Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to an application device, a cassette device, a base device, a robot device and a manufacturing system.
[0002] Application devices are known from the prior art. For example, application devices can provide self-adhesive die-cut parts for application to a workpiece. The self-adhesive die-cut parts are often provided using a tape on which the self-adhesive die-cut parts are arranged. The self-adhesive die-cut parts can have a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface with which the self-adhesive die-cut parts are attached to the tape, detached from the tape, and subsequently applied to the workpiece such that the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the self-adhesive die-cut parts is bonded to the workpiece. Document DE10 2018 217921 discloses an application device for self-adhesive die-cut parts that has a movable deflection unit. Document KR 101 297 640 discloses an application device for a tape that has a base device and a cassette device.
[0003] In general, it is desirable to provide application devices that allow the self-adhesive die-cut parts to be applied quickly and easily. Furthermore, it is desirable for the application devices to be designed in such a way that the self-adhesive die-cut parts are protected from environmental influences, especially before they are applied to a workpiece.
[0004] It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an application device with which self-adhesive punched parts can be provided easily and quickly and the self-adhesive punched parts can be protected from environmental influences.
[0005] According to a first aspect of the invention, the stated object is achieved by an application device having the features of patent claim 1. The application device has a cassette device and a base device. The cassette device has a housing with a first connecting device. A first opening is formed in the housing. The opening connects an interior of the housing with a surrounding space of the housing. A tape is received in the interior. The tape extends from a first end to a second end. Self-adhesive punched parts are arranged on a first side of the tape. The cassette device has a first roll, which is arranged in the interior of the housing and mounted on the housing for rotation about a first axis of rotation and has a first roll core. The tape is wound around the first roll core with a section having the first end.The cassette device has a second roller with a second roller core arranged in the interior of the housing and mounted on the housing for rotation about a second axis of rotation. A section of the tape having the second end is attached to the roller core. The tape is guided along a path from the first roller to the second roller. The cassette device has a guide unit arranged in the interior of the housing and connected to the housing. The guide unit is designed such that the tape is guided on the guide unit such that a first section of the path is opposite the first opening. In the region of the first section, the first side of the tape faces the first opening. The base device has a main body with a second connecting device, which is releasably connected to the first connecting device in a form-fitting manner, and a third connecting device for connection to a production system. The base device has a deflection unit arranged at least partially in the interior of the housing, said deflection element being attached to a free end. The deflection element is arranged on a second side of the belt opposite the first side of the belt and opposite the first section. The deflection unit is movably coupled to the base body such that it can be moved between a retracted position and an extended position. In the retracted position, the deflection element and the belt are arranged in the interior. In the extended position, a partial section of the belt rests against the deflection element, and the deflection element and at least the partial section of the belt resting against the deflection element are arranged in the surrounding area.
[0006] The application device comprises a cassette device and a base device. The cassette device forms a portion of the application device. Likewise, the base device forms a portion of the application device.
[0007] The cassette device comprises the housing with the first connecting device. The housing can have a wall with an inner surface facing the interior. Furthermore, the wall can have an outer surface facing the environment. The housing, and in particular the wall of the housing, can separate the interior and the environment and can thereby prevent contamination of the interior and elements arranged in the interior. For example, contamination of the self-adhesive stamped parts can be prevented by the housing. In particular, the self-adhesive stamped parts can be protected from environmental influences, in particular before they are applied to a workpiece. The housing has the first connecting device. The first connecting device is designed to be positively and detachably connected to the second connecting device.
[0008] The first opening is formed in the housing. The first opening connects the interior of the housing with the surroundings of the housing. Because the first opening connects the interior of the housing with the surroundings of the housing, the first opening enables an element of the application device, such as the deflection unit, to be arranged such that the element extends through the first opening and at least a portion of the element is arranged in the interior and a portion of the element is arranged in the surroundings. The interior of the housing can be regarded as the space surrounded by the housing. An element arranged in the interior of the housing can be regarded as enclosed by the housing. For example, an element accommodated in the interior of the housing is arranged in the interior of the housing. The environment of the enclosure can be considered the space not enclosed by the enclosure. An element located in the environment of the enclosure can be considered not enclosed by the enclosure or can be considered located outside the enclosure.
[0009] The tape is accommodated in the interior space. The tape is thus arranged in the interior space. By accommodating the tape in the interior space, the tape can be protected from environmental influences. In particular, contamination of the tape by the housing can be prevented. The tape extends from the first end to the second end. The tape can be rolled up at least in sections and can extend between rolled up sections along one or more unrolled sections along a corresponding straight line or plane.
[0010] The self-adhesive die-cut parts are arranged on the first side of the tape. The self-adhesive die-cut parts can have a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface. The pressure-sensitive adhesive surface can be used to attach the self-adhesive die-cut parts to the tape. The self-adhesive die-cut parts can be removed from the tape and then applied to a workpiece in such a way that the self-adhesive die-cut parts are bonded to the workpiece with their pressure-sensitive adhesive surface. The self-adhesive die-cut parts are arranged on the first side of the tape.
[0011] The cassette device has the first roll with the first roll core arranged in the interior of the housing and mounted on the housing so as to be rotatable about the first rotation axis. The first roll is arranged in the interior of the housing. Because the first roll is arranged in the interior of the housing, the first roll can be protected from environmental influences. In particular, contamination of the first roll by the housing can be prevented. The first roll is mounted on the housing so as to be rotatable about the first rotation axis. Because the first roll is mounted so as to be rotatable, the tape can be wound onto and unwound from the first roll by rotating the first roll around the first roll.In particular, it is provided that the tape is wound with a section around the first roll core and by rotating the first roll, this section of the tape can be unwound at least in sections from the first roll in order to provide the self-adhesive die-cut parts.
[0012] The section of the tape having the first end is wound around the first roll core. In particular, it is provided that the tape is wound around the first roll core with a section having the section having the first end of the tape, and by rotating the first roll, this section of the tape can be unwound at least partially from the first roll in order to provide the self-adhesive die-cut parts. Preferably, when a large part of the tape has been unwound from the first roll, the section having the first end is at least partially wound around the first roll core. In particular, it is provided that when the tape has been unwound from the first roll and all self-adhesive die-cut parts have been provided, the section having the first end is attached to the first roll core.
[0013] The cassette device has a second roller with a second roller core arranged in the interior of the housing and mounted on the housing so as to be rotatable about a second axis of rotation. The second roller is arranged in the interior of the housing. Because the second roller is arranged in the interior of the housing, the second roller can be protected from environmental influences. In particular, contamination of the second roller by the housing can be prevented. The second roller is mounted on the housing so as to be rotatable about the second axis of rotation. Because the second roller is mounted so as to be rotatable, the tape can be wound onto and unwound from the second roller by rotating the second roller around the second roller. In particular, it is provided that the tape is wound with a section around the second roll core and by rotating the second roll, this section of the tape can be wound at least in sections onto the second roll in order to provide the self-adhesive die-cut parts.
[0014] A section of the tape having the second end is attached to the second roll core. In particular, it is provided that by rotating the second roll, the sections of the tape adjacent to the section of the tape with the second end can be wound around the second roll core in order to unwind the tape step by step from the first roll and wind it onto the second roll, thereby gradually exposing the self-adhesive die-cut parts. In particular, it is provided that when the tape has been unwound from the first roll and all self-adhesive die-cut parts have been provided, a large part of the tape is wound around the second roll core.
[0015] The belt is guided along a path from the first roller to the second roller. The track preferably has a plurality of sections. For example, one section or several sections of the plurality of sections can run along a straight line. Alternatively or additionally, one section or several sections of the plurality of sections can run along a circular section. For example, if the belt is guided along a deflection roller and the belt wraps around the deflection roller at least in sections, a section of the track in the region of the deflection roller can run along a circular section. In particular, it is provided that the track, starting from the first roller, has a section running along a straight line. This straight section preferably extends from the first roller to a deflection roller.More preferably, the straight section of the track is followed by a section of the track running along a circular section in the region of the deflection roller. In particular, a plurality of deflection rollers can be provided along the track between the first roller and the second roller. In this case, the circular section just described is followed by a further straight section of the track, which extends from the deflection roller to the next deflection roller. At this next deflection roller, the straight section of the track is then followed by a section of the track running along a circular section in the region of this deflection roller. In this sense, the track can have a plurality of sections which are alternately straight and circular along the track. In particular, circular is to be understood here such that a circular section of the track describes a section of the track which extends along a circular section. In particular, it is provided that the tape is unwound from the first roll and wound onto the second roll. As the tape is unwound from the first roll and wound onto the second roll, the tape is guided along the path from the first roll to the second roll. Viewed along the path, the direction in which the tape is guided along a section of the path can also be referred to as the guide direction. In particular, the self-adhesive die-cut parts arranged on the tape are moved along the guide direction as the tape is unwound from the first roll and wound onto the second roll.
[0016] The cassette device has the guide unit arranged in the interior of the housing and connected to the housing. The guide unit is arranged in the interior of the housing. By arranging the guide unit in the interior of the housing, the guide unit can be protected from environmental influences. In particular, contamination of the guide unit by the housing can be prevented. The guide unit is connected to the housing. A connection between the guide unit and the housing ensures that if the position or orientation of the housing changes, the position or orientation of the guide unit inevitably changes as well.
[0017] The guide unit is designed such that the belt is guided along the guide unit such that the first section of the track is opposite the first opening. In particular, the guide unit defines the geometry of the track through the way in which the guide unit guides the belt. As already described, one or more deflection rollers can be provided between the first roller and the second roller. In particular, the geometry of the track can be determined through the arrangement of the one or more deflection rollers past which the belt is guided, with at least a section of the belt rolling off the one or more deflection rollers. In particular, it is provided that the belt is guided along the guide unit such that the first section of the track is opposite the first opening. Because the first section of the track is opposite the first opening, the belt can be guided past the first opening in sections.
[0018] In the region of the first section, the first side of the tape faces the first opening. Because the first side of the tape faces the first opening in the region of the first section of the web, the self-adhesive die-cut parts arranged on the first side of the tape face the first opening in the region of the first section of the web. The self-adhesive die-cut parts can be conveyed from the first roll to the first opening such that the self-adhesive die-cut parts are arranged on the first side of the tape in the region of the first section of the web, facing the first opening.
[0019] The base device comprises the main body with the second connecting device, which is positively and releasably connected to the first connecting device, and the third connecting device for connection to the production system. The second connecting device is designed to be positively and releasably connected to the first connecting device. In particular, the third connecting device is designed to be positively and releasably connected to a section of the production system.
[0020] The base device has the deflection unit, which is arranged at least partially in the interior of the housing, with the deflection element attached to the free end. The base device has the deflection unit. In particular, the deflection unit can be arranged such that the deflection unit acts on a section of the belt such that the path along which the belt is guided is changed at least partially. The deflection unit forms a section of the base device and, if the second connecting device is positively and detachably connected to the first connecting device, is arranged at least partially in the interior of the housing. If the second connecting device is positively and detachably connected to the first connecting device, the deflection unit can be protected at least partially from environmental influences. In particular, contamination of a section of the deflection unit can be prevented in this case. The deflection unit has the free end to which the deflection element is attached. The deflection element can also be referred to as the dispensing edge. In particular, the deflection element can be arranged such that the deflection element acts on a section of the belt such that the path along which the belt is guided is changed at least in sections. In particular, the deflection element can have a deflection roller that can be brought into contact with the belt so that the deflection roller rolls on the belt. When the deflection roller has been brought into contact with the belt so that the deflection roller rolls on the belt, the path has a circular section in the area of this deflection roller, to which two straight sections adjoin on two opposite sides of the deflection roller. The geometry of the path can thus be influenced by the deflection roller.
[0021] The deflecting element is arranged on the second side of the tape opposite the first side of the tape and opposite the first section. Because the deflecting element is arranged on the second side of the tape, the deflecting element can act on the tape in such a way that the geometry of the web is changed without the deflecting element coming into contact with the self-adhesive die-cut parts arranged on the first side. Because the deflecting element is arranged opposite the first section, the deflecting element can act on the first section of the web. In particular, the deflecting element can be brought into contact with the tape from the second side of the tape and the tape can be moved in the first section of the web together with one or more self-adhesive die-cut parts arranged in this area on the second side of the tape in the direction of the first opening.
[0022] The deflection unit is movably coupled to the base body in such a way that it can be moved between the retracted position and the extended position. The deflection unit can therefore be moved from the retracted position to the extended position and from the extended position to the retracted position. In particular, it is provided that the deflection unit is movably coupled to the base body in such a way that the deflection unit can be moved between the retracted position and the extended position as well as an intermediate position. In this case, the deflection unit can be moved in particular from the retracted position to the intermediate position, from the intermediate position to the extended position, from the extended position to the intermediate position and from the intermediate position to the retracted position. Since the deflection unit can be moved as described here, the deflection element can also be referred to as a swinging dispensing edge.
[0023] In the retracted position, the deflection element and the belt are arranged in the interior space. By arranging the deflection element and the belt in the retracted position, the deflection element and the belt can be protected from environmental influences. In particular, contamination of the deflection element and the belt by the housing can be prevented.
[0024] In the extended position, a section of the belt rests against the deflecting element, and the deflecting element and at least the section of the belt resting against the deflecting element are arranged in the surrounding area. By the section of the belt resting against the deflecting element, the geometry of the track can be influenced by the positioning of the deflecting element. By the deflecting element being arranged in the surrounding area, the deflecting element ensures that the section of the belt, and thus a section of the track, is arranged in the surrounding area. In particular, the second side of the belt rests against the deflecting element, so that the section of the belt on the second side of the belt is in contact with the deflecting element.By arranging the partial section of the tape in the environment, one or more self-adhesive die-cut parts arranged in the area of the partial section on the second side of the tape can be provided in the environment.
[0025] In particular, because the cassette device comprises the housing, the tape with the self-adhesive punched parts is arranged in the interior of the housing, and only a portion of the tape is arranged in the environment in the extended position, the self-adhesive punched parts can be protected from environmental influences immediately until they are exposed to the environment by a movement of the deflection unit into the extended position. The cassette device comprises the first and second rollers on which the tape with the self-adhesive punched parts is attached or wound. The application device thus comprises the cassette device, which in turn comprises the tape with the self-adhesive punched parts.Once the self-adhesive punched parts of the tape of the cassette device have been provided, so that no more self-adhesive punched parts are arranged on the tape, the cassette device can be removed from the application device by releasing the positive and releasable connection between the first connecting device and the second connecting device. Subsequently, another cassette device with a tape with self-adhesive punched parts can be inserted into the application device by positively and releasably connecting a first connecting device of the further cassette device to the second connecting device.Once the self-adhesive die-cut parts of a first cassette device have been provided and the first cassette device thus no longer has any self-adhesive die-cut parts that it can provide, the first cassette device can be separated from the base device, and a second cassette device with self-adhesive die-cut parts can be connected to the base device. Because the application device has a cassette device according to the invention, the self-adhesive die-cut parts can be provided easily and quickly, particularly when many self-adhesive die-cut parts are to be provided over a long period of time and, with this number of self-adhesive die-cut parts, replacing the tape with the self-adhesive die-cut parts is necessary when using application devices known from the prior art. With the application device according to the invention, the provision of a large number of self-adhesive die-cut parts is therefore particularly simple and quick, since only the cassette device needs to be replaced, and the connection between the cassette device and the base device can be easily and quickly removed and re-established. Replacing a tape in application devices known from the prior art, however, often requires increased time expenditure, since the tape must be positioned in the application device and threaded into the application device in such a way that the tape runs along different deflection rollers.
[0026] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the temperature within the cassette device can be specifically controlled by conventional heating devices.
[0027] In summary, it can be stated that an application device is provided with which self-adhesive die-cut parts can be provided easily and quickly and the self-adhesive die-cut parts can be protected from environmental influences.
[0028] In one embodiment, the base device comprises a cylinder, a piston which is movable in the cylinder along an effective axis and extends from one end along the effective axis to a second end, and a suction gripping stamp attached to the second end of the piston, wherein the effective axis is oriented such that the suction gripping stamp can be moved along the effective axis such that the suction gripping stamp can be brought into contact with a punched part on the strip when the deflection unit is in the extended position. Preferably, the piston can be movable in the cylinder along the effective axis such that the piston can be moved between a first position and a second position. In particular, the piston can be moved from the first position to the second position and from the second position to the first position.Further preferably, the piston can be moved in the cylinder along the effective axis such that the piston can be moved between a first position, a second position, and a third position. In particular, the piston can be moved from the first position to the second position, from the second position to the third position, from the third position to the second position, and from the second position to the first position. In particular, it is provided that when the deflection unit is in the extended position and the piston is in the first position, the suction gripper stamp is not in contact with a punched part on the strip. Further preferably, when the deflection unit is in the extended position and the piston is in the second position, the suction gripper stamp is in contact with a punched part on the strip. The base device can have a vacuum source that can provide a vacuum to the suction gripper stamp. To pick up a punched part, the deflection unit can first be moved to the extended position. Next, the piston can be moved to the second position so that the suction pad comes into contact with the punched part on the belt. The negative pressure provided by the suction pad ensures that when the piston is moved to the first position or the deflection unit is moved to the intermediate or retracted position, the punched part remains on the suction pad. After the deflection unit has been moved to the intermediate or retracted position, the piston can be moved to the third position so that the punched part can be applied to a workpiece with its pressure-sensitive surface.By ceasing the application of the negative pressure to the suction gripper plunger, the punched part can remain attached to the workpiece with its pressure-sensitive adhesive surface when the piston is returned to the first position or to the second position.
[0029] In one embodiment, the travel path of the deflection unit intersects the effective axis when moving between the retracted position and the extended position. An intersection of the travel path and the effective axis allows the suction gripper ram and a stamped part arranged on the belt to be brought into contact with one another in a mechanically robust design in which the suction gripper ram is attached to the second end of the piston such that it is arranged behind the second end along the effective axis, as viewed in a direction from the first end to the second end.
[0030] In one embodiment, the guide unit comprises a first and a second deflection roller, wherein the first section of the track is arranged between the first deflection roller and the second deflection roller. Using the first deflection roller and the second deflection roller, the guide unit can provide a straight section of the track into which the deflection unit can engage with the belt.
[0031] In one embodiment, a second opening is formed in the housing, which connects the interior of the housing with the surroundings of the housing, wherein the guide unit is designed such that the belt is guided on the guide unit such that a second section of the path lies opposite the second opening, wherein in the region of the second section the first side of the belt faces the second opening, wherein the base device has a clamp, in particular in the form of a pneumatic cylinder which presses on a counterpressure plate, which is arranged such that the second opening is arranged between the clamp and the second section. Because the second opening connects the interior of the housing with the surroundings of the housing, the second opening enables the clamp to be arranged in the surroundings of the housing.
[0032] In one embodiment, the first connecting device has a recess, and the second connecting device has a positioning pin that engages in the recess. Using the recess and the positioning pin, the cassette device and the base device can be arranged particularly advantageously relative to one another.
[0033] In one embodiment, the second connecting device has a recess, and the first connecting device has a positioning pin that engages in the recess. Using the recess and the positioning pin, the cassette device and the base device can be arranged particularly advantageously relative to one another.
[0034] In one embodiment, the base device comprises a first actuator that can drive a shaft for rotation about a shaft rotation axis, wherein the shaft is coupled to the second roller such that rotation of the shaft about the shaft rotation axis causes rotation of the second roller about the second rotation axis. The first actuator can thus cause rotation of the second roller about the second rotation axis.
[0035] In one embodiment, the base device has a second actuator for moving the deflection unit between the retracted position and the extended position. The second actuator can thus be used to effect the movement of the deflection unit.
[0036] In one embodiment, the cassette device has a data memory with cassette device-related data, and the base device has a first acquisition unit configured to acquire the cassette device-related data. The cassette device-related data can include, for example, a manufacturing date of the cassette device, a batch number of the cassette device, tape-related data, such as the tape material, or punched part-related data, such as the punched part material. Using the first acquisition unit, the cassette device-related data can be provided within the base device. For example, the cassette device-related data can be used to check whether the correct cassette device is attached to the base device for a specific production step.
[0037] According to a second aspect of the invention, the object mentioned at the outset is achieved by a cassette device having the features of patent claim 9. The cassette device is designed for an application device according to the first aspect. The cassette device has a housing with a first connecting device. The first connecting device is designed such that it can be detachably connected in a form-fitting manner to a second connecting device of a main body of a base device. A first opening is formed in the housing. The opening connects an interior of the housing with a surrounding area of the housing. A band is received in the interior. The band extends from a first end to a second end. Self-adhesive punched parts are arranged on a first side of the band. The cassette device has a first roll with a first roll core, which is arranged in the interior of the housing and mounted on the housing so as to be rotatable about a first axis of rotation. The tape is wound around the first roll core with a section having the first end. The cassette device has a second roll with a second roll core, which is arranged in the interior of the housing and mounted on the housing so as to be rotatable about a second axis of rotation. A section of the tape, which has the second end, is attached to the second roll core. The tape is guided along a path from the first roll to the second roll. The cassette device has a guide unit arranged in the interior of the housing and connected to the housing. The guide unit is designed such that the tape is guided on the guide unit such that a first section of the path is opposite the first opening. In the region of the first section, the first side of the band faces the first opening. The features, technical effects, and / or advantages described in connection with the application device according to the first aspect of the invention also apply at least analogously to the cassette device according to the second aspect of the invention, so that a corresponding repetition is omitted here.
[0038] In one embodiment, the guide unit comprises a first and a second deflection roller, wherein the first section of the track is arranged between the first deflection roller and the second deflection roller. Using the first deflection roller and the second deflection roller, the guide unit can provide a straight section of the track into which the deflection unit can engage with the belt.
[0039] In one embodiment, a second opening is formed in the housing, which connects the interior of the housing with the surroundings of the housing, wherein the guide unit is designed such that the band is guided on the guide unit such that a second section of the track is opposite the second opening, wherein in the region of the second section, the first side of the band faces the second opening. Because the second opening connects the interior of the housing with the surroundings of the housing, the second opening allows the clamp to be arranged in the surroundings of the housing.
[0040] In one embodiment, the first connecting device has a recess that is arranged and configured such that, when the first connecting device and the second connecting device are releasably connected to one another in a form-fitting manner, a positioning pin of the second connecting device engages in the recess. Using the recess and the positioned pin, the cassette device and the base device can be arranged particularly advantageously relative to one another.
[0041] In one embodiment, the first connecting device has a positioning pin arranged and configured such that, when the first connecting device and the second connecting device are releasably connected to one another in a form-fitting manner, the positioning pin engages in a recess in the second connecting device. Using the recess and the positioned pin, the cassette device and the base device can be arranged particularly advantageously relative to one another.
[0042] In one embodiment, the cassette device has a data memory with cassette device-related data that can be acquired by a first acquisition unit of the base device.
[0043] According to a third aspect of the invention, the object mentioned above is achieved by a base device having the features of patent claim 13. The base device has a base body and a third connecting device. The base body has a second connecting device that can be releasably connected in a form-fitting manner to a first connecting device of a housing of a cassette device according to the second aspect. The third connecting device is designed for connection to a production system. The base device has a deflection unit with a deflection element attached to a free end. The deflection unit is movably coupled to the base body such that it can be moved between a retracted position and an extended position. When the first connecting device and the second connecting device are releasably connected to one another in a form-fitting manner, the deflection unit is arranged at least in sections in the interior of the housing, the deflection element is arranged on a second side of the belt opposite the first side of the belt and opposite the first section of the track, and in the retracted position the deflection element and the belt are arranged in the interior and in the extended position a section of the belt rests on the deflection element and the deflection element and at least the section of the belt resting on the deflection element are arranged in the surrounding area. The features, technical effects and / or advantages described in connection with the application device according to the first aspect of the invention and those described in connection with the cassette device according to the second aspect of the invention also apply at least analogously to the base device according to the third aspect of the invention, so that a corresponding repetition is omitted at this point.
[0044] In one embodiment, the base device comprises a cylinder, a piston which is movable in the cylinder along an effective axis and extends from one end along the effective axis to a second end, and a suction gripping plunger attached to the second end of the piston. When the first connecting device and the second connecting device are releasably connected to one another in a form-fitting manner, the effective axis is oriented such that the suction gripping plunger can be moved along the effective axis such that the suction gripping plunger can then be brought into contact with a punched part on the strip when the deflection unit is in the extended position. Preferably, the piston can be movable in the cylinder along the effective axis such that the piston can be moved between a first position and a second position. In particular, the piston can be moved from the first position into the second position and from the second position into the first position. More preferably, the piston can be movable in the cylinder along the effective axis such that the piston can be moved between a first position, a second position and a third position. In particular, the piston can be moved from the first position into the second position, from the second position into the third position, from the third position into the second position and from the second position into the first position. It is particularly provided that when the deflection unit is in the extended position and the piston is in the first position, the suction gripper stamp is not in contact with a punched part on the strip.Further preferably, when the deflection unit is in the extended position and the piston is in the second position, the suction gripping punch is in contact with a punched part on the belt. The base device can have a vacuum source that can provide a vacuum to the suction gripping punch. In order to pick up a punched part, the deflection unit can first be moved to the extended position, next the piston can be moved to the second position so that the suction gripping punch comes into contact with the punched part on the belt and the vacuum provided to the suction gripping punch ensures that when the piston is moved to the first position or the deflection unit is moved to the intermediate position or the retracted position, the punched part remains on the suction gripping punch. After the deflection unit has been moved to the intermediate or retracted position, the piston can be moved to the third position, allowing the punched part to be applied to a workpiece with its adhesive surface. By discontinuing the application of the vacuum to the suction gripper, the punched part can remain attached to the workpiece with its adhesive surface when the piston is returned to the first or second position.
[0045] In one embodiment, the base device has a clamp, in particular in the form of a pneumatic cylinder that presses against a counterpressure plate, which, when the first connecting device of a cassette device according to the second aspect and the second connecting device are releasably connected to one another in a form-fitting manner, is arranged such that the second opening is arranged between the clamp and the second section of the web. Because the second opening connects the interior of the housing with the surroundings of the housing, the second opening enables the clamp to be arranged in the surroundings of the housing and, through the second opening in the region of the second section of the web, to grip the first side of the tape arranged in the interior, and in particular self-adhesive punched parts arranged on the tape.
[0046] In one embodiment, the second connecting device has a positioning pin arranged and configured such that, when the first connecting device of a cassette device according to the second aspect and the second connecting device are releasably connected to one another in a form-fitting manner, the positioning pin engages in the recess of the first connecting device. With the aid of the recess and the positioned pin, the cassette device and the base device can be arranged particularly advantageously relative to one another.
[0047] In one embodiment, the second connecting device has a recess arranged and configured such that, when the first connecting device of a cassette device according to the second aspect and the second connecting device are releasably connected to one another in a form-fitting manner, the positioning pin of the first connecting device engages in the recess. With the aid of the recess and the positioned pin, the cassette device and the base device can be arranged particularly advantageously relative to one another.
[0048] In one embodiment, the base device comprises a first actuator that can drive a shaft for rotation about a shaft rotation axis. The shaft can be coupled to the second roller such that rotation of the shaft about the shaft rotation axis causes rotation of the second roller about the second rotation axis. The first actuator can thus cause rotation of the second roller about the second rotation axis.
[0049] In one embodiment, the base device has a second actuator for moving the deflection unit between the retracted position and the extended position. The second actuator can thus be used to effect the movement of the deflection unit.
[0050] In one embodiment, the base device has a first acquisition unit configured to acquire cassette device-related data from a data storage device of the cassette device according to the second aspect. The cassette device-related data may include, for example, a manufacturing date of the cassette device, a batch number of the cassette device, tape-related data, such as the tape material, or punched part-related data, such as the punched part material. Using the first acquisition unit, the cassette device-related data can be provided within the base device. For example, the cassette device-related data can be used to check whether the correct cassette device is attached to the base device for a specific production step.
[0051] According to a fourth aspect of the invention, the object mentioned at the outset is achieved by a robot device having the features of patent claim 19. The robot device has a frame and a robot arm. The robot arm is attached with its first end to the frame and with its second end to the third connecting device of the base device according to the third aspect. The features, technical effects and / or advantages described in connection with the application device according to the first aspect of the invention, those described in connection with the cassette device according to the second aspect of the invention and those described in connection with the base device according to the third aspect of the invention also apply at least analogously to the robot device according to the fourth aspect of the invention, so that a corresponding repetition is omitted here.
[0052] According to a fourth aspect of the invention, the aforementioned object is achieved by a manufacturing system having the features of patent claim 20. The manufacturing system comprises a robot device according to the fourth aspect and a changing station in which a plurality of cassette devices according to the second aspect are arranged. The plurality of cassette devices in the changing station ensures that a plurality of stamped parts can be applied to a workpiece. In particular, it is provided that, with the aid of the changing station, the plurality of cassette devices can be used successively to provide a plurality of stamped parts. This can be achieved by moving the base device to the exchange station, detaching a first cassette device from the base device, placing the first cassette device in the exchange station, picking up a second cassette device from the exchange station and attaching the second cassette device to the base device.
[0053] Further features, advantages, and possible applications of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of the exemplary embodiments and the figures. All described and / or illustrated features, individually and in any combination, constitute the subject matter of the invention, regardless of their composition in the individual claims or their references. In the figures, the same reference numerals represent the same or similar objects. Figure 1 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of an application device according to the invention, wherein a deflection unit is arranged in a retracted position and a piston is arranged in a first position, Figure 2 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of a cassette device according to the invention of the application device in Figure 1 , Figure 3 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of a basic device according to the invention of the application device in Figure 1 , Figure 4 shows the application device in Figure 1 , wherein the deflection unit is arranged in an extended position and the piston is arranged in the first position, Figure 5 shows the application device in Figure 1 , wherein the deflection unit is arranged in an intermediate position and the piston is arranged in a second position, and Figure 6 shows the application device in Figure 1, wherein the deflection unit is arranged in the intermediate position and the piston is arranged in a third position.
[0054] Figure 1 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of an application device 1 according to the invention. The application device 1 has a cassette device 3 and a base device 5. Figure 2 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of the cassette device 3 according to the invention of the application device 1 in Figure 1 . Figure 3 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of the base device 5 of the application device 1 according to the invention in Figure 1 .
[0055] The cassette device 3 has a housing 7, a first roller 9 with a first roller core, a second roller 11 with a second roller core, a guide unit 13 and a data memory 15. A first opening 17 is formed in the housing 7. The first opening 17 connects an interior space 19 of the housing 7 with an environment 21 of the housing 7. In addition to the first opening 17, a second opening 23 is formed in the housing 7. The second opening 23 also connects the interior space 19 of the housing 7 with the environment 21 of the housing 7. Because the first opening 17 and the second opening 23 each connect the interior space 19 of the housing 7 with the environment 21 of the housing 7, the first opening 17 and the second opening 23 enable an element of the application device 1 to extend through the first opening 17 and / or through the second opening 23. The housing 7 has a wall. The wall has an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface faces the interior space 19. The outer surface faces the surroundings 21. The housing 7, in particular with its wall, separates the interior space 19 and the surroundings 21 from one another. By separating the interior space 19 and the surroundings 21 from one another, the housing 7 can prevent contamination of the interior space 19 and of elements arranged in the interior space 19. For example, contamination of these elements can be prevented by the housing 7. The housing 7 has a first connecting device. The first connecting device is designed to be non-detachably connected to a second connecting device in a form-fitting manner. The guide unit 13 has a first deflection roller 25, a second deflection roller 27, a third deflection roller 29, a fourth deflection roller 31, and a fifth deflection roller 33. The data memory 15 contains cassette device-related data.
[0056] The base device 5 has a base body 35, a deflection unit 37, a cylinder 39, a piston 41, a suction gripper plunger 43, a clamp 45, a first detection unit 47, a second detection unit 49, a third detection unit 51, a fourth detection unit 53, a cassette fixation 55, two conveyor rollers 57, and two recesses 59. A positioning pin 61 of two positioning pins 61 of the cassette device 3 engages in each recess 59. The base device 5 further has a first actuator and a second actuator. The base body 35 has a second connecting device, which is positively and detachably connected to the first connecting device. The second connecting device is designed to be positively and detachably connected to the first connecting device. The second connecting device has the two recesses 59 and the first connecting device has the two positioning pins 61.Furthermore, the base body 35 has a third connecting device designed to be positively and detachably connected to a production system, in particular to a section of the production system. The deflection unit 37 has a deflection element 63. The deflection element 63 is attached to a free end of the deflection unit 37. The first acquisition unit 47 is designed to acquire the cassette device-related data from the data storage device 15.
[0057] A tape 65 is accommodated in the interior 19. The tape 65 is arranged in the interior 19. Because the tape 65 is accommodated in the interior 19, the tape 65 can be protected from environmental influences. In particular, contamination of the tape 65 by the housing 7 can be prevented. The tape 65 extends from a first end to a second end. The tape is rolled up at least in sections and extends between the rolled up sections along a plurality of unrolled sections, each along a corresponding straight line or plane or along a circular segment. Self-adhesive punched parts 69 are arranged on a first side 67 of the tape 65. Each self-adhesive punched part 69 of the self-adhesive punched parts 69 has a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface. Each self-adhesive punched part 69 is attached to the tape 65 with its pressure-sensitive adhesive surface. The self-adhesive punched parts 69 can be detached from the tape 65 and then applied to a workpiece in such a way that the self-adhesive punched parts 69 are bonded to the workpiece with their pressure-sensitive adhesive surface.
[0058] No punched parts 69 are arranged on a second side 71 of the strip 65, opposite the first side 67 of the strip 65. The strip 65 is wound around the first roll core of the first roll 9 with a section having the first end of the strip 65. In particular, it is provided that the strip 65 is wound around the first roll core with a section having the section having the first end of the strip, and by rotating the first roll 9, this section of the strip can be unwound at least in sections from the first roll 9 in order to provide the self-adhesive punched parts 69. Preferably, when a large part of the strip 65 has been unwound from the first roll 9, the section having the first end is at least partially wound around the first roll core.In particular, it is provided that when the tape 65 has been unwound from the first roll 9 and all of the self-adhesive die-cut parts 69 have been provided, the section having the first end is attached to the first roll core. A section of the tape 65 having the second end of the tape 65 is attached to the second roll core of the second roll 11. By rotating the second roll 11, the sections of the tape 65 adjacent to the section of the tape 65 with the second end can be wound around the second roll core in order to unwind the tape 65 step by step from the first roll 9 and wind it onto the second roll 11, thereby gradually exposing the self-adhesive die-cut parts 69. Then, when the tape 65 has been unwound from the first roll 9 and all of the self-adhesive die-cut parts 69 have been provided, a large part of the tape is wound around the second roll core.
[0059] The first roll 9 is arranged in the interior 19 of the housing 7 and is mounted on the housing 7 so as to be rotatable about a first axis of rotation 73. Because the first roll 9 is arranged in the interior 19 of the housing 7, the first roll 9 can be protected from environmental influences. In particular, contamination of the first roll 9 by the housing 7 can be prevented. The first roll 9 is rotatably mounted on the housing 7 about the first axis of rotation 73. Due to the rotatable mounting of the first roll 9, the tape 65 can be wound onto and unwound from the first roll 9 by rotating the first roll 9 around the first roll 9. In particular, it is provided that the tape 65 is wound with a section around the first roll core of the first roll 9 and by rotating the first roll 9, this section of the tape 65 can be unwound at least in sections from the first roll 9 in order to provide the self-adhesive die-cut parts 69.
[0060] The second roller 11 is also arranged in the interior 19 of the housing 7. By arranging the second roller 11 in the interior 19 of the housing 7, the second roller 11 can be protected from environmental influences. In particular, contamination of the second roller 11 by the housing 7 can be prevented. The second roller 11 is mounted on the housing 7 so as to be rotatable about a second rotation axis 75.
[0061] Due to the rotatable mounting of the second roll 11, the tape 65 can be wound onto and off the second roll 11 by rotating the second roll 11 around the second roll 11. In particular, it is provided that the tape 65 is wound around the second roll core with a portion, and by rotating the second roll 11, this portion of the tape can be wound at least partially onto the second roll 11 in order to provide the self-adhesive die-cut parts.
[0062] The belt 65 is guided along a path from the first roller 9 to the second roller 11. The path has several sections. A first section of the path between the first roller 9 and the first deflection roller 25, a second section of the path between the first deflection roller 25 and the second deflection roller 27, a third section of the path between the second deflection roller 27 and the third deflection roller 29, a fourth section of the path between the third deflection roller 29 and the fourth deflection roller 31, and a fifth section of the path between the fourth deflection roller 31 and the second roller 11 each run along a straight line.A sixth subsection of the track, which is arranged between the first subsection of the track and the second subsection of the track, a seventh subsection of the track, which is arranged between the second subsection of the track and the third subsection of the track, an eighth subsection of the track, which is arranged between the third subsection of the track and the fourth subsection of the track, and a ninth subsection of the track, which is arranged between the fourth subsection of the track and the fifth subsection of the track, each run along a circular segment. The track therefore has a plurality of subsections which are alternately rectilinear and circular along the track. In particular, circular is to be understood here such that a circular subsection of the track describes a subsection of the track which extends along a circular segment.
[0063] When the first roller 9 rotates about the first rotation axis 73 and the second roller 11 rotates about the second rotation axis 75, sections of the tape 65 are moved from the first roller 9 along the path to the second roller 11. In other words, the tape 65 is guided along the path from the first roller 9 to the second roller 11. Viewed along the path, the direction in which the tape 65 is guided along a section of the path can also be referred to as the guide direction. In particular, the self-adhesive die-cut parts 69 arranged on the tape 65 are moved along the guide direction when the tape 65 is unwound from the first roller 9 and wound onto the second roller 11. As already described, the base device 5 has the first actuator. The first actuator can drive a shaft for rotation about a shaft rotation axis. The shaft is coupled to the second roller 11 such that rotation of the shaft about the shaft rotation axis causes rotation of the second roller 11 about the second rotation axis 75.
[0064] The guide unit 13 is also arranged in the interior 19 of the housing 7. Because the guide unit 13 is arranged in the interior 19 of the housing 7, the guide unit 13 can be protected from environmental influences. In particular, contamination of the guide unit 13 by the housing 7 can be prevented. The guide unit 13 is connected to the housing 7. A connection between the guide unit 13 and the housing 7 ensures that if the position or orientation of the housing 7 changes, the position or orientation of the guide unit 13 inevitably changes as well. As already described, the guide unit 13 has the first deflection pulley 25, the second deflection pulley 27, the third deflection pulley 29, the fourth deflection pulley 31 and the fifth deflection pulley 33.This configuration of the guide unit 13 is a particularly mechanically robust and simple way of designing the guide unit 13 such that the belt 65 is guided on the guide unit 13 such that a first section 77 of the track lies opposite the first opening 17. The first section 77 of the track is connected to the point shown in . Figure 1shown lower end of the above-described second sub-section of the track and is formed by a section of the second sub-section of the track. The guide unit 13 defines the geometry of the track by how the guide unit 13 guides the belt 65. In particular, with the help of the first deflection roller 25, the second deflection roller 27, the third deflection roller 29, the fourth deflection roller 31 and the fifth deflection roller 33, the guide unit 13 defines the geometry of the track. Because the first section 77 of the track is opposite the first opening 17, the belt 65 can be guided past the first opening 17 in sections. In the region of the first section 77 of the track, the first side 67 of the belt 65 points towards the first opening 17.
[0065] Because the first side 67 of the band 65 faces the first opening 17 in the region of the first section 77 of the web, the self-adhesive punched parts 69 arranged on the first side 67 of the band 65 face the first opening 17 in the region of the first section 77 of the web. The self-adhesive punched parts 69 can be conveyed from the first roll 9 to the first opening 17 such that the self-adhesive punched parts 69 in the region of the first section 77 of the web are arranged on the first side 67 of the band 65 and facing the first opening 17. The first section 77 of the web is arranged between the first deflection roller 25 and the second deflection roller 27 and between the fifth deflection roller 33 and the second deflection roller 27. By means of the first deflection roller 25 and the second deflection roller 27, the guide unit 13 can provide a straight section of the path in which the deflection unit 37 can engage with the belt 65.The fifth deflection roller 33 ensures that, when the deflection unit 37 engages with the belt 65, the belt 65 is guided at a distance from the housing 7. Furthermore, the guide unit 13 is designed such that the belt 65 is guided on the guide unit 13 such that a second section 79 of the path lies opposite the second opening 23. In the region of the second section 79, the first side 67 of the belt 65 faces the second opening 23. As already described, the base device 5 has the clamp 45. The clamp 45 is arranged such that the second opening 23 is arranged between the clamp 45 and the second section 79.
[0066] The deflection unit 37 can be arranged such that the deflection unit 37 acts on a section of the belt 65 such that the path along which the belt 65 is guided is changed at least in sections. The deflection unit 37 forms a section of the base device 5 and, when the second connecting device is positively and detachably connected to the first connecting device, is arranged at least in sections in the interior 19 of the housing 7. When the second connecting device is positively and detachably connected to the first connecting device, the deflection unit 37 can be protected from environmental influences at least in sections. In particular, contamination of a section of the deflection unit 37 can be prevented in this case. The deflection unit 37 has the free end to which the deflection element 63 is attached. The deflection element 63 can be arranged such that the deflection element 63 acts on a section of the belt 65 such that the path along which the belt 65 is guided is changed, at least in sections. In particular, the deflection element can have a deflection roller that can be brought into contact with the belt 65 so that the deflection roller rolls on the belt. When the deflection roller has been brought into contact with the belt 65 so that the deflection roller rolls on the belt 65, the path has a circular section in the area of this deflection roller, to which two straight sections adjoin on two opposite sides of the deflection roller. The geometry of the path can thus be influenced by the deflection roller.
[0067] The deflection element 63 of the deflection unit 37 is arranged on the second side 71 of the belt 65. Furthermore, the deflection element 63 is arranged opposite the first section 77 of the web. Because the deflection element 63 is arranged on the second side 71 of the belt 65, the deflection element 63 can act on the belt 65 in such a way that the geometry of the web is changed without the deflection element 63 coming into contact with the self-adhesive die-cut parts 69 arranged on the first side 67. Because the deflection element 63 is arranged opposite the first section 77, the deflection element 63 can act on the first section 77 of the web.In particular, the deflection element can be brought into contact with the band 35 from the second side 71 of the band 65 and the band 65 can be moved in the first section 77 of the web together with one or more self-adhesive punched parts 69 arranged in this area on the second side 71 of the band 65 in the direction of the first opening 17.
[0068] The deflection unit 37 is movably coupled to the base body 35. In Figure 1 The deflection unit 37 is shown in a retracted position. In the retracted position, the deflection element 63 and the belt 65 are arranged in the interior space 19. Because the deflection element 63 and the belt 65 are arranged in the retracted position in the interior space 19, the deflection element 63 and the belt 65 can be protected from environmental influences. In particular, contamination of the deflection element 63 and the belt 65 by the housing 7 can be prevented. Figures 4 , 5 and 6show the application device 1 in Figure 1 As already described, Figure 1 the deflection unit is arranged in the retracted position. In Figure 4 the deflection unit is arranged in an extended position and in the Figures 5 and 6the deflection unit is arranged in an intermediate position. The deflection unit 37 is movably coupled to the base body 35 such that the deflection unit 37 can be moved between the retracted position and the extended position as well as the intermediate position. The deflection unit 37 can be moved from the retracted position to the intermediate position, from the intermediate position to the extended position, from the extended position to the intermediate position and from the intermediate position to the retracted position. In the extended position, a partial section of the belt 65 rests against the deflection element 63 and the deflection element 63 and at least the partial section of the belt 65 resting against the deflection element 63 are arranged in the environment 21. By the partial section of the belt 65 resting against the deflection element 63, the geometry of the path can be influenced by the positioning of the deflection element 63.Because the deflection element 63 is arranged in the environment 21, the deflection element 63 ensures that the partial section of the belt 65, and thus a section of the web, is arranged in the environment 21. In particular, the belt 65 rests with its second side 71 against the deflection element 63, so that the partial section of the belt 65 on the second side 71 of the belt 65 is in contact with the deflection element 63. Because the partial section of the belt 65 is arranged in the environment 21, one or more self-adhesive punched parts 69, which are arranged in the region of the partial section on the second side 71 of the belt 65, can be provided in the environment 21. As already described, the base device 5 has the second actuator. The second actuator is designed to drive the movement of the deflection unit 37 between the retracted position, the intermediate position, and the extended position.
[0069] As already described, the base device 5 comprises the cylinder 39 and the piston 41. The piston 41 can be moved into the cylinder 39 along an effective axis. Figure 4 the piston 41 is arranged in the first position, in Figure 5 the piston is arranged in a second position and in Figure 6the piston is arranged in a third position. The piston 41 extends from one end along the effective axis to a second end. The suction gripper ram 43 is attached to the second end of the piston 41. The suction gripper ram 43 can therefore be moved along the effective axis. In this case, the effective axis is oriented such that the suction gripper ram 43 can be moved along the effective axis such that the suction gripper ram 43 can then be brought into contact with a punched part on the belt 65 when the deflection unit 37 is in the extended position. The effective axis is arranged such that it and the travel path of the deflection unit 37 intersect when moving between the retracted position and the extended position. An intersecting of the travel path and the effective axis makes it possible for a Figures 1 and 3-6illustrated mechanically robust construction, in which the suction gripping plunger 43 is attached to the second end of the piston 41 such that it is arranged behind the second end along the effective axis as seen in a direction from the first end to the second end, the suction gripping plunger 43 and a punched part 69 arranged on the belt 65 can be brought into contact with one another.
[0070] The piston 41 can be moved in the cylinder 39 along the effective axis such that the piston 41 can be moved between the first position, the second position, and the third position. In particular, the piston 41 can be moved from the first position to the second position, from the second position to the third position, from the third position to the second position, and from the second position to the first position. When the deflection unit 37 is in the extended position and the piston 41 is in the first position, the suction gripper ram 43 is not in contact with a punched part 69 on the belt 65. When the deflection unit 37 is in the extended position and the piston 41 is in the second position, the suction gripper ram 43 is in contact with a punched part 69 on the belt 65. The base device 5 has a vacuum source that can provide a vacuum to the suction gripper ram 43.To pick up a punched part 69, the deflection unit 37 is first moved to the extended position. Next, the piston 41 is moved to the second position so that the suction gripping stamp 43 comes into contact with the punched part 69 on the belt 65. The negative pressure provided on the suction gripping stamp 43 then ensures that when the piston 41 is moved to the first position and / or the deflection unit 37 is moved to the intermediate or retracted position, the punched part 69 remains on the suction gripping stamp 43. After the deflection unit 37 has been moved to the intermediate or retracted position, the piston 41 can be moved to the third position so that the punched part 39 can be applied to a workpiece with its pressure-sensitive adhesive surface.By ceasing the provision of the negative pressure to the suction gripper plunger 43, when the piston 41 is returned to the first position or to the second position, the punched part 69 can remain attached to the workpiece with its pressure-sensitive adhesive surface.
[0071] The application device 1 described here, the cassette device 3, and the base device 5 are adapted for a robot device and a manufacturing system. The robot device comprises a frame and a robot arm. The robot arm is attached to the frame at its first end. The robot arm is attached to the third connection device of the base device at its second end. The manufacturing system comprises the robot device and a change station. The change station comprises a plurality of cassette devices 3 arranged in the change station.
[0072] In particular, because the cassette device 3 has the housing 7, the tape 65 with the self-adhesive punched parts 69 is arranged in the interior 19 of the housing 7, and only in the intermediate position and in the extended position a portion of the tape 65 is arranged in the environment 21, the self-adhesive punched parts 69 can be protected from environmental influences until they are moved into the extended position or into the intermediate position into the environment 21 by a movement of the deflection unit 37. The cassette device 3 has the first roll 9 and the second roll 11, on which the tape 65 with the self-adhesive punched parts 69 is attached or wound. The application device 1 thus has the cassette device 3, which in turn has the tape 65 with the self-adhesive punched parts 69.Once the self-adhesive punched parts 69 of the strip 65 of the cassette device 3 have been provided, so that no more self-adhesive punched parts 69 are arranged on the strip 65, the cassette device 3 can be removed from the application device 1 by releasing the positive and releasable connection between the first connecting device and the second connecting device. Subsequently, another cassette device 3 with a strip 65 with self-adhesive punched parts 69 can be inserted into the application device 1 by positively and releasably connecting a first connecting device of the further cassette device 3 to the second connecting device. When the self-adhesive punched parts 69 of a first cassette device 3 have been provided and the first cassette device 3 thus no longer has any self-adhesive punched parts 69 that it can provide, the first cassette device 3 can be separated from the base device 5 and a second cassette device 3 with self-adhesive punched parts 69 can be connected to the base device 5. Because the application device 1 has a cassette device 3 according to the invention, the self-adhesive punched parts 69 can be provided easily and quickly, in particular when many self-adhesive punched parts 69 are to be provided over a long period of time and, with this number of self-adhesive punched parts 69, replacing a strip with self-adhesive punched parts would be necessary when using application devices known from the prior art. With the application device 1 according to the invention, the provision of a plurality of self-adhesive punched parts 69 is therefore particularly simple and quick, since only the cassette device 3 needs to be replaced, and the connection between the cassette device 3 and the base device 5 can be easily and quickly released and established.
