Abstract

Underground battery storage system, wherein the underground battery storage system comprises an enclosure (2) arranged in the ground (E), battery storage modules (5) and electronic components (6) for controlling the battery storage modules (5), characterized in that the battery storage modules (5) and electronic components (6) are arranged in a cabin (1) embedded in the enclosure (2), wherein the cabin (1) with the battery storage modules (5) and electronic components (6) arranged therein can be extended vertically from the enclosure (2) arranged in the ground (E) by means of a lifting system.
