Description

Field of technology

[0001] The invention relates to a stackable box that is made of recyclable material and usable for a variety of goods.State of the art

[0002] Currently, cardboard boxes or plastic boxes are used for packaging, storage and transport of goods, which cannot be stacked due to the load-bearing capacity of the material or their weak construction and especially the construction of the bottom. Such weakened boxes are usually stacked separately in racks or loose on the storage area or loading area of transport vehicles. The use of conventional packaging, especially cardboard, leads to its deterioration when stacked on the shelves, as the box has to be cut open to ensure access to the goods, which can also damage the goods. If such boxes have to be stacked, there is a risk of damage to them as well as to the stored goods. The use of racking or storage without stacking incurs higher costs for packing, storing and transporting these goods.Essence of the invention

[0003] The shortcomings mentioned in the prior art are remedied by the invention, the essence of which is based on a stackable box which is made of recyclable material. A stackable recyclable box is formed by two cutouts, wherein the first cutout has a first portion that is divided into a portion that is separated from the portion by an edge and a portion that is separated from the portion by an edge, the portion being edge-connected to the protruding portion, a portion of the second part is connected to the part through the edge, a portion is connected to the part on one side through the edge and a portion is connected to the part on the other side through the edge, the portions and the parts are separated from each other, the side edges of the portion are angled and the outer edge has projections, and the portion has a recess on the outer side. The second section has a first part that is divided into a part that is separated from the part by an edge and a part that is separated from the part by an edge, the part is connected to the protruding part by an edge, a part of the second section connects to the part through the edge, a part connects to the part through the edge on one side and a part connects to the part through the edge on the other side, the parts and the parts are separated from each other, the side edges of the part are straight and the outer edge has a recess, and the part has a protrusion on the inner side of the recess. A hole with a door is formed in a part of the piece. All edges are made by creasing.

[0004] The two cross-sections are joined by sealing with a heat sealing device using tapes in the form of a polypropylene sheet, or tapes in the form of adhesive tape or velcro. The stackable recyclable box is conveniently made of hollow polypropylene board with the hollows oriented in the direction of the cut. The stackable recyclable box can be secured with adhesive tape indicating the unwrapping of the rewrapped parts.

[0005] The method of folding the stackable recyclable box comprises folding the joined cross-sections around the edges and then bending the parts around the edges so that the protrusions and recesses fit together and then, or successively, the parts fit together with their recesses, the part fits against the part and the part fits against the part, and then the parts fit on top of each other around the edges.Overview of figures on drawings

[0006] Figure 1 shows the first cross-section. Figure 2 shows the second cross-section. Figure 3 shows the cross-sections joined using tape. Figure 4 shows a stackable box.Examples of implementation

[0007] A stackable recyclable box is formed by two sections A and B, wherein the first section A has a first part 1a which is divided into a part 1b which is separated from the part 1c by an edge a and the part 1c is separated from the part 1d by an edge b, the part 1c being connected to the protruding part 1e by an edge c, part 1c is joined to part 2c of the second part 2a via edge d, part 2c is joined to part 2b on one side via edge e and part 2d is joined to part 2c on the other side via edge f, parts 1b and 2b and parts 1d and 2d are separated from each other, the side edges of part 1d are inclined and the outer edge has projections 1f, part 2d has a recess 2e on the outer side. The second cross-section B has a first part 3a which is divided into a part 3b which is separated from the part 3c by an edge g and the part 3c is separated from the part 3d by an edge h, the part 3c is connected to the projecting part 3e by an edge m, the part 3c is connected to the part 3c by a part 4c of the second part 4a via an edge n, part 4c is joined on one side by part 4b through edge p and on the other side by part 4d through edge r, parts 3b and 4b and parts 3d and 4d are separated from each other, the side edges of part 3d are straight and the outer edge has recess 3f, part 4d has a recess 4e on the inner side. In part 3c of part 3a, an opening 3g with a door is formed. Edges a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, m, n, p, r are made by creasing, because of the precise bending of the parts around this edge.

[0008] The two cross-sections A and B are connected by a heat sealing device, where edge 1e is welded to the inner part of edge 4f and edge 3e is welded to the inner part of edge 2f while edges c, d, m, n, are reinforced by tapes p1, p2, p3, p4 wherein the tapes p1, p2, p3 and p4 are in the form of a polypropylene sheet wound by a hot air machine or tape or Velcro which are recyclable with the base material of the box without deteriorating.

[0009] The method of folding the stackable recyclable box is to fold the connected cross-sections A and B around the edges d and n, and then fold the parts 1d and 3d around the edges b, h, f and r so that the projections 1f and recesses 3f fit together, and then, respectively, portions 2d and 4d fit into each other by their recesses 2e and 4e, portion 1e adjoining portion 4c and portion 3e adjoining portion 2c, then portions 1b, 2b, 3b and 4b fit on top of each other around edges a, e, g and p.

[0010] The stackable recyclable box is conveniently made of hollow polypropylene board with the hollows oriented in the direction of the cut. The stackable recyclable box can be secured with adhesive tape indicating the unwrapping of the rewrapped parts.Industrial applicability

[0011] The stackable recyclable box can be used for packaging goods of variable dimensions and can be used in all areas of technology, for storage, transport, archiving.
