Pressure vessel (1) for processing and / or extracting samples (P) using a vaporizable agent (M), in particular a solvent, wherein the pressure vessel (1) comprises: - a first chamber (2) for receiving the agent (M), - a second chamber (3) for receiving a sample (P), wherein the second chamber (3) is arranged above the first chamber (2), - a vapor space (4) arranged above the second chamber (2), - an outer surface (19) exposed to an environment (18) of the pressure vessel (1), and - a heat sink (6) comprising a first heat sink end (61) and a second heat sink end (62), wherein the first heat sink end (61) is arranged in the vapor space (4), and wherein the second heat sink end (62) extends through an opening (20) in the outer surface (19) into the environment (18).
