Integrated device for grinding and activating calcium carbonate, characterized in that it comprises a grinding mechanism (1), an air duct conveying mechanism (2), an electrostatic discharge mechanism (3), a heating and humidity control mechanism (4), a composite coating mechanism (5), and a collection mechanism (6); wherein the air duct conveying mechanism (2) successively connects the grinding mechanism (1), the heating and humidity control mechanism (4), the composite coating mechanism (5), and the collection mechanism (6); wherein the electrostatic discharge mechanism (3) is arranged outside the air duct conveying mechanism (2) between the grinding mechanism (1) and the heating and humidity control mechanism (4), the electrostatic discharge mechanism (3) being used to discharge electrostatic charges into the air duct conveying mechanism (2);wherein the composite coating mechanism (5) is provided with an atomizer (51) which is used to coat calcium carbonate powder with sprayed and atomized stearic acid.
