Description

[0001] The invention relates to a device for guiding at least one wire with a base body, wherein at least one eyelet is arranged in the base body, wherein at least one wire can be guided through each eyelet.

[0002] For example, in electrical engineering, electrical conductors consisting of thin, individual wires that are therefore easy to bend are used. These are called stranded wires. Copper is predominantly used as the conductor material, but other materials can also be used. To produce the stranded wires, the individual wires are fed into a stranding machine. In this device, the individual wires are interwoven to create the strands.

[0003] In a stranding machine, a predetermined number of wires are stranded at a stranding point, preferably using a rotating frame. Stranding devices can be, for example, single-twist stranding machines with one stranding point or double-twist stranding machines with two stranding points.

[0004] Often, the wires fed into a stranding machine are drawn to a predetermined diameter using a wire drawing device.

[0005] The prior art (DE 10 2013 004 592 A1) includes such a device, which comprises a stranding machine. According to this prior art, the stranding device comprises a rotating bracket or a rotor designed to guide the strand, with at least one cross-section influencing device arranged at an end of the rotating bracket remote from the stranding point.

[0006] As already explained, at least two wires are fed into the stranding machines in order to produce a strand from these wires.

[0007] However, wire feeding also occurs in other fields. The present invention is not limited to stranding machines. The present invention can also relate to machines in the textile sector or to other machines for processing wires, threads, or fibers.

[0008] It is known from practice to guide the wires through a guide device so that they are fed to the stranding point of the stranding machine at a predetermined angle. The wires are guided through the device's eyelets, as is known from practice.

[0009] Because the wires are redirected in the guide device, each wire rests at a position along the inner diameter of the eyelets. One eyelet is provided for each wire.

[0010] The strands produced can be several thousand meters long, so the wires must be fed reliably through the eyelets.

[0011] Since the wires always rest at a position on the inner diameter of the respective eyelet, the eyelets wear particularly quickly at this point.

[0012] In practice, it is common practice to replace the eyelets when they reach a certain level of wear. To do this, the wires supplying them must be cut. The eyelets are then removed from the holder, which is usually very time-consuming, as the eyelets are glued in place, for example. If the eyelets are glued in place, the adhesive must be removed, for example, by heating. It is also common practice to knock the eyelets out of the holder and insert new ones.

[0013] These devices, which are known from practice, have the disadvantage that the eyelets have to be replaced relatively frequently if the eyelet is worn out in one place.

[0014] Secondly, the eyelets cannot be replaced during operation. This means that the wires being fed must be cut to replace the eyelets. This is very time-consuming, as the stranded wire is produced in a predefined package of, for example, 5,000 or 6,000 meters. If one or more eyelets of the feeding device are worn out after, say, 4,000 meters, this has a detrimental effect on the quality of the stranded wire if the wires have to be cut and then reconnected to replace the eyelets.

[0015] The state of the art (EP 1 035 068 A2) includes a cable winch for cable winches. This cable winch has an insert that can be rotated by 90° or other angles when worn. The insert component is secured with a locking bracket. The locking bracket, in turn, is held in a locked position by a locking bar connected to the housing. This state-of-the-art device is very complex, especially when a large number of insert components need to be rotated.

[0016] Furthermore, the prior art (JP S58 137673 U) includes a thread guide. This thread guide is also rotatably mounted in a base body. Fixing the thread guide in a predetermined position is not provided, so wear at a specific location cannot be adjusted.

[0017] Furthermore, the prior art (US 4,317,549 A) includes a device that can be used for wire production. An eyelet through which the wire is guided can be arranged in various angular positions. This document discloses a wire guide housing constructed from an elastomer material such that a conventional metallic wire guide can be quickly snapped in and out, significantly reducing maintenance time and costs. The snap-in design allows the metallic guide to creep in the direction of rotation, thereby compensating for wear on the wire contact surface of the guide. Arrangement in predetermined angular positions is not provided for in this prior art. For this reason, free creep in the direction of rotation is possible without the eyelet assuming a predetermined position, namely a position that is not yet subject to wear.

[0018] Furthermore, the prior art (CN 112 978 501 A) includes a ceramic yarn guide unit. The ceramic yarn guide seat is rotatably mounted in a plate. A predetermined angular position of the yarn guide seat is not provided for in this prior art.

[0019] The technical problem underlying the invention is to provide a device for guiding at least one wire in which, on the one hand, the service life of the eyelets is increased and, on the other hand, the device can continue to be operated without cutting the wires when wear occurs.

[0020] This technical problem is solved by a device having the features according to claim 1 or claim 2.

[0021] The invention is described in the appended set of claims.

[0022] The device according to the invention has the advantage that the at least one eyelet can be rotated about its longitudinal axis when a contact surface of the eyelet on its inner diameter becomes worn due to the passage of the wire. The at least one eyelet can be fixed in at least two angular positions in the base body, so that if a first contact surface of the eyelet becomes worn, the eyelet is rotated and fixed into a second or further angular position. In this way, the service life of the eyelet can be multiplied. If two angular positions are provided, the service life is doubled. If four angular positions are provided, the service life is quadrupled.

[0023] The device according to the invention also has the particular advantage that the wires do not have to be cut and removed in order to rotate the eyelets around their longitudinal axis and re-secure them. This means that the production of, for example, a strand is simply paused. The at least one eyelet is released, rotated by a predetermined angle, and re-secured. Production can then continue.

[0024] According to the invention, wire is understood to be, for example, a thin, long, flexible material with, for example, a circular cross-section. The material can be, for example, a metal. Instead of a circular cross-section, other cross-sectional shapes can be provided, such as flat, square, or profile cross-sections.

[0025] If the wire is made of metal, it can be made of iron, copper, brass, aluminum, silver, gold, titanium, or stainless steel, as well as alloys such as copper alloys. The wire can also be coated with silver or tin, for example.

[0026] According to the invention, however, wire is also understood to mean a plastic wire, for example a polymer monofilament.

[0027] According to the invention, the generic term "wire" also includes threads or fibers. These threads or fibers can also be made of plastic or metal. The threads or fibers can, for example, also be stranded. In the following, the term "wire" is used primarily. However, it is always equally understood to mean wire, thread, fiber, or any other thin and long material.

[0028] The wires, threads, or fibers can also be made of natural materials. For example, they can be made of cotton, silk, or similar materials.

[0029] A combination of materials is also possible.

[0030] According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, each eyelet is arranged in a retaining element, and the retaining element of the at least one eyelet can be arranged in the base body in at least two angular positions. Advantageously, the eyelet can be fixed in the base body with the retaining element.

[0031] This makes it possible to arrange the eyelet with the retaining element in the base body. The eyelets can all have the same shape. Only the retaining elements are adapted to the requirements. The retaining elements are designed so that they can be arranged and fixed in the base body at the desired number of angular positions.

[0032] The eyelets can always have the same shape regardless of the design of the holding elements.

[0033] The arrangement of the eyelet in a holding element has the advantage that the eyelet, which is usually circular, can be arranged and fixed in defined angular positions in the base body by the holding element.

[0034] The eyelets do not have to be arranged in a retaining element. If the eyelets are arranged directly in the base body, they advantageously have a base area that deviates from a circle. This allows the eyelets to be arranged in the base body in at least two angular positions without spontaneously shifting to another angular position.

[0035] According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the eyelet with the holding element or the eyelet is designed to be rotatable about a longitudinal axis of the eyelet.

[0036] This design makes it possible to arrange the eyelets in different angular positions in the base body.

[0037] The eyelets or the eyelets with the retaining elements can be arranged rotatably in the base body. However, according to a further embodiment, it is possible to detach the eyelets or the retaining elements from the base body and rearrange them in an angular position different from the previous angular position. In both cases, the eyelets are rotated about their longitudinal axis. The longitudinal axis corresponds to an axial axis of the eyelet.

[0038] According to the invention, it is provided that at least one receptacle is provided in the base body for the arrangement of the at least one holding element with the eyelet arranged in the holding element or for the arrangement of the eyelet.

[0039] This has the advantage that the holding element of the eyelet or the eyelet in the base body can be arranged in a corresponding receptacle. The receptacle and the holding element are designed such that the holding element can be arranged in at least two different angular positions in the base body. Likewise, the receptacle and the eyelet, without a holding element, can be designed such that the eyelet can be arranged in at least two different angular positions in the base body.

[0040] According to the invention, it is provided that a cover plate is arranged so as to be attachable to the base body, and that the at least one holding element with the eyelet arranged in the holding element or the eyelet is arranged in the base body and fixed to the cover plate.

[0041] This has the advantage that the cover plate can be easily removed from the base body during operation. The wires do not need to be cut for this purpose. The at least one retaining element with the eyelet arranged in the retaining element, or the eyelet itself, is released from the receptacle in the base body and then rotated by a predetermined angle. The at least one retaining element or the eyelet is then reinserted into the receptacle. The at least one retaining element or the eyelet is then reattached to the cover plate.

[0042] According to the invention, it is provided that the at least one holding element or the eyelet has a cross-sectional profile, and that the base body has at least one receptacle in which the cross-sectional profile of the at least one holding element or the at least one eyelet can be arranged in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting and / or material-fitting manner.

[0043] A material connection is characterized by the fact that a component connection is created which, under normal circumstances, cannot be broken apart except by destruction.

[0044] As already explained, if the eyelet is locally worn, the retaining element or the eyelet is rotated by a predetermined angle, for example 90°.

[0045] The holding element or the eyelet advantageously has a cross-sectional profile and the base body has at least one corresponding receptacle in which the cross-sectional profile of the at least one holding element or the eyelet can be arranged in a form-fitting manner.

[0046] The receptacle is designed in such a way that the holding element or the eyelet can be arranged in a form-fitting manner in several angular positions in the receptacle.

[0047] The retaining element or eyelet can also be arranged in the holder in a force-fitting manner.

[0048] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the at least one holding element of the at least one eyelet or the eyelet has two different cross-sectional profiles in the axial direction, and that a first cross-sectional profile can be arranged in a form-fitting manner in at least one receptacle of the base body and a second cross-sectional profile in at least one receptacle of the cover plate.

[0049] The holding element or eyelet advantageously has a first cross-sectional profile in the wire feed direction. In the wire discharge direction, the holding element or eyelet advantageously has a second cross-sectional profile. The feed and discharge directions can also be reversed with respect to the device.

[0050] The first cross-sectional profile can be arranged in a form-fitting manner in corresponding receptacles of the base body. The second cross-sectional profile can be arranged in a form-fitting manner in corresponding receptacles of the cover plate.

[0051] Both cross-sectional profiles are designed so that the holding element can be rotated around predetermined angular positions and can be arranged in the base body and the cover plate in different angular positions.

[0052] If, for example, the holding element or the eyelet is to be arranged in the receptacles rotated by 90°, both cross-sectional profiles must be designed in such a way that a 90° rotation and an arrangement of the holding element or the eyelet in the base body and in the cover plate is possible.

[0053] According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the cross-sectional profiles are each rotationally symmetrical. This design makes it possible to rotate the at least one retaining element through angles of, for example, 180°, 90°, 60°, 45°, 30°, or other angles and to arrange it in the receptacles of the base body and the cover plate.

[0054] According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the at least one eyelet is glued and / or screwed and / or pressed into the holding element and / or clamped in an annular groove of the holding element.

[0055] The eyelets are advantageously arranged firmly in the holding element.

[0056] The firm connection between the eyelet and the retaining element can be created by gluing and / or screwing and / or pressing and / or with a clamping connection.

[0057] Other fixed connections are also possible.

[0058] It's also possible to combine mounting options. For example, the eyelet can be screwed into the retaining element and secured with an adhesive.

[0059] A further advantageous embodiment of the device according to the invention provides that the at least one holding element and / or the at least one eyelet in the holding element or an eyelet without a holding element is formed flush with an outer surface of the base body.

[0060] If the retaining element and / or the at least one eyelet are flush with the outer surface of the base body, the wires are guided through the eyelets without contact with the base body, thus avoiding unwanted contact with the base body. These contacts could damage the wire.

[0061] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the at least one holding element and / or the at least one eyelet is formed flush with an outer surface of the cover plate of the base body.

[0062] This also prevents the wire from coming into contact with the cover plate, which would otherwise damage the wire.

[0063] A further advantageous embodiment of the device according to the invention provides that through-openings are provided in the cover plate and that the through-openings are designed to leave the at least one eyelet free, and that the length and / or width of the at least one holding element of the at least one eyelet or of a cross-sectional profile (24) of the at least one eyelet (23) is greater than a diameter of the through-openings in the cover plate.

[0064] The retaining elements or eyelets are advantageously arranged in receptacles in the cover plate. The through-openings are advantageously designed to be congruent with the eyelets. The through-openings are advantageously designed to be the same size as or larger than the eyelets.

[0065] Because the through-openings are smaller than a length and / or width of the at least one holding element or the cross-sectional profile of the eyelet, the holding elements or the eyelets are fixed without holding elements by the cover plate.

[0066] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the at least one holding element of the at least one eyelet or the eyelet has a marking for indicating the angular position of the holding element or the eyelet in the base body.

[0067] The marking has the advantage that, when multiple retaining elements or multiple eyelets are provided, it is easy to identify which retaining elements or eyelets have been rotated by a predetermined angular position or not. The marking also makes it easy to ensure that all retaining elements or eyelets have been rotated by the same angular position and the same number of times as the other retaining elements or eyelets.

[0068] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the at least one holding element of the at least one eyelet or the at least one eyelet is rotatably arranged in the base body.

[0069] If a plurality of eyelets is arranged in the base body, it is advantageous to rotate at least two of the retaining elements or eyelets, or all of the retaining elements or eyelets, together. It is particularly advantageous to rotate all of the retaining elements or eyelets together.

[0070] This design minimizes the effort required to rotate the retaining elements or eyelets. Furthermore, all retaining elements or eyelets are aligned in the same direction. Furthermore, much finer angular positions can be adjusted using the motor, and the entire inner circumference of the eyelets can be utilized.

[0071] Advantageously, a gear for rotating the at least one holding element of the at least one eyelet or for rotating the at least one eyelet is provided in the base body.

[0072] This design makes it possible, particularly when a large number of holding elements or eyelets are provided, to rotate all of the holding elements or eyelets simultaneously.

[0073] The twisting of the retaining elements or eyelets can be done manually or by motor.

[0074] The transmission can be a mechanical system consisting of gears. For example, the gears can be conical or straight-toothed. Racks or worm gears can also be used. A planetary gear system, for example, can also be used.

[0075] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the at least one eyelet is made of ceramic.

[0076] The eyelets can be made of oxide ceramics, nitride ceramics, or carbide ceramics, for example. The eyelets can also be made of hard metals or coated metals.

[0077] If the eyelets are made of oxide ceramics, they can be made of aluminum oxide or zirconium oxide. If the eyelets are made of nitride ceramics, they can be made of silicon nitride. If the eyelets are made of carbide ceramics, they can be made of silicon carbide.

[0078] If hard metals are used as materials for the eyelets, tungsten carbide, for example, can be used.

[0079] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the at least one holding element and / or the base body and / or the cover plate of the base body are / is formed from a plastic and / or metal.

[0080] The holding element and / or the base body and / or the cover plate can be made, for example, from thermoplastic plastic (polylactide (PLA), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate (ASA)) or from a composite material, such as nylon and polyamide (PA). The holders and / or the base body and / or the cover plate can also be made from a resin, for example from synthetic resins or natural resins, which can be UV-cured, for example. The holding element and / or the base body and / or the cover plate can also consist of a coated plastic. A resin or varnish, for example, can be provided as a coating.

[0081] In principle, it is also possible to provide composite solutions for the brackets and / or the base body and / or the cover plate.

[0082] The holding element or the base body or the cover plate can also be made of metal, for example steel.

[0083] The base body can also be made of ceramic.

[0084] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the device is arranged in a device for producing stranded wires and / or in a wire drawing machine. The device for guiding at least one wire is particularly advantageously arranged in a device for producing stranded wires, in which a plurality of wires are generally fed, or, for example, in a wire drawing machine in which wires are also fed and deflected.

[0085] The present invention may also relate to other machines, for example in the textile industry.

[0086] Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the accompanying drawings, which show several embodiments of the device according to the invention, without limiting the invention to these embodiments. [0087] Fig. 1shows, only schematically shown, a device 1 for guiding several wires 2, 3, 4. The wires 2, 3, 4 are fed from wire spools 8 through the device 1 to a device 5 for producing a stranded wire. The stranded wire is in Fig. 1 not shown.

[0088] A device 5 for producing the strand has, for example, a rotating bracket, so that a strand can be produced from at least two wires 2, 3, 4.

[0089] Fig. 2 shows the device 1 for guiding the wires. In Fig. 2 Only the wires 2 and 3 are shown. The device 1 has a base body 6 in which eyelets 7, which are formed, for example, from a ceramic material, are arranged. The device 1 has a base 9, which is fixed to a rod 10. The device 1 can be arranged interchangeably on the rod 10. In Fig. 2the base body 6 is only shown schematically with the eyelets 7.

[0090] Fig. 3 shows the device 1 with the base body 6 and the foot 9. A cover plate 11 is arranged on the base body 6. In the base body 6 and the cover plate 11, a plurality of through-openings 12 are arranged for the passage of the wires 2, 3, 4 (in the Fig. 3 , 4 and 5 not shown).

[0091] The cover plate 11 is detachably and firmly attached to the base body 6. For example, the cover plate 11 is screwed to the base body 6.

[0092] As in the Fig. 3 , 4 and 5 As shown, the base body with the cover plate 11 is arranged in the base 9. The connection between the base body 6 and the base 9 is also a detachable connection.

[0093] According to Fig. 5The cover plate 11 is detachably mounted on the base body 6. The cover plate 11 has receptacles 20 for the cross-sectional profile 16 of the holding element 14.

[0094] The cover plate 11 has round through-openings 12. Retaining elements 14 are arranged in receptacles 13, 20 between the cover plate 11 and the base body 6, in which the eyelets 7 are arranged. The eyelets 7 are glued and / or screwed and / or pressed into the retaining elements 14 and / or clamped in an annular groove of the retaining element 14.

[0095] The retaining elements 14 with the eyelets 7 are fixed in the base body 6 by the cover plate 11. The receptacles 13 have a cross-sectional shape that corresponds to a cross-sectional shape of the retaining elements 14 assigned to the base body 6. The retaining elements 14 are arranged in a form-fitting manner in the receptacles 13.

[0096] According to Fig. 6the holding element 14 has two different cross-sectional profiles 15, 16.

[0097] The cross-sectional profile 16 is designed as a square cross-sectional profile. The cross-sectional profile 15 has projections 17. The cross-sectional profile 15 as well as the cross-sectional profile 16 are rotationally symmetrical. The cross-sectional profile 16 is the Fig. 3 , 4 and 5 arranged facing the cover plate 11 shown. Due to the fact that the cover plate 11 has through-openings 12 that are round, and due to the fact that the cross-sectional profile 16 of the holding element 14 is square and the diameter of the through-openings 12 of the cover plate 11 is smaller than a length and / or width of the holding element 14, the holding elements 14 are fixed in the base body 6 by the cover plate 11.

[0098] The receiving openings 13 of the base body 6 have receptacles 18 corresponding to the projections 17, as in Fig. 4 shown.

[0099] The receiving openings 20 of the cover plate 11 have receptacles 18 corresponding to the cross-sectional profile 16, as shown in Fig. 5 shown.

[0100] According to Fig. 6 the holding element 14 has two different cross-sectional profiles 15, 16 in the axial direction.

[0101] The holding elements 14 are arranged in the receptacles 13, 20 with the cross-sectional profiles 15, 16 in a form-fitting manner, as shown in the Fig. 4 and 5 shown.

[0102] As in Fig. 6 As shown, the eyelet 7 and the holding element 14 have a longitudinal axis L. The holding element 14 can be arranged in different angular positions in the base body 6 around this longitudinal axis L.

[0103] The Figs. 7, 8 and 9 show the holding element 14 with the eyelet 7 arranged in the holding element 14.

[0104] The wires 2, 3, 4 usually run along only one contact point or a narrow contact surface of the eyelet 7 during production. Fig. 7 Wire 2 is shown only schematically. If wire 2 is in the Fig. 7 shown position on the eyelet 7, the eyelet 7 will wear particularly hard at this point.

[0105] If the wear is so severe that proper guidance of the wire 2 is no longer guaranteed, the eyelet 7 with the holding element 14 is removed from the receptacle 13, rotated by 90°, and reinserted into the receptacle 13. The projections 17, which are arranged in the recesses 18 of the receptacle 13, determine an angular position of the holding element 14 in the base body 6.

[0106] After rotation, the wire 2 rests on a point on the eyelet 7 that has previously had little or no contact with the wire. This can significantly extend the service life of the eyelet 7. The Fig. 4 to 9 The holding elements 14 shown allow four different angular positions, since four projections 17 are provided.

[0107] In principle, it is also possible to provide more or fewer projections 17. The receptacles 13 then have a corresponding number of recesses 18.

[0108] It is essential that the holding element 14 has a rotationally symmetrical cross-sectional profile.

[0109] As in Fig. 6 As shown, the eyelet 7 is designed to widen conically. The wires 2, 3, and 4 are often not fed parallel to the longitudinal axis L of the eyelet 7, but rather at an angle to it. The conical design of the eyelet 7 reduces the mechanical stress on the wires 2, 3, and 4.

[0110] According to Fig. 7 the holding element 14 has a marking 19. If the marking 19 is in the Fig. 7 If the holding element 14 is arranged in the orientation 6 shown at the top, a user can see that it is arranged, for example, in a first position. If the holding element 14 is rotated by 90°, the marking 19 also moves by 90°. If these markings are provided on all elements 14, a user can see which holding elements 14 are rotated and which are not.

[0111] As in Fig. 9 As shown, the holding element 14 has four projections 17 which engage in corresponding recesses 18 of the receptacle 13.

[0112] The Fig. 10 to 12show a modified embodiment of a holder 14. The holder 14 has a triangular cross-sectional profile 16 with rounded corners. The cross-sectional profile 15 of the holder 14 has three projections 17. The projections 17 are arranged in corresponding recesses of the base body 6 (not shown). This holder 14 can be rotated by 120°. The holder 14 can be arranged in three angular positions. This extends the service life of the eyelet by a factor of three.

[0113] The holder 14 also has a marking 19 which is designed as a groove.

[0114] The Fig. 13 to 15show a further modified embodiment of a holder 14. The holder has a hexagonal cross-sectional profile 16. The cross-sectional profile 15 of the holder 14 has six projections 17. The projections 17 are arranged in corresponding recesses of the base body 6 (not shown). This holder 14 can be rotated by 60°. The holder 14 can be arranged in six angular positions. This extends the service life of the eyelet sixfold.

[0115] The holding element 14 also has a marking 19 which is designed as a groove.

[0116] Fig. 16 shows a planetary gear 21, with which all holding elements 14, 14', 14" can be rotated. The drive is, for example, motorized. A manual drive can also be provided.

[0117] A drive ring 22 has an inner gear rim 23 which engages with gear rims 24 arranged on the holding elements 14.

[0118] The holding element 14' is rotated via the holding element 14". The holding elements 14, 14', 14" are arranged freely rotatably in the base body 6 (not shown). The fixing of the holding elements 14, 14', 14" during operation, i.e., the passage of the wires, is carried out via the planetary gear 21.

[0119] The holding elements 14, 14', 14" can be fixed in any angular position.

[0120] The Fig. 17 to 19 show an eyelet 23 that is not arranged in a retaining element. The eyelet 23 has a cross-sectional profile 24. The eyelet 23 has a square base.

[0121] The eyelet 23 is arranged directly in the base body 6 without being arranged in a holding element.

[0122] Due to the square design of the base area of the eyelet 23, the eyelet 23 can be arranged in the base body 6 in four different angular positions.

[0123] The base can also be designed in a different way than a square. For example, if the base is formed as an equilateral triangle (not shown), the eyelet 23 can be arranged in three different angular positions in a base body with corresponding receptacles with a triangular cross-section.

[0124] The Figures 20 to 23 show a device 1 for guiding wires with a base body 6 and a cover plate 11. The base body 6 and the cover plate 11 are arranged on a base 9.

[0125] Eyelets 25 are arranged in receptacles 13 and 20 of the base body 6 and the cover plate 11. The eyelets 25 have a square base.

[0126] The eyelets 25 are not arranged in separate holding elements.

[0127] Because the eyelets 25 have a square base, the eyelets can be arranged in the receptacles 13, 20 of the base body 6 and the cover plate 11, each rotated by 90°. This allows the eyelets 25 to be arranged in four different angular positions in the device 1 and, if necessary, to be removed from the receptacles 13, 20, rotated, and then arranged in a new angular position in the receptacles 13, 20.

[0128] The eyelets 25 are fixed by the base body 6 and the cover plate 11.

[0129] One or more wires can be passed through the eyelets 25.

[0130] The device 1 is also called a stranding star.

[0131] The Figures 24 to 26show the eyelet 25. The eyelet 25 has a substantially square base. One corner 26 of the eyelet 25 is cut off. This creates a marking. The position of the marking indicates whether all the eyelets 25 are arranged in the same angular position or in different angular positions, i.e., in this case, each rotated by 90°.

[0132] The eyelet 25 has a circumferential groove 27.

[0133] The Figures 27 to 29 show an eyelet 28. The eyelet 28 has a substantially square base. One corner 29 is rounded. This corner 29, in turn, serves as a marker for checking the angular positions of the individual eyelets 28.

[0134] The eyelet 28 also has a circumferential groove 30.

[0135] The Fig. 30 to 32show an eyelet 31. The eyelet 31 has a square base. The eyelet 31 has a notch 32. The notch 32 also serves as a marker for checking the angular position of the eyelet 31. The eyelet 31 also has a circumferential groove 33.

[0136] In Fig. 23 On the one hand, eyelets 25 are arranged in the mounting plate 11 and on the other hand, eyelets 31.

[0137] The eyelets 25, 28, 31 according to the Figures 24 to 32 each have cross-sectional profiles 34, 35. The cross-sectional profile 34 is arranged in a receptacle 20 of the support plate 11, and the cross-sectional profile 35 in a receptacle 13 of the base body 6.

[0138] The Figs. 33 and 34 show an eyelet 36 with a square cross-section. This eyelet can be rotated 90°.

[0139] The Figs. 35 and 36 show an eyelet 37 with a pentagonal base. This eyelet 37 can be rotated by 72°.

[0140] The Figs. 37 and 38show an eyelet 38 with a hexagonal base. This eyelet can be rotated by 60°, allowing it to be arranged in six angular positions in the base body 6 and the mounting plate 11.

[0141] All eyelets 7, 23, 25, 28, 31, 36, 37, 38 have a through-opening 39 for one or more wires. Reference numbers
