Description

[0001] The invention relates to a holding device for holding a ceramic anchor brick on a furnace wall, a furnace comprising such a holding device and a method for fastening such a holding device to a furnace wall.

[0002] Holding devices with a ceramic anchor stone attached to them are used to hold the refractory lining of an industrial furnace. A ceramic anchor stone is sometimes referred to simply as a "ceramic anchor" in the state of the art.

[0003] The refractory lining of the industrial furnace, which can be held by the ceramic anchor brick, can in particular be a refractory ceramic lining. Such a refractory ceramic lining can be present both as an unshaped refractory material, for example in the form of a ceramic mass, or in the form of a shaped ceramic material, for example in the form of bricks. The refractory lining is arranged in relation to the ceramic anchor brick in such a way that it can be held in a desired position by the ceramic anchor brick. In particular, it is known for the ceramic anchor brick to be profiled on its surface, with the refractory lining engaging in this profile in such a way that it can be held by the ceramic anchor brick. The ceramic anchor brick, in turn, is held to the furnace wall by a holding device attached to the furnace wall.

[0004] Such a holding device typically includes fastening means for securing the holding device to the furnace wall. Furthermore, the holding device includes a receiving part for holding the ceramic anchor stone on the holding device. The ceramic anchor stone may have a receiving portion that can be received in a receptacle of the receiving part to hold the anchor stone on the receiving part. The receiving parts known from the prior art typically have a claw-like configuration that encompasses the receiving portion of the anchor stone.

[0005] A generic holding device is disclosed, for example, in EP 2 322 889 B1.

[0006] DE 40 14 276 C1 discloses a holding device with the features of the preamble of the first claim.

[0007] Particularly during heating and cooling of the industrial furnace, but also during operation, the holding device is subject to significant temperature fluctuations, which lead to thermal expansion and shrinkage of the holding device. The holding device must therefore be designed to accommodate thermal expansion of the holding device.

[0008] In order to be able to absorb thermal expansion by the holding device, it is known to provide a fastening means which comprises a first fastening part and a second fastening part, wherein the first fastening part can be fastened to a furnace wall and the second fastening part is fastened to the receiving part, and wherein the second fastening part can be fastened to the first fastening part. As a result, the first and second fastening parts can be designed to be movable relative to one another, whereby thermal expansion of the holding device can be absorbed. The fastening of the first fastening part to the second fastening part represents a particular challenge, since the second fastening part must be able to be securely fastened to the first fastening part, but at the same time the aforementioned mobility of the first and second fastening parts relative to one another must be ensured.According to EP 2 322 889 B1, a holding device for the anchor brick is attached to a retaining web that can be attached to a furnace wall via a set screw that can be melted during furnace operation. However, such a fastening using a screw-in set screw is complicated. Furthermore, such a fastening is not secure unless the set screw is firmly tightened. Finally, it is disadvantageous that if the refractory lining is removed after furnace operation, for example, for repair of the lining, the holding device is no longer attached to the retaining web, since the set screw has already melted and is therefore unusable for further use.

[0009] The present invention is based on the object of providing a holding device for securing a ceramic anchor brick to a furnace wall, which can accommodate thermal expansion of the holding device during furnace operation and which can simultaneously be easily and securely attached to the furnace wall. Furthermore, the invention is based on the object of providing such a holding device that always enables secure attachment of the holding device to the furnace wall, even when a refractory lining is removed from the anchor brick after furnace operation, for example, during repair of the lining.

[0010] To achieve this object, the invention provides a holding device according to the first claim.

[0011] The invention is based on the surprising finding that a holding device can be provided which achieves the aforementioned objects if it comprises a first fastening part and a second fastening part, wherein the first fastening part is fastened to a furnace wall and the second fastening part is fastened to the receiving part, wherein the second fastening part can also be fastened to the first fastening part and the first fastening part and the second fastening part are simultaneously designed such that the second fastening part can be fastened to the first fastening part by a relative movement of the second fastening part to the first fastening part, which movement is carried out as a rotational movement. In this respect, it has been found, particularly surprisingly, according to the invention that the fastening of the holding device to a furnace wall is particularly simple in that for this purpose the second fastening part alone can be fastened to the first fastening part by a relative movement thereto. In particular, this eliminates the need to use additional aids, such as screws or the like, to fasten the second fastening part to the first fastening part. Furthermore, it has been found, surprisingly, according to the invention that such a fastening allows the holding device to be fastened to the furnace wall particularly securely. This is because releasing the fastening requires a relative movement of the second fastening part to the first fastening part. Finally, by comprising a first and second fastening part, the holding device can absorb thermal expansion during furnace operation.

[0012] A particular advantage of a relative movement in the form of a rotary motion is that it can be carried out particularly easily and, in particular, requires minimal space. This can be particularly the case in confined spaces on a furnace wall. In this respect, such a relative movement in the form of a rotary motion can be significantly superior to a relative movement in the form of a linear motion, since a linear motion can be disadvantageous, especially in confined spaces.

[0013] In particular, however, it has also been found according to the invention that a relative movement in the form of a rotational movement is particularly advantageous in that it allows for a particularly secure fastening. This is particularly due to the fact that in order to release the fastening achieved by such a rotational movement, a further rotational movement must be performed, which is generally not performed unintentionally. In this respect, the second fastening part can be particularly securely fastened to the first fastening part, in particular by means of a rotational movement, without this fastening being subsequently unintentionally released again.

[0014] According to one embodiment, it can be provided that the relative movement for fastening the first fastening part to the second fastening part requires a rotational movement with a rotation angle in the range of 10° to 170°. However, according to the invention, it has been found that a particularly secure fastening of the second fastening part to the first fastening part can be achieved if the relative movement requires a rotational movement with a rotation angle of 90° or a rotation angle as close as possible to 90°. In this respect, a rotation angle in the range of 30° to 150°, 60° to 120°, or 80° to 100° may also preferably be required for fastening.

[0015] In this respect, the first fastening part and the second fastening part can be designed such that the second fastening part can be fastened to the first fastening part by a rotational movement with an angle of rotation of the second fastening part to the first fastening part as described above.

[0016] According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the first fastening part and the second fastening part can be designed such that the second fastening part (after fastening the second fastening part to the first fastening part according to the invention) can be detached from the first fastening part by a second relative movement to the first fastening part. According to a particularly preferred further development of this inventive concept, it can be provided that the second fastening part can be detached from the first fastening part again by a relative movement opposite to the relative movement. In other words: the second fastening part can be fastened to the first fastening part by a first relative movement of the second fastening part to the first fastening part, and furthermore the second fastening part can be detached from the first fastening part by a second relative movement of the second fastening part to the first fastening part, wherein the second relative movement is preferably opposite to the first relative movement.

[0017] In accordance with the aforementioned inventive concept, according to which the second fastening part is detachable from the first fastening part to the extent that the second fastening part is detachable from the first fastening part by an opposite relative movement, it can again preferably be provided that the second fastening part is detachable from the first fastening part by an opposite rotational movement. In particular, it can be provided that the second fastening part is attachable to the first fastening part by a first rotational movement with a rotation angle as described above in a first direction of rotation of the second fastening part to the first fastening part and, furthermore, the second fastening part is detachable from the first fastening part by a second rotational movement with a rotation angle corresponding to the first rotational movement, but in a direction of rotation of the second fastening part to the first fastening part that is opposite to the first direction of rotation.

[0018] According to a preferred embodiment, the first fastening part is formed in one piece. The first fastening part is preferably made of metal, particularly preferably of steel. The first fastening part can be fastened to the furnace wall, for example by means of a material bond or a form fit, for example by welding or a screw connection. The first fastening part is preferably designed such that it can be fastened to the furnace wall protruding from the furnace wall. This has the particular advantage that the second fastening part can then be particularly easily fastened to the first fastening part. For this purpose, the first fastening part can particularly preferably be designed in a bridge-like or web-like manner.Such a bridge-like or web-like first fastening part, in particular if it is also formed in one piece and in particular from steel, can be designed to be particularly robust, can be easily fastened to the furnace wall and, furthermore, the second fastening part can be particularly easily fastened to such a first fastening part.

[0019] According to a preferred embodiment, the second fastening part is formed as a single piece. The second fastening part can preferably be made of metal, particularly preferably of steel. According to a further development of this inventive concept, the second fastening part and the receiving part can be formed as a single piece. In this embodiment, the second fastening part and the receiving part can thus be formed as a single piece, in particular as a single piece metal part, particularly preferably as a single piece steel part. This has the particular advantage that the fastening part and the receiving part can be formed as a particularly simple and robust part. Furthermore, this also has the particular advantage that the receiving part does not have to be attached separately to the second fastening part. This is particularly advantageous when accommodating a ceramic anchor stone in the receiving part, since after the ceramic anchor stone has been accommodated in the receiving part, the second fastening part, the receiving part and the ceramic anchor stone form a common element that can be attached to the first fastening part particularly easily.

[0020] According to one embodiment, the second fastening part can be positively secured to the first fastening part by a relative movement of the second fastening part to the first fastening part. Such a positive fastening also has the particular advantage that the second fastening part is secured against unintentional detachment from the first fastening part, for example, in the event of an accidental impact against the second fastening part during its installation on the furnace wall or during furnace operation.

[0021] In order to achieve such a positive connection between the second fastening part and the first fastening part, it can be provided, for example, that the second fastening part has a section that can be inserted into the first fastening part, through which section the first fastening part can be fastened to the first fastening part in a positive-locking manner. According to a preferred embodiment, it can be provided that the first fastening part has an insertion opening and the second fastening part has an insertion section that can be inserted into the insertion opening, and wherein the second fastening part can be fastened to the first fastening part in a positive-locking manner via the insertion section inserted into the insertion opening by the relative movement of the second fastening part.In particular, according to a further development of this inventive concept, it can be provided that the second fastening part is positively secured to the first fastening part as long as the insertion section has not returned to its initial position, i.e., the position it was in when it was inserted into the insertion opening, i.e., before the relative movement was performed. In particular, such a relative movement, by which the insertion section can be secured in the insertion opening, can be a rotational movement. In this respect, this embodiment resembles the principle of a lock and key.The first fastening part then has a plug-in opening (a "lock") into which the plug-in section (a "key") of the second fastening part can be inserted. It is then held in place by a rotational movement in the plug-in opening (like a key in a lock, as long as the key is turned in the lock and has not returned to its original position). The plug-in section can then only be removed from the plug-in opening once it has returned to its original position.

[0022] According to a preferred embodiment, the insertion opening is a slot with an undercut. The insertion section can be inserted into the slot, and the undercut can be engaged by the insertion section through the relative movement, in particular a rotational movement. As a result, the insertion section is positively secured in the slot and simultaneously locked against loosening. Appropriately designed fastening parts allow the second fastening part to be particularly easily and securely attached to the first fastening part. A particularly simple and effective refinement of this inventive concept is that the slot is an elongated hole with an undercut.

[0023] According to a further development of the above inventive concept, the insertion section can be T-shaped. The T-shaped insertion section can be attached to the receiving part with its base leg (i.e., the vertical leg of the T) and can be inserted into the slot with its cross leg (i.e., the horizontal leg of the T), and the undercut can be engaged by the cross leg through the relative movement.

[0024] The receiving part of the holding device for holding a ceramic anchor stone on the holding device can be designed according to the prior art. In this respect, the receiving part is designed such that a ceramic anchor stone can be held thereon.

[0025] According to one embodiment, a ceramic anchor stone is held in the receiving part. The anchor stone is made of a ceramic material, preferably a refractory ceramic material. In particular, the ceramic anchor stone can be made of a ceramic material known from the prior art for ceramic anchor stones.

[0026] According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the first fastening part is fastened to the second fastening part in a frictional manner. According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the first fastening part is fastened to the second fastening part in a frictional manner by a fixing means. In this respect, a fixing means can be provided in particular which loses its fixing effect at the temperatures prevailing in the region of the receptacle during use of the holding device in furnace operation. In this respect, the fixing means can preferably lose its fixing effect at temperatures above 80° Celsius, preferably at temperatures in the range from 80 to 300°C and particularly preferably at temperatures in the range from 80 to 200°C. For example, the fixing means can consist of a material that decomposes, ignites or melts at these temperatures or a combination of several such materials.

[0027] A particular advantage of such a fixing means, by which the second fastening part is frictionally fastened to the first fastening part, lies in particular in the fact that the first and second fastening parts can initially be easily and securely frictionally fastened to one another during the arrangement of the holding device on a furnace wall, so that loosening of the fastening of the second fastening part to the first fastening part can be prevented. However, if the fixing means subsequently loses its frictional effect during use of the holding device in furnace operation (i.e. during heating of the furnace and ongoing operation) (for example, because the fixing means burns out or melts), the first and second fastening parts are movable relative to one another at least to a certain extent, whereby in particular thermally induced expansions can be absorbed and thermally induced stresses can be reduced.

[0028] According to a preferred embodiment, the fixing means is in plate form.

[0029] In particular, if the fixing means is in plate form, it may preferably have a thickness in the range of 1 to 10 mm, more preferably a thickness in the range of 1 to 5 mm and even more preferably a thickness in the range of 3 to 5 mm.

[0030] The fixing means particularly preferably consists of compressible, particularly preferably elastically compressible material. Such an elastically compressible material is compressible against the elastic force of the material. Due to this elasticity of the second fixing means, the second fastening part can be particularly easily and securely fastened to the first fastening part by frictional engagement. In this respect, it can be provided that the relative movement of the second fastening part to the first fastening part, in order to fasten the second fastening part to the first fastening part according to the invention, occurs while a force is exerted against the elastic force of the second fixing means. After the second fastening part has been fastened, the first fastening part and the second fastening part are then frictionally connected to one another by the elastic force of the second fixing means, as explained above.

[0031] According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the fixing means comprises material that melts at the temperatures prevailing in the region of the first and second fastening parts during use of the holding device in oven operation. According to a further development of this inventive concept, such a material can consist of a plastic, preferably a thermoplastic, particularly preferably, for example, one of the following thermoplastics: polyethylene or polypropylene.

[0032] In order to make the fixing means correspondingly compressible, the fixing means can, for example, consist entirely or partially of an elastically compressible material, for example a foamed thermoplastic, in particular a thermoplastic as designed above, rubber, bitumen, cardboard, or a combination of several of these materials. For example, the second fixing means can also consist only partially of such an elastically compressible material and also of a non-compressible material, for example in the form of a composite material. Such a composite material can, for example, be formed from a first, elastically compressible material and a second, non-compressible material. Such an embodiment is explained in more detail in the description of the figures.

[0033] According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the second fastening part is fastened to the first fastening part both in a form-fitting manner (as explained in more detail above) and in a friction-fitting manner (as explained in more detail above).

[0034] The invention also relates to an oven comprising the following features: A furnace wall, one or more of the holding devices according to the invention, wherein the holding devices are each fastened to the furnace wall via the fastening means.

[0035] The holding devices can be attached to the furnace wall via the fastening means, as described above.

[0036] The furnace according to the invention is, in particular, an industrial furnace, for example, a heating furnace or a rotary kiln. In particular, the furnace according to the invention is an industrial furnace designed for the thermal treatment of goods, in particular for the production of starting materials for the basic materials or consumer goods industry, at temperatures above 600°C, preferably also above 1,000°C, and in particular also above 1,200°C.

[0037] According to the invention, the furnace according to the invention can be further characterized in that it also has a furnace roof, wherein the holding devices according to the invention are fastened to the furnace roof via the fastening means.

[0038] The invention also relates to a method for fastening one or more holding devices according to the invention to a furnace wall of a furnace, in particular a furnace according to the invention, which comprises the following steps: Fastening the first fastening part to the furnace wall; performing a relative movement of the second fastening part to the first fastening part in order to fasten the second fastening part to the first fastening part.

[0039] As explained above, the first fastening part can be attached to the furnace wall, for example, by means of a material fit or a form-fitting connection, i.e., by welding or screwing it to it. The second fastening part can then be attached to the first fastening part. The second fastening part is attached to the first fastening part by a relative movement of the second fastening part to the first fastening part.

[0040] As explained above, the relative movement can in particular be a rotational movement, in particular with the angles of rotation described in more detail above.

[0041] In order to fasten the second fastening part to the first fastening part, the second fastening part can furthermore, as explained above, be insertable into the first fastening part, wherein, as explained above, the second fastening part can in particular have an insertion section that can be inserted into an insertion opening of the first fastening part. Preferably, it can be provided that when carrying out the method according to the invention, the first fastening part is first fastened to the furnace wall and then the second fastening part is inserted into the first fastening part. The relative movement of the second fastening part to the first fastening part can then be carried out.

[0042] Further features of the invention emerge from the claims, the figures and the following description of the figures.

[0043] All features of the invention can be combined with each other in any way, individually or in combination.

[0044] The figures show Figure 1 shows an exemplary embodiment of a holding device according to the invention in a perspective view obliquely from above; Figure 2 shows the holding device according to Figure 1 in a side view; Figure 3 the holding device according to Figure 1 in a sectional view from above along the section line JJ to Figure 2 ; Figure 4 the first fastening part of the holding device according to Figure 1 in a perspective view; Figure 5 the receiving part and the second fastening part of the holding device according to Figure 1 in a view from above; Figure 6 the receiving part and the second fastening part of the holding device according to Figure 1 in a perspective view obliquely from above; Figure 7 the receiving part and the second fastening part of the holding device according to Figure 1in a further perspective view obliquely from above; Figure 8 the receiving part and the second fastening part of the holding device according to Figure 1 in a side sectional view; Figure 9 the anchor stone of the holding device according to Figure 1 in a side view; Figure 10 shows a first fixing means in a plan view; and Figure 11 shows a second fixing means in a plan view.

[0045] In the figures, the holding device is designated in its entirety by reference numeral 1. The holding device 1 comprises fastening means 100 for fastening the holding device 1 to a furnace wall 10, a receiving part 200 for holding a ceramic anchor brick 300 on the holding device 1, and a ceramic anchor brick 300.

[0046] The furnace wall 10, of which only a small section is shown, is made of steel.

[0047] The ceramic anchor brick 300 is made of a refractory ceramic material, as is known for ceramic anchor bricks from the prior art. The ceramic anchor brick 300 extends along a longitudinal axis L from one end face 302 to an opposite, further end face 306 and has a substantially rectangular cross-sectional area perpendicular to the longitudinal axis L. The surface of the anchor brick 300 is profiled by means of spaced longitudinal ribs 301, which extend transversely to the longitudinal axis over the side surfaces of the anchor brick 300. Adjacent to the end face 302 of the ceramic anchor brick 300 is a receiving section 303 of the ceramic anchor brick 300. The receiving section 303 comprises the section of the anchor brick 300 adjacent to the end face 302.The receiving section 303 comprises two rib-like profiles that flank the end face 302 on two opposite side surfaces of the anchor stone, one of which rib-like profiles 304 can be seen in the figures; the other rib-like profile is arranged symmetrically to this rib-like profile 304 on the opposite side of the anchor stone 300. The rib-like profiles 304 taper in a wedge shape in the same direction, in the arrangement of the holding device according to . Figure 1 downwards, i.e., in the direction of gravity. Overall, the receiving section 303 thus has a substantially T-shaped configuration.

[0048] The receiving section 303 accommodates the ceramic anchor stone 300 in a receptacle 201 of the receiving part 200. The receiving part 200 is designed as a one-piece steel part with a substantially C-shaped or claw-shaped configuration. The receiving part 200 has a plate-shaped base section 202 with two legs 203, 204 arranged on opposite edges of the base section 202. The legs 203, 204 initially extend parallel to one another from the base section 202 in the same direction and each have an end section 206, 207 angled toward one another at their free ends. The receptacle 201 is formed by the space enclosed by the base section 202 and the legs 203, 204. The base section 202 has a surface 205 facing the receptacle 201 and the end sections 206, 207 each have a surface 208, 209 facing the receptacle 201.The surfaces 208, 209 on the one hand and the surface 205 on the other hand approach in one direction - at the in . Figure 1 The limbs 203, 204 engage with the receiving portion 303.

[0049] The receiving section 303 is designed to be form-fitting with the receptacle 201 and is received in the receptacle 201 in a form-fitting manner and at the same time in a friction-fitting manner via a first fixing means 400 described in more detail below.

[0050] To hold the ceramic anchor stone 300 on the receiving part 200, the receiving part 200 was, as in Figure 1shown, arranged with a downwardly decreasing gap width of the receptacle 201, and the ceramic anchor stone 300 is then inserted with its receiving section 303 from above into the receptacle 201 until the receiving section 303, with the interposition of the first fixing means 400, rests fully against the receptacle 201, whereby the receptacle 201 also acts as a stop for the receiving section 303. The anchor stone 300 is then securely held in this position in the receiving part 200 due to gravity.

[0051] The receiving section 303 is held in the receptacle 201 by a first fixing means 400 under frictional engagement. The first fixing means 400 is in the form of a 4 mm thick, solid, i.e., essentially incompressible, plastic plate made of polyethylene. To create the frictional engagement, the first fixing means 400 was arranged between the end face 302 of the ceramic anchor stone 300 and the surface 205 of the base section 202 facing the receptacle 201 during the insertion of the receiving section 303 into the receptacle 201, so that when the receiving section 303 is inserted into the receptacle 201, it is subsequently forced between the end face 302 and the surface 205, thereby creating a frictional engagement.

[0052] The fastening means 100 for fastening the holding device 1 to the furnace wall 10 comprise a first fastening part 101 and a second fastening part 102. The second fastening part 102 is designed such that it can be fastened to the first fastening part 101 in a form-fitting manner by a relative movement in the form of a rotational movement to the first fastening part 101.

[0053] The first fastening part 101 is essentially designed like a bridge as a one-piece steel part. The first fastening part 101 comprises a central, plate-shaped section 103 and, on its four edges, sections 104, 105, 106, 107 each extending away from the plate-shaped section 103 in the same direction and connected at their free ends to the furnace wall 10 via a welded joint. As a result, the plate-shaped section 103 of the first fastening part 101 is arranged at a distance from the furnace wall 10. The plate-shaped section 103 has a slot 108 in the form of a horizontally extending elongated hole. Due to the distance of the plate-shaped section 103 from the furnace wall 10, the elongated hole is designed with an undercut.

[0054] The second fastening part 102 and the receiving part 200 are formed as a one-piece steel part. The second fastening part 102 is designed as a T-shaped plug-in part that extends away from the center of the base section 202 on the side of the base section 202 opposite the base section 202. The T-shaped plug-in part of the second fastening part 102 has a base leg 109 extending away from the base section 202 and a transverse leg 110 extending transversely thereto at its distal end. The transverse leg 110 runs along the decreasing gap width of the receptacle 201, i.e., in the arrangement of the holding device 1 according to Figure 1 vertical.

[0055] The cross leg 110 of the second fastening part 102 is dimensioned such that, when extending along the length of the elongated hole 108 (i.e., rotated by 90° relative to the representation in the figures), it can be inserted into the elongated hole 108. After insertion, it engages behind the undercut of the elongated hole 108 through a relative movement in the form of a rotational movement of 90°, so that the second fastening part 102 can subsequently no longer be pulled out of the elongated hole 108 and is thus positively fastened thereto. This fastening of the second fastening part 102 to the first fastening part 101 is subsequently only possible if the second fastening part 102 is again rotated by 90° opposite to the first rotational movement and then pulled out of the elongated hole 108.

[0056] The second fastening part 102 is simultaneously and frictionally fastened to the first fastening part 101 by a second fastening means 401. The second fastening means 401 is a plate-shaped composite material with a thickness of 4 mm, with a bay-shaped recess 402 formed in the composite material. The composite material comprises a plastic plate and a cardboard plate, each 2 mm thick, which rest flat against one another. The plastic plate is made of the same material as the first fastening means 400. The cardboard plate is made of elastically compressible cardboard. To produce the frictional connection, the second fixing means 401 was arranged between the plate-shaped section 103 of the first fixing part 101 and the base section 202 of the receiving part 200 during the insertion of the cross leg 110 and the fastening of the second fixing part 102, such that the second fixing part 102 had to be inserted into the first fixing part 101 against the elastic force of the second fixing means 401, so that the second fixing means 401 is subsequently forced between the plate-shaped section 103 and the base section 202 after fastening, thereby producing a frictional connection.

[0057] The holding device shown in the figures is used to hold the refractory lining of a furnace in the form of an industrial furnace for the production of raw materials for the consumer goods industry at temperatures above 1,200° Celsius.

[0058] To fasten a plurality of holding devices 1 to the furnace wall 10 of the industrial furnace, the following procedure is followed with regard to each of the holding devices: The first fastening part 101 of the fastening means 100 is welded to the furnace wall 10 in such a way that the elongated hole 108 extends horizontally.

[0059] The second fastening means 102 is fastened to the first fastening part 101 with a positive and frictional fit, as explained above, with the second fixing means 401 interposed. In this fastened position of the second fastening part 102 on the first fastening part 101, the gap width of the gap of the receptacle 201 decreases downwards.

[0060] In order to hold the ceramic anchor stone 300 on the receiving part 200, the receiving section 303 of the ceramic anchor stone 300 is fastened to the receptacle 201 in a form-fitting and friction-locking manner with the interposition of the first fixing means 400, as explained above.

[0061] A refractory lining of the furnace can then be held on several holding devices 1 fastened to the furnace wall 10.

[0062] During furnace operation, the first and second fixing means 400, 401 lose their frictional engagement, as the cardboard of the second fixing means 401 ignites and the plastic of the first and second fixing means 400, 401 melts. This increases the mobility of the holding device 1, as explained above, so that thermal expansion can be absorbed particularly well by the holding device. Nevertheless, even if the lining is later removed, the anchor stone 300 remains firmly attached to the holder 201 and the second fixing part 102 remains firmly attached to the first fixing part 101.
