Abstract

Modular component system for the creation of energy-efficient building envelopes in timber construction, comprising: - prefabricated wall, ceiling, floor and roof elements with a fixed grid dimension, - each element having at least one inner and one outer reflective layer, - the elements consist of a layered structure of wood materials, insulation materials and reflective foils, - and the elements are designed to be dismantled and reusable.

Description

The object of the invention is to provide a modular component system which has improved thermal efficiency by means of layers which are reflective on both sides in combination with ecological insulating materials. At the same time, the system should be capable of being reconstructed and suitable for serial pre-production. Due to the reflection on both sides, both the winter heat loss and the summer overheating are to be reduced.The component system consists of several prefabricated wall, ceiling, floor and roof elements with a defined layer structure. Each element includes at least one internal and an external reflective layer. The modules are designed for a pitch of 2.50 m x 5.00 m and optimized for retrogradation and reuse. Each module corresponds to a space and can thus be assembled into one unit. Next to each other and up to 3 floors above each other.3. Functional properties: fire protection, sound protection, moisture protectionThe components according to the invention meet the following functional requirements:Fire protection: use of flame-retardant wood materials (e.g. OSB B1) and non-combustible insulating materials (e.g. wood fiber, mineral injection insulation). Reflective films can be selected with corresponding classifications (e.g., B-s1, d0).Sound protection: The combination of heavy wood panels (e.g. CLT), chutes, footfall sound insulations and elastic intermediate layers (e.g. Sylomer) results in a high sound insulation measure, in particular in floor and ceiling elements.Moisture protection: The internal vapor barrier (e.g. Hausa ALU PROFESSIONAL) protects against diffusion, the external layers (e.g. USB Reflex Plus, DWD plates) allow controlled vapor diffusion. Rear-aired facades and flat roof structures with EPDM sealing ensure long-term moisture resistance.5. Flexibility in Material Selection and DimensioningThe claims extend to the systematic construction of the components and their functionality. The specific choice of:insulation materials (e.g. wood fiber, cellulose, rock wool),wood materials (e.g. OSB, CLT, LVL),reflection layers (e.g. ALU-coated steam brakes, under-tension webs),and their material thicknesses (e.g. 15-20 mm OSB, 160-200 mm CLT) can vary depending on the physical requirements of the construction, standardization or supplier. The functional arrangement of the layers is decisive for the realization of a component which reflects on both sides, is heat-optimized and can be reconstructed in modular fashion.6. Claims

Modular component system for producing energy-efficient building casings in wood construction, comprising: - prefabricated wall, ceiling, floor and roof elements with a fixed grid dimension, - wherein each element has at least one internal and one external reflection layer, - wherein the elements consist of a layer structure of wood materials, insulating materials and reflection films, - and wherein the elements are designed such that they can be reconstructed and reused.Component system according to Claim 1, wherein the reflection layers are designed as aluminated vapour brakes or undercover webs.The system according to claim 1, wherein the wall is designed as PMD ReflexTherm Wall 3G, the floor is designed as PMD ReflexTherm Floor 3G, the projectile ceiling is designed as PMD ReflexTherm Ceiling 3G, the uppermost ceiling is designed as PMD ReflexTherm TopEil 3G and the flat roof is designed as PMD ReflexTherm FlatRoof 3G.Component system according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the components are manufactured in a pitch of 2.50 m x 5.00 m.Component system according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the modules are pre-assembled at the factory.
