Abstract

Leg trainer comprising: - a frame (10); - a synchronization seat (21) fixedly attached to the frame (10); - a resistance assembly arranged on the frame (10);- a synchronous transmission (7) comprising a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a synchronizing rod (15), a rotary wheel (25), a wheel holder (28), a third deflection pulley (23) and a pull cable (11), wherein the first connecting rod, the rotary wheel (25) and the wheel holder (28) are each rotatably connected to the synchronizing seat (21) about a first axis of rotation, wherein the second connecting rod is rotatably connected to the synchronizing seat (21) about a second axis of rotation, wherein the synchronizing rod (15) connects the first connecting rod to the second connecting rod and serves to pivot the first and the second connecting rods synchronously to each other, wherein the third deflection pulley (23) is rotatably arranged on the wheel holder (28), wherein the pull cable (11) is fixedly connected to the rotary wheel (25) at a first end, wherein the pull cable (11) is connected to the resistance assembly after being deflected about the third deflection pulley (23);- a first stop fixed to the synchronization seat (21), wherein the wheel holder (28) bears against the first stop under the tensile force of the resistance assembly and the first stop is designed to limit rotation of the wheel holder (28) about the first axis of rotation in a first direction; - a second stop fixed to the rotating wheel (25), wherein the rotating wheel (25) bears against the second stop under the tensile force of the resistance assembly and the second stop is designed to limit rotation of the rotating wheel (25) about the first axis of rotation in a second direction, wherein the first direction and the second direction are opposite to each other;and- an adjusting handle (4) configured to connect the first connecting rod to the rotary wheel (25) and to prevent relative rotation between the first connecting rod and the rotary wheel (25) about the first axis of rotation, wherein, when the adjusting handle (4) connects the first connecting rod to the rotary wheel (25),- the first connecting rod is pivotable in the first direction and thereby rotates the rotary wheel (25) in the first direction, so that the pull cable (11) pulls the resistance assembly apart, and- the first connecting rod is pivotable in the second direction and thereby rotates the wheel holder (28) in the second direction, so that the pull cable (11) pulls the resistance assembly apart.;
