Description

Technical area

[0001] The present utility model relates to the construction of a serrated knife with a serrated part and a plurality of cutting teeth, which reduces the cutting resistance, reduces the adhesion bond and facilitates the cutting of food. State of the art

[0002] Conventional kitchen knives, such as fruit or vegetable knives, typically have a flat blade used for cutting fruit, vegetables, and meat. However, food often sticks to the blade surface after cutting. This not only makes cutting more difficult but also requires constantly scraping off the stuck food before the next cut can be made.

[0003] In addition, the blade of a conventional knife is often only attached to the handle by a short head. After prolonged use of the knife, the cutting edge can become detached from the handle, posing a significant safety risk to the user.

[0004] Furthermore, frozen foods are difficult to cut with a conventional knife and must be thawed first, which increases the preparation time and is extremely impractical.

[0005] Therefore, it is necessary to improve the design of a serrated knife to solve the above-mentioned problems. These include reducing food adhesion to the knife surface, improving the connection between the cutting edge and the handle to prevent peeling, and optimizing cutting performance.

[0006] In view of the problems of conventional knives, where food sticks to the knife surface when cutting, the connection between the blade and the handle can easily fall apart, and frozen food is difficult to cut, the present utility model was developed. Object of the invention

[0007] In view of the aforementioned technical disadvantages, one object of the present utility model is to improve the design of a serrated knife that significantly reduces cutting resistance and prevents food from sticking. This object is achieved according to the invention by the serrated knife essentially consisting of a blade and a handle, wherein the blade extends from one end of the handle with a connecting part, and the upper edge of the blade extends downwards with a serrated section, while the lower edge of the blade has a cutting edge, wherein a plurality of through holes are arranged at intervals on the connecting part, and the lower edge of the cutting edge is provided with a cutting burr, the cutting burr being provided with a plurality of cutting teeth.which has at least one concavely curved narrow cutting tooth and at least one concavely curved wide cutting tooth, which are connected to each other to form a projecting blade tip between the narrow and the wide cutting tooth, wherein the width of the concavely curved narrow cutting tooth is smaller than the width of the concavely curved wide cutting tooth, wherein at least one inclination on one side of the concavely curved narrow cutting tooth and the concavely curved wide cutting tooth; wherein the knife handle is connected to the connecting part and consists of a first handle and a second handle, which are arranged opposite each other, wherein the first handle and the second handle are each formed with a plurality of fastening holes corresponding to a plurality of through holes arranged at a distance from each other on the connecting part, wherein a plurality of through holes and a plurality of mounting holes are secured by means of a plurality of fasteners consisting of a combination of male and female fasteners.,

[0008] Advantageous further training is characterized by its sub-requirements.

[0009] The present utility model has the advantage that the blade is designed with a serrated edge, which reduces the contact area between the food and the blade during cutting. This prevents food from sticking to the blade surface, significantly reduces cutting resistance, and facilitates cutting frozen foods. Furthermore, the user simultaneously holds the first and second handles and the connecting part, which can improve stability and safety during use.

[0010] The present utility model will be better understood with reference to the following detailed description in conjunction with the attached drawings. Short description of the drawings Fig. 1 a perspective assembly view of a serrated knife of the present utility model; Fig. 2 a perspective exploded view of a serrated knife of the present utility model; and Fig. 3 a top view of a serrated knife of the present utility model; Ways to implement the invention

[0011] A preferred embodiment of the design of a serrated knife for significantly reducing cutting resistance and preventing food adhesion according to the present utility model, as described in Fig.The blade 10, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, essentially consists of a blade 10 extending at one end with a connecting part 20, the upper edge of the blade 10 extending downwards with a serrated portion 11, while the lower edge of the blade 10 has a cutting edge 30, wherein a plurality of through holes 21 are arranged at intervals on the connecting part 20, and the lower edge of the cutting edge 30 is provided with a cutting burr 70, the cutting burr 70 being provided with a plurality of cutting teeth 701, which have at least one concavely curved narrow cutting tooth 71 and at least one concavely curved wide cutting tooth 72, which are connected to each other to form a prominent blade tip 73 between the narrow cutting tooth 71 and the wide cutting tooth 72.wherein the width of the concavely curved narrow cutting tooth 71 is smaller than the width of the concavely curved wide cutting tooth 72, wherein at least one slope 80 is provided on one side of the concavely curved narrow cutting tooth 71 and the concavely curved wide cutting tooth 72; wherein the serrated portion 11 of the blade 10 is produced by briefly heating to high temperatures and stamping, and the blade 10 tapers from its upper edge toward the cutting ridge 70; and a knife handle 40, which is connected to the connecting part 20 and consists of a first handle 401 and a second handle 402, which are made of wood or plastic and are arranged opposite one another, wherein the first handle 401 and the second handle 402 are each formed with a plurality of fastening holes 50 corresponding to a plurality of through-holes 21 arranged at a distance from one another on the connecting part 20, wherein a plurality of through-holes 21 and a plurality of fastening holes 50 are fastened by means of a plurality of fastening elements 60 which consist of a combination of male and female fastening elements 601, 602.

[0012] Preferably the blade 10, the connecting part 20 and the cutting tooth 30 are forged from one piece.

[0013] As described above, the advantages of an inventive design of a serrated knife for significantly reducing cutting resistance and preventing food adhesion are obvious: 1. Reduction of cutting resistance and prevention of food adhesion: The serrated part 11 of the blade 10 creates an airflow channel between the serrated parts, which can advantageously reduce the contact area between the food and the blade 10, thus preventing any adhesion of food to the knife surface and significantly reducing the cutting resistance. 2. Increased stability and security: The connecting part 20 extends rearward from the blade 10 to extend its length and is firmly connected to the first handle 401 and the second handle 402. Since the outer peripheral sides of the connecting part 20 are aligned with the outer peripheral sides of the first handle 401 and the second handle 402 of the knife handle 40, a uniform, equal length is achieved between the connecting part 20, the first handle 401, and the second handle 402. The user simultaneously holds the first handle 401, the second handle 402, and the connecting part 20 while cutting. This prevents the blade 10 from detaching from the handle 40, increasing safety during use. 3. The knife allows the user to safely and efficiently cut frozen, hard, or tough foods: The concavely curved narrow cutting tooth 71, the concavely curved wide cutting tooth 72, and the blade tip 73 of the cutting tooth 701 enable the user to safely and efficiently cut frozen, hard, or tough foods independently. The inclination 80° of the concavely curved narrow cutting tooth 71 and the concavely curved wide cutting tooth 72 reduces the frictional resistance between the food and the blade 10, eliminating the need for thawing. This shortens the preparation time for the
