Abstract
Description
The invention relates to garbage collection technology, in particular a pedal garbage truck.A pedal waste bin is a hygienic waste container which can be opened and closed by a pedal and whose construction includes the lever action principle and the ergonomy. This eliminates direct contact with the waste container cover, so that improved comfort and hygiene are achieved. Some waste cans are equipped with an internal container or plastic bag holder for easy sealing and disposal of the waste.A pedal waste barrel generally consists of cover, holder, connecting rod and pedal as components. The cover can be carried along by the connecting rod mechanism, driven by the pedal, for opening and subsequently automatically closed. The cooperation of the pedal with the crank rod set can transmit a human foot force to the cover and enables a labor-saving actuation. In the prior art, a pedal garbage bucket according to Chinese Patent Publications No. CN 210259794 U, which consists of a bucket, a bucket lid, a pedal device and a buffer cylinder, wherein the bucket comprises a bucket body and a base attached to the bottom of the bucket body, wherein the bucket lid is hinged to the bucket body, the pedal device is attached to the outside of the bucket body, and the buffer cylinder is attached laterally of the bucket body. When the pedal is operated, the bucket lid is very easily opened up.In such a pedal garbage container, the crank rod set remains exposed for the pedal as well as the cylinder, which can lead to poor aestheticities and also cause part damage. Other garbage buckets with internal connecting rods for driving are also known on the market, which however in each case limit the interior of a garbage bin to a great extent, which can impair the reception of the garbage bucket or garbage bag.The object of the invention is to effectively solve the technical problems mentioned. The object of the invention is to provide a pedal type waste barrel which eliminates the shortage of the interior space utilization in the conventional pedal type waste barrel. To achieve the object, a pedal waste barrel is provided, the barrel body of which comprises a first side wall, a second side wall which is opposite the first side wall and a rear wall, wherein the rear wall adjoins between the first side wall and the second side wall, while the cover is hinged to the upper side of the barrel body, and the flap is hinged to the first side wall or to the second side wall, namely as follows:the connecting rod set is installed in the barrel body and further comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, one end of the first connecting rod being hinge-connected to the lid and the other end being hinge-connected to the second connecting rod, while the upper surface of the first side wall is formed with a locking groove below the lid, on which the first connecting rod is movably fitted, the center of the second connecting rod is hinged to the first side wall and the end of the second connecting rod facing away from the first connecting rod is fixedly connected to a pedal, the flap-mounted side acts as an orthographic projection surface, i.e., the orthographic projection of the second connecting rod is located in the orthographic projection area of the first side wall.It may be further provided that the first side wall is formed with a fitting hole laterally of the door, the second crank rod partially passes through the fitting hole so that the pedal protrudes from the door.It may be further provided that a pedal cushion cylinder is further provided, one end of which is linked to the upper surface of the fitting hole and the other end of which is linked to the second connecting rod in such a way that the pedal can move downward when the cushion cylinder is extended. It can further be provided that on each side of the cover a retardation cylinder is attached in a joint-like manner, while the other end of the retardation cylinder connects to the barrel body.It may further be provided that the barrel body further comprises a top frame which is positively fitted to the lid while the lid connects to the top sides of the first side wall and the second side wall, wherein the first side wall protrudes inward from the top frame in a horizontal direction, so that the fitting hole and the first connecting rod are simultaneously offset from the top frame. It can further be provided that the pedal waste barrel is formed with an open bottom and also comprises a protective frame which lies on the bottom of the barrel body or under the flap and is firmly connected to both the first side wall and the second side wall, wherein the horizontal projection surface acts as an orthographic projection surface, so that the orthographic projections of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are located in the orthographic projection region of the protective frame. It may further be provided that the first side wall comprises a first plunger, a first set of metal sheets and two first support rods, the upper ends of which are connected to one another via the first plunger, wherein the first set of metal sheets is fastened between the two first support rods, while the latching groove is formed in the first plunger. It can further be provided that the first side wall is further provided with a support rib, which adjoins the inner side of the first sheet metal set and does not protrude from the first support rod, wherein the articulation point between the first crank rod and the second crank rod lies on the support rib.It can further be provided that the second side wall comprises a second tappet, a second set of metal sheets and two second support rods, the upper ends of which are connected to one another via the second tappet, wherein the second set of metal sheets is fastened between the two second support rods.It can further be provided that a removable waste bin can be inserted in the barrel body, the bucket lid of which connects to the lid.The present embodiment has the following advantages over the prior art: (1) The connecting rod set is substantially restricted and covered by the first side wall, i.e. with aesthetic beauty, or without impairing the free space in the barrel body for receiving a removable waste bin. In addition, the movement track of the connecting rod set can run as far as possible within the location of the first side wall, so that no connecting rod set is seen when the cover and the flap are opened up. This improves the aesthetic nature. (2) On both sides of the cover 100, a retard cylinder is hinged, while the other end of the retard cylinder is connected to the barrel body. This improves the uniformity of closing the cover and avoids any mechanical damage due to high loading on a single side of the crank rod set. When the pedal is depressed, the cover is opened, and the pedal buffer cylinder and two retard cylinders expand simultaneously to assist in opening the cover. In addition, the two retardation cylinders also provide the descending cover with a buffer effect. (3) The first side wall is provided with a support rib which connects to the inside of the first set of plates and does not protrude from the first support rod, the hinge point between the first crank rod and the second crank rod being located on the support rib, so that all the hinge points of the first side wall are located on a same vertical surface, in order to further reduce the space occupied by the set of crank rods in the barrel body and to ensure the stable operation of the set of crank rods.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURESThe invention and the technical field will be explained and partially specified with reference to the accompanying figures. Those skilled in the art can understand the inventive meanings of the above terms depending on the situation. As shown in FIG. 1, the pedal type waste barrel according to the present invention includes a lid 100, a flap 200, a barrel body 300, and a crank rod set 400.Referring to FIG. 2, the barrel body 300 includes a first side wall 310, a second side wall 320, and a rear wall 330. Specifically, the first side wall 310 is opposite the second side wall 320, with the rear wall 330 connecting between the first side wall 310 and the second side wall 320. The lid 100 is hinged to the top of the barrel body 300 while the flap 200 is hinged to the first side wall 310 or to the second side wall 320.The first side wall 310 and the second side wall are all made of some rods and sheets and are adjacent to the flap 200.The crank rod set 400 is inserted into the barrel body 300. It should be noted that "in the barrel body 300" does not necessarily mean "inside the barrel body 300", that is, may mean "partly exposed outside the barrel body 300".The crank rod set 400 includes a first crank rod 410 and a second crank rod 420. One end of the first connecting rod 410 is hingedly connected to the lid 100, while the other end is hingedly connected to the second connecting rod 420. The upper surface of the first side wall 310 is formed with a locking groove 310 abelow the lid 100. Specifically, the locking groove 310 ais located inside the barrel body 300. The first connecting rod 410 is movably fitted to the latching groove 310 a. The center of the second connecting rod 420 is hinged to the first side wall 310. The end of the second connecting rod 420 facing away from the first connecting rod 410 is firmly connected to the pedal 500. Specifically, the pedal 500 is located outside the barrel body 300.A removable garbage can be inserted into barrel body 300. When pedal 500 is operated, cover 100 is opened to throw the waste into the removable waste bin.Preferably, the removable waste bin can be provided with its own bucket cover which connects to the cover 100 of the pedal waste bin. For example, the bucket cover can be flexibly connected to the cover 100 of the pedal waste barrel. When pedal 500 is operated, the barrel lid drives the bucket lid to open. Without a bucket lid, the removable garbage collector is not sealed and therefore heavy smell of the garbage can leak.As can be seen from FIG. 2, the side attached with the flap 200 acts as an orthographic projection surface, i.e. the orthographic projection of the second connecting rod 420 is located in the orthographic projection area of the first side wall 310, so that the connecting rod set is located substantially in the orthographic projection area of the first side wall 310 (especially when the lid is closed).Note that the phrase "the side attached with the lid 200" means a side of the lid 200 facing the outside of the barrel body 300, i.e., the front side of the pedal type waste barrel when the waste barrel is used. Thus, the connecting rod set 400 is substantially restricted and covered by the first side wall 310, i.e. with an aesthetic beauty, or without impairing the free space in the barrel body 300 for receiving a removable waste bin. In addition, the path of movement of the connecting rod set 400 can run as far as possible within the location of the first side wall 310, so that no connecting rod set 400 is seen when the cover and the flap 200 are opened up. This improves the aesthetic nature. For manufacturing, the crank rod set 400 may be heavily integrated with the first side wall 310 to simplify assembly.Referring to FIG. 3, the first side wall 310 includes a first plunger 311, a first set of sheets 313, and two first support rods 312 whose upper ends are connected to each other via the first plunger 311, the first set of sheets 313 being fixed between the two first support rods 312.As shown in FIG. 3, both the first plunger 311 and the two second support rods protrude toward the inside of the barrel body 300 in the thickness direction of the first plate set 313. Here, the latching groove 310 ais formed in the plunger. Referring to FIG. 1, the first plunger and the two first support rods remain flush with the first set of sheets 313 outside the barrel body 300.Referring to FIG. 2, the second side wall 320 is constructed analogously to the first side wall 310. The second side wall 320 includes a second plunger 321, a second set of sheets 323, and two second support rods 322 whose upper ends are connected to each other via the second plunger 321, the second set of sheets 323 being fixed between the two second support rods 322. Both the second plunger 321 and the two second support rods 322 protrude toward the inside of the barrel body 300 in the thickness direction of the second plate set 323.In such a configuration, the first side wall 310 and the second side wall 320 have higher intensity. In addition, the first side wall 310 may well mate with the crankset 400.The first side wall 310 is formed with a fitting hole 314 laterally of the door 200, and the second crank rod 420 partially passes through the fitting hole 314 so that the pedal 500 protrudes from the door 200. The second crank rod 420 is movably seated in the fitting hole 314.Specifically, the fitting hole 314 is formed in a first support rod 312.The fitting hole 314 may be rectangular or waisted in construction.A gap is provided between the pedal 500 and the first side wall 310 so as not to cause friction between the pedal 500 moving in the fitting hole 314 and the first side wall 310, or harsh noise. As shown in FIGS. 3, 4, the pedal type waste barrel according to the present invention preferably further includes a pedal buffer cylinder 600 having one end hingedly connected to the upper surface of the fitting hole 314 and the other end hingedly connected to the second connecting rod 420. When the pedal 500 is depressed, the pedal buffer cylinder 600 expands. When the buffer cylinder expands, the human foot experiences a comfortable cushioning, so that the opening of the lid 100 can be controlled comfortably by the foot. When the pedal is released, the buffer cylinder slowly retracts to smoothly drop the lid 100, to eliminate noise caused by the sudden dropping of the lid 100 as much as possible. In the embodiment according to the invention, the pedal buffer cylinder 600, the crank rod set 400 and the pedal 500 are integrated on the first side wall 310, that is to say are compact, modular and easily able to be assembled with other components of the pedal waste barrel. As can be seen from FIG. 4, the crank rod set 400 and the pedal 500 are located on one side of the pedal waste barrel according to the invention. Moreover, a retardation cylinder 700 is articulated on each side of the cover 100, while the other end of the retardation cylinder 700 adjoins the barrel body 300. This improves uniformity in closing the lid 100 and avoids any mechanical damage due to high stress on a single side of the crank rod set 400. When pedal 500 is depressed, lid 100 is released, and pedal cushion cylinder 600 and the two retard cylinders expand simultaneously to assist in opening lid 100. In addition, the two retardation cylinders also provide the descending cover 100 with a buffer effect.Referring to FIGS. 2 and 4, the barrel body 300 further includes a top frame 340 attached to the top of the barrel body 300 and positively attached to the lid 100, while the lid 100 joins the top surfaces of the first sidewall 310 and the second sidewall 320 to enhance the complete intensity of the pedal waste barrel. As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 4, the cover 100 is connected in a hinged manner to the upper frame 340. To make the pedal waste barrel, the lid 100 and the upper frame 340 may be pre-assembled and then assembled elsewhere to allow for a quick modular assembly. The first side wall 310 protrudes in a horizontal direction from the upper frame 340, so that the fitting hole 314, the first connecting rod 410 are simultaneously offset from the upper frame 340, so that the upper frame 340 does not interfere with the movement of the connecting rod set 400.The first side wall 310 is provided with a support rib 350 which connects to the inside of the first plate set 313 and does not protrude from the first support rod 312, wherein the articulation point between the first connecting rod 410 and the second connecting rod 420 is located on the support rib 350 so that all the articulation points of the first side wall 310 are located on a same vertical surface in order to further reduce the space occupied by the connecting rod set 400 in the barrel body 300 and to ensure the stable operation of the connecting rod set.The bottom of the pedal waste barrel is preferably arranged open. As can be seen from FIG. 5, the pedal waste barrel further comprises a protective frame 800 which is situated at the bottom of the barrel body 300 or under the flap 200 and is firmly connected to both the first side wall 310 and the second side wall 320, wherein the horizontal projection surface acts as an orthographic projection surface, such that the orthographic projections of the first connecting rod 410 and the second connecting rod 420 are located in the orthographic projection region of the protective frame 800. The protective frame 800 can effectively protect the crank rod set 400 from the bottom side. For example, in the case of a pedal type garbage truck placed outdoors, the weed in the ground may often reach the inside of the barrel body 300. The guard frame 800 may prevent the weed from interfering with the movement of the crank rod set 400.In this case, the protective frame 800 connects to the first side wall 310 and the second side wall 320 in order to further increase the complete intensity of the pedal waste barrel. The bottom surfaces of the first set of sheets 313 and the second set of sheets 323 may be optionally folded to form a reinforcement segment. When it rains outdoors, water may be accumulated in the grooves in the reinforcing segment. Therefore, the bottom of the reinforcing segment is formed with a drain hole, whereby the water can drain off to prevent possible rust formation. In summary, the moving path and the installation position of the crank rod set 400 are effectively restricted and covered by the first side wall 310, thereby not only avoiding interference with the accommodation space of the detachable garbage in the barrel body 300 but also limiting the moving path within the area covered by the side wall. This will substantially completely eliminate the connecting rod set 400 from view when operating the lid and flap 200, matching functionality with the aesthetic. With regard to the configuration according to the invention, the terms such as "attached", "arranged", "equipped", "connected" and "connected" are intended to be understood in general. It can be, for example, a fixed connection, a detachable connection or a monolithic construction, a mechanical connection or an electrical connection, a direct connection or an indirect connection via an intermediate medium, or an internal connection between two devices, elements or components. Those skilled in the art can understand the inventive meanings of the above terms depending on the situation. The utility model is not limited to the exemplary embodiments mentioned, but can be widely variable within the scope of the disclosure. In this context, all new individual and combination features disclosed in / or drawings are considered to be essential to the invention. In summary, the invention relates to garbage solars technology, in particular to a pedal garbage barrel comprising a connecting rod set and a first side wall, the connecting rod set being installed in the barrel body and further comprising a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, one end of the first connecting rod being hingedly connected to a lid and the other end being hingedly connected to the second connecting rod, while the upper side of the first side wall is formed with a latching groove below the lid, on which the first connecting rod is movably fitted, the middle of the second connecting rod being hinged to the first side wall and the end of the second connecting rod facing away from the first connecting rod being fixedly connected to a pedal, the side attached to a flap acting as an orthographic projection surface, Thus, the orthographic projection of the second connecting rod is located in the orthographic projection area of the first side wall. With such an arrangement, the connecting rod set is substantially restricted and covered by the first side wall, i.e. with aesthetic beauty, or without impairing the free space in the barrel body for receiving a removable waste bin.List of reference characters100 Lid 200 Door 300 Barrel body 310 First side wall 310 a Rast groove 311 First plunger 314 Fitting hole 312 First support rod 313 First set of sheets 320 Second side wall 321 Second plunger 322 Second support rod 323 Second set of sheets 330 Rear wall 340 Upper frame 350 Support rib 400 Set of rods 410 First rod 420 Second rod 500 Peda, 600 Pedal buffer cylinder 700 Retard cylinder 800 Protective frameReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
