Description

Field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a vacuum-based heat pump heating system, and more particularly, to a vacuum-based heat pump heating system in which a vacuum machine places the space between two water tanks in a vacuum state, thereby lowering the boiling point of cold water. This can achieve the rapid heating effect during heat exchange using high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant, thereby increasing the water temperature. At the same time, the load on the refrigerant compressor can be reduced, achieving the beneficial effects of energy saving, reducing CO2 emissions, and rapid heating to generate hot water. State of the art

[0002] Industrial processes often require high levels of hot water at temperatures above 75°C. Most hot water sources are boilers that use electricity, natural gas, or fuel oil, which are considered environmentally harmful energy sources. This technology not only results in high energy consumption but also significant CO2 emissions and air pollution.

[0003] In view of the above-mentioned problems, the inventor, based on his many years of professional experience, devoted himself to solving these problems and finally brought about this optimal and useful invention. Object of the invention

[0004] The main objective of the present invention is to provide a vacuum-based heat pump heating system that can solve the following problems: Industrial processes often require high levels of hot water at temperatures above 75°C. Most hot water sources include boilers that use electricity, natural gas, or fuel oil, which are considered environmentally harmful energy sources. This technology not only results in high energy consumption but also in significant CO2 emissions and air pollution.

[0005] The technical features for achieving the above-mentioned objects are that the present invention comprises: a vacuum-based heat pump heating unit comprising two water tanks arranged in parallel, wherein a coil condensing heat exchanger is arranged in each water tank and the free end of each coil condensing heat exchanger is connected to a heat exchange unit; a water inlet unit, which is continuously connected to the interior of each of the two water tanks for low-temperature water inlet; a vacuum unit, which is continuously connected to the interior of each of the two water tanks of the vacuum-based heat pump heating unit in an airtight manner; a water outlet unit, which is continuously connected to the interior of each of the two water tanks of the vacuum-based heat pump heating unit for high-temperature water outlet;characterized in that the coil condensing heat exchangers located in the two parallel water tanks of the vacuum-based heat pump heating unit operate alternately, the operation being such that a vacuum is created in a respective water tank using the vacuum unit, water is then introduced into the water tanks via the water inlet unit, and thereafter the water in the water tanks is heated by means of the heat exchange unit, the heated water being discharged via the water outlet unit;

[0006] With this innovative and unique design, the vacuum-based heat pump heating system of the present invention relies primarily on the principle of a cyclic refrigerant compressor to heat chilled water under vacuum conditions, thus achieving a warming effect. [0007] It is based on the Fig. 1 to 5, which show a preferred embodiment of the vacuum-based heat pump heating system according to the invention. However, this embodiment is for illustrative purposes only and is not intended to limit the claims. The present invention comprises a vacuum-based heat pump heating system G comprising: a vacuum-based heat pump heating unit G5 comprising a first water tank 10 and a second water tank 20 arranged in parallel, wherein a first coil condensing heat exchanger 11 and a second coil condensing heat exchanger 21 are arranged inside the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20, respectively, and the free ends of the first coil condensing heat exchanger 11 and the second coil condensing heat exchanger 21 are each connected to a heat exchange unit G4; a water inlet unit G1 continuously connected to the interior of the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20 of the vacuum-based heat pump heating unit G5 for low-temperature water inlet; a vacuum unit G2, which is hermetically connected to the interior of the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20 of the vacuum-based heat pump heating unit G5; a water outlet unit G3 which is continuously connected to the interior of the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20 of the vacuum-based heat pump heating unit G5 for high-temperature water outlet.

[0008] Here, the two coiled condensing heat exchangers, each located in the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20 of the vacuum-based heat pump heating unit G5, operate alternately. The operation is such that a vacuum is created in a respective water tank using the vacuum unit G2, water is then introduced into the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20 via the water inlet unit G1, and the water in the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20 is then heated by the heat exchange unit G4, with the heated water being discharged via the water outlet unit G3.

The first vacuum check valve 13 and the second vacuum check valve 23 are each connected to a first vacuum solenoid valve 16 and a second vacuum solenoid valve 26. The first vacuum solenoid valve 16 and the second vacuum solenoid valve 26 are provided on a vacuum line B, and the vacuum line B is connected to a vacuum unit G2.

[0010] The first coil condensation heat exchanger 11 and the second coil condensation heat exchanger 21 are each connected at a free end in parallel to a heat exchange line D for circulation purposes, wherein the heat exchange line D is in turn connected to a first refrigerant solenoid valve 14 and a second refrigerant solenoid valve 24. The first refrigerant solenoid valve 14 and the second refrigerant solenoid valve 24 are connected via the heat exchange line D for circulation purposes to a refrigerant compressor 6. The refrigerant compressor 6 is connected to a pressure control valve 7 for circulation purposes. The pressure control valve 7 is connected to a liquid reservoir 5 for circulation purposes. The liquid reservoir 5 is connected to a heat exchange unit G4 for circulation purposes. The heat exchange unit G4 is connected to an expansion valve 2 for circulation purposes. The expansion valve 2 is connected to a filter dryer 3 for circulation purposes, and the filter dryer 3 is separately connected to the other free end of the first coil condensation heat exchanger 11 and the other free end of the second coil condensation heat exchanger 21 for circulation purposes. In this way, heat exchange can be carried out alternately between the first coil condensation heat exchanger 11 and the second coil condensation heat exchanger 21 and the heat exchange unit G4.

[0011] A pipeline is provided between the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20 and is connected to both. The pipeline is also connected to a first water supply solenoid valve 15 and a second water supply solenoid valve 25. The first water supply solenoid valve 15 and the second water supply solenoid valve 25 are provided on a water supply line A, and the water supply line A is connected to a water inlet unit G1.

[0012] Furthermore, another hot water pipe C is provided between the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20 and is connected to both, the hot water pipe C is in turn connected to a first one-way valve 17 and a second one-way valve 27, the first one-way valve 17 and the second one-way valve 27 are provided on one hot water pipe C, and the hot water pipe C is connected to a water outlet unit G3.

[0013] Furthermore, the vacuum unit G2 comprises a vacuum machine 9 connected to the vacuum line B. Here, the water inlet unit G1 comprises a pressurized water pump 8 connected to the water supply line A. The water outlet unit G3 comprises a water storage tank 30 connected to the hot water line C. The heat exchange unit G4 comprises a fin-type evaporative heat exchanger 1 and a fan 4, which alternately perform heat exchange and heating operations with the first coil condensing heat exchanger 11 and the second coil condensing heat exchanger 21.

[0014] Here, the refrigerant compressor 6 is mainly electrically operated and compresses the gaseous refrigerant, thereby producing a gaseous refrigerant with high temperature and high pressure.

[0015] Here, the first coil condensing heat exchanger 11 and the second coil condensing heat exchanger 21 allow high-temperature, high-pressure gas refrigerant to flow through them and exchange heat with the chilled water outside the tube to lower the temperature of the refrigerant and form a medium-temperature, high-pressure liquid refrigerant.

[0016] This design principle allows the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20 to be controlled alternately by the vacuum machine 9 as two separate units to create a vacuum and thus a negative pressure inside the water tanks. At this time, when the high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant exchanges heat with the cold water in a water tank where a negative pressure exists, the water is heated faster, and the heat exchange with the high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant is more efficient because the boiling point of water is lower in the vacuum state. This leads to high heat efficiency. In this case, the frequency-controlled refrigerant compressor 6 can reduce the load to achieve energy saving.

[0017] Filter drier 3 is primarily responsible for filtering out carbon deposits that have formed in the refrigerant. Removing these carbon deposits can improve the system's performance and ensure smoother operation.

[0018] The expansion valve primarily serves to regulate and limit the flow of liquid refrigerant in the refrigerant line, resulting in changes in flow velocity and volume to convert the liquid refrigerant into gaseous refrigerant. During this conversion, a heat absorption process takes place in a fin-type evaporative heat exchanger.

[0019] The fin-type 1 evaporative heat exchanger enables the conversion of the refrigerant contained in the tube from a liquid to a gaseous state. During this phase transition, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the ambient air outside the tube, transferring the heat absorbed by the refrigerant to the compressor, thereby reducing the load and energy consumption of the compressor.

[0020] The operating principle of the present invention is described in detail below: 1. When tap water is pumped as cold water (approximately 25°C) by the pressure water pump 8, the first water supply solenoid valve 15 is opened, and then the water is introduced into the first water tank 10 until the first water supply solenoid valve 15 is stopped by the sensor of the first liquid level switch 12. At the same time, the second water supply solenoid valve 25 is opened to introduce cold water into the second water tank 20. The high-temperature water (approximately 60 to 95°C) is pumped into the heat-insulated water storage tank 30 for later use. 2. As soon as the second water tank 20 is completely filled, the second liquid level switch 22 sends a signal to the vacuum machine 9 to start operation, which continues until the first water tank 10 is brought to a negative pressure (approximately -1 bar). 3. The first water tank 10 then begins to carry out the heat exchange process between the condensation heat exchanger and the refrigerant until the water is heated to the specified temperature (approximately 60 to 95 °C). 4. The first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20 continuously alternate to introduce water and create a negative pressure. Subsequently, the water temperature rises through the heat exchange between the refrigerant and the condensing heat exchanger, continuously generating hot water to supply industrial production lines with a hot water demand of 75°C, such as bathing, heating swimming pools, etc. in the hotel industry.

[0021] After the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20 are filled with cold water, the vacuum machine 9 is started to perform a vacuum operation and thus generate a negative pressure of -1 bar, so that in the vacuum state of the first water tank 10 and the second water tank 20, the water is quickly heated by the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant through heat exchange.

[0022] With this innovative and unique design, the vacuum-based heat pump heating system according to the invention is primarily based on the principle of a cyclic refrigerant compressor 6 to heat chilled water under vacuum conditions, thus achieving a warming effect. Here, a component that exchanges heat between the condensing heat exchanger and chilled water in the refrigerant compression cycle creates a vacuum state in the space between its two water tanks using a vacuum machine 9, thereby lowering the boiling point of the chilled water. This allows the rapid heating effect to be achieved during heat exchange using high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant, thereby increasing the water temperature to a higher level. At the same time, the load on the refrigerant compressor 6 can be reduced to achieve the beneficial effects of energy saving and reducing CO2 emissions and rapid heating to produce hot water.

[0023] The present invention provides a vacuum-based heating system comprising a vacuum-based heat pump heating unit, a vacuum unit, a water inlet unit, a water outlet unit, and a heat exchange unit. With this innovative and unique design, the vacuum-based heat pump heating system of the present invention relies primarily on the principle of a cyclically operating refrigerant compressor to heat chilled water under vacuum conditions, thus achieving a heating effect. Here, a component that exchanges heat between the condensing heat exchanger and chilled water in the refrigerant compression cycle creates a vacuum state in the space between its two water tanks using a vacuum machine, thereby lowering the boiling point of the chilled water. This allows for rapid heating during heat exchange using high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant, thereby increasing the water temperature to a higher level. At the same time, the load on the refrigerant compressor can be reduced, achieving the beneficial effects of energy savings and reducing CO2 emissions, as well as rapid heating to produce hot water.
