Description

[0001] The present utility model relates to stiffening ribs used in prefabricated, load-bearing multi-rib skeleton structures in conjunction with glass or other facade panels. Such prefabricated structures are widely used in marketing campaigns as well as in the interior design of business centers, offices, and other spaces for the flexible subdivision of large spaces without structural changes. Such structures are used primarily indoors as sound and visual barriers and also serve to divide spaces. In some cases, skeleton structures (frames) are also used as shelves or cabinets.

[0002] Such structures ensure their rigidity. And the claimed utility model is intended to solve this problem. STATE OF THE ART

[0003] There are many solutions that describe different elements for the use of the required stiffness of the prefabricated structures (frames).

[0004] Document US10431130B2 describes pole holders used in a display system with modular panels containing display elements, and which are made of construction materials such as metal, fiber material, plastic, or composite material. The pole holder according to a variant of the invention is an elongated hollow body with two opposite identical ends, said body being cylindrical in shape and having fastening elements attached to the ends of the hollow body for securing the connector to the module panel. A disadvantage of the tube is its lack of flexibility, which complicates the assembly / disassembly of such a pole holder, as at least two people are required for such a process. Furthermore, the assembly of such a display system is difficult due to the difficulty of the fastening elements of the aforementioned pole holders.

[0005] Document DE102005009172A1 describes a support structure used to connect elements inserted into profiles to form a frame structure intended for the installation of wall or shelving elements. To stabilize the support structure, a diagonal anchor is provided, which is attached to a connection node by means of a connecting element. The connecting element includes the hook elements arranged on both sides of the diagonal anchor, a tension sleeve, and a fastening element. The diagonal anchor is made of wire and has a corresponding dome-shaped extension set on its free ends, which, when installed, is fixed in the correspondingly designed receiving opening of the hook element.Although the proposed diagonal anchor provides stability to the load-bearing structures of the known type, the process of installing the diagonal anchor into the load-bearing structure is very labor-intensive due to the large number of fastening elements.

[0006] Document WO2013132392A1 describes a load-bearing frame system with connecting nodes, the connecting nodes comprising connecting elements, the bars and frame parts consisting of plates and diagonal bars. The diagonal bars consist of elongated elements in the form of a rung, a wire, or a profile element. The bars have an elongated element, a connecting element, and a regulating element at each end of the elongated element. The elongated element can be in the form of a rod or a wire. One end of the elongated element is inserted into the regulating element, and the regulating element is screwed to the connecting element. The use of known diagonal bars in the assembly of the frame system does not significantly facilitate the construction of the load-bearing frame system and causes inconvenience during assembly / disassembly of the load-bearing frame system. In addition, the diagonal bars do not connect the uprights to each other, which has a negative effect on the spatial rigidity of the entire structure. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT UTILITY MODEL

[0007] The purpose of the present utility model is therefore to create a stiffening rib that can be quickly and easily attached to load-bearing multi-rib prefabricated skeleton structures and that increases the deformation resistance of the basic structure of the structure in the horizontal and / or vertical plane, thus ensuring the required spatial stiffness of the prefabricated structures.

[0008] Another purpose is to create the stiffening ribs, which remain almost invisible when used and contribute to stabilization, preventing stretching and deformation of the structural elements.

[0009] The use of ring connections for fastening precast elements allows for simple and easy assembly and disassembly of such structures. Holes with a diameter of 6.0-6.2 mm ensure reliable fixation of the threaded part of the sleeves or glass holders used in multi-rib skeleton structures.

[0010] The fabrication of the stressed rib from galvanized steel cable with a diameter of 1 mm allows for the creation of an element that strengthens the supporting structure while also maintaining its weight. Furthermore, such a rib remains virtually invisible and does not create shadows between the light source and the glass, ensuring uniform illumination.

[0011] The rope, consisting of nineteen steel wire strands, ensures flexibility and stability. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0012] Further purposes, features and advantages of this utility model will become apparent from the following description of the embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1. shows the proposed rib (top view); Fig. 2. Ring connection (overall view); Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5 Example of the use of ribs in prefabricated load-bearing structures; Fig. 5. Part of the rib installed on the threaded part of the glass holder in the prefabricated supporting structure; Fig. 6. Part of the rib, which is installed into a prefabricated supporting structure by means of cylindrical sleeves. Fig. 7. Part of the rib, which is installed into a prefabricated supporting structure by means of cylindrical sleeves. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0013] In the Fig. 1-7 shows a stiffening rib for load-bearing multi-rib prefabricated skeleton structures which incorporates aspects of the present utility model.

[0014] Fig. 1. Stiffening rib consisting of a galvanized steel cable (1) whose ends are tightly pressed together by ring connections (2) with holes (3) with a diameter of 6.0-6.2 mm.

[0015] The ring connections have a clamp connection - a stand (4) into which the end of the rope is inserted and squeezed with a special vice to obtain an unbreakable connection (as shown on Fig. 2). The length of the stator (4) can be 6 mm, and the entire ring connection (2) is 16 mm long. The ring terminals can be made of tinned copper.

[0016] The steel cable (1) consists of nineteen steel wire strands according to DIN 3053 and has a diameter of 1 mm.

[0017] The proposed stiffening rib can be used in prefabricated / dismantled load-bearing multi-rib skeleton structures equipped with panel facade elements (5) made of square or rectangular tempered glass. Such structures are assembled from aluminum connecting tubes (6) and aluminum prisms (connecting nodes) (7), to which the panel facade elements (5) are connected using glass holders (8). The entire structure can consist of cubes and cuboids, into which the light sources can be installed and to whose diagonals the proposed stiffening ribs are attached, as shown in the Fig. 3-5 can be seen.

[0018] The proposed stiffening ribs are used during the assembly of the skeleton structures (as shown in the Fig.6-8). To assemble such a structure, a threaded part (11) of the cylindrical sleeve (10) is screwed into the threaded holes (9) of the connecting nodes (7) arranged in the lateral plane, into which the bore (4) of one ring connection (3) is preloaded. The other ring connection (3) is intended for the cylindrical sleeve, which is attached to the connecting node (7) located diagonally to the side of the cuboid or cubes that make up the skeleton structure. Sleeves (10) are then screwed into all holes of the connecting nodes (7) and connecting pipes (6) made of aluminum are pushed on, so that a structure is created. Preferably, cylindrical sleeves (10) with a length of 23 mm and a diameter of 10 mm are used, with a thread diameter of 6 mm and a length of the threaded part (11) of 5 mm.

[0019] And for the fastening of glass facade elements the following elements are used: Fasteners - glass holders (8) are made with a thread with a diameter of 6 mm and a threaded part length of 5 mm. The lower part of the fastening element - glass holder (8) with the ring connection (2) pre-screwed through the hole (3) is screwed into the threaded holes located on the facade surface of the connecting nodes. Then, the panel facade element (5), in which the holes are pre-screwed, is placed on top and screwed to the second part of the glass holder (8).

[0020] The steel cable (1) with a length of 432 mm is used for the end blocks with dimensions of 300x300x300 mm, which serve to finish the structure and complete its shape.

[0021] The steel cable (1) with a length of 680 mm is used for parallelepipeds with an aspect ratio of 600x300x300 mm, which are used for the construction of elongated structures.

[0022] The 857 mm long steel cable (1) is used for cuboids with an aspect ratio of 600x600x600 mm, which form a stable frame and ensure spatial rigidity.

[0023] The design of the proposed stiffening rib has these advantages: - Compactness: The stiffening rib is compact and easy to transport and install. - Easy installation: The attachment of the ribs takes little time as two holes are used through which the corresponding parts are screwed. - Invisible: The rib is virtually invisible and does not create shadows between the light source and the glass, ensuring even light distribution. - High strength: The rib can withstand considerable loads and is also resistant to external influences. - Cost-effective: The manufacturing process of the stiffening rib is cheaper than similar solutions, which reduces the overall cost of the project.
