, the inventor developed the magnetic structure of the screwdriver tool based on his many years of experience and technology in related industries. The object of the invention is to enable the sleeve to be displaced forward and backward relative to the screwdriver shaft by a restriction structure formed by a steel ball and an annular neck portion between the screwdriver shaft and the sleeve. The sleeve is provided with a magnetic element at the front end, thereby attracting the workpiece.
[0004] Another object of the invention is that when the screwdriver shaft is inserted into the sleeve, the steel ball quickly protrudes into the annular neck portion of the screwdriver shaft due to the elasticity of the elastic ring, whereby the assembly is quick. Short description of the drawings Fig. 1 a perspective view of the invention (1), Fig. 2 an exploded view of the invention, Fig. 3 a sectional view of the operating state of the invention (1), Fig. 4 a sectional view of the operating state of the invention (2), Fig. 5 a perspective view of another preferred embodiment of the invention (1), Fig. 6 is an exploded view of the further preferred embodiment of the invention, Fig. 7 is a sectional view of the operating state of the further preferred embodiment of the invention (1), Fig. 8 a sectional view of the operating state of the further preferred embodiment of the invention (2). Ways to implement the invention
[0005] The structure, the technical solution and the effect of the invention are described in detail below using the preferred embodiments.
[0006] As in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the invention comprises an annular neck portion (12) at the end of the screwdriver shaft (10). A sleeve (20) is attached to the outside of the screwdriver shaft (10). The outside of the sleeve (20) is provided with an annular recess (21).
[0007] The annular recess (21) is covered by an elastic ring (24). The elastic ring (24) and the annular recess (21) are each provided with a through hole (25), (22). A steel ball (26) is inserted between the two through holes (25) and (22). An annular recess (23) is formed on the inside of the front end of the sleeve (20). A magnetic element (27) is arranged in the annular recess (23). When the screwdriver shaft (10) is inserted into the sleeve (20), the steel ball (26) can be blocked in the annular neck portion (12) of the screwdriver shaft (10).
[0008] As in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the sleeve (20) can be restricted by the steel ball (26) in the annular neck portion (12), thereby allowing the screwdriver shaft (10) to move within the region of the annular neck portion (12). Therefore, when the screwdriver head (11) is coupled to the screw (30), the sleeve (20) can be displaced toward the screwdriver head (11) at the front end. The magnetic element (27) at the front end of the sleeve (20) thus attracts the screw (30), so that the screw (30) is positioned. Conversely, when the sleeve (20) is displaced backward, the screw (30) automatically falls off because it is separated from the magnetic element (27).
[0009] Fig. 5, Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 show a further preferred embodiment of the magnetic structure of the screwdriver tool. The screwdriver adapter (40) essentially consists of a screwdriver shaft (41) and a sleeve (50). The rear end of the screwdriver shaft (41) is provided with a plug-in rod (42). The front end of the screwdriver shaft (41) forms a screwdriver socket (43). The outer circumference of the screwdriver shaft (41) is provided with a hole (44). A spring (46) is arranged in the hole (44). A steel ball (45) is provided on the spring (46). The sleeve (50) forms an inner annular recess (51) on its inner wall. In addition, an annular recess (52) is provided on the inside of the front end of the sleeve (50). A magnetic element (53) is arranged in the annular recess (52).When the screwdriver shaft (41) is inserted into the sleeve (50), the steel ball (45) can be confined in the inner annular recess (51) of the sleeve (50).
[0010] As in Fig. 7 and Fig.8, a screwdriver head (60) can be inserted into the screwdriver socket (43) at the front end of the screwdriver shaft (41). The sleeve (50) is limited by the steel ball (45) in the inner annular recess (51) and can thus move within the region of the inner annular recess (51). Therefore, when the screwdriver head (60) is coupled to the screw (70), the sleeve (50) can be slid toward the screwdriver head (60) at the front end. The magnetic element (53) at the front end of the sleeve (50) thus attracts the screw (70), so that the screw (70) is positioned. On the other hand, if the sleeve (50) is slid backward, the screw (70) automatically falls off because it is separated from the magnetic element (53).
[0011] Only the preferred embodiments of the invention are described herein. They are illustrated by the drawings of the best mode of implementation of the invention. While some details can be viewed from many obviously different perspectives, the above drawings and description are essentially illustrative and not restrictive.
