Description

Technical field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a double combustion chamber structure for efficient thermal reaction, and more particularly to a double combustion chamber structure in which a highly efficient thermal reaction is carried out through the combustion chamber body and a hollow air inlet channel is provided in the side wall of the combustion chamber body to prevent heat radiation and thus cooling, so that the thermal energy efficiency of the thermal reaction is effectively improved.

[0002] The conventional method of generating thermal energy through combustion has numerous disadvantages. In addition to the insufficient utilization of thermal energy value, there are still many shortcomings related to fuels with high energy consumption and high amounts of fine suspended matter. Object of the invention

[0003] The main features of the present invention are that a plurality of thermal reaction products are arranged on the support frame of a combustion chamber body and are first heated by the fire source of the ignition tube (after heating to the predetermined temperature, the ignition tube is turned off). Subsequently, gas is passed through a gas supply pipe and water mist is sprayed through a water mist nozzle to generate a continuous and enhanced thermal reaction between the plurality of catalytic thermal reaction products, the gas, and the water, thereby achieving open-flame heating and completely avoiding carbonized particulates that would normally be generated by an open flame. In this way, air quality and exhaust emissions can be effectively improved. Brief description of the drawings Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of the double combustion chamber structure for efficient thermal reaction according to the invention; Fig. 2 shows a side sectional view of the double combustion chamber structure for efficient thermal reaction according to the invention; Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of the double combustion chamber structure for efficient thermal reaction according to the invention; Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of another embodiment of the dual combustion chamber structure for efficient thermal reaction according to the invention. Detailed description of the preferred embodiments

[0004] It is based on the Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The present invention discloses a dual combustion chamber structure for efficient thermal reaction and comprises at least one combustion chamber body 1, at least one air supply motor 2, at least one water mist nozzle 3, at least one gas supply tube 4, at least one ignition tube 5, and a heat transfer tube 6.

[0005] A support frame 11 is arranged inside the combustion chamber body 1, wherein a first space 101 is formed below the support frame 11 and a second space 102 is formed above the combustion chamber body 1, a hollow air inlet duct 12 is provided in the side wall of the combustion chamber body 1, and a thermal insulation mat 121 is arranged in the air inlet duct 12. The thermal insulation mat 121 can be made of aluminum silicate insulating material. At least one air supply opening 13 is provided at the bottom of the first space 101 of the combustion chamber body 1, wherein the air supply opening 13 is continuously connected to the air inlet duct 12. The support frame 11 supports a plurality of catalytic thermal reaction products 7, wherein the bottom of the support frame 11 is designed to be net-like or perforated, so that the bottom of the support frame 11 has an air circulation effect.A pressure gauge 14 is arranged on the outside of the combustion chamber body 1 and serves to measure the internal pressure in the combustion chamber body 1.

[0006] The air supply motor 2 is arranged outside the combustion chamber body 1 and is equipped with an air supply pipe 21 that is continuously connected to the air inlet duct 12 of the combustion chamber body 1. The air supply motor 2 can supply outside air sequentially through the air supply pipe 21, the air inlet duct 12, and the air supply opening 13 into the first space 101.

[0007] The water mist nozzle 3 is arranged on the outside of the combustion chamber body 1, wherein one end of the water mist nozzle 3 protrudes into the first space 101 of the combustion chamber body 1, the water mist nozzle 3 sprays water mist into the first space 101, and the other end of the water mist nozzle 3 can be connected to an external predetermined water source (such as a water storage tank, etc.).

[0008] The gas supply pipe 4 is arranged on the outside of the combustion chamber body 1. One end of the gas supply pipe 4 extends into the first space 101 of the combustion chamber body 1. The gas supply pipe 4 supplies gas into the first space 101. The other end of the gas supply pipe 4 can be connected to an external predetermined gas supply side (such as a gas tank or a natural gas supply side, etc.). The gas discharged through the gas supply pipe 4 can be methane, ethane, propane, or a combination thereof.

[0009] The ignition tube 5 is arranged on the outside of the combustion chamber body 1, wherein one end of the ignition tube 5 projects into the first space 101 of the combustion chamber body 1, the ignition tube 5 carries out an ignition process in the first space 101 and the end section of the ignition tube 5 located in the first space 101 can be equipped with a heater or an ignition device.

[0010] The heat transfer tube 6 is arranged on the outside of the combustion chamber body 1 and has at least one connecting end 61 which is continuously connected to the second space 102 of the combustion chamber body 1.

[0011] The following describes an example of use of the combustion chamber body 1 according to the invention: When the combustion chamber body 1 is in operation, outside air is supplied by the air supply motor 2 through the air inlet duct 12 into the air supply opening 13. At this time, the ignition tube 5 can first be started to heat the plurality of catalytic thermal reaction products 7. Once the catalytic thermal reaction products 7 have reached a predetermined temperature, the ignition tube 5 is shut off.At this time, gas is supplied through the gas supply pipe 4 into the first space 101 of the combustion chamber body 1, and water mist is introduced into the first space 101 of the combustion chamber body 1 through the water mist nozzle 3 and sprayed onto the plurality of catalytic thermal reaction products 7. After the air, gas, and water are mixed in the first space 101, a thermal reaction occurs between the plurality of catalytic thermal reaction products 7 and the air, gas, and water. That is, when the air, gas, water, and the high-temperature catalytic thermal reaction products 7 come into contact, hydrogen and carbon monoxide are formed, that is, a cracking reaction occurs (for example, the formula of the cracking reaction is: CH4 + 2H2O → 4H2 + CO; H2 + O2 → H2O (exothermic); CO + O2 → CO2 (exothermic)). The generated hydrogen then oxidizes with oxygen, producing an exothermic effect. In addition, carbon monoxide also reacts with oxygen, creating an exothermic effect, triggering a chain reaction to generate higher heat energy. In this way, a highly efficient catalytic thermal reaction takes place in combustion chamber body 1.

[0012] The heat energy generated by the catalytic thermal reaction inside the combustion chamber body 1 can be transferred to the outside through the heat transfer tube 6 for reuse to achieve heating without the need for open flame combustion, completely avoid the exhaust gases and carbonized particles generated during combustion, and thus effectively improve the air quality and effectively reduce the risk of burns.

[0013] The combustion chamber body 1 has a hollow air inlet duct 12 in its side wall, forming an insulated double combustion chamber structure, and a heat insulation mat 121 is further disposed in the air inlet duct 12. In this way, the heat contained in the combustion chamber body 1 can be prevented from being lost by radiation, effectively improving the overall thermal efficiency of the heat energy generated by the combustion chamber body 1.

[0014] In a first embodiment, the present invention comprises at least two combustion chamber bodies 1, at least two air supply motors 2, at least two water mist nozzles 3, at least two gas supply pipes 4, at least two ignition pipes 5 and a heat transfer pipe 6. The two combustion chamber bodies 1 can be arranged vertically stacked (as in the Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3) and are respectively connected to the corresponding air supply motors 2, water mist nozzles 3, gas supply pipes 4, and ignition pipes 5. Here, the method of connecting a combustion chamber body 1 to an air supply motor 2, a water mist nozzle 3, a gas supply pipe 4, and an ignition pipe 5 is the same as in the above description and will therefore not be explained further here. At least two connecting ends 61 extend from the heat transfer tube 6, wherein each connecting end 61 is continuously connected to the second space 102 of the corresponding combustion chamber body 1, so that the internal heat energy of each combustion chamber body 1 is transferred to the heat transfer tube 6 through the corresponding connecting end 61. In this way, a catalytic thermal reaction can be carried out by at least two combustion chamber bodies 1, which significantly increases the overall heat energy utilization.

[0015] In a second embodiment, the present invention comprises at least two combustion chamber bodies 1, at least two air supply motors 2, at least two water mist nozzles 3, at least two gas supply pipes 4, at least two ignition pipes 5 and a heat transfer pipe 6. The at least two combustion chamber bodies 1 can be arranged next to each other (as in Fig.4) and are respectively connected to the corresponding air supply motors 2, water mist nozzles 3, gas supply pipes 4, and ignition pipes 5.
