Abstract

A finger ring jewelry device (10) comprising three constituent components, namely: a finger ring receptacle (11), a ring setting unit (12), and an interchangeable gemstone (13); wherein the interchangeable gemstone (13) can be inserted into the finger ring receptacle (11) from below and can be secured to the finger ring receptacle (11) by means of the ring setting unit (12); characterized in that, with the gemstone (13) already positioned in the finger ring receptacle (11), the finger ring receptacle (11) and the ring setting unit (12) can be axially inserted into one another in the manner of a ring-in-ring arrangement such that, when the ring setting unit (12) is axially inserted into the finger ring receptacle (11), the gemstone (13) is fitted from below into the finger ring receptacle (11) and rests on the ring setting unit (12) in the manner of a self-locking mechanism and is held upwardly and optionally also laterally by the finger ring receptacle (11).

Claims

[1] Finger ring ornament device (10) comprising three constituent components, namely: Finger ring holder (11), ring setting unit (12), replaceable gemstone (13); wherein the replaceable gemstone (13) can be inserted into the finger ring holder (11) from below and can be secured to the finger ring holder (11) by means of the ring setting unit (12); characterized by that the finger ring receptacle (11) and the ring setting unit (12) can be axially inserted into one another in the manner of a ring-in-ring arrangement when the gemstone (13) is already positioned in the finger ring receptacle, such that when the ring setting unit (12) is axially pushed into the finger ring receptacle (11), the gemstone (13) is fitted from below into the finger ring receptacle (11) and rests on the ring setting unit (12) in the manner of a self-locking mechanism and is held upwards and optionally also to the side by the finger ring receptacle (11). [2] The finger ring ornament device according to claim 1, wherein each of the three constituent components is a one-piece integral component. [3] Finger ring jewelry device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the finger ring receptacle and the ring setting unit each consist of at least one metallic material, wherein the gemstone is a precious stone; and / or wherein the gemstone has an axially elongated geometry, in particular with a rectangular base area. [4] Finger ring jewelry device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein a precisely fitting seat for frictional engagement is designed between the finger ring receptacle and the ring setting unit, for a frictional axial plug-in connection. [5] Finger ring jewelry device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the ring setting unit has in the respective cross-section, in successive axial cutting positions, an asymmetrical contour for improved wearing comfort. [6] Finger ring jewelry device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein a window receiving contour of the finger ring receptacle is designed to correspond geometrically to the gemstone in such a way that, when the gemstone is inserted and the ring setting unit is pushed in, the ring setting unit is not visible in the plan view; and / or wherein a / the window receiving contour of the finger ring receptacle delimits an area which, in terms of amount, amounts to at least 75% of the base area occupied by the finger ring jewelry device in the plan view. [7] Finger ring jewelry device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the ring setting unit has at least one bevel or edge which comes into contact with the finger ring receptacle, and the finger ring receptacle advantageously has a geometrically corresponding negative contour, wherein the at least one bevel or edge acts against an axial relative movement between the finger ring receptacle and the ring setting unit, preferably being arranged distally on the ring setting unit. [8] Finger ring jewelry device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the finger ring receptacle and the ring setting unit are designed to be geometrically coordinated with one another in such a way that the gemstone is pressed upwards into the finger ring receptacle when the ring setting unit is inserted / slided into the finger ring receptacle and is held in a positive arrangement in the window receiving contour of the finger ring receptacle, in particular in the manner of a slight press fit. [9] Finger ring jewelry device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the ring setting unit on the one hand provides at least one support surface for the gemstone, and on the other hand also forms at least one cavity or further surface / plane below the gemstone support surface. [10] Use of a finger ring jewelry device, in particular a finger ring jewelry device (10) according to one of the preceding claims, comprising three constituent components, namely: finger ring receptacle (11), ring setting unit (12), and replaceable gemstone (13); for providing a finger ring jewelry device set comprising at least two gemstones, wherein the ring setting unit (12) optionally also forms at least one cavity or further surface / plane (12.3) below one / the intended arranged gemstone; wherein the finger ring receptacle (11) and ring setting unit (12) can be axially inserted into one another in such a way that, when the ring setting unit (12) is axially inserted into the finger ring receptacle (11), the corresponding gemstone (13) is fitted from below into the finger ring receptacle (11) and rests on the ring setting unit (12) and is held at least upwards by the finger ring receptacle (11).
