Description

Area of the utility model

[0001] This utility model belongs to the technical field of cutting tools and relates in particular to a folding knife with a bore design. State of the art

[0002] A folding knife is a manual cutting tool for cutting objects. The knife body of the folding knife can be unfolded and folded by rotating. When in use, the knife body can be unfolded by rotating, so the knife body can be used for cutting objects. When the folding knife is not in use, the knife body can be folded by rotating, and at this time, the knife body is housed in the knife handle to protect the knife body and make it easy to carry and store. The folding knife structure in the prior art usually includes the oppositely arranged left handle plate and right handle plate, a knife body rotatably connected at the front between the two handle plates, and a spring washer on the right handle plate. The knife body can be unfolded and folded by rotating relative to the two handle plates. When the knife body is rotated to the unfolded state, the front end of the spring washer is pressed against the rear side of the knife body without external force, preventing the knife body from being rotated to close. This locks the knife body in the unfolded state, ensuring the structural stability of the knife body in the unfolded state and making cutting more convenient. When the spring washer is moved, it deforms outward and detaches from the recess in the knife body. The locking mechanism is thus released, allowing the knife body to be folded by rotating it.

[0003] The prior art folding knife still has deficiencies. In the prior art folding knife, the locking of the knife body is achieved by the front end of the spring washer being in contact with the rear end of the knife body, which makes the locking of the knife body insufficiently stable. As a result, the front end of the spring washer can easily become automatically deformed and thus be offset from the rear end of the knife body, which can lead to accidental detachment. Task of the utility model(1) technical problems to be solved

[0004] In view of the deficiencies in the above-mentioned prior art, the object of the present utility model is to propose a folding knife in which the measuring body is more stably locked in the unfolded state. (2) technical solutions

[0005] To achieve the above-mentioned problem, the technical solutions of the present utility model are presented as follows: a folding knife with a bore design, comprising a knife handle and a knife body, wherein the knife handle comprises a left handle plate and a right handle plate, which right handle plate is connected to a right side of the left handle plate, and wherein a rear end of the knife body is rotatably connected to a front end of the right handle plate on a left side, so that the knife body can be unfolded and folded relative to the knife handle by rotating, and wherein a blade groove is provided on a lower side between the left handle plate and the right handle plate, and wherein a blade of the knife body is received in the blade groove when the knife body is in a folded state, and wherein a spring washer is provided on a left side of the right handle plate, and wherein a rear end of the spring washer is fixedly connected to the right handle plate, and wherein a front end of the spring washer is formed as a movable end, and wherein a first snap projection and a second snap projection are provided on the movable end of the spring washer, and wherein a first snap portion and a second snap portion are provided on a side wall of the knife body. When the knife body is in an unfolded state and no external force acts on the spring washer, the first snap projection is locked to the first snap portion by the spring washer, and simultaneously, the second snap projection is locked to the second snap portion, so that the movable end of the spring washer is deformed by displacement to the right, and then the two snap projections are carried along and detached from the respective snap portions.

[0006] In the above technical solution, a first snap projection and a second snap projection are provided at the movable end of the spring washer. When the knife body is in an unfolded state and no external force acts on the spring washer, the two snap projections are respectively locked to the respective snap portions by the spring washer. Thus, the measuring body is locked in the unfolded state. By locking the two snap projections of the spring washer with the two snap portions of the measuring body, the stability of the locking of the measuring body by the spring washer is increased, so that the locking of the spring washer with the measuring body is more stable. Thus, the spring washer is not easily subjected to automatic deformation and thus to automatic detachment of the snap projections, thereby improving the structural stability of the measuring body in the unfolded state. If the structure of the measuring body is more stable when unfolded, cutting objects with the measuring body will also be more convenient and safe. If the locking of the measuring body in the unfolded state needs to be removed, the movable end of the spring washer can be deformed by sliding it to the right. This engages the two snap-in projections and releases them from the respective snap-in sections. This allows the locking to be removed, allowing the measuring body to be rotated to fold it back into place.

[0007] In a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the first snap projection is formed as a projection block provided on a left side at the movable end of the spring washer, wherein the first snap portion is formed as a first snap groove provided on the side wall of the measuring body, and wherein when the knife body is in the unfolded state and no external force acts on the spring washer, then the projection block is guided through the spring washer into the first snap groove, and wherein the second snap portion is formed as a second snap groove provided on the side wall of the measuring body, and wherein the second snap projection comprises a hemispherical projection located on the left side at the movable end of the spring washer, and wherein when the knife body is in the unfolded state and no external force acts on the spring washer, thenthen the hemispherical projection is inserted through the spring washer into the second snap groove.,

[0013] In a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, a limiting projection is provided on a left side at a rear end of the partition plate, wherein a limiting groove is provided on a right side of the left handle plate, and wherein the limiting projection of the partition plate cooperates with the limiting groove of the left handle plate.

[0014] In a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, a cable cutting groove is provided on upper side walls of the left grip plate and the right grip plate, in which a cutting edge is provided, wherein a belt clip is provided on a right side of the right grip plate. 3) Beneficial effect

[0015] The folding knife in the present utility model has double snap protrusions for locking the measuring body in the unfolded state, ensuring stable locking of the measuring body and making cutting more convenient and safe. Furthermore, the second snap protrusion is easy to disassemble and assemble, and the hemispherical structure enables a smooth locking and detachment process of the second snap protrusion without jamming. Furthermore, the third snap groove can also lock the measuring body in the folded state, ensuring the structural stability of the measuring body in both unfolded and folded states. Carrying is more convenient.

[0016] The utility model relates in particular to a folding knife with a bore design, comprising a knife handle and a knife body, wherein the knife handle comprises a left handle plate and a right handle plate, and wherein the knife body can be unfolded and folded by turning, and wherein a spring washer is provided on a left side of the right handle plate, and wherein a first snap projection and a second snap projection are provided on the movable end of the spring washer, and wherein a first snap portion and a second snap portion are provided on a side wall of the knife body, and wherein, when the knife body is in an unfolded state and no external force acts on the spring washer, the first snap projection is locked to the first snap portion by the spring washer, and at the same time, the second snap projection is locked to the second snap portion.so that the movable end of the spring washer is deformed by sliding to the right, and then the two snap projections are carried along and detached from the respective snap sections. In the folding knife in the present utility model, the locking of the two snap projections of the spring washer with the two snap sections of the measuring body increases the stability of the locking of the measuring body by the spring washer, so that the locking of the spring washer with the measuring body is more stable. Thus, the spring washer is less likely to automatically deform and thus cause the snap projections to accidentally detach, thereby improving the structural stability of the measuring body in the unfolded state. [0019] In the following, the technical solutions of the present utility model are described in more detail by means of concrete embodiments in conjunction with the attached drawings: Embodiment 1

[0020] As in Fig. 1 to 4, in this embodiment, a folding knife with a bore design is provided, which comprises a knife handle 1 and a knife body 2, wherein the knife handle 1 comprises a left handle plate 11 and a right handle plate 12, which right handle plate 12 is connected to a right side of the left handle plate 11, and wherein a rear end of the knife body 2 is rotatably connected to a front end of the right handle plate 12 on a left side, so that the knife body 2 can be unfolded and folded relative to the knife handle 1 by turning, and wherein a blade groove 10 is provided on a lower side between the left handle plate 11 and the right handle plate 12. In particular, as in Fig. 6, the blade groove 10 is provided at a lower edge of a right side of the left handle plate 11. As shown in Fig. 3, when the knife body 2 is in a folded state, the blade of the knife body 2 is received in the blade groove 10, so that the blade of the knife body 2 is protected and accidental injury to a user by the knife body 2 is avoided. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 1, when the knife body 2 is in the unfolded state, the rear end of the knife body 2 abuts against a front end of the left handle plate 11. At this time, the front end of the left handle plate 11 prevents the knife body 2 from further rotating in an unfolding direction. Thus, the knife body 2 is positioned in the unfolded state.

[0021] As in Fig. 4, a spring washer 13 is provided on a left side of the right handle plate 12, a rear end of the spring washer 13 being fixedly connected to the right handle plate 12, and a front end of the spring washer 13 being formed as a movable end, and a first snap projection 3 and a second snap projection 4 are provided on the movable end of the spring washer 13, and a first snap portion 21 and a second snap portion 22 are provided on a side wall of the knife body 2. When the knife body 2 is in an unfolded state and no external force acts on the spring washer 13, the first snap projection 3 is locked to the first snap portion 21 by the spring washer 13, and at the same time, the second snap projection 4 is locked to the second snap portion 22.When the movable end of the spring washer 13 is deformed by displacement to the right, the two snap projections are carried along and detached from the respective snap sections. Connecting lines between the first snap section 21, the second snap section 22, and a rotational axis of the measuring body 2 form a triangular structure, thereby improving the locking strength of the measuring body 2 in the unfolded state.

[0022] In the folding knife of this embodiment, a first snap projection 3 and a second snap projection 4 are provided at the movable end of the spring washer 13, so that the knife body 2 is locked with double snap portions in the unfolded state, thereby increasing the stability of the locking of the measuring body 2 by the spring washer 13 and making the locking of the spring washer 13 with the measuring body 2 more stable. Thus, the spring washer 13 is less likely to automatically deform and thus accidentally detach, thereby improving the structural stability of the measuring body 2 in the unfolded state. If the structure of the measuring body 2 is more stable in the unfolded state, cutting objects with the measuring body 2 will also be more convenient and safer. When the movable end of the spring washer 13 is deformed by displacement to the right, the two snap-in projections are carried along and detached from the respective snap-in sections. This means that the locking of the measuring body 2 in the unfolded state can be released. Example 2

[0023] This embodiment is a further improvement based on the folding knife structure of Embodiment 1, the improvement being as follows. As shown in Fig. 4, the first snap projection 3 is formed as a projection block provided on a left side at the movable end of the spring washer 13, the first snap portion 21 is formed as a first snap groove 21 provided on the side wall of the measuring body 2, and the second snap portion 22 is formed as a second snap groove 22 provided on the side wall of the measuring body, and the second snap projection 4 includes a hemispherical projection 40 located on the left side at the movable end of the spring washer 13.

[0024] As in Fig. 1, when the knife body 2 is in the unfolded state and no external force acts on the spring washer 13, the projection block is inserted into the first snap groove by the spring washer 13, and at the same time the hemispherical projection 40 is inserted into the second snap groove, so that the projection block is locked with the first snap groove and the hemispherical projection 40 is locked with the second snap groove. Thus, under the blocking by the projection block and the hemispherical projection 40, the knife body 2 cannot rotate, whereby the knife body 2 is locked in the unfolded state. In this embodiment, the second snap projection 4 is provided as a hemispherical projection 40, so that the hemispherical projection 40 is easily inserted into and detached from the second snap groove. So that when the hemispherical projection 40 is locked with or without the first snap groove,No jamming phenomenon occurs from the second snap groove. As shown in . Fig. As shown in Figure 3, when the knife body 2 is to be folded, the movable end of the spring washer 13 can be deformed by sliding it to the right. This allows the projection block to be taken along and detached from the first snap groove. At the same time, the hemispherical projection is taken along and detached from the second snap groove. The locking of the knife body 2 in the unfolded state can thus be released, allowing the knife body 2 to be rotated and folded. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 1, a portion of the above left handle plate 11 corresponding to the movable end of the spring washer 13 is provided with an escape opening 111, so that the user can press and deform the spring washer 13 through this escape opening 111. This facilitates decoupling.

[0025] In particular, as in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the second snap projection 4 further comprises an inner ring 41, an outer ring 42 and a plug pin 43, wherein a plug bore 130 is provided at the movable end of the spring washer 13.A flange 411 is provided on the left end of the inner ring 41, the flange 411 being formed integrally with the inner ring 41, and an annular groove 1301 being provided on a left side of the plug-in bore 430, and a bolt cap 431 being provided on the right end of the plug-in pin 43, and an escape opening 121 being provided on a portion of the above-mentioned right handle plate 12 corresponding to the second snap projection 4, and the flange 411 being fitted in the annular groove 1301, and the inner ring 41 passing through the plug-in bore 130 and protruding from the right side of the spring washer 13, and the outer ring 42 being placed on the outside of the inner ring 41 and on the right side of the spring washer 13, so that the inner ring 41 cannot protrude to the left from the plug-in bore under the boundary of the outer ring 42. 130 can slip out.In addition, due to the interaction of the flange 411 with the annular groove 1301, the inner ring 41 cannot slip out of the plug-in bore 130 to the right, thus ensuring secure assembly of the inner ring 41.

[0026] The above-mentioned hemispherical projection 40 is provided at the left end of the socket pin 43, wherein the hemispherical projection 40, the socket pin 43, and the pin cap 431 are formed integrally with each other, and wherein the socket pin 43 passes through a central through-hole 410 of the inner ring 41, and the hemispherical projection 40 protrudes from the left side of the spring washer 13, and wherein the pin cap 431 is located at the right side of the inner ring 41, and wherein a diameter of the pin cap 431 is larger than a diameter of the central through-hole 410 of the inner ring 41, so that the pin cap 431 does not pass through the central through-hole 410 of the inner ring 41, thereby ensuring secure assembly of the socket pin 43. Example 3

[0027] This embodiment is a further improvement based on the folding knife structure of Embodiment 2, the improvement being as follows. As shown in Fig. 3, a third snap groove 23 is further provided on the side wall of the above measuring body 2. When the knife body 2 is in the folded state and no external force acts on the spring washer 13, the projection block is guided into the third snap groove 23 by the spring washer 13.
