DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0017] With reference to the Fig.Figures 1 to 11 provide an embodiment of the present utility model, comprising a recessed luminaire comprising: a ring body 1, wherein the ring body 1 has an interior 11; a luminaire body 2, wherein the luminaire body 2 is provided with a control board 3 and with a luminaire assembly 4 electrically connected to the control board 3, the luminaire body 2 being arranged in the interior 11 and connected to the ring body 1; a first elastic clamping device 12, wherein the first elastic clamping device 12 is connected to the ring body 1, the first elastic clamping device 12 serving to clamp the recessed luminaire to a ceiling. It further comprises a second elastic clamping device 13, wherein the first elastic clamping device 12 and the second elastic clamping device 13 are each connected to the two sides of the ring body 1.Due to the structure described above, during installation, the first elastic clamping device 12 and the second elastic clamping device 13 are first compressed. The entire recessed luminaire is then inserted into the pre-opened mounting hole in the ceiling. Upon release, the first elastic clamping device 12 uses its elastic restoring force to expand outwards and press firmly against the back of the ceiling, thus reliably clamping and securing the recessed luminaire to the ceiling. This effectively enables the recessed luminaire to be installed in the ceiling, with simple operation and a stable installation. Compared to conventional luminaires, this utility model meets the requirements of modern interior design styles for simplicity, allows for perfect recessing into the ceiling, achieves seamless integration with the surface of the suspended ceiling, and significantly increases user satisfaction with the luminaire.

[0018] In one embodiment, it further comprises a terminal block 5, wherein the terminal block 5 is electrically connected to the main control board 3, and wherein the terminal block 5 has four first connection openings 51, the first connection openings 51 serving for electrical connection to external power supply cables or power supply cables of other recessed luminaires; wherein the four first connection openings 51 comprise two first phase conductor connection openings 511 and two first neutral conductor connection openings 512. This design allows for convenient parallel connection, significantly simplifying the wiring complexity of multiple series-connected lamps, eliminating the wiring problems associated with conventional methods, increasing installation efficiency, and improving the reliability and safety of the electrical connection.

[0019] In this embodiment, the terminal block 5 further comprises at least two second connection openings 52, wherein the second connection openings 52 include a second phase conductor connection opening 521 and a second neutral conductor connection opening 522, wherein the control main board 3 is connected to a first conductive pin 31 and a second conductive pin 32, wherein the first conductive pin 31 can be inserted into the second phase conductor connection opening 521, and wherein the second conductive pin 32 can be inserted into the second neutral conductor connection opening 522 to electrically connect the control main board 3 to the terminal block 5.The structure described above allows the main control board 3 to be inserted directly into the second phase conductor connection opening 521 and second neutral conductor connection opening 522 of the terminal block 5 via the first conductive pin 31 and second conductive pin 32 soldered to it, thus enabling a quick electrical connection, allowing the terminal block 5 to be quickly connected to the luminaire body 2, simplifying operation and significantly simplifying the internal assembly process.

[0020] In this embodiment, the first conductive pin 31 and the second conductive pin 32 are each made of metallic conductive material, with the terminal block 5 rotatably connected to the luminaire body 2 via the first conductive pin 31 and the second conductive pin 32. Due to the structure described above, since the first conductive pin 31 and the second conductive pin 32 are each metallic conductive pins and possess a certain degree of ductility, the terminal block 5 can be rotated at a specific angle after being connected to the luminaire body 2 via the conductive pins. This facilitates adjustment of the angle when subsequently connecting external power supply cables or cables from other recessed luminaires and promotes plug-in assembly.

[0021] In this embodiment, the terminal 5 comprises a first insulating housing 53, a first conductive plate 531, and a second conductive plate 532, both arranged in the first insulating housing 53, a first spring clamp 533, and a second spring clamp 534, both arranged in the first insulating housing 53; wherein the first conductive plate 531 is located above the first spring clamp 533, and the second conductive plate 532 is located above the second spring clamp 534; wherein the first spring clamp 533 comprises a first spring clamp head 5331 and a first spring clamp end 5332, which are arranged opposite each other, and wherein the second spring clamp 534 comprises a second spring clamp head 5341 and a second spring clamp end 5342, which are arranged opposite each other; wherein, when the first conductive pin 31 is inserted into the second phase conductor connection opening 521 of the first spring clamp head 5331, the first conductive plate 5331 serves toThe first conductive pin 31 is pressed against the first conductive plate 531 to establish contact, while when the second conductive pin 32 is inserted into the second neutral terminal opening 522 of the second spring clamp head 5341, the second conductive pin 32 is pressed against the second conductive plate 532 to establish contact. Due to the structure described above, when the first conductive pin 31 and the second conductive pin 32 are directly inserted into the terminal 5, specifically into the second phase terminal opening 521 and the second neutral terminal opening 522, the elastic pressure exerted by the first spring clamp head 5331 and the second spring clamp head 5341 maintains reliable contact with the first conductive plate 531 and the second conductive plate 532, respectively, thus effectively establishing an electrical connection between the conductive pins and the terminal 5.The design is sophisticated and the operation is simple.

[0022] Furthermore, the hardness of the first conductive pin 31 is lower than the hardness of the first spring clip 533, and the hardness of the second conductive pin 32 is lower than the hardness of the second spring clip 534. Due to the aforementioned structure, where the hardness of the conductive pin is lower than the hardness of the spring clip, the spring clip is pressed against the conductive pin when it is inserted into the terminal opening. This causes the conductive pin to deform slightly and form a clamping recess, allowing the conductive pin to be more firmly attached to the terminal 5 and thus further ensuring the stability of the electrical connection.

[0023] In this embodiment, the two first phase conductor connection openings 511 are aligned with the first conductive plate 531 and the first spring clamp end 5332, wherein the two first neutral conductor connection openings 512 are aligned with the second conductive plate 532 and the second spring clamp end 5342; wherein, when the external power supply cable is inserted into the first phase conductor connection opening 511, the first spring clamp end 5332 serves to press the external power supply cable against the first conductive plate 531 to establish contact; wherein, when the external power supply cable is inserted into the first neutral conductor connection opening 512, the second spring clamp end 5342 serves to press the external power supply cable against the second conductive plate 532 to establish contact. The structure described above also uses spring force to press the external cable against the corresponding conductive plate, thus ensuring the stability of the external cable connection.

[0024] In this embodiment, the terminal block 5 further comprises a second insulating housing 54, wherein the second insulating housing 54 is arranged around the first insulating housing 53, wherein the second insulating housing 54 is provided with a first elastic pressure element 541 and a second elastic pressure element 542, wherein the first insulating housing 53 has a first opening 535 and a second opening 536, wherein the first conductive plate 531 has a third opening 5311 and the second conductive plate 532 has a fourth opening 5321; wherein, when the first elastic pressure element 541 is pressed, the first elastic pressure element 541 can successively pass through the first opening 535 and the third opening 5311 in order to press the first spring clamp end 5332 downwards, the external power supply cable inserted into the first phase conductor connection opening 511 is removed; wherein, when the second elastic pressure element 542 is pressed, the second elastic pressure element 542 can successively pass through the second opening 536 and the fourth opening 5321 to press down the second spring clamp end 5342, thereby removing the external power supply cable inserted into the first neutral conductor connection opening 512; wherein the second insulating housing 54 is further provided with a fifth opening 543 and a sixth opening 544, wherein the first conductive plate 531 is further provided with a seventh opening 5312, wherein the second conductive plate 532 is further provided with an eighth opening 5322, wherein the fifth opening 543 is connected to the seventh opening 5312 and is arranged correspondingly to the first spring clamp head 5331,wherein the sixth opening 544 is connected to the eighth opening 5322 and is arranged correspondingly to the second spring clip head 5341. Due to the structure described above, when it becomes necessary to disconnect the external power supply cable, the operator only needs to press on the first elastic pressure element 541 on the second insulating housing 54. The pressure element successively passes through the first opening 535 of the first insulating housing 53 and the third opening 5311 of the first conductive pin 531 and presses directly on the first spring clip end 5332 to release it from the external cable, allowing the cable to be easily pulled out. Similarly, pressing the second elastic pressure element 542 allows the second spring clip end 5342 to be pushed down through the second opening 536 and the fourth opening 5321.This allows the external cable to be quickly removed. The structure is further provided at the position of the corresponding spring clip head with a channel connected through the fifth opening 543 and the seventh opening 5312, the sixth opening 544 and the eighth opening 5322; similarly, by using objects such as needles that can pass through the fifth opening 543 and the sixth opening 544, the spring clip head can be pressed to remove the first conductive pin 31 and the second conductive pin 32. The present design is ingenious and easy to use, allows for quick and damage-free insertion and removal of the cables, avoids the risk of damage from pulling or twisting the cables in conventional connection methods, ensures ease of disassembly, and is particularly suitable for lighting applications where frequent replacement or adjustment is required.
