Description

[0001] Typically, the building blocks are removed from pallets by hand or with excavator grabs, transported to the assembly site, and stacked there. If fixing elements are required, these are applied by hand and inserted using auxiliary devices. In most cases, a 2D construction plan of the building project derived from the 3D CAD model serves as a guide.

[0002] The invention defined in claim 1 is based on the problem that the construction of a building, particularly the erection of the walls, requires a large amount of manpower. Furthermore, the personnel are subjected to considerable physical strain.

[0003] The invention ensures that the walls of the building are constructed automatically based on the 3D CAD model.

[0004] For this purpose, a multi-axis handling system is calibrated to the spatial position of the floor plan to be built (e.g., floor slab with mortar strip). A gripper tool is mounted on this multi-axis handling system, either fixed or interchangeable. This tool is used to remove the building blocks from placed delivery containers, e.g., pallets, and move them to the required location on the wall and insert them. If the building block system requires the blocks to be secured to one another, the securing element is inserted via an attachment to the gripper tool. If one of the pallets is empty, it can be replaced while the second is stacked, thus ensuring uninterrupted operation.

[0005] The Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show an embodiment of the invention: Fig. 1 complete construction site Fig. 2 Section of a corner of the building to be constructed

[0006] The figures show an example of a multi-axis handling system 1, delivery container 2, the wall 3, the gripping system 4, the fixing element 5, building block 6, mortar strip 7, and concrete slab 8.
