Abstract
Description
[0001] Connecting device and frame formwork
[0002] The invention relates to a connecting device for connecting a first frame formwork element to a second frame formwork element, comprising: a gripper with at least one gripping element for gripping at least one frame part of the first and / or second frame formwork element, a holder for receiving the gripper in a waiting position.
[0003] Furthermore, the invention relates to a frame formwork comprising: a first frame formwork element, a connecting device.
[0004] Such a connecting device is known from DE 10 2012 214 396, with which the vertical support elements on the backs of two wall formworks can be connected to one another. The connecting device has a connecting rod which can be detachably attached to one of the wall formworks. A further component with a hook-shaped end is attached to this connecting rod, which end engages in a groove on the vertical support element when installed. To release the connection, the further component is arranged on a round area of the connecting rod and pivoted away about a vertical axis parallel to the vertical support elements. Depending on the design, the further component can also have an elongated hole through which the connecting rod is passed. Thanks to the elongated hole, the further component can be moved along the rod.In one design, the rod has an elongated cross-section in the lower area which corresponds to the shape of the oblong hole. This means that the connecting device can be fixed in a position in which the two wall formworks are connected to one another. On the other hand, the other component can first be arranged in the round area of the rod, then pivoted to the side about a vertical axis and moved downwards along the rod to secure the other component in this parked position against swinging out. This can fundamentally reduce the risk of accidents and make handling easier when the wall formworks have to be moved for the next assembly. A disadvantage, however, is the cumbersome handling of the known connecting device when transferring it to the parked position.Furthermore, the known design is prone to malfunctions due to contamination, which can occur particularly at the elongated end of the rod, onto which the slot of the additional component must be pushed. The known design also has the disadvantage that, depending on whether the formwork is arranged vertically or horizontally, the formwork can only be connected to another formwork along the axis of the connecting element. Thus, the field of application of the state-of-the-art technology is limited.
[0005] Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to alleviate or eliminate at least some of the disadvantages of the prior art. The invention preferably aims to create a connecting device of the type mentioned above that can be easily and reliably parked on the frame formwork element.
[0006] This object is achieved by a connecting device according to claim 1 and a frame formwork according to claim 17. Preferred embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.
[0007] According to the invention, the holder has a receptacle with a hanging opening for hanging at least one gripping element of the gripper in a waiting position.
[0008] If the gripper is not required to connect the first to the second frame formwork element, the gripper can be temporarily arranged in the waiting position. To do this, the connection of the gripper is released when the first to the second frame formwork element is held together. The gripper can then be reversibly and detachably connected to the holder. To do this, the gripper is hooked into the holding opening of the holder. Unlike with the prior art, pivoting of the gripper element is not blocked by a positive fit of connecting elements in the area of the pivot axis, but rather the gripper element designed to grip the frame part, in particular a gripping jaw at the free end of the gripper element, is connected to the holder. This design allows the gripper to be parked particularly easily without complex and soiling-prone connections of small-part connecting elements. In the waiting position, the gripper is positioned on the holder independently, i.e. without the assistance of the operator. If the gripper is required to connect the first to the second frame formwork element, the gripper can be unhooked from the holder's receptacle and arranged in a gripping or holding position in which the gripper holds the first and second frame formwork elements together. Advantageously, the gripper, also referred to as a connecting clamp, of the present invention can be arranged in any position for connecting two frame formwork elements. In addition, the connecting device can be arranged in different positions, in particular on different frame parts. The holder is preferably detachably mounted on the frame formwork element so that the holder can be retrofitted at any time.
[0009] The bracket can be mounted on the first or second frame formwork element, in particular on a transverse stiffening part of the first or second frame formwork element. Depending on the design, several such connecting devices can be mounted on the first and / or second frame formwork element.
[0010] For the purposes of this disclosure, the location and direction information, such as "top", "bottom", "horizontal", "vertical", refer to a proper state of use of the clamp with a vertical alignment of the first or second frame formwork element to achieve a wall formwork. If the first and second frame formwork elements are arranged in a different orientation, in particular in a horizontal orientation to achieve a ceiling formwork, the location and direction information must be transferred accordingly.
[0011] In order to enable intuitive and quick operation, in a preferred embodiment the holder has two receiving parts arranged at a distance from one another, wherein the hanging opening for hanging the gripping element is formed between the receiving parts.
[0012] In a preferred embodiment, the receiving parts are elongated along their longitudinal axes, wherein the longitudinal axes of the receiving parts extend substantially parallel to one another, in particular substantially in the vertical direction. Preferably, the longitudinal axes of the receiving parts extend substantially perpendicular to a transverse stiffening part of the first frame formwork element.
[0013] For easy and safe parking of the gripper, it is advantageous if the suspension opening is positioned at a gap between the upper ends of the receiving parts, so that the gripper can be suspended from above into the suspension opening. Thus, the suspension opening extends downward from the gap between the upper ends of the receiving parts. When placed in the waiting position, the gripper is inserted from above through the gap between the receiving parts and then moved downward into the waiting position, in which the gripper is automatically held on the receiving part.
[0014] In order to limit, preferably substantially block, lateral tilting of the gripper, the suspension opening between the two receiving parts in a preferred embodiment is substantially the same width as the gripping element, so that the gripping element is secured laterally in the waiting position between the two receiving parts of the holder.
[0015] To secure the gripper in the waiting position against being pulled off, particularly in the horizontal direction, the gripping element, in a preferred embodiment, has a gripping jaw at its free end, which is widened relative to an adjoining connecting section, so that the gripping jaw protrudes laterally behind the rear sides of the receiving parts of the holder. For a lightweight and stable design, shaped tube pieces, preferably with a substantially rectangular cross-section, are preferably provided as the receiving parts, with the upper ends of the shaped tube pieces preferably being closed with cover caps.
[0016] To deposit the gripper in the waiting position, it is advantageous if the receptacle has a base part that connects the receptacle parts, in particular the lower ends of the receptacle parts. In the case of wall formwork, the longitudinal axis of the base part can extend horizontally. The base part preferably rests on a transverse reinforcement part of the first or second frame formwork element.
[0017] To secure the gripper in the waiting position, it is also advantageous if the gripping jaw protrudes below an upper end of a rear side of the base part in the waiting position.
[0018] Furthermore, the base part has the advantage that the connecting clamp can also be pre-tensioned via the base part, which means that it is fixed in the parking position not only by form-fitting with the connecting element, but also by force-fitting.
[0019] In a preferred embodiment, the holder has a lift-off protection element, in particular a latch, for securing the gripper against lifting out of the receptacle. The lift-off protection element can be used to secure the gripper in the waiting position against unintentional lifting, i.e., vertically upward lifting.
[0020] To lift the gripper from the holder, it is necessary to release the anti-lifting element. For this purpose, the anti-lifting element is preferably movable, in particular pivotable, between a securing position that secures the gripper in the waiting position against lifting and a release position that releases the gripping element.
[0021] To prevent accidental release of the anti-lift element, a spring is preferably provided which preloads the anti-lift element toward the locking position. By moving the anti-lift element against the spring force, the gripper can be released from lifting. Depending on the design, an operating lever may be provided to move the anti-lift element from the locking to the release position. Preferably, the anti-lift element is releasably locked in the release position, in particular via a releasable locking mechanism.
[0022] When the anti-lifting element protrudes into the suspension opening in the secured position and extends out of the suspension opening in the released position, the anti-lifting element forms a stop in the secured position against which the gripping element abuts. In the released position, the anti-lifting element is arranged outside the suspension opening, so that the gripping element can be lifted out of the suspension opening.
[0023] For a space-saving design that is resistant to contamination, the anti-lifting element can be mounted in a bearing opening of one of the receiving parts.
[0024] In a preferred embodiment, the holder has a connecting element for connection, in particular for reversibly detachable connection, to the first frame formwork element, in particular to a (horizontal) transverse stiffening part of the first frame formwork element.
[0025] In order to be able to attach or remove the bracket to or from the first frame formwork element as required, it is advantageous if the connecting element of the bracket is inserted through a retaining opening in the stiffening part of the first frame formwork element. Preferably, the bracket is connected to the first frame formwork element via a plug-in connection. The inserted end of the connecting element can be secured with a locking element to prevent it from being accidentally pulled out of the retaining opening.
[0026] In order to securely connect the first and second frame formwork elements, it is advantageous to provide a clamping element for clamping two gripping elements of the gripper. Preferably, the clamping element is a wedge that can be inserted through the through openings of the gripping elements. By actuating the clamping element in one direction, the gripping elements are moved toward one another; by actuating it in the other direction, they are moved away from one another.
[0027] The frame formwork according to the invention comprises a first frame formwork element and a connecting device in one of the embodiments described above.
[0028] The frame formwork can in particular be supplemented by a second frame formwork element which, in the securing position, is connected to the first frame formwork element via the gripper of the connecting device.
[0029] Depending on the application, two frame formwork elements for a wall formwork or two frame formwork elements for a ceiling formwork can be provided as the first and second frame formwork elements.
[0030] In a preferred embodiment, the first and the second frame formwork element each have a formwork panel, in particular made of wood, plastic or metal or a combination thereof, which is arranged on a frame which has two side edge parts on the long sides and two transverse edge parts on the short sides. The side edge parts can be connected to one another via stiffening parts, in particular longitudinal and / or transverse stiffeners. The transverse stiffeners can extend essentially perpendicular to the side edge parts and / or essentially parallel to the transverse edge parts. The formwork panel has a preferably rectangular formwork surface with which a concrete component, in particular a wall or ceiling element, can be produced.
[0031] If the first and second frame formwork elements are designed as wall formwork elements, the formwork panels can be arranged vertically, with the side edge parts extending in the vertical direction and the transverse stiffeners in the horizontal direction. If the first and second frame formwork elements are designed as ceiling formwork elements, the formwork panels can be arranged horizontally, with the side edge parts extending in a first horizontal direction and the transverse stiffeners extending normal thereto in a second horizontal direction. Of course, the first and second frame formwork elements can also be provided in an arrangement inclined to the vertical or horizontal, in which case the location and direction information must be transmitted accordingly.
[0032] In a gripping position, the gripper preferably holds the side edge parts of the frame formwork elements arranged next to one another to form a formwork assembly. In the holding position, the main extension plane of the gripper is preferably arranged substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the side edge parts of the first and second frame formwork elements. In the waiting position on the holder, the main extension plane of the gripper is preferably arranged substantially parallel to the longitudinal axes of the side edge parts of the first and second frame formwork elements. In the case of wall formwork, the gripper is arranged substantially horizontally in the holding position and substantially vertically in the waiting position.
[0033] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to preferred embodiments which are illustrated in the drawings.

[0044] Fig. 10 shows a further embodiment of the connecting device in which the gripper is secured against falling by a rope safety device.
[0045] Fig. 11 shows a further embodiment of the holder in which cover caps are provided at the upper ends of the receiving parts of the holder.
[0046] Fig. 1 shows a frame formwork 1 which has at least a first frame formwork element 2 (cf. Fig. 2 and Fig. 3) and a second frame formwork element 3 (cf. Fig. 4 and Fig. 5). Depending on the dimensions of the area to be formed, further frame formwork elements can be provided. To form a wall formwork, the first 2 and second frame formwork elements 3 are arranged vertically next to one another, i.e. at the same height. In addition, at least one connecting device 4 is provided, with which longitudinal, here vertically running, side edge parts 5 of the first 2 and second frame formwork elements 3 can be held together. The side edge parts 5 are formed by profiles, in particular made of metal, which extend along the longitudinal edges of the first 2 and second frame formwork elements 3.Extending between the side edge parts 5 are stiffening parts 6 (in the wall formwork shown, in the upright position of the first 2 and second frame formwork elements 3), which also extend horizontally. These stiffening parts are also formed by profiles, in particular made of metal. The side edge parts 5 and the (transverse) stiffening parts 6 form a frame, which supports at least one rectangular formwork panel 2A on the front side (facing the concrete). In the embodiment shown, three connecting devices 4 are provided as an example. Depending on the design, additional connecting devices 4 may also be present.
[0047] The connecting device 4 has a holder 7 (see, for example, Fig. 3 and Fig. 5), which can be reversibly and detachably connected to the first frame formwork element 2, here to one of the horizontal stiffening parts 6. For this purpose, the holder 7 has a connecting part 8 (see, for example, Fig. 6 and Fig. 7), here a connecting bolt, which is inserted through a corresponding holding opening in the stiffening part 6. The connecting part 8 has a securing opening 9 (see Fig. 8 and Fig. 9) for the arrangement of a securing split pin (not shown), with which the connecting part 8 can be secured against being pulled out of the holding opening upwards.
[0048] The connecting device 4 also has a gripper 10 (shown in detail in Fig. 10), which can be reversibly and detachably connected to the holder 7. The gripper 10 has at least one gripping element, in the embodiment shown a first gripping element 11 and a second gripping element 12. In the embodiment shown, the first 11 and the second gripping element 12 each have a gripping jaw 13 at the free end, which, in the gripping position shown in Fig. 1, grips around the side edge parts 5 of the first 2 and second frame formwork elements 3, which are arranged laterally next to one another in contact with one another. The gripping jaws 13 of the first 11 and second gripping element 12 engage in recesses 14 on mutually opposite sides of the side edge parts 5 of the first 2 and second frame formwork elements 3 (cf. the sectional view according to Fig. 1C).The gripper 10 also has a tensioning element 15 in the form of a wedge, which can be driven with the tapered end first through through openings 16 of the first 11 and second gripping element 12 in order to bring the gripping jaw 13 of the first gripping element 11 closer to the gripping jaw 13 of the second gripping element 12 in a direction perpendicular to the (straight) side edge parts 5. By removing the wedge in the opposite direction, the tensioning of the first 2 and second frame formwork element 3 is released and the gripping jaws 13 can be moved out of the recesses 14 of the side edge parts 5. After use, the gripper 10 can be parked in the standby position in the holder 7.
[0049] In the version shown, the bracket 7 has a receptacle
[0050] 17 with a vertically elongated suspension opening 18 for suspending either the first 11 or the second gripping element 12 of the gripper 10. The receptacle 17 has two receiving parts 19 arranged at a constant lateral distance from one another, which are elongated in the vertical direction. The suspension opening 18 extends between the receiving parts 19 of the receptacle 17. In the embodiment shown, the receiving parts 19 are elongated along their longitudinal axes. The longitudinal axes of the receiving parts 19 run parallel to one another in the vertical direction. The suspension opening
[0051] 18 extends downwards from an unlocked gap 20 between the upper ends of the receiving parts 19. In the embodiment shown, the suspension opening 18 has the same width along its longitudinal extent. To be arranged in the waiting position, the gripper is moved vertically from above downwards along the suspension opening 18. Since the suspension opening 18 between the two receiving parts 19 is essentially the same width, in particular slightly wider with a play, than the first 11 or second gripping element 12, the gripping element is secured laterally between the two receiving parts 19 of the holder 7 in the waiting position. The gripping jaw 13 at the free end of the first 11 or second gripping element 12 The second gripping element 12 is widened relative to an adjoining connecting section in such a way that the gripping jaw 13 projects laterally behind the rear sides of the receiving parts 19 of the holder 7.
[0052] In the embodiment shown, shaped pipe sections which have a substantially rectangular cross-section are provided as receiving parts 19. In the embodiment of Fig. 11, the ends of the shaped pipe sections are closed with cover caps 21 which prevent concrete from getting into the interior of the shaped pipe sections. In addition, the receptacle 17 has a base part 22 which connects the lower ends of the receiving parts 19 to one another in a horizontal direction. Thus, the receptacle 17 is U-shaped in the embodiment shown. In the waiting position, the gripping jaw 13 projects below the upper end of the rear of the base part 22.
[0053] In the embodiment shown, the holder 7 also has a lift-off protection element 23, with which the gripper 10 is secured in the waiting position against being lifted out of the receptacle 17. The lift-off protection element 23 is movable, here pivotable, between a securing position that secures the gripper 10 in the waiting position against being lifted off (cf. Fig. 6 and Fig. 8) and a release position that releases the gripping element (cf. Fig. 7 and Fig. 9). The lift-off protection element 23 is pressed in the direction of the securing position by a spring 24. In the securing position, the lift-off protection element 23 projects into the suspension opening 18. In the release position, the lift-off protection element 23 is pivoted completely out of the suspension opening 18. To fulfill this function, the anti-lifting element 23 is mounted in a bearing opening 25 of one of the receiving parts 19. The bearing opening is formed here by the interior of the shaped tube piece.
[0054] In the embodiment of Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the anti-lifting element 23 is connected to an operating lever 27, with which the anti-lifting element 23 can be moved from the locking position to the release position. In the embodiment shown, the anti-lifting element 23 can be fixed in the release position, in particular via a releasable locking mechanism.
[0055] During the rotational movement, the anti-lift element 23 moves downward through an elongated hole. When released, the spring 24 presses the upper end of the anti-lift element 23 against an edge of the receiving part 19. By releasing this locking mechanism, the anti-lift element 23 can be moved back into the locking position under the action of the spring 24. In the embodiment of Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, the operating lever 27 of Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 is missing. The gripping element of the gripper 10 is temporarily pivoted to the side by overcoming a predetermined triggering force of the spring 24, so that the gripper 10 can be lifted out of the receptacle 17.
[0056] In the embodiment of Fig. 10, a cable safety device 26 is provided between the gripper 10 and the holder 7.
