Thus, features defining "first", "second", and the like can expressively or implicitly include at least one feature. In the description of the present disclosure, unless otherwise specified, "a plurality of" means at least two, for example, two, three, and the like.

[0026] In the present disclosure, unless otherwise specified and defined, the terms "mount", "connect", "connection" and "fix" shall be understood in a board sensor. For example, it can be either fixed connection or detachable connection or integrated connection; either mechanical connection or electrical connection; either direct connection or indirect connection through an intermediate, and communication in two components or interaction relaxation of the two components, unless otherwise specified. Those of ordinary skill in the art can understand the specific meaning of the terms in the present invention under specific circumstances.

[0027] Figure 1 illustrates an aerosol generation device 1 in some embodiments of the present disclosure and an aerosol generation substance 2 detachably inserted at one end of the aerosol generation device 1. The aerosol generation device 1 can be in a square column shape in some embodiment to facilitate a user to hold it. The aerosol generation device 1 can bake and heat the aerosol generation substance 2 inserted therein at a low temperature to release an aerosol extract in the aerosol generation substance 2 in a non-burn state. The aerosol generation substance 2 can be cylindrical in some embodiments, which may include a solid aerosol generation substance of plant leaves after treatment. It can be understood that the aerosol generation device 1 is not limited to the square column shape. In some other embodiments, it can also be cylindrical, cylindroid, and the like.

[0028] The aerosol generation device 1 in some embodiment can include a heating device 10 and a housing 20 for carrying the heating device 10. The heating device 10 in some embodiments can be tubular-shaped. The aerosol generation substance 2 can be detachably inserted into the heating device 10 such that the heating device 10 can heat and bake the aerosol generation substance 2 from the periphery of the aerosol generation substance 2. The aerosol generation device 1 in some embodiment can further include a battery or batteries (not shown in the Figures) arranged in the housing 20. The battery is electrically connected to the heating device 10 to supply power to the heating device 10.

[0029] Referring to Figures 2-5 together, the heating device 10 in some embodiments can include a substrate 11, an insulating layer 12 arranged on an outer surface of the substrate 11, two heating layers 13 arranged on an outer surface of the insulating layer 12, and protecting layer 14 arranged on outer surfaces of the two heating layers 13. It can be understood that the number of the heating layers 13 can be greater than two.

[0030] The substrate 11 in some embodiment can be cylindrical-shaped and made of a metal material, which includes two heating areas axially integrally connected to each other and a first partition 113 arranged between the two heating areas. Specifically, the two heating areas include a first heating area 111 and a second heating area 112. The first partition 113 is arranged between the first heating area 111 and the second heating area 112. When the first heating area 111 heats and the second heating area 112 does not heat, the first partition 113 can reduce heat transfer from the first heating area 111 to the second heating area 112 thereby reducing the heat loss of the first heating area 111 and improve the heating efficiency of the first heating area 111, so that the power consumption is reduced. Moreover, when the first heating area 111 heats and the second heating area 112 does not heat, the temperature of the first heating area 111 can be rapidly increased, so that the preheating time is shortened. Further, as the first heating area 111 is fixed, the area of a heated medium is decreased, so that the aerosol generation substance can be rapidly heated and atomized in a small area to improve the concentration of the aerosol.

[0031] Similarly, when the second heating area 112 heats and the first heating area 111 does not heat, the first partition 113 can reduce heat transfer from the second heating area 112 to the first heating area 111 thereby reducing the heat loss of the second heating area 112 and improve the heating efficiency of the second heating area 112, so that the power consumption is reduced. Moreover, when the second heating area 112 heats and the first heating area 111 does not heat, the temperature of the second heating area 112 can be rapidly increased, so that the preheating time is shortened. Further, as the second heating area 112 is fixed, the area of a heated medium is decreased, so that the aerosol generation substance can be rapidly heated and atomized in a small area to improve the concentration of the aerosol.

[0032] In some embodiments, the two heating layers 13 are arranged on outer sides of the two heating areas, respectively, and two another heating layers 13 can also be disposed on inner sides of the two heating areas, respectively. It can be understood that the substrate 11 is not limited to being cylindrical-shaped, but can be square tubular-shaped, regular polygonal tubular-shaped, and the like. It can be further understood that the substrate 11 is not limited to being cylindrical, but can be flake-like and so on. It can also be understood that the substrate 11 is not limited to being made of a conducting material such as a metal, but can be made of a non-metal material such as a heat conducting ceramic. It can be understood that the number of the heating areas is not limited to two, but can also be three or more, and one first partition 113 is arranged between every two adjacent heating areas.

[0033] The first partition 113 in some embodiments can include a plurality of grooves, and each of the grooves penetrates through the inner surface and the outer surface of the substrate 11 so that the grooves have a better heat insulation effect. In some embodiments, the grooves can be elongated-shaped and have a certain extension length. Each of the grooves extends in a circumferential direction of the substrate 11, and the plurality of grooves are uniformly distributed at an interval in the circumferential direction of the substrate 11. It can be understood that each of the first partitions 113 can also include one groove only. In some other embodiments, the grooves do not penetrate through the inner and outer surfaces of the tubular-shaped substrate 11. For example, the grooves can extend from the outer surface of the cylindrical substrate 11 to the inner surface but do not penetrate through the inner surface. It can be understood that the more space occupied by the first partition 113 on the substrate 11, the better the heat insulation effect is. The first partition 113 occupying too much space may lead to insufficient structural strength of the substrate 11, which affects the heating effect. In other embodiments, the number and size of the grooves can be designed according to the material, thickness, and the like of the substrate 11.

[0034] In some embodiments, the first partition 113 may include a plurality of through holes (not shown in the drawings), and the through holes can be distributed at an interval in the circumferential direction of the substrate 11. Each of the through holes penetrates through the inner surface and the outer surface of the substrate 11. It can be understood that the shape of the through holes is not limited and can be in various shapes such as round, elliptic, square, or triangular shapes. It can be understood that the arrangement mode of the plurality of through holes can be set as needed, for example, the distribution of the plurality of through holes in the axial direction of the substrate 11. It can be understood that the first partition 113 can be achieved by way of either the grooves and / or through holes or other ways, which is not limited herein.

[0035] The insulating layer 12 in some embodiments can cover the outer surface of the substrate 11, including a first insulating part 121 and a second insulating part 122. The first insulating part 121 and the second insulating part 122 cover the first heating area 111 and the second heating area 112, respectively. A second partition 123 is arranged between the first insulating part 121 and the second insulating part 122. The size, shape, and position of the second partition 123 correspond to the size, shape, and position of the first partition 113. The insulating layer 12 can be formed by one of the processes such as dipcoating, sintering, magnetron sputtering, and spraying, covering the outer surface of the substrate 11. Specifically, the insulating layer 12 in some embodiments can also be a ceramic film formed by a casting process technology. After the heating layer 13 is screen-printed to the insulating layer 12, the insulating layer 12 made of the ceramic film is wound on the substrate 11 and the heating layer 13 is located on one side opposite to the substrate 11. Then, the ceramic film and the heating layer 13 are sintered to the substrate 11. It can be understood that when the substrate 11 is made of a non-metal material such as heat conducting ceramic, the insulating layer 12 may be omitted.

[0036] The heating layer 13 in some embodiments is a spiral resistive film layer, including a first heating layer and a second heating layer. The first heating layer and the second heating layer are formed on the first insulating part 121 and the second insulating part 122 by way of screen printing, respectively, so that segmented heating of the aerosol generation substance can also be achieved. The first heating layer and the second heating layer can be distributed in the axial direction of the cylindrical substrate 11, to segmented heat the aerosol generation substance in the axial direction of the aerosol generation substance. It can be understood that the first heating layer and the second heating layer can also be distributed in the circumferential direction of the substrate 11. When voltages are applied to two poles of the heating layer 13, a current passes through the heating layer 13 to make the heating layer 13 generate heat to bake and heat the aerosol generation substance. It can be understood that the structural form of the heating layer 13 is not limited, for example, it can be a heating film, a metal heating wire, a metal heating sheet, or a metal heating mesh. It can be understood that the number of the heating layers 13 is not limited to two, but can also be three or more.

[0037] The protecting layer 14 in some embodiments can include a first protecting part 141 and a second protecting part 142, covering the two heating layers 13, respectively. In some embodiments, the protecting layer 14 can be formed by glazing glass glaze or a ceramic coating. The protecting layer 14 can reduce the erosion effect of oxygen and impurities on the heating layer 13 so that the service life of the heating layer is prolonged. In some embodiments, a third partition 143 can be arranged on the outer surface of the protecting layer 14, and the shape, size, and position of the third partition 143 correspond to the shape, size, and position of the first partition 113.

[0038] Referring to Figure 6 together, in some embodiments, the substrate 11 in some embodiments can further include a fixing section 114 arranged at the tail end of the substrate 11. The fixing section 114 is integrally connected to the second heating area 112. The fixing section 114 is used to fix and mount the substrate 11. It can be understood that in some other embodiments, the fixing section 114 and the second heating area 112 in the substrate 11 can also be independently made as two parts. Moreover, the fixing section 114 can be made of a material with a small heat capacity and low heat conductivity, for example, PEEK or ceramic material. The second heating area 112 can be made of a material with high heat conductivity so that the heat in the second heating area 112 transferred by the fixing section 114 can be reduced.

[0039] It can be understood that the above embodiments merely express the preferred implementations of the present disclosure. The description is specific and detailed but cannot, therefore, be construed as a limitation to the patent scope of the present disclosure. It is to be pointed out that those of ordinary skill in the art can freely combine the above technical features without departing from the concept of the present disclosure and also can make several variations and improvements. These variations and improvements fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, equivalent substitutions and modifications made within the scope of the claims of the present disclosure shall all fall within the coverage of the claims of the present disclosure.
