DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0014] In order to better understand the configurations of the embodiments of the disclosure for those skilled in the art, embodiments of the disclosure are described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0015] It should be noted that in describing the present disclosure, the terms "center," "top," "bottom," "front," "rear," "inside," "outside," etc., are used in each case with reference to the directional or positional relationship shown in the respective illustration, solely to describe the disclosure and, where appropriate, to simplify the description. In other words, these terms neither implicitly nor explicitly indicate the positioning, design, and operation of the device or element in question in a predetermined position, so that no limitation of the disclosure is present here.

[0016] The terms "first," "second," etc., should not be understood as an implicit or explicit reference to the relative importance or number of the feature in question. Rather, they serve merely as descriptive terms. Thus, a feature specified as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly mean that the number of that feature is one or more. Furthermore, the term "multiple" in the description of the present disclosure refers to a number of two or more, unless otherwise stated.

[0017] In the present disclosure, the terms "attach" and its variants, "connected to one another" and its variants, and "connect" and its variants should be understood in a broad sense, unless expressly stated otherwise. For example, a "connection" can be a fixed, detachable, or one-piece connection, as well as a mechanical and electrical connection. A "connection to one another" can include direct connections, indirect connections or connections made via an intermediate piece, as well as internal connections between two elements. One of ordinary skill in the art can use the facts of the case to determine the meanings of the terms used in the present disclosure.

[0018] The specific features, structures, or properties described in the present specification may be combined with one another in any suitable manner within the scope of any one or more embodiments or examples.

[0019] Some technologies incorporate a display screen and a glass cover plate on a rotary knob in a vehicle. A through-hole is formed on the rotary knob, and the display screen is typically located inside the rotary knob. The glass cover plate covers the through-hole of the rotary knob, and a large gap is maintained between the glass cover plate and the display screen. When the rotary knob is rotated, the glass cover plate rotates with the rotation of the rotary knob, while the display screen does not rotate with the rotation of the rotary knob.

[0020] Due to the large gap between the glass cover plate and the display screen, light rays emitted by the display screen are then emitted via the glass cover plate after passing through the gap, causing reflection and refraction, which exert a great influence on a displayed image, resulting in poor effect of the displayed image of the display screen seen by the user.

[0021] Against this background, a vehicle is provided in one embodiment of the present disclosure. The vehicle provided in the embodiment of the disclosure may be a vehicle of various types. For example, the vehicle may be a fuel-powered motor vehicle or a new energy motor vehicle.

[0022] The vehicle may include an engine, a chassis, a vehicle body, and other basic structures. The engine is a power device of the vehicle and can provide power for the vehicle's movement on the ground.

[0023] The engine and other vehicle components can be mounted on the chassis to form the overall shape of the vehicle and absorb engine power, allowing the vehicle to move and ensure normal driving. The vehicle body can be mounted on the chassis. A vehicle interior is formed within the vehicle body, where a driver and passenger can sit, or cargo can be loaded.

[0024] Furthermore, the vehicle provided in the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure may further include vehicle-mounted equipment. Depending on the type of vehicle-mounted equipment, the function thus realized also varies. For example, the vehicle-mounted equipment may include a vehicle-mounted air conditioner. The vehicle-mounted air conditioner may be used to adjust the temperature within the vehicle. As another example, the vehicle-mounted equipment may include a vehicle-mounted audio system. Audio may be played using the vehicle-mounted audio system.

[0025] It should be understood that the vehicle-mounted equipment listed above is merely illustrative. The vehicle-mounted equipment in the vehicle provided in the embodiment of the disclosure may also be vehicle-mounted equipment for implementing other functions.

[0026] To achieve adjustment of the vehicle-mounted equipment, the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the disclosure may further include a rotary knob device. The rotary knob device may be electrically connected to the vehicle-mounted equipment and used to control an operating parameter of the vehicle-mounted equipment.

[0027] The rotary knob device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure will be discussed in more detail below. Fig. 1 shows a structural view of the rotary knob device 100 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure and Fig. 2 shows an exploded view of the rotary knob device 100 according to Fig. 1. As in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the knob device 100 may include a knob housing 10, a display assembly 20, a translucent cover plate 30, and a drive mechanism 40.

[0028] As can be seen from Fig. 2, the rotary knob housing 10 is provided with a mounting hole 101 in which the display assembly 20 can be arranged. The mounting hole 101 of the rotary knob housing 10 can provide a mounting space for the display assembly 20, thus facilitating the assembly of the display assembly 20.

[0029] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the rotary knob housing 10 can, for example, be formed entirely as a hollow ring-shaped structure. To facilitate user operation by rotating the rotary knob housing 10, a plurality of spaced-apart rib structures can be formed on the outer wall of the rotary knob housing 10.

[0030] It will continue on Fig. 2. The display assembly 20 has a display surface 201 that can be used to display an image. It should be understood that when the display device 20 is mounted in the mounting hole 101, the display surface 201 can be opposite the opening of the mounting hole 101. Thus, when an image is displayed through the display surface 201 of the display assembly 20, the user can view the displayed image through the mounting hole 101.

[0031] As can be seen from Fig. 2, the display assembly 20 may, for example, comprise a circuit board 21 and a display screen 22. The display screen 22 has the display surface 201. The circuit board 21 may be located on a side of the display screen 22 facing away from the display surface 201 and is connected to the display screen 22. The circuit board 21 may implement a signal input for the display screen 22 so that the display screen 22 displays an image.

[0032] The translucent cover plate 30 may be bonded to the display surface 201. The translucent cover plate 30 may protect the display surface 20. As shown in Fig. 1, the translucent cover plate 30 can cover the mounting hole 101 ( Fig. 2) of the knob housing 10 and cover the mounting hole 101. Thus, the translucent cover plate 30 can prevent the ingress of external dust and thus provide effective protection.

[0033] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, a support portion 1011 may be formed on the inner wall of one end of the mounting hole 101 to facilitate the placement of the translucent cover plate 30. The support portion 1011 may be arranged circumferentially around the axis of the mounting hole 101. The translucent cover plate 30 may be arranged on the support portion 1011.

[0034] As can be seen from Fig. 2, the drive mechanism 40 can be located on a side of the display assembly 20 facing away from the translucent cover plate 30 and can serve to set the rotary knob housing 10 and the display assembly 20 in synchronous rotation. Thus, the display assembly 20 can rotate synchronously with the rotation of the rotary knob housing 10 via the drive mechanism 40, so that the translucent cover plate 30 is also set in synchronous rotation.

[0035] In this way, the mounting hole 101 on the knob housing 10 in the knob device 100 according to the embodiment of the disclosure can provide a mounting space for the display assembly 20, whereby the display assembly 20 can be easily mounted.

[0036] Since the drive mechanism 40 can drive the knob housing 10 and the display assembly 20 into synchronous rotation, the display assembly 20 can rotate with the knob housing 10. This allows the translucent cover plate 30 to be directly bonded to the display surface 201, eliminating a gap between the translucent cover plate 30 and the display surface 201, so that light rays emitted from the display surface 201 are smoothly emitted through the translucent cover plate 30, and the display effect of the displayed image is improved.

[0037] It should be understood that the translucent cover plate 30 and the display surface 201 can be bonded together using an optically transparent adhesive. The optically transparent adhesive can transmit light rays well, thus ensuring the display effect of the displayed image.

[0038] To ensure that the translucent cover plate 30 can transmit light well, the translucent cover plate 30 can be made of glass. Thus, the image displayed by the display surface 201 can be transmitted through the translucent cover plate 30. Of course, the translucent cover plate 30 can also be made of another transparent material, and only one example has been given here for description purposes.

[0039] As can be seen from Fig. 2, in some embodiments, the drive mechanism 40 may comprise a first connecting element 41 and a drive electric motor 42. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, which shows a sectional view of the knob device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first connecting member 41 is connected to the display assembly 20 and the knob housing 10. Thus, the display assembly 20 and the knob housing 10 can rotate synchronously via the first connecting member 41.

[0040] An output end of the drive electric motor 42 is connected to the first link 41 to rotate the first link 41. Thus, the drive electric motor 42 can supply power to rotate the first link 41, thereby causing the knob housing 10 and the display assembly 20 to rotate synchronously.

[0041] Based on the above configuration, the knob housing 10 can rotate automatically via the drive electric motor 42. Thus, when the user needs to adjust the knob housing 10, they only need to control the drive electric motor 42 to rotate the first connecting element 41. Of course, when the drive electric motor 42 stops working, the user can also manually rotate the knob housing 10 to adjust the corresponding vehicle-mounted equipment.

[0042] It is understood that in other embodiments, it is also conceivable that the drive mechanism 40 does not include a drive electric motor 42. To adjust the vehicle-mounted equipment using the rotary knob device 100, in this case, the user can manually adjust the rotary knob housing 10 to adjust the vehicle-mounted equipment.

[0043] As can be seen from Fig. 3, the drive electric motor 42 may, for example, comprise an electric motor body 421 and an output shaft 422 that are connected to each other. The output shaft 422 is connected to the first connecting element 41. The output shaft 422 functions as the output end of the drive electric motor 42. The output shaft 422 can rotate the first connecting element 41. It is understood that the structure of the drive electric motor 42 according to Fig. 3 serves only as an example for description, without representing the actual structure of the electric motor.

[0044] In some embodiments, as in Fig. 3, the first connecting element 41 has a mounting recess 411 on a surface facing the drive electric motor 42. The output end of the drive electric motor 42 can be located in the mounting recess 411 and connected to the first connecting element 41.

[0045] As in Fig. 4, which shows a schematic structural view of the first connecting element 41 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first connecting element 41 may include a top cover 412 and a side cover 413. The side cover 413 is located on one side of the top cover 412, is arranged circumferentially around the top cover 412, and, together with the top cover 412, encloses the mounting recess 411.

[0046] Thus, by providing the mounting recess 411, the output end of the drive electric motor 42 can protrude into the mounting recess 411, whereby the first connecting member 41 and the drive electric motor 42 are mounted to each other, which provides a simple mounting structure and facilitates and more convenient assembly.

[0047] It is understood that in order for the output end of the drive electric motor 42 to rotate the first connecting element 41, the first connecting element 41 and the output end of the drive electric motor 42 can be firmly connected to each other. As can be seen from Fig. 3, in some embodiments, the drive mechanism 40 may further include a fastener 43. The fastener 43 may pass through the first connecting member 41 and be threadedly connected to the output end of the drive electric motor 42.

[0048] Thus, the first connecting element 41 and the output end of the drive electric motor 42 are fastened relative to each other via the fastening element 43 and the first connecting element 41 can rotate with the rotation of the output end of the drive electric motor 42.

[0049] Based on the first connecting element 41 according to Fig. 4, for example, a fastening bore 4122 may be formed in the upper cover 412 of the first connecting element 41. The fastening element 43 ( Fig. 3) can pass through the mounting hole 4122 and be threadedly connected to the output shaft 422 of the drive electric motor 42.

[0050] Of course, the first connecting element 41 can also be connected to the drive electric motor 42 in another way, as long as a connection between the first connecting element 41 and the drive electric motor 42 can be established. For example, the first connecting element 41 can be connected to the output end of the drive electric motor 42 by welding.

[0051] In order to establish a connection of the first connecting element 41 with the rotary knob housing 10, in some embodiments, as in Fig. 5, which shows a schematic structural view of the knob housing 10 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the inner wall of the mounting hole 101 is provided with a limiting recess 102. As can be seen from Fig. 4, the peripheral wall of the first connecting element 41 is accordingly provided with a locking connection section 4131. For example, the outer wall of the side cover 413 of the first connecting element 41 can form the locking connection section 4131.

[0052] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the locking connection section 4131 can be located in the limiting recess 102 and locked to the rotary knob housing 10. Thus, by providing the locking connection section 4131 and the limiting recess 102, a detachable connection of the first connecting element 41 to the rotary knob housing 10 can be established.

[0053] Furthermore, the assembly and disassembly of the knob housing 10 and the first connecting element 41 are facilitated by establishing a connection by locking. To service an internal component of the knob housing 10, only the locking connection section 4131 needs to be separated from the limiting recess 102, allowing the knob housing 10 to be disassembled, thus improving ease of maintenance.

[0054] Of course, the first connecting element 41 and the rotary knob housing 10 can also be designed differently and connected in a different way. In other embodiments, a limiting section can also be formed within the mounting hole 101. Accordingly, a limiting recess can be formed on the circumference of the first connecting element 41. In this case, a good connection between the rotary knob housing 10 and the first connecting element 41 is also possible.

[0055] As can be seen from Fig. 5, in some embodiments, several limiting recesses 102 are provided along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole 101 at a distance from each other on the inner wall of the mounting hole 101. As can be seen from Fig. 4, a plurality of locking connection sections 4131 are formed spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the first connecting element 41 on the peripheral wall of the first connecting element 41. By locking the plurality of locking connection sections 4131 onto the respective limiting recesses 102, a more robust connection of the first connecting element 41 to the rotary knob housing 10 is achieved.

[0056] To establish a connection of the display arrangement 20 to the first connecting element 41, in some embodiments, as in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, it is provided that an escape hole 4121 is provided in the first connecting element 41. Fig. 6 a first schematic representation of a partial structure of the rotary knob device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure and Fig. 7 is a second schematic diagram of a partial structure of the rotary knob device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0057] In addition, the drive mechanism 40 may further comprise a second connecting element 44. A portion of the second connecting element 44 is located on a side of the circuit board 21 facing away from the first connecting element 41 and is arranged offset from the escape hole 4121. The other portion of the second connecting element 44 passes through the escape hole 4121 and is arranged offset from the escape hole 4121.

[0058] Thus, the second connecting element 44 can clamp the circuit board 21 and the first connecting element 41 together, so that the separation of the first connecting element 41 and the circuit board 21 from each other is prevented and a connection of the first connecting element 41 and the circuit board 21 to each other is established. As can be seen from Fig. 7, the escape hole 4121 can be formed, for example, in the upper cover 412. A part of the second connecting element 44 can be located on one of the printed circuit boards 21 ( Fig. 6) facing away from the upper cover 412 and be offset from the bypass bore 4121.

[0059] It is understood that to ensure the connecting effect of the second connecting element 44, as can be seen from Fig. 7, for example, the second connecting element 44 can be provided in a plurality. The plurality of second connecting elements 44 establishes a more robust connection between the first connecting element 41 and the circuit board 21, thus ensuring that the display assembly 20 can be rotated when the first connecting element 41 is rotated.

[0060] Furthermore, it is understood that the second connecting element 44 can be designed with regard to its concrete structure and shape depending on the situation. As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the second connecting element 44 can, for example, be a sheet-like structure which is overall U-shaped.

[0061] As can be seen from Fig. 6, for securing the circuit board 21 and the display screen 22 to one another, the display assembly 20 may further comprise a third connecting element 23. The third connecting element 23 is located between the circuit board 21 and the display screen 22 and is connected to the display screen 21 and the circuit board 22. Thus, the circuit board 21 and the display screen 22 can be connected to one another by the third connecting element 23.

[0062] It is understood that the method for connecting the third connecting element 23 to the circuit board 21 and the display screen 22 can be selected depending on the situation. For example, the third connecting element 23 can be glued to the circuit board 21 and the display screen 22.

[0063] As stated above, the display assembly 20 rotates with the rotation of the rotary knob housing 10. Therefore, to facilitate circuit connection of the display assembly 20, it is provided that in some embodiments, as in Fig. 2, the knob device 100 may further include a sliding ring 50. The sliding ring 50 may include a mounting portion and a rotating portion that are rotatably connected to each other.

[0064] The fixing portion may be disposed on the electric motor body 421, and the rotating portion may be connected to the display assembly 20. Thus, due to the connection of the rotating portion to the display assembly 20, the rotating portion can rotate with the rotation of the display assembly 20 when the display assembly 20 rotates, and a constant connection can be maintained, thus enabling a stable circuit connection to the display assembly 20.

[0065] It is understood that the specific design of the sliding ring 50 may be similar to that of a conventional sliding ring. A more detailed explanation of the specific type and components is omitted here, and a suitable sliding ring may be selected depending on the specific situation.

[0066] As in Fig. 3, in some embodiments, the output shaft 422 may be provided with a pivot bore 4221. The slide ring 50 may be disposed within the pivot bore 4221. A portion of the pivoting portion of the slide ring 50 may pass through the pivot bore 4221 and be connected to the indicator assembly 20. Thus, the slide ring 50 can be more conveniently positioned and easier to assemble by forming the pivot bore 4221 on the output shaft 422.

[0067] In order to facilitate the passage of the rotary portion of the sliding ring 50 through the rotary bore 4221 for connection to the display assembly 20, it is further provided that a sliding ring bore 4123 can be formed in the first connecting element 41, as shown in Fig. 4. The sliding ring 4123 can be connected to the rotary bore 4221 ( Fig. 3) be arranged opposite each other.

[0068] Thus, the rotating portion of the sliding ring 50, as can be seen from Fig. 3, can be conveniently connected to the circuit board 21 of the display assembly 20 to establish a circuit connection of the circuit board 21. Of course, the connecting portion of the sliding ring 50 from the periphery of the first connecting element 41 can bypass the first connecting element 41 to be connected to the circuit board 21.

[0069] Since the display assembly 20 rotates with the rotary knob housing 10, the display surface 201 also rotates with it. To prevent a displayed image on the display surface 201 from rotating, the display assembly 20 further includes a sensor and a controller (both components are not shown) in some embodiments.

[0070] The sensor is arranged on the circuit board 21 and is used to detect a rotation angle of the display assembly 20. The controller is arranged on the circuit board 21 and connected to the sensor. The controller is used to control a displayed image of the display screen 22 depending on an angle change detected by the sensor.

[0071] When the circuit board 21 rotates, the sensor can detect a rotation angle of the circuit board 21. Since the circuit board 21 and the display screen 22 are connected to each other, the rotation angles of the two components are the same. Thus, the rotation angle of the display surface 201 of the display screen 22 can be determined. Thus, the controller can adjust the displayed image of the display surface 201 depending on the rotation angle detected by the sensor, so that the displayed image still does not rotate, achieving a normal display.

[0072] The type of sensor can be selected depending on the situation, as long as the angle of rotation can be detected. For example, the sensor can be a magnetic sensor, an optical angle sensor, or a gyroscope sensor.

[0073] Thus far, only specific embodiments of the present disclosure have been explained, and the scope of the disclosure is in no way limited to these. Modifications or substitutions that are obvious to those skilled in the art within the disclosed scope of the disclosure are intended to be encompassed by the scope of the present disclosure. Regarding the scope of the present disclosure, the claimed scope of the appended claims is decisive.
