Description

Scope of the invention

[0001] The invention relates to an assembly comprising a container for a fluid and a dispensing package for receiving and enveloping said container, at least partially, said container comprising a dispenser and at least one wall made of a flexible material, the container being adapted to dispense said fluid using the dispenser by deforming said at least one flexible wall, the dispensing package being adapted so that at least a part of said at least one flexible wall is accessible from outside said dispensing package when the container is placed inside said dispensing package. State of the art

[0002] In the state of the art, it is known to use dispensers made from a flexible material that allows for the dispensing and distribution of fluids. Such dispensers are essentially cylindrical, with one end equipped with a dispenser and the other end sealed. Typically, the dispenser is sealed with a breakable closure. Before use, the user can remove the closure with their fingers to release the dispenser from the container. By deforming the container, the user can then dispense the fluid inside using the dispenser.

[0003] A container of this type is often used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields, also known as a single-dose container.

[0004] The use of a single-dose container offers the advantage of hygienically encapsulating a fluid. The fluid is hermetically sealed before use and is only released when the user breaks the breakable element. However, single-dose containers have a drawback. Once opened, the user is forced to use the entire contents at the time of opening. Prior art refers to single-dose containers in which the breakable closure element can be replaced in its initial position on the dispenser, thus acting as a cap and allowing the remaining contents of the container to be used later.

[0005] A primary drawback of prior art solutions lies in the difficulty of sealing a dispenser using a snap-off element that has already been removed, as the user is forced to reposition the sealing element on the dispenser. Since the dispenser is made of a flexible material, ensuring a secure seal is challenging.

[0006] Furthermore, since the user removes the detachable element from the dispenser with their fingers, the dispenser's hygiene is compromised when the element is replaced. This constitutes a second drawback of prior art solutions. In other words, the dispenser can easily be contaminated by foreign material residues.

[0007] Various distributors are known from documents US 2009 / 179031 A1, US 5 934 457 A, JP S57 94409 U and JP H01 99476 U.

[0008] Another drawback of using a single-dose container, according to prior art, is that the breakable element becomes detached from the rest of the packaging once the single-dose container is opened. This means that the breakable element must be disposed of and thrown away. Such a small element can thus, if no trash can is available nearby, end up as litter. For the reasons outlined above, there is a need to develop new solutions that allow the use of containers made of flexible materials in a way that is better suited to the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors. [0018] The purpose, object, and characteristics of the invention will become clearer upon reading the following description, made with reference to the figures in which: [ Fig. 1 ] shows a perspective view of an assembly consisting of a container and a dispenser package according to the invention, [ Fig. 2 ] represents a perspective view of the dispenser packaging and the container, placed side by side, [ Fig. 3 ] illustrates a schematic view of the insertion of the container inside the dispenser packaging, [ Fig. 4 ] shows an overall cross-sectional view of an assembly consisting of a container and a dispenser package according to the invention, [ Fig. 5 ] represents a detailed view of the container before the opening of the punctureable element of the dispenser packaging, [ Fig. 6 ] illustrates in detail the dispenser packaging of the container after opening said dispenser packaging, and [ Fig. 7 ] represents a schematic view of the filling of the container according to the invention.

[0019] There figure 1 shows a perspective view of set 1 including a container (see figure 2) and a dispenser pack 20. The purpose of set 1 is to allow the user to use a single-dose type container (as shown on the figure 2 ) and in a practical and hygienic manner. The dispenser packaging 20 can take on a decorative appearance, thus enhancing the use of said "single-dose" type container. As illustrated on the figure 1 The dispenser packaging 20 comprises a first part 21, essentially cylindrical in shape. It should be noted that the embodiment shown in the figures 1 to 7 This illustrates a single-dose container and a dispenser pack of 20, which is essentially cylindrical in shape. Of course, it is possible to choose any other shape, rectangular or otherwise, while retaining the same advantages.

[0020] The first part 21, forming the body of the dispenser packaging 20, includes a window or flexible element 25. According to the example illustrated on the figures 1 to 5Thanks to the presence of the window 25, the user can directly deform the container inside the dispenser packaging 20, as described in more detail below. According to an alternative embodiment not shown in the figures, a flexible element can be positioned in place of the window 25, which flexible element allows the deformation of at least a portion of the first part 21.

[0021] The dispenser package 20 includes a second part 22 in the form of a cap attached, for example, by means of a thread to one end of the first part 21 of the dispenser package 20. The container inside the dispenser package 20 can be sealed by means of said cap 22. The details of said sealing are illustrated in the figure 4 .

[0022] The dispenser pack 20 includes a third element, in the form of a sealing element 23, which can be attached to the inside of the end of the first part 21 of the dispenser pack 20. The sealing element 23 can be used to secure a container inside the dispenser pack 20 once said container is inserted into the first part 21 of said dispenser pack 20. The assembly of the various elements is explained in more detail in the figures 2 And 3 .

[0023] As illustrated on the figure 1 When the container is inserted inside the dispenser package 20, the user only sees the outside of said dispenser package 20. As illustrated in the example on the figures 1 to 7The dispenser pack 20 is a reusable item. The container 10, designed to be inserted inside the dispenser pack 20, is a disposable container. Therefore, it is possible to have a dispenser pack 20 with options, such as decorations, to enhance the appearance of the assembly. The use of premium materials can be considered because the dispenser pack 20 is reusable.

[0024] There figure 2 shows the dispenser packaging 20, the side of which is fitted with the container 10 adapted to be inserted inside it. For clarity, the sealing element 23 is shown in an "unscrewed" position.

[0025] According to the figure 2The container 10 is in the form of a single-dose container, which is generally made of a flexible material. The container 10, essentially cylindrical in shape, has a dispenser 11 at one end and a second end sealed by a base 12. The end of the dispenser 11 is sealed by a perforated sealing element 13. The single-dose container 10 is as illustrated in the figure 2 is known from the prior art. The container 10 is particularly suitable for containing a pharmaceutical or cosmetic type fluid. Just before use, the user inserts the container 10 into the dispenser package 20 and, upon closing said dispenser package 20, the perforable element 13 of the container 10 is automatically perforated, as explained in more detail with reference to the Figures 5 And 6below. When the perforable sealing element 13 is perforated, the user can disperse a quantity of fluid by deforming the outer wall of the container 10.

[0026] Unlike the conventional use of a container 10, the user does not use the container 10 in its "bare" form but first inserts said container 10 into the dispenser pack 20. The assembly of the dispenser pack 20 and the advantages of its use are described in more detail on the figure 3 .

[0027] There figure 3 illustrates, schematically, the assembly of the dispenser package 20 and the container 10. The user must first insert the container 10 into the first part 21 of the dispenser package 20, as shown in the diagram. figure 3After the container 10 is inserted into the first part 21 of the dispenser package 20, the sealing element 23 is used to fix the container 10 in the dispenser package 20. When the assembly is complete, the set 1 consisting of the container 10 and the dispenser package 20 is ready for use. To use assembly 1, the user must first remove the cap 22 to free the dispenser 11 from the container 10. Then, by pressing on the flexible element 25 of the first part 21, the user can exert pressure on the outside of the container 10 to deform it and thus allow the fluid inside the container 10 to be dispersed by the dispenser 11. If the first part 21 has a window instead of a flexible element 25, the user can then directly exert pressure on the outside of the container 10.When a sufficient amount of fluid is dispersed out of the container 10, the user can reposition the cap 22 onto the dispenser packaging 20, again sealing the dispenser 11.

[0028] There figure 4 represents a cross-sectional view of assembly 1 according to the invention and shows that the flexible element 25, forming part of the first part 21 of the dispenser packaging 20, allows the user to deform said flexible element 25 and the outer wall of the container 10. Furthermore, the figure 4 illustrates the cap 22, the interior of which accommodates a sealing pin 26 specifically adapted to close the dispenser 11 of the container 10. The sealing pin 26 cooperates with a cylindrical element 27 which surrounds, on its exterior, the end of the dispenser 11 of said container 10. Thus, the end of said dispenser 11 is optimally sealed when the cap 22 is positioned on the dispenser packaging 20.

[0029] It should be noted that this description refers to the fact that at least part of the flexible wall of the container 10 "remains accessible." This means that a user can either deform the container 10 by directly touching its exterior or deform the container 10 by deforming part of the dispenser packaging 20.

[0030] There figure 5This represents a detailed view of the end of the first part 21 of the dispenser package 20 before the perforation step of the perforable sealing element 13 of the container 10. The end of the first part 21 of the dispenser package 20 includes an element 27 adapted on one side to form the outlet of said first part 21 of said dispenser package 20 to allow the distribution of the fluid, contained inside the container 10, out of assembly 1. A striker 28 is present inside the element 27 and is adapted to cooperate with the perforable sealing element 13 of the container 10. With reference to the figures 3 And 4When the container 10 is positioned inside the dispenser pack 20, the perforated closure element 13 comes into contact with the striker 28. By screwing the closure element 23 onto the first part 21 of the dispenser pack 20, the container 10, fully inserted into said first part 21 of said dispenser pack 20, is pushed towards the striker 28. When the closure element 23 is fully fixed onto the first part 21 of the dispenser pack 20, the container 10 is fully inserted into said first part 21 of the dispenser pack 20 and the perforated closure element 13 is struck by the striker 28, as shown in the figure. figure 6 .

[0031] It is clear that the perforation of the perforable sealing element 13 by the striker 28 is automatic during the assembly of the unit 1 according to the present invention. Furthermore, the user does not come into contact with either the dispenser 11 of the container 10 or the perforable sealing element 13 of said container 10. As illustrated in the Figures 5 And 6 , the perforation of the perforable sealing element 13 allows the container 10 to be opened without any parts being detached from said container 10. In other words, the opening of the container 10 does not result in any undesirable waste.

[0032] As depicted on the Figures 5 And 6When the container 10 is opened using the striker 28, the cap 22 prevents the fluid from escaping unintentionally. This function is ensured by the sealing pin 26 located inside the cap 22. In addition to the sealing pin 26, the cap 22 is provided with a cylindrical element 29 surrounding the end of the element 27, both ensuring optimal airtight sealing of the end of said element 27 of the first part 21 of the dispenser packaging 20, thus guaranteeing the sealing of the dispenser 11 of the container 10.

[0033] There figure 7shows a schematic view of the filling of container 10, which container 10 comprises a first part 15 in the form of a bottle. Said first part 15 of container 10 includes an opening 17 allowing the container 10 to be filled. When said first part 15 of container 10 is filled, the opening 17 is closed by means of the second part 16 of said container 10. Said second part 16 of container 10 includes the dispenser 11 and the pierceable closure element 13. It is clear that the figure 5 illustrates a specific embodiment. Any other suitable embodiment may also be used in combination with the dispenser pack 20 as described above.

[0034] There figure 7shows that the first part 15 of the container 10 is provided with protrusions 19, two of which are shown, which can be used in combination with the inside of the sealing element 23 of the dispenser pack 20 to facilitate the removal of the container 10 from the dispenser pack 20 after use. To achieve this, the protrusions 19, as illustrated in the figure 7 cooperate with stops (not visible in the figures) located inside the inner wall of the sealing element 23.

[0035] Set 1 as described on the figures 1 to 5This allows the user to use a single-dose container 10, which includes a pierceable sealing element 13, hygienically and without contamination. When the pierceable sealing element 13 is removed, the user is no longer required to place their fingers on the end of the dispenser 11 or any other area near said end. Thanks to the cap 22, which is equipped with sealing elements, the container 10 can be securely resealed after initial use, preventing any contamination of the container's contents.

[0036] As described above, the use of a dispenser packaging 20 also offers the option of obtaining a set 1 with a decorative appearance.
