Description

[0001]DESCRIPTION TITLE: DEVICE FOR PACKAGING AND APPLYING A COSMETIC PRODUCT TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The technical field of the invention is that of devices for packaging and applying a cosmetic product. The present invention relates to a device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product, in particular a solid or semi-solid cosmetic product such as lipstick presented in the form of a stick called a "grape", and in particular a refillable packaging and application device. TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Solid or semi-solid cosmetic products such as lipsticks, foundations or concealers are conventionally shaped into a cylindrical stick and packaged in tubular packaging devices. Generally, these tubular devices comprise a base, a support for housing the cylindrical stick, and a mechanism for axially moving the support in the base, this mechanism allowing the stick to be revealed outside the base and thus made accessible to the user, or on the contrary to be retracted inside the base. To protect the product from the ambient air, the tubular devices also receive a cover, or cap, which cooperates with the base. Such devices have the disadvantage of not being designed to be eco-responsible: the entire device must be discarded when the cosmetic product is consumed, and the complex mechanism requires the use of several types of materials which are not all recyclable. For cosmetic product manufacturers wishing to reduce their ecological footprint and comply with corporate social responsibility requirements, such devices are therefore not satisfactory. To overcome these disadvantages,It is currently possible to reduce the number of materials used by simplifying the mechanism for moving the stick, or to provide a rechargeable device. Thus, patent application FR2879905A1 relates to a dispenser of a cosmetic product, typically a lipstick, which is simple and inexpensive. The dispenser comprises a base, a support for the cosmetic product and a protective casing forming a ring capable of being moved axially in the base. The support is fixed, integral with the base, and it is the protective casing which, by moving, allows the cosmetic product to be revealed or protected. The dispenser, at least in its simplest form, may comprise only three molded parts. However, such a device is not rechargeable. Known rechargeable devices ensuring correct attachment of the refill in the device generally comprise numerous parts which may be complex to manufacture and assemble. Thus, patent EP3148367B1 describes a rechargeable lipstick device comprising a base, a helical casing and a tubular element forming the mechanism for setting the product in motion, as well as a support comprising an upper part for housing the cosmetic product and a lower part bearing a radial lug. The two parts of the support can be decoupled using different solutions, in particular a solution of unscrewing the two parts of the support when they are screwed together, a coupling system using a magnet or pair of magnets,or a reversible force mounting solution. The two parts can be coupled by relative axial displacement of the two parts of the support. To move from a locked position, in which the product is fixed in the device, and to an unlocked position in which the product can be removed from the device, the upper part of the support is moved axially out of the lower part. Patent US8328445B2 further discloses a device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product, in particular a lipstick or other stick-shaped pasty product, comprising a base and a support forming a refill cartridge. The base comprises a projection and the support comprises concentric and juxtaposed tubular walls,a movable housing for the product and a support surface. The support is thus able to be engaged in the base by the axial reception of the holding surface against the projection. The support further integrates the mechanism for moving the product (retraction or unveiling of the product) thanks to the fact that one of the tubular walls comprises a helical slot and the other fixing pins inserted through the helical slot. In addition to their complexity, these two devices require the user to perform specific gestures for fixing the product in the base (coupling / decoupling by axial movement, locking). There is therefore a need for a rechargeable device that is simpler to manufacture, therefore more eco-responsible, and also simpler to use. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The invention offers a solution to the problem mentioned above,by providing a device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product in which a simple mechanism makes it possible to unload / reload the cosmetic product with the same movement as that used to cover or protect the cosmetic product. The device is thus easier to manufacture and easier to use, thanks to rapid, easy and natural disassembly / assembly for the user. One aspect of the invention relates to a device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product, for example a lipstick stick, comprising: - a base extending around a longitudinal axis and comprising a first side wall, the first side wall having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, called the free end, - a removable support comprising a housing in which the cosmetic product is arranged, the removable support being coupled to the free end of the first side wall; - a protective casing inside which the removable support is housed, the protective casing forming a movable ring, the ring being able to be moved axially along the base, device in which the protective casing comprises: - a first portion configured to surround and protect the cosmetic product; - a second portion slidably mounted on the base, - a bearing surface intended to lift the removable support; and in which the second portion of the protective casing is able to slide on the base until the removable support is decoupled from the free end of the first side wall and the protective casing is removed, taking the removable support with it. Thus, the second portion of the protective casing, slidably mounted on the base, is the part of the protective casing which ensures, under the effect of manual action on the part of a user, the axial displacement of the protective casing. The second portion therefore makes it possible to simultaneously move (axially) the support surface and the first portion. During this movement, the support surface cooperates (comes into contact or couples) with the removable support, and the first portion protects or reveals the cosmetic product. Furthermore, the first side wall comprises a free end to which the removable support is coupled. At this end, there is preferably no obstacle likely to hinder the movement / sliding of the second portion on the base. As a result, the second portion is able to slide on the base to a position before which the support surface has cooperated with the removable support to decouple it from the free end, and from which the second portion detaches from the base. Thus, the protective casing is removed from the base, taking the removable support with it. These features make it possible to make the device easily removable. In particular, the removable support is simplified compared to the prior art by not including the disassembly mechanism or the mechanism for setting the cosmetic product in motion. The production of a free end is simple. Great flexibility in the manufacture of the parts is allowed. The base, the protective casing, the removable support can thus be manufactured from a single material and quickly, for example by 3D printing, and their assembly can be a simple axial assembly. The simplicity of the device makes it easier to recycle and requires less energy to manufacture. Furthermore, these same features allow simple use of the device. In particular, the gesture for unloading or reloading the cosmetic product is respectively the same as that for protecting or revealing the cosmetic product. Advantageously, the base further comprises a second side wall arranged around the first side wall so that the first and second side walls define between them an annular cavity in which the protective casing slides axially. The second side wall makes it possible to complete the base and more precisely to protect, by surrounding it, the sliding mechanism of the protective casing. In a preferred embodiment, the second portion is slidably mounted on an external surface of the first side wall. The protective casing then forms a movable ring capable of being moved axially along the first side wall. When the base comprises the second side wall, the fact that the second portion is slidably mounted on the outer surface of the first side wall means that the second side wall does not require any arrangement intended to slide the protective casing. This makes it possible to preserve the quality of this wall. In particular, this makes it possible to preserve the outer surface of this wall. The outer surface of the second side wall therefore has a pleasant aesthetic appearance, and can thus be customizable or available in decorative themes comprising various patterns, colors or embellishments. The invention according to this embodiment thus makes it possible to produce an original and attractive device for the user. The outer surface of the first portion of the protective casing can further be customizable and decorated with decorative themes. This makes it possible to improve the appeal of the device for the user. Preferably, the second portion of the protective casing is capable of sliding along the entire length of the first side wall. Thus, the cosmetic product can be fully revealed. Advantageously, the second portion of the protective casing and the external surface of the first side wall are configured to form a helical sliding connection. Thus, the application / disassembly gesture of the cosmetic product is the same as that used traditionally, despite a different mechanism for setting the cosmetic product in motion. Preferably, the second portion of the protective casing comprises an internal helical thread and the external surface of the first side wall comprises an external helical thread corresponding to the internal helical thread. The helical sliding connection is thus simple to produce. For example,it can be made by molding or by 3D printing. Furthermore, the protective envelope and the base can be made of the same material, for example a material that can be recycled such as recycled polyethylene terephthalate (or rPET). In an alternative embodiment to the preferred embodiment, the second portion of the protective envelope is slidably mounted on an internal surface of the second side wall. In addition to the characteristics that have just been mentioned in the preceding paragraphs, the device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product according to the invention can have one or more additional characteristics among the following, considered individually or according to all technically possible combinations: - Preferably, the bearing surface of the protective envelope is formed of a shoulder located between the first and second portions of the protective envelope. - Advantageously, the protective casing and the removable support are formed from the same material. As a result, the device benefits from simpler manufacturing, reduced cost and better capacity to be recycled. - Advantageously, the first portion of the protective casing comprises internal ribs for guiding the removable support. Thus, the stability of the cosmetic product is improved during movements of the protective casing. - The device may comprise means for coupling the removable support to the free end of the first side wall. Preferably, the means for coupling the removable support to the free end of the first side wall comprise: - a first magnet fixed to the removable support; and - a second magnet of reverse polarity fixed to the first side wall. Advantageously, the means for coupling the removable support to the free end of the first side wall are arranged in the removable support and / or in the base. Thus, the second side wall is entirely preserved. - The device may further comprise a cover intended to cooperate with the base in order to close the device. The cover makes it possible to close the device. Thanks to the protective casing, the cosmetic product is not damaged by the closing of the cover in the low position of the protective casing, which is not the case in most devices of the state of the art. - Advantageously, the first side wall and the second side wall of the base are annular and concentric. The device is then suitable for any type of cosmetic product of cylindrical shape. - The first side wall may have a circular section and the second side wall a section different from the section of the first side wall. For example, the section of the second side wall may be oval, octagonal (or any other shape). - Advantageously, the first side wall and the second side wall of the base are of circular section. The device is then particularly suitable for cosmetic products having the shape of a stick or grape. - Alternatively, the first side wall may have a circular section and the second side wall a square section. This makes it possible to produce devices having a square section to make the product original and more attractive. - The base comprises a bottom. - The first end of the first side wall is integral with the bottom. - The second side wall is integral with the bottom. - The second portion is located in the extension of the first portion. - The second portion of the protective casing is able to slide to the free end of the first side wall. Another aspect of the invention relates to a device for packaging and applying a solid or semi-solid product, typically but not limited to a cosmetic product such as a lipstick stick – hereinafter 'the product' – the device comprising: - a base extending around a longitudinal axis; - a support receiving the product; - a protective casing surrounding the support; wherein: - the support is fixed to one end of the base; - the protective casing forms a movable ring capable of being moved axially relative to the base, along the longitudinal axis, this movement making it possible to uncover / cover the product. Preferably, the support is removable and capable of being coupled to the end of the base by a reversible connection. Preferably, the protective casing is capable of sliding axially along the entire length of the base to its end so as to be detached from / attached to the base in a reversible manner. Preferably, the protective casing and the support form a subassembly capable of being reversibly detached from / attached to the base, the subassembly being remarkable in that detaching the protective casing from the base simultaneously detaches the support from the base, and conversely, attaching the protective casing to the base simultaneously attaches the support to the base. Preferably, the protective casing comprises a bearing surface cooperating with the support, allowing the protective casing to axially drive the support when the protective casing is detached from the base. Preferably, the protective casing is slidably mounted on a side wall of the base. Preferably, the protective casing is connected to the base by a helical connection, a portion of the protective casing comprising a helical thread cooperating with a helical thread of the side wall. Preferably, the protective envelope is linked to the base by a helical connection, a portion of the protective envelope comprising a helical thread (not shown) cooperating with a helical thread (not shown) of the side wall. Preferably, the base, the protective envelope and the removable support are formed from the same polymer material having a recycling channel, for example but not limited to polypropylene. Preferably, the base, the protective envelope and the removable support are formed from polymer materials belonging to the same chemical family, and having a recycling channel, for example but not limited to the polyolefin family. Preferably, the base, the protective envelope and the removable support are formed from several polymer materials for which there is a common recycling channel, for example materials from the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) family and the polyolefin family. Preferably, the device comprises means for reversibly coupling the removable support to the end of the base. Preferably, the removable support comprises an elastic harpoon cooperating with a housing provided in the end of the base. Preferably, the removable support comprises a first magnet and the end of the base comprises a second magnet of reverse polarity. Preferably, one of the two magnets is replaced by a piece of magnetic steel. Preferably, the device further comprises a cover intended to cooperate with the base in order to close the device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION The figures are presented for information purposes only and in no way limit the invention. Unless otherwise specified, the same element appearing in different figures has a single reference. The invention relates to a device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product which is refillable and simple to use. A first embodiment is given with the device 1, illustrated in whole or in part by Figures 1 to 8, more precisely in Figures 1a to 1b, 2a to 2b, 3a to 3c, 4, 5, 6,7a to 7b and 8a to 8d. A second embodiment is given with the device 2, illustrated in whole or in part in figures 9, 10a and 10b. A third embodiment is given with the device 3, illustrated in whole or in part in figures 11 and 12. By cosmetic product, we mean a product as defined in Regulation EC No. 1223 / 2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated November 30, 2009, relating to the cosmetic product. In the following description, a cosmetic product in the form of a lipstick stick is taken as an example. Naturally, other cosmetic products are applicable, such as deodorant, foundation stick (or "stick" in English), solid perfumes, brushes. For this, the terms stick, lipstick stick or product will be used interchangeably to designate the cosmetic product. For an overview of device 1, we will rely on figures 1a to 1b, 2a to 2b, 3a to 3c,7a to 7b and 8a to 8d. The device 1 for packaging and applying a cosmetic product, in particular a lipstick stick 30, comprises a base 10, a removable support 20 for housing the stick 30, and a protective casing 40 forming a removable ring around the stick 30. The protective casing 40 can, under the effect of a manual action of a user, slide in the base 10 in a first direction to reveal the product (see Fig. 1b, 2b, 3b) or in a second opposite direction to protect it (see Fig. 1a, 2a, 3a). The assembly formed by the protective casing 40, the removable support 20 and the product 30 constitutes a refill device 70 for the product 30, or a refill 70, capable of being mounted or dismounted from the device 1. With reference to FIG. 3c,the device 1 may further comprise a cover 50 cooperating with the base 10 to close the device 1 for storage. The device 1 extends around a longitudinal axis X-X'. In the following description, the terms "inner", "outer", "internal" and "external" are used to designate the position of a part or surface relative to the longitudinal axis X-X' of the base 10, an inner or inner surface (for example) being closer to the longitudinal axis than an outer or outer surface. The term "axial" means "along the direction of the longitudinal axis" and the terms "radial" and "transverse" mean "along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis". The term "lateral" means "which is located on the sides of a radially extending part". The base 10 is more particularly represented by figure 4. It is a tubular part extending around the axis X-X' and comprising a bottom 110,a first side wall 120 also called an inner side wall and a second side wall 130 also called an outer side wall. The first and second side walls 120, 130 are integral with the bottom 110 and define between them an annular cavity 140. The first side wall 120 has an external surface 121, a first end 122 integral with the bottom and a second end 123 opposite the first end, called the free end 123. The base 10 is intended to receive the removable support 20 containing the product 20 as well as the protective envelope 40. The bottom 110 is a wall perpendicular to the axis X-X' connecting the first and second side walls 120, 130. Preferably, the bottom 110 has an annular surface, so that the base 10 has an orifice 150. The bottom 110 can then be covered with a self-adhesive pad (not shown) which closes the orifice 150. Preferably, the first side wall 120 and the second side wall 130 are annular and concentric. In a first example represented by figures 1a-1b, 2a-2b and 3a-3c, the first side wall 120 and the second side wall 130 of the base 10 are of circular section. In a second example represented by figures 7a to 7b, the first side wall 120 is of circular section and the second side wall 130 is of square section. The second side wall 130 extends around the axis X-X' of the bottom 110 to a third open end 131 over a length for example equal to 43.5 mm. The second side wall 130 has a single internal diameter, this diameter being for example 17.8 mm. The second side wall 130 has a first outer lateral dimension on a first portion 132 and a second outer lateral dimension on a second portion 133. The first portion 132 extends for example over a length of 37,5 mm from the bottom 110, and the second portion 133 is adjacent to the first portion 132 and extends to the third open end 131. The first outer lateral dimension determines the outer lateral dimension of the base 10. The first lateral dimension may be a diameter, for example 20.5 mm (Fig. 1a to 1b, Fig. 2a to 2b and Fig. 3a to 3b) or a side of 21.5 mm (Fig. 7a to Fig. 7b). The reduction of the external lateral dimension between the first and second parts 132, 133 of the second side wall 130 makes it possible to provide at the junction between the two parts an annular surface 134 perpendicular to the axis X-X' and of thickness for example 1.04 mm intended to receive the cover 50. In other words, the annular surface 134 forms a shoulder against which the cover 50 bears to close the device 1. The second part 133 may further comprise one or more radial lateral hooks 135,136 arranged on the outside and / or inside the second side wall 130. Inside, the radial side hooks 135 are intended to cooperate with the cover 50. Outside, the radial side hooks 136 are intended to cooperate with the protective casing 40. The radial side hooks 135, 136 are for example bosses. The first side wall 120 extends around the axis X-X' from the bottom 110 to its free end 123 over a length preferably less than the length of the second side wall 130. The first side wall 120 also has an external surface 121. By free end 123, it is meant that the external surface 121 adjacent to this free end 123 is free of any obstacle, lug, hook, gadroon, etc.,capable of blocking the sliding of the protective casing 40 on the first side wall 120. The external surface 121 of the first side wall 120 comprises means capable of sliding the protective casing 40. Preferably, the external surface 121 of the first side wall 120 and the protective casing 40 are configured to form a helical sliding connection, so that the user's gestures are conventional. A helical slide is for example formed by two complementary helical threads. The first side wall 120 can thus have on its external surface 121 an external helical thread 124 capable of cooperating with a complementary internal helical thread, this internal helical thread being arranged on the protective casing 40 as described below. The external helical thread 124 preferably extends over the entire length of the first side wall 120. The external helical thread 124 has, for example, a screw pitch of 7 mm. For example, the external diameter of the first side wall 120 is 10.9 mm and the internal diameter is 8.19 mm. The base 10 may further comprise a first transverse wall 125 perpendicular to the axis X-X', located near the free end 123. The term "near" designates a distance between the free end 123 and the first transverse wall 125 of between 0 and 10 mm. The first transverse wall 125 is intended to cooperate directly or indirectly with the removable support 20. In particular,it forms with the first side wall 120 a housing 126. The device further comprises coupling means 60 for coupling the removable support 20 to the free end 123 of the first side wall 120. The coupling means 60 here comprise: - a first magnet 61 fixed to the removable support 20; and - a second magnet 62 of reverse polarity fixed to the base 10. The means 60 are arranged in the removable support 20 and / or in the first side wall 120. In Figures 3a to 3c, the first magnet 61 is housed in the removable support 20 and the second magnet 62 is housed in the first housing 126 of the base 10, against the first transverse wall 125. Alternatively, the coupling means 60 are means arranged in the removable support 20 and / or in the base 10, for example purely mechanical means. An example will be described later in connection with Figures 9,10a and 10b. The removable support 20 is intended to contain the cosmetic product 30. The removable support 20 is housed inside the protective casing 40 and is temporarily coupled to the base 10, more precisely to the free end 123 of the first side wall 120. In the exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIG. 5 as well as in FIGS. 3a to 3c, the removable support 20 is annular in shape and of circular section. The removable support 20 has open ends and a second transverse wall 210. The second transverse wall 210 partly delimits a first housing 220 for the lipstick stick 30 (shown in FIGS. 3a to 3c). On the other side of the second transverse wall 210,the removable support 20 is provided with a circular edge 231 which extends axially from the second transverse wall 210 and delimits with this second transverse wall 210 a second housing 230 capable of receiving at least part of the coupling means 60. For example, the first magnet 61 of the coupling means 60 is housed in the removable support 20, in the housing 230. With reference to FIG. 5, the first housing 220 may comprise a clamping rib 222 of the stick 50, as well as coupling pins 221 configured to cooperate with the stick 50 and hold it. The clamping ribs 222 and the coupling pins 221 are integral with the second transverse wall 210 and extend axially from this second transverse wall 210. The protective casing is shown in isolation in Figure 6 and in cooperation with the base 10 and the removable support 20 in the device 1 in Figures 2a,2b and 3a to 3c. The protective casing 40 is preferably cylindrical in shape and circular in section and forms a movable ring, this ring being able to move axially in the annular cavity 140 while surrounding the removable support 20. The protective casing 40 comprises a first portion 410, a second portion 420 and a bearing surface 430 at the junction between the two portions 410, 420. The first portion 410 of the protective casing 40 is configured to surround the product 30 and protect it. Figures 3a to 3c, and even more so Figures 8a to 8c illustrate the function of the first portion 410: - Figure 8a represents the device 1 obtained immediately after separation of the cover 50 or immediately before the installation of the cover 50,the first portion 410 of the protective casing 40 being extended as far as possible from the base 10 so as to fully protect the stick 50. The product 50 cannot thus be damaged when the device 1 is closed by the cover 50; - Figure 8b shows the device 1 with the first portion 410 of the protective casing 40 partially pushed into the annular cavity 140, so as to reveal a part of the stick 30 for the application thereof; - Figure 8c shows the device 1 with the first portion 410 of the protective casing 40 completely pushed into the annular cavity 140, so as to fully reveal the product 30. The entire product can thus be used. The first portion 410 has dimensions which allow it to be inserted into the annular cavity 140. For example, its length is 50 mm and its external diameter is 15.88 mm. Its internal diameter can vary; in the given example it is 14,94 mm on a top part 411 (opposite the bottom 110 of the base 10), and 13.9 mm over the rest of its length. The first portion 410 advantageously comprises internal ribs 440 to guide the removable support 20. The second portion 420 of the protective casing 40 is located in the extension of the first portion 410. The second portion 420 preferably has a length less than that of the first portion, for example 5.6 mm. The second portion 420 also has an external diameter less than the external diameter of the first portion 410, and an internal diameter for example 10 mm. This arrangement makes it possible to extend or, on the contrary, to push in the first portion 410 to the maximum of its length while limiting the length of the device 1 to a length acceptable to the user, for example 89 mm with the cover 50 for a lipstick. The second portion 420 is slidably mounted in the annular cavity 140,and more particularly on the external surface 121 of the first side wall 120. The first side wall 120 thus plays the role of a central axis along which the second portion 420 slides. This movement is for example achieved when the second portion 420 and the first side wall 120 are configured to form a helical sliding connection. For this, the internal surface 421 of the second portion 420 comprises an internal helical thread 422 and the external surface 121 of the first side wall 120 comprises an external helical thread 124 which is complementary to the internal helical thread 422. The external helical thread 124 preferably extends over the entire length of the first side wall 120. The second portion 420 of the protective casing 40 is thus able to slide from the bottom 110 to the free end 123 of the first side wall 120,that is to say over the entire length of the first side wall 120. The first portion 410 of the protective casing 40 as well as the second side wall 420 of the base 10 are preserved from any arrangement intended to set the protective casing 40 in motion. The first portion 410 protects the product 30, in particular during the closing of the device 1 by the cover 50 and during the loading of the product 30. Inside the protective casing 40, a bearing surface 430 is formed at the junction between the first portion 410 and the second portion 420 due to the difference in external diameter between the first and second portions 410-420. The bearing surface 430 of the protective casing 40 is then formed by a shoulder located between the first and second portions 410-420 of the protective casing 40. The bearing surface 430 is intended to lift the removable support 20,under the effect of the movement of the protective casing 40. With reference to figure 3a, when the second portion 420 is slid until the first portion 410 has come out as far as possible from the base 10, the bearing surface 124 comes into contact with the removable support 20. When the second portion 420 is slid further in the same direction, i.e. towards the free end 123, the bearing surface 430 lifts the removable support 20. Finally, when the second portion 420 is slid to the free end 123, the protective casing 40 separates from the base 10, carrying with it the removable support 20 held on the bearing surface 420 (not shown in the figures). The second portion 410 of the protective casing 40 is thus able to slide to the free end 123 of the first side wall 120,so as to decouple the removable support 20 from the free end 123 and remove the protective casing 40, taking the removable support 20 with it. The base 10, the removable support 20, the protective casing 40 and the cover 50 are advantageously formed from the same material, preferably from a recyclable polymer material. This material is, for example, recycled polypropylene (or PPR) or recycled polyethylene terephthalate (or rPET). Like the base 10, the removable support 20, the protective casing 40 and the cover 50 can form single-piece parts made of polymer material quickly manufactured by 3D printing or by molding. Concerning the base 10, the annular shape of the bottom 110 allows easy demolding. The device 1 is rechargeable: the removable support 20 can be separated (or dismantled) in a simple manner,on a voluntary action of the user and with a gesture identical to that of protecting the product 30. The mechanism for setting in motion the second portion 420 on the first side wall 120 is simple to produce and is compatible with several types of cosmetic products, for example a foundation stick or a solid perfume. The external surfaces of the second side wall 130 and the first portion 410 of the protective casing 40 are preserved from defects which may be linked to the arrangement of grooves or slides on their internal surface. They thus offer a pleasant aesthetic appearance. Figures 8a to 8d illustrate a cover 50, a base 10 and a protective casing manufactured by 3D printing in a polymer material and having been decorated and colored. The possibility of personalizing with patterns, decorations, varied colors these elements make the device 1 original and attractive. According to an alternative embodiment to the first embodiment, not shown in the figures, the second portion 420 is slidably mounted on an internal surface of the second side wall 130 of the base 10 (rather than on the external surface of the first side wall 120). The second portion 420 of the protective casing 40 and the internal surface of the second side wall 130 are for example configured to form a helical sliding connection. The internal surface 421 of the second portion 420 and the external surface of the first wall 120 may then be devoid of connecting means, such as the helical threads described previously. The other characteristics of the device may be unchanged. The device 2 according to the second embodiment will now be described with reference to Figure 9. In a similar manner to the device 1 according to the first embodiment, the device 2 allows a rapid, easy and natural refill of the cosmetic product 30 while being simple to manufacture. The device 2 differs mainly from the device 1 in that the base 10 does not have a second side wall 130, this being able to be assembled subsequently around the device 2, for example by cosmetic manufacturers wishing to choose the appearance of the device (material, shape, decorations of the second side wall). Thus, with reference to Figure 9,the base 110 of the device 2 comprises around the axis X-X' a single (first) side wall 120 whose lateral dimensions d120 are preferably smaller than the lateral dimensions d110 of the bottom 110. The first side wall further comprises an opening 127 at the free end 120. The device 2 further comprises a protective casing 40 and a removable support 20 having several differences compared to the device 1. Thus, the second portion 420 of the protective casing 40 of the device 2 is capable of temporarily separating from the first portion 410 when the protective casing 40 is removed from the base 10. The protective casing 40 is then not manufactured in a single piece, but in two pieces which are assembled. These two pieces can be formed from the same material, for example recycled polypropylene (for cost reasons, recyclability…) or different materials. The second portion 420 comprises a screw thread 422 arranged on its internal surface and assembly means (such as a lug 423) arranged on a part of its external surface to assemble (removably) the second portion 420 in the first portion 410, the first portion 410 comprising complementary assembly means (such as a groove 424 to receive the lug 423). The second portion 420 thus configured forms a screw insert adapted to, on the one hand, be inserted into the first portion 410 (via the assembly means 423-424) and, on the other hand, to be screwed (via the screw thread 422) into the base 10. Furthermore, the removable support 20 of the device 2, and more precisely the part of the removable support 20 intended to be coupled to the base 10 does not comprise a housing, such as the housing 230 of the device 1,able to receive the first magnet 61 (see Fig. 3a to 3c). The removable support 20, on the other hand, comprises a coupling side wall 240 extending from the second transverse wall 210 opposite the housing 220, as well as a detachable coupling ring 250 arranged around the coupling side wall 240 and connected to the second transverse wall 210 by one or more sectionable ring portions 260. The coupling side wall 240 comprises, for example, a boss forming a snap-in mechanism (or ring). The coupling ring 250 is detachable from the rest of the removable support 20 thanks to the ring portion(s) 260 which are adapted to be sectioned and therefore detached from the second transverse wall 210 under the action of an axial mechanical force. The fact that the second portion 420 of the protective envelope 40 is capable of being temporarily detached from the first portion 410 makes it possible to simply assemble (or disassemble) a refill 70 of product 30,the refill 70 being the assembly comprising the product 30, the removable support 20 and the protective casing 40. The refill 70 belonging to the device 2 and its assembly are described in more detail with reference to figures 10a and 10b. Figure 10a shows the refill 70 during assembly. The product 30 has been housed in the removable support 20, this removable support 20 having itself been housed inside the first portion 410 of the protective casing 40. When the removable support 20 is inserted into the first portion 410 of the protective casing 40, the detachable coupling ring 250 abuts against an inner shoulder of the first portion 410. The second portion 420 is positioned opposite the first portion 410 without yet being secured to the first portion 410. Figure 10b shows the refill 70 once assembled. The second portion 420 was introduced into the first portion 410 and secured to it. Thus assembled, the second portion 420 comprises at the junction with the first portion 410 a bearing surface 430 on which the second transverse wall 210 of the removable support rests. The second portion 420 further immobilizes the removable support 20 by retaining the coupling ring 250 of the removable support 20 in a space delimited by the external wall of the second portion 420 and the internal wall of the first portion 410. The second portion 420 inserted in the first portion 410 ensures the maintenance of the removable support 20, and therefore of the product 30 in the protective casing 40. The refill 70 can thus be handled easily, without risk of dropping the product 30. The fact that the removable support 20 comprises a coupling side wall 240 and a coupling ring 250 makes it possible to produce purely mechanical coupling means. Thus, the coupling side wall 240 and the coupling ring 250 make it possible to couple the removable support 20 (and more broadly the refill 70) and the base 10 via the opening 127 of the first side wall 120 without resorting to the use of magnets. The assembly / disassembly of the refill 70 in the base 10 is therefore implemented by a coupling mechanism which is both simple in terms of manufacture and use, and entirely recyclable. This coupling mechanism without magnets is also suitable for a base 10 comprising a second side wall such as the second side wall 130 of the device 1 (see Fig. 3a). Thus, Figures 11 and 12 show a device 3 according to a third embodiment, in which the removable support 20 and the protective casing 40 are identical to the device 2, and the base 10 comprises, like the device 1,a second side wall 130. Figure 11 shows more particularly an enlarged sectional view of the refill 70 at the start of coupling of the refill 70 in the base 10, that is to say immediately after the insertion of the coupling side wall 240 in the opening 127. The second portion 420 is screwed (by the user) onto the external surface 121 of the first side wall 120. While continuing to screw, an axial insertion force Fi (not shown) is exerted to snap the coupling side wall 240 into the opening 127 of the base 10, this force being directed towards the base 10 and produced by the user shortly after the start of mounting of the refill 70 in the base 10. This same snap-in insertion force makes it possible to bring the second transverse wall 210 into abutment on the free end 123. Continuing to screwing the second portion 420 onto the external surface 121 produces an axial force called separation force,of intensity greater than the insertion force Fi by snap-fastening, which causes the ring portion(s) 260 of the removable support 20 to be cut. The coupling ring 250 is then detached from the second transverse wall 210. Figure 12 shows the entire device 3 when the protective casing 40 is pushed to the maximum of its length into the base 10. By pushing into the base 10, the protective casing 40 carries the coupling ring 250. In particular, Figure 12 shows the coupling ring 250 detached from the removable support 20 and carried by the second portion 420 of the protective casing 40.,
