Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of hardware equipment, specifically to a pull-out faucet. Background Technology
[0002] In daily life and industrial applications, pull-out faucets are commonly used in equipment such as faucets, water pipes, and spray nozzles. Traditional pull-out faucets are typically composed of a switch valve, an outer pipe, and a pull-out head. Users control the flow of water by pulling the head. However, existing pull-out faucets have some issues with sealing and durability. Frequent opening and closing of the water flow during use often lead to friction and wear between the pull-out head and the pipe, affecting their sealing performance.Summary of the Invention
[0003] The present invention provides an improved pull-out faucet to alleviate the above-mentioned issues.
[0004] The technical solution adopted by the present invention is as follows: A pull-out faucet includes a switch valve, an outer pipe, and a pull-out head. The front end of the outer pipe is equipped with the pull-out head, and the rear end is securely connected to the outlet of the switch valve. Inside the outer pipe, there is a lock head and a flexible pull-out pipe with a spring. The rear end of the flexible pull-out pipe has a pipe connector, which passes through the lock head to connect to the pull-out head. The outer wall of the pipe connector fits into the gap between the inner wall of the outer pipe. The outer wall of the lock head has a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring positioned between the lock head and the outer pipe. There is a third sealing ring and a fourth sealing ring between the outer wall of the flexible pull-out pipe and the lock head. All four sealing rings are relatively fixed to the lock head.
[0005] Furthermore, the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring may both be O-rings, and the outer wall of the lock head may have two separate annular grooves for retaining the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring.
[0006] Additionally, the third sealing ring may be an O-ring, and the fourth sealing ring may be a rubber gasket structure. The inner wall of the lock head may have two separate annular grooves for retaining the third sealing ring and the fourth sealing ring.
[0007] Furthermore, the fourth sealing ring may have a hollow layer in its ring wall, and the central hole wall may have an annular protrusion that fits the outer wall of the flexible pull-out pipe.
[0008] Compared to the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention include: 1. The improved sealing structure reduces friction and wear between the pull-out head and the pipe, making the pull-out faucet more durable and capable of enduring more switching and usage cycles, thus extending its lifespan. 2. Users can easily control water flow through the pull-out head without exerting excessive force, making the operation more convenient. 3. This improved pull-out faucet design is suitable for various water flow control scenarios, including kitchens, bathrooms, and industrial applications, with a wide range of applications. 4. The hollow layer and annular protrusion design of the fourth sealing ring effectively enhance the sealing performance, ensuring a tight connection between the sealing ring and the pipe, reducing the risk of water leakage, and increasing the pressure resistance of the pull-out head. The annular protrusion on the central hole wall also reduces direct contact between the sealing ring and the outer wall of the flexible pull-out pipe, thus reducing wear and friction, which helps prolong the life of the sealing ring and reduce maintenance and replacement frequency.
[0009] In order to make the objectives, features, and advantages of the present invention more clearly understandable, the following is a detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention, accompanied by the attached drawings.Brief description of the figures
[0010] To provide a clearer explanation of the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention, the following descriptions are provided for the figures used in the embodiments. It should be understood that the following figures only represent some of the embodiments of the present invention and should not be considered as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art can obtain additional relevant figures without exercising inventive effort. Figure 1 is an external structural diagram of the pull-out faucet described in the present invention. Figure 2 is a sectional structural diagram of the pull-out faucet described in the present invention. Figure 3 is a local magnified view at point A in Figure 2. Figure 4 is a local magnified view at point B in Figure 2. Figure 5 is a structural diagram of the fourth sealing ring described in the present invention. Detailed description
[0011] Referring to Figure 1 to Figure 4, an embodiment of the present invention is directed to a pull-out faucet, which includes a switch valve 1, an outer pipe 2, and a pull-out head 3. The front end of the outer pipe 2 is equipped with the pull-out head 3, and the rear end of the outer pipe 2 is securely connected to the outlet of the switch valve 1. Inside the outer pipe 2, there is a lock head 6 and a flexible pull-out pipe 4 with a spring 5. The rear end of the flexible pull-out pipe 4 has a pipe connector 8, which passes through the lock head 6 to connect to the pull-out head 3. The outer wall of the pipe connector 8 fits into the gap between the inner wall of the outer pipe 2. The outer wall of the lock head 6 has a first sealing ring 7 and a second sealing ring 9 positioned between the lock head 6 and the outer pipe 2. There is a third sealing ring 10 and a fourth sealing ring 11 between the outer wall of the flexible pull-out pipe 4 and the lock head 6. All four sealing rings are relatively fixed to the lock head 6.
[0012] In this embodiment, the switch valve 1, outer pipe 2, and pull-out head 3 are made of stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials to ensure long-term durability. The flexible pull-out pipe 4 is made of soft rubber or plastic materials, which allows for bending and extension and can resist water pressure.
[0013] The first sealing ring 7 and the second sealing ring 9 are both O-rings, made of O-ring materials with good sealing and durability. The outer wall of the lock head 6 is equipped with two separate annular grooves, one for retaining the first sealing ring 7 and the other for retaining the second sealing ring 9.
[0014] The third sealing ring 10 is an O-ring with excellent sealing properties, and the fourth sealing ring 11 is a rubber gasket structure with better adaptability and durability. The inner wall of the lock head 6 is equipped with two separate annular grooves for retaining the third sealing ring 10 and the fourth sealing ring 11.
[0015] As shown in Figure 5, the fourth sealing ring 11 has an annular protrusion 111 inside its central hole wall, which fits the outer wall of the flexible pull-out pipe 4, ensuring a tight connection between the sealing ring and the pipe. The hollow layer 112 in the ring wall of the sealing ring increases the sealing performance.
[0016] The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention. Those skilled in the art can make various modifications, equivalent replacements, and improvements, consistent with the above principles and within the scope of the present invention.
