Description

The present invention relates to a safe, in particular a portable key safe.A safe is used to store valuables or other important objects such as gold, stamps, owners, keys, identity documents, etc. to effectively reduce the risk of theft or loss.Classical safes generally have a high own weight in order to make unauthorized removal difficult and are additionally equipped with locks that are difficult to manipulate or break down in order to ensure effective theft protection. For example, Taiwanese Utility Model Publication TWM615054U discloses a "moisture-proof safe", Publication TW200300475A discloses a "fire-proof safe", and Publication TW200848594A discloses a "remote-monitored safe". In addition to the basic functions of anti-theft and secure storage, these different types of safe have specific features in each case in order to meet different user requirements. In the field of real-world rental, there is often a need to watch a plurality of real-worlds with customers at an outside deadline. Numerous keys must be carried along. Carrying many keys, however, carries the risk of confusion or loss. While conventional safes are basically suitable for safe storage of many keys, they generally lack the necessary lightweight construction and portability, so that they do not meet the practical requirements of mobile inserts. This causes the need for an improved solution. The object of the invention is to provide a portable key safe which serves in particular to enable ordered and secure storage when carrying a plurality of keys. This object is achieved according to the invention by a portable key safe having the features specified in claim 1. Further advantageous developments of the invention emerge from the features of the dependent claims.According to the invention, there is provided a portable key safe comprising a support housing and a locking device. The carrying housing has a housing, a receiving region formed in the housing, a carrying handle arranged on the upper side of the housing, an operating surface arranged on the front side of the housing and two door leaves pivotably connected to the housing on the sides of the operating surface. The locking device is arranged on the operating surface and has a plurality of input keys, a first latching element, a second latching element and a rotary knob for opening the door leaves. The first and the second latching element are each arranged on opposite sides of the operating surface and serve for the separate locking of the two door leaves. The rotary knob is designed to be rotatable and can be coupled to the two latching elements, so that these can be unlocked by rotating the rotary knob. The input keys are used to input an access code which actuates a solenoid valve. This solenoid valve controls whether the rotary knob is rotatable. By rotating the rotary knob in different directions, the first or the second latching element can optionally be separately unlocked. The invention and its embodiments are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. The drawing shows: FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view of the structure of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a partial exploded view of the structure of the present invention; FIG. 3 shows a first application diagram of the structure according to the invention; FIG. 4 shows a second application diagram of the structure according to the invention; and FIG. 5 shows a third application diagram of the structure according to the invention.A preferred embodiment of the portable key safe according to the present application will be described in detail below with reference to Figs. 1 to 3.As shown in the figures, the portable key safe has a support housing 10 and a locking device 20. The support housing 10 can be made of a plastic-steel composite material and comprises in particular a housing 11, a receiving region 12, a support handle 13, an operating surface 14 and two door leaves 15. The handle 13 is located on the top of the housing 11 and in a preferred embodiment is positioned over a pull-in recess 111 which is recessed inwardly into the housing 11. The handle 13 spans this retraction recess 111 and is embedded in the outer contour such that a harmonic and aesthetically pleasing configuration is achieved. The operation panel 14 is disposed at the front of the housing 11 and supports the electronic lock unit. The two door leaves 15 are located on both sides of the operating surface 14 and are pivotably connected to the housing 11. A torsion spring [not shown] can be arranged between each door leaf 15 and the housing 11, which spring offers resilient support when the door leaves 15 are opened, so that they automatically pivot open and release the receiving region 12.As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the locking device 20 is arranged on the operating surface 14 and has a plurality of input keys 21, a first latching element 22, a second latching element 23 and a rotary knob 24 for opening the door. The first latching element 22 and the second latching element 23 are each arranged on opposite sides of the operating surface 14 and serve for the separate locking of the two door leaves 15.In one exemplary embodiment, the first latching element 22 has a traction head 221, two traction rods 222, two latching elements 223 and two restoring springs 224. The door leaf 15 assigned to the first latching element 22 is provided with two latching elements 151, which each engage in the two latching elements 223. When the rotary knob 24 is turned, the pulling head 221 is displaced outwards and thereby moves the two pulling rods 222 in the direction of the pulling head 221. At this time, the lower tie rod 222 slides upward and the upper tie rod 222 slides downward. This opposing movement of the two tie rods 222 causes a synchronous displacement of the two latching elements 223, as a result of which they are released from the latching elements 151 and thus enable unlocking. After the release, the two pull rods 222 can each be returned to their starting position by the restoring springs 224, so that the latching elements 223 again come into the engagement position with the latching elements 151 and a renewed locking takes place. Thus, when the traction head 221 moves outwards, the two tie rods 222 are displaced upwards or downwards, respectively, as a result of which the two latching elements 223 are carried along synchronously in the direction of the tie rods 222. After the displacement of the latching elements 223, the latching elements 151 are released from these, so that the locking is canceled. In this state, the door leaf 15 opens automatically due to the restoring force of the torsion spring, not shown, and releases the receiving region 12. The second latching element 23 is of mirror-image construction and likewise comprises a traction head 231, two traction rods 232, two latching elements 233 and two restoring springs 234, the mode of operation of which corresponds to that of the first latching element 22.As described above, the rotary knob 24 can be operated by a rotational movement, whereby both the first latching element 22 and the second latching element 23 are unlocked. To increase the theft security, it is provided that the actuation of the rotary knob 24 is controlled by the input of a code via the plurality of input keys 21. As shown in FIG. 2, this is done via a solenoid valve 25 which controls the release or blocking of the rotary knob 24. The solenoid valve 25 has a valve pin 251 which, in the idle state, protrudes into the rotary knob 24 and blocks it, so that rotation of the rotary knob 24 is prevented. However, if a correct access code is entered via the input keys 21, the valve pin 251 retracts for a defined period of time, for example for approximately three seconds, and releases the rotary knob 24. Within this time window, the rotary knob 24 can be actuated, as a result of which the first latching element 22 and the second latching element 23 are unlocked. As can be seen from FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, the rotary knob 24 is in a closed position in the normal state [see FIG. 1 ]. However, the rotating knob 24 is rotatable and can be transferred either into a first unlocking position [see FIG. 3 ] or into a second unlocking position [see FIG. 4 ]. If the rotary knob 24 is rotated into the first unlocking position, the first latching element 22 is unlocked via the locking device 20, as a result of which the associated door leaf 15 opens, as illustrated in FIG. 3. If, on the other hand, the rotary knob 24 is rotated into the second unlocking position, the second latching element 23 is unlocked, as a result of which the opposite door leaf 15 opens, as can be seen in FIG. 4.As shown in FIG. 5, both door leaves 15 can be opened by rotating the rotary knob 24 successively into the first and subsequently into the second unlocking position. In this case, the locking device 20 unlocks both the first latching element 22 and the second latching element 23, as a result of which both door leaves 15 are opened. In one embodiment, the first unlock position corresponds to a clockwise rotation of the knob 24 by about 70 to 80 degrees, while the second unlock position is achieved by a counter-clockwise rotation of the knob 24 by about 70 to 80 degrees. As shown in FIG. 3, in one exemplary embodiment, a partition wall 16 is provided in the interior of the support housing 10, which partition wall divides the receiving region 12 into two sections. The two sides of the partition wall 16 face the two door leaves 15, respectively. For practical use, the invention comprises a plurality of key hook modules 30, which are each fastened to the partition wall 16 and to the inner sides of the two door leaves 15. Each key hook module 30 is provided with a hook 31 on which one or more keys can be suspended. The key hook modules 30 are preferably attached in a matrix arrangement to the partition wall 16 and to the two door leaves 15, as a result of which orderly and space-saving storage of a multiplicity of keys is made possible. In summary, the portable key safe according to the invention can be used to realize, for example, the following advantages: 1. the arrangement of the carrying handle 13 provided on the housing 11 allows the key safe to be portable, as a result of which use in mobile use is made possible. 2. by rotating the rotary knob 24 into different unlocking positions, one of the two door leaves 15 can be unlocked in a targeted manner, so that only the keys required in each case can be removed. 3. the support housing 10 may be made of a plastic-steel composite material, thereby reducing the overall weight. This reduces the physical burden on the user and facilitates transportation. 4. the locking device 20 is designed as an electronically controlled numerical code unit with input keys 21, whereby no keys are required. This prevents key loss problems and increases practical applicability.A portable key safe comprising a support housing (10) and a locking device (20). The carrying housing (10) has a housing (11), a receiving region (12), a carrying handle (13), an operating surface (14) and two door leaves (15). The locking device (20) is arranged on the operating surface (14) and comprises a plurality of input keys (21), a first latching element (22), a second latching element (23) and a rotary knob (24). The first latching element (22) and the second latching element (23) are each arranged on opposite sides of the operating surface (14) and serve for the separate locking of the two door leaves (15). The rotary knob (24) is designed to be rotatable and serves for the mechanical unlocking of the first and second latching elements (22, 23). The input keys (21) allow entry of an access code, whereupon a solenoid valve (25) is actuated, which controls whether the rotary knob (24) is rotatable. By rotating the rotary knob (24) in different directions, the first and second latching elements (22, 23) can each be separately unlocked.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
