[0025] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more explicit, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the embodiments described are only some not all embodiments of the present disclosure. Parts of the embodiments of the present disclosure generally described and illustrated in the drawings herein can be arranged and designed in a variety of different configurations.

[0026] Therefore, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present disclosure provided in the drawings is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure as claimed but merely represents selected embodiments of the present disclosure. It should be noted that, where there is no conflict, the various features in the embodiments of the present disclosure can be combined with one another, and the resulting combinations shall also fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

[0027] In the description of the present disclosure, it should be noted that the terms "middle", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used to indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, or based on conventional orientations or positional relationships when the product of the present disclosure is in use, and are not to be construed as limiting the present disclosure. Furthermore, the terms "first", "second", "third", and the like are used merely for descriptive purposes and should not be interpreted as indicating or implying relative importance.

[0028] In the description of the present disclosure, it should also be noted that unless otherwise explicitly specified and limited, the terms "provided" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly. For example, "connected" can refer to a direct connection, an indirect connection via an intermediate medium, or an internal connection between two elements. Those of ordinary skill in the art can understand the specific meanings of the above terms in the context of the present disclosure as appropriate.

[0029] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, according to an aspect of an embodiment of the present disclosure, a vehicle lamp lighting apparatus is provided and is mounted on a vehicle; the vehicle lamp lighting apparatus includes a first vehicle lamp module 21 and a second vehicle lamp module 22 arranged in the up-down direction of the vehicle; the first vehicle lamp module 21 includes a first light source 211, a first reflector 212, and a first lens 11; the second vehicle lamp module 22 includes a second light source 221, a second reflector 222, and a second lens 12; the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 are inclined relative to a horizontal direction; and main bodies of the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 extend obliquely; the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 are respectively configured with a first total reflecting surface and a second total reflecting surface; light emitted from the first light source 211 is reflected by the first reflector 212 and then enters the first lens 11, and is sequentially reflected by the first total reflecting surface 111 of the first lens and the second total reflecting surface 112 of the first lens, and is then emitted from a light-emitting surface of the first lens 11 to form a light pattern; and light emitted from the second light source 221 is reflected by the second reflector 222 and then enters the second lens 12, and is sequentially reflected by the first total reflecting surface 121 of the second lens and the second total reflecting surface 122 of the second lens, and is then emitted from the light-emitting surface of the second lens 12 to form a light pattern. Due to the inclined provision of the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 relative to the horizontal direction, a cavity is formed between the first vehicle lamp module 21 and the second vehicle lamp module 22 arranged up and down. The cavity can accommodate a heat sink, or a module configured to perform other lighting functions, or other vehicle lamp components. The cavity has a relatively large space, allowing more flexible arrangement of internal components in the vehicle lamp lighting apparatus.

[0030] Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a first lens 11 and a first reflector 212 are arranged along the front-rear direction of the vehicle, with a first light source 211 provided on a light-incident side of the first reflector 212; a second lens 12 and a second reflector 222 are arranged along the front-rear direction of the vehicle, with a second light source 221 provided on the light-incident side of the second reflector 222; and referring to FIG. 3, the front-rear direction of the vehicle is a first direction a.

[0031] A vehicle lamp lighting apparatus includes a first vehicle lamp module 21 and a second vehicle lamp module 22 arranged in the up-down direction of the vehicle. Referring to FIG. 3, the up-down direction of the vehicle is a second direction b, where the second direction b and the first direction a are provided perpendicularly.

[0032] In the present disclosure, the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 are connected as a whole, where the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 are distributed along the second direction b. It should be noted that the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 both include two total reflecting surfaces (that are a first total reflecting surface and a second total reflecting surface). By providing the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 as lenses with two total reflecting surfaces, the present disclosure facilitates the inclined provision of the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 relative to the horizontal direction through two total reflections of the first lens 11 and the second lens 12; main bodies of the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 extend obliquely; compared to a horizontally extending provision of the two, this inclined provision allows the formation of a cavity between the first vehicle lamp module 21 and the second vehicle lamp module 22 arranged up and down; the cavity can accommodate a heat sink, or a module configured to perform other lighting functions, or other vehicle lamp components; and the cavity has a relatively large space, allowing more flexible arrangement of internal components in the vehicle lamp lighting apparatus.

[0033] Furthermore, it should be noted that the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 are provided with a first total reflecting surface and a second total reflecting surface, where the first total reflecting surface and the second total reflecting surface are provided in parallel or approximately parallel. In this case, a person skilled in the art can determine the inclination angle of the first total reflecting surface and the second total reflecting surface relative to a horizontal plane based on a size of the cavity between the first vehicle lamp module 21 and the second vehicle lamp module 22. For example, if a larger cavity space is required in the up-down direction of the vehicle, a greater inclination angle of the first total reflecting surface and the second total reflecting surface relative to the horizontal plane can be provided.

[0034] In addition, the first vehicle lamp module 21 and the second vehicle lamp module 22 of the present disclosure can be vehicle lamp modules configured to achieve different lighting functions. For example, optionally, the first vehicle lamp module 21 and the second vehicle lamp module 22 are respectively a low-beam module and a high-beam module. That is, a light pattern emitted from the first vehicle lamp module 21 is a low-beam pattern, and the light pattern emitted from the second vehicle lamp module 22 is a high-beam pattern. It should be understood that the high-beam module can provide high-beam lighting for automobiles, and the low-beam module can provide low-beam lighting for the automobiles.

[0035] Taking the first vehicle lamp module 21 as a low-beam module and the second vehicle lamp module 22 as a high-beam module as an example, and referring to FIG. 4, the working principle of the present disclosure is as follows:

[0036] the low-beam light emitted from the first light source 211 is reflected by the first reflector 212 and then enters the first lens 11, and is sequentially reflected by a first total reflecting surface 111 of the first lens and a second total reflecting surface 112 of the first lens, and is then emitted from a light-emitting surface of the first lens 11 to form a low-beam light pattern; and the high-beam light emitted from the second light source 221 is reflected by the second reflector 222 and then enters the second lens 12, and is sequentially reflected by a first total reflecting surface 121 of the second lens and a second total reflection surface 122 of the second lens, and is then emitted from the light-emitting surface of the second lens 12 to form a high-beam light pattern.

[0037] In summary, a vehicle lamp lighting apparatus provided by the present disclosure includes a first vehicle lamp module 21 and a second vehicle lamp module 22 arranged in the up-down direction of the vehicle; the first vehicle lamp module 21 includes a first light source 211, a first reflector 212, and a first lens 11; the second vehicle lamp module 22 includes a second light source 221, a second reflector 222, and a second lens 12; the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 are inclined relative to a horizontal direction; main bodies of the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 extend obliquely; the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 are respectively configured with a first total reflecting surface and a second total reflecting surface; light emitted from the first light source 211 is reflected by the first reflector 212 and then enters the first lens 11, and is sequentially reflected by the first total reflecting surface 111 of the first lens and the second total reflecting surface 112 of the first lens, and is then emitted from a light-emitting surface of the first lens 11 to form a light pattern; and light emitted from the second light source 221 is reflected by the second reflector 222 and then enters the second lens 12, and is sequentially reflected by the first total reflecting surface 121 of the second lens and the second total reflecting surface 122 of the second lens, and is then emitted from the light-emitting surface of the second lens 12 to form a light pattern. In the present disclosure, due to the inclined provision of the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 relative to the horizontal direction, a cavity is formed between the first vehicle lamp module 21 and the second vehicle lamp module 22 arranged up and down. The cavity can accommodate a heat sink, or a module configured to perform other lighting functions, or other vehicle lamp components. The cavity has a relatively large space, allowing more flexible arrangement of internal components in the vehicle lamp lighting apparatus.

[0038] In a feasible implementation, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a first lens 11 and a second lens 12 are thin lenses with a reduced thickness in their central portions. Light is incident from light-incident surfaces of the first lens 11 and the second lens 12, is reflected twice by total reflection, and is then emitted from light-emitting surfaces of the first lens 11 and the second lens 12. This configuration allows the lenses to be thinned and their weight reduced, while ensuring that the sizes of the light-incident and light-emitting surfaces and the light path lengths are the same as those of traditional thick-walled lenses. Further, as shown in FIG. 13, a first angle c and a first included angle d satisfy the following formula: c=90°-2×d, where c is the first angle and d is the first included angle (that is the included angle between a first total reflecting surface and a horizontal plane). In this embodiment, the first included angle d is preferably in a range from 0° to 45°.

[0039] A first distance d 3 and a second distance D satisfy the following formula, d 3 =D / cosc×sind. The first distance d 3 is the distance between an upper and lower surfaces of the first lens 11 or the second lens 12 (that is the lens thickness, which is the thickness of the portion of the first lens 11 or the second lens 12 except the light-incident surface and the light-emitting surface, and is also the distance between the first total reflecting surface 111 and the second total reflecting surface 112), and D is the dimension of the light-incident surface of the lens in the height direction of the vehicle. The first lens 11 or the second lens 12 can be simply regarded as a virtual lens 40 formed by first mirroring the lens relative to the first total reflecting surface 111 and then mirroring again relative to the second total reflecting surface 112.

[0040] In a feasible embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, light-incident surfaces and light-emitting surfaces of a first lens 11 and a second lens 12 can be unidirectional collimating surfaces, that is, cylindrical or quasi-cylindrical surfaces. For example, the light-incident surface of the first lens 11 is a longitudinally stretched surface to produce a collimating effect on light in a transverse direction, and the light-emitting surface of the first lens 11 is a transversely stretched surface to produce a collimating effect on the light in a longitudinal direction.

[0041] In a feasible embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, a first light source 211 can be a plurality of LEDs provided in parallel on a circuit board. In this case, correspondingly, a first reflector 212 includes a plurality of parallel sub-reflectors (as shown in FIG. 8) configured to respectively reflect light emitted from each LED. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 10, a second light source 221 can also include a plurality of LEDs provided in parallel on a circuit board. In this case, correspondingly, a second reflector 222 can also include a plurality of parallel sub-reflectors (as shown in FIG. 9) configured to respectively reflect light emitted from each LED.

[0042] Optionally, reflecting surfaces of the first reflector 212 and the second reflector 222 are parabolic surfaces, quasi-parabolic surfaces, ellipsoidal surfaces, or quasi-ellipsoidal surfaces. The reflecting surface of the first reflector 212 and the reflecting surface of the second reflector 222 can be the same or different. It should be noted that the quasi-parabolic surface refers to a curved surface approximately shaped like a parabolic surface, and the quasi-ellipsoidal surface refers to a curved surface approximately shaped like an ellipsoidal surface, both exhibiting similar optical performance.

[0043] In the present disclosure, optionally, as shown in FIG. 4, a light emitting side of the first light source 211 faces the first reflector 212 and faces away from the second light source 221, and the light-emitting side of the second light source 221 faces the second reflector 222 and faces away from the first light source 211.

[0044] Referring to FIG. 4, FIG. 11, and FIG. 12, optionally, the vehicle lamp lighting apparatus further includes a third vehicle lamp module 23 provided between the first vehicle lamp module 21 and the second vehicle lamp module 22; the third vehicle lamp module 23 includes a third light source 231, a third reflector 232, and a third lens 13; and light emitted from the third light source 231 is reflected by the third reflector 232 and then enters the third lens 13, and is then transmitted through the third lens 13 and emitted to form a light pattern. The third vehicle lamp module 23 can achieve a lighting function different from that of the first vehicle lamp module 21 and the second vehicle lamp module 22.

[0045] In the present disclosure, light emitted from the third light source 231 is reflected by the third reflector 232 and can be directly transmitted and emitted through the third lens 13.

[0046] Optionally, a light-incident surface of the third lens 13 is a collimating curved surface, and a light-emitting surface of the third lens 13 is a planar surface, a transversely stretched cylindrical surface, or a transversely stretched quasi-cylindrical surface to cooperate with the light-incident surface to form a focal point of the third lens 13.

[0047] Optionally, the reflecting surface of the third reflector 232 is a parabolic surface, a quasi-parabolic surface, an ellipsoidal surface, or a quasi-ellipsoidal surface. The specific surface type can be selected and determined by a person skilled in the art as needed, and is not limited in the present disclosure, as long as it can reflect the light emitted from the third light source 231.

[0048] Optionally, the third vehicle lamp module 23 is a primary low-beam module. In this case, the first vehicle lamp module 21 can be an auxiliary low-beam module and the second vehicle lamp module 22 can be a high-beam module. Therefore, the vehicle lamp lighting apparatus of the present disclosure includes the auxiliary low-beam module, the main low-beam module, and the high-beam module arranged in the up-down direction of the vehicle.

[0049] In order to make a structure of the vehicle lamp lighting apparatus provided by the present disclosure relatively more compact, optionally, the first lens 11, the third lens 13, and the second lens 12 are connected in sequence as a whole, and the light-emitting surfaces of the first lens 11, the third lens 13, and the second lens 12 are connected to form a smooth cylindrical surface or a smooth quasi-cylindrical surface, which has a converging effect on the light. In order to facilitate heat dissipation of the vehicle lamp lighting apparatus, in the present disclosure, optionally, the vehicle lamp lighting apparatus can further include a heat sink, and the heat sink is provided between the first vehicle lamp module 21 and the second vehicle lamp module 22, and the heat sink is configured to dissipate heat for the vehicle lamp lighting apparatus.

[0050] Optionally, the heat sink includes a first heat sink 31 and a second heat sink 32, and the first heat sink 31 is provided between the first vehicle lamp module 21 and the third vehicle lamp module 23, and the second heat sink 32 is provided between the second vehicle lamp module 22 and the third vehicle lamp module 23. In the present disclosure, by providing two heat sinks, the heat dissipation efficiency can be further improved.

[0051] In addition, it should be noted that, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a side of the first heat sink 31 away from the second heat sink 32 can be connected to a circuit board of the first vehicle lamp module 21; a side of the second heat sink 32 away from the first heat sink 31 can be connected to a circuit board of the second vehicle lamp module 22; and a side of the second heat sink 32 close to the first heat sink 31 can be connected to a circuit board of the third vehicle lamp module 23.

[0052] A connection method between the heat sink and the corresponding circuit board of the vehicle lamp module can be fixed by a fixing member, a snap-fit structure, or other suitable means, without specific limitation in the present disclosure.

[0053] According to another aspect of an embodiment of the present disclosure, a vehicle lamp is provided, and the vehicle lamp includes the above-mentioned vehicle lamp lighting apparatus.

[0054] It should be noted that in addition to the above-mentioned vehicle lamp lighting apparatus, the vehicle lamp further includes other accessories of the vehicle lamp such as a housing. The specific structure and working principle of the above-mentioned vehicle lamp lighting apparatus have been described in detail in the previous description of the present disclosure, and will not be repeated here.

[0055] According to yet another aspect of an embodiment of the present disclosure, an automobile is provided, and the automobile includes the above-mentioned vehicle lamp. The specific structure and working principle of the vehicle lamp have been described in detail in the previous description of the present disclosure, and will not be repeated here.

[0056] The above descriptions are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. For those skilled in the art, the present disclosure can have various modifications and changes.
