[0005] Dumper is defined as a load dumping device with a lowering case mounted on a chassis, whose movement is provided by a hydraulic jack. Dumpers are adapted to vehicles used for transport on roads and off-road conditions.
[0006] In existing applications, it is a product that is mounted on the side walls of the tub with manpower used to prevent damage to the canvas, rain and snow accumulations on the hydraulic tub in the side pipe dumper vehicles, most importantly to prevent damage to the product inside the vehicle. When the user's vehicle arrives at the loading station, the side pipe tarpaulin is opened with the help of a person and the cargo holder is deactivated by climbing on the vehicle and lifting it up in the "Z" direction or by removing the connection products with keys in chain models.

After filling the load, the user goes on the vehicle and attaches the standard iron pipe cargo holder model to the slots on the side walls of the vehicle by pressing in the "Z" direction, and in chain models, the chain is stretched, and the eyebolts are tightened with keys.

[0013] The invention relates to a functional spring-loaded telescopic cargo holder assembly for truckmounted and semi-trailer half-pipe type side-tube tippers for the transport of construction materials, excavation, demolition waste and mining loads on roads and off-road, which fulfils the above- mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and introduces some additional advantages.
[0014] The object of the invention, based on the state of the art, is to provide functional control of truck mounted and semi-trailer semi-tubular dampers used for transporting construction materials, excavation, demolition waste and loads in mining on highways and in off-road conditions thanks to the developed functional spring-loaded telescopic cargo holder assembly.
[0015] The object of the present invention is to enable the assembly of the cargo holder assembly on the vehicle by mounting it on the vehicle, so that it can be assembled by climbing from one side with a ladder from the side without climbing into the dumper vehicle.
[0016] Another object of the present invention is to provide a 50 mm telescopic movement of the shaft on the hinge in the direction of the X coordinators by means of the pusher / impact absorbing spring used.

[0044] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0045] In this detailed description, the present invention relates to a functional spring-loaded telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) for truck-mounted and semi-trailer half-tube-type side-tube tarpaulin (25) dumper vehicles (20) used for transporting construction materials, excavation, demolition wastes and loads in mining on highways and off-road conditions only as an example for a better understanding of the subject matter and without any limiting effect. The dumper vehicle (20) shown in Figure-1 includes a hydraulic tub (21) and hydraulic cover (22). The hydraulic tub (21) shown in Figure-2 carries the load on the dumper vehicle (20) and ensures the unloading of the load by moving up and down. Said hydraulic cover (22) prevents the load on the dumper vehicle (20) from spilling and enables the load to be unloaded by moving up and down. The upward and downward movement of said hydraulic tub (21) is carried out by the first hydraulic cylinder (23), and the upward and downward movement of the hydraulic cover (22) is carried out by the second hydraulic cylinder (24). Said hydraulic tub (21) is covered with a tarpaulin (25) with side pipes shown in figure-3 in order to protect the products inside from external factors.
[0046] In order for said side tubular tarpaulin (25) to protect the products in the hydraulic tub (21) from external factors, the functional telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) shown in Figure-4 is used. The pipe (11) forming the body is used to move said telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) on the side tubular tarpaulin (25) pipe. Between the two side walls of the dumper vehicles (20) of said telescopic cargo holder assembly (10); there is a fixed connection foot (12) at one end of the pipe (11) for locking, and a telescopic connection foot (13) at the other end of the pipe (11) for telescopic movement. Said fixed connection feet (12) are placed on the foot placement bushing (14) positioned at the end of the pipe (11). A pusher spring (15) is positioned inside the end of the pipe (11) where the telescopic connection foot (13) is located, in order for said telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) to move telescopically and absorb impact. At the free end of said fixed connection foot (12), the connection slot (16) is positioned for mounting the telescopic carry holder assembly (10) on the hydraulic tub (21).
[0047] The telescopic carry holder assembly (10) shown in Figure-5 moves 90° in the horizontal axis or in the Y coordinates direction and 50 mm in the vertical axis or in the X coordinates direction under the control of the side tubular tarpaulin (25) in dumper vehicles (20) with hydraulic tub (21) and hydraulic cover (22) mechanisms. For the functional use of the side tubular tarpaulin (25) protecting the hydraulic tub assembly (21), the telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) with functional pusher spring (15) shown in figure-6 is used. Said telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) is mounted on the hydraulic tub assembly (21) by means of the connection slot (16). In order to mount said telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) to the hydraulic tub (21), the fixed connecting foot (12) provides 90° movement in the horizontal a xis in the direction of the Y coordinates and the telescopic connecting foot (13) provides 50 mm telescopic movement in the vertical axis in the direction of the X coordinates. Said telescopic shunt assembly (10) is locked between the side walls of the hydraulic tub assembly (21) by means of a fixed connection foot (12). On the tube (11) forming the body of the telescopic cargo holder assembly (10), the side tubular tarpaulin (25) moves. The telescopic connection foot (13) is used for mounting the telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) on the hydraulic tub (21) and allows it to move 90° in the horizontal axis in the direction of the Y coordinates. The pusher spring (15) mounted on the aforementioned telescopic connection foot (13) dampens the impacts in telescopic movements.
Claims
CLAIMS1. Functional spring-loaded telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) for truck-mounted and semi-trailer half-pipe type side tubular tarpaulin (25) dumper vehicles (20) for transport of construction materials, excavation, demolition waste and mining loads on roads and offroad, characterized by comprising: pipe (11 ) which moves on pipe of the side tubular tarpaulin (25) and forms body; fixed connection foot (12) positioned at one end of the pipe (11) for mounting the telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) to the hydraulic tub (21) by moving 90° in the horizontal axis in the direction of the Y coordinates and locking between the two side walls of the dumper vehicles (20);- telescopic connection foot (13) positioned at the other end of the tube (11 ) for telescopic movement of the telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) between the two side walls of the dumper vehicles (20) in the direction of the X coordinates in the vertical axis; pusher spring (15) positioned inside the end of the tube (11) where the telescopic connection foot (13) is located for damping the impact during telescopic movement.
2. The telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising a foot locating bush (14) positioned at the end of the tube (11) for locating the fixed connection feet (12).
3. The telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising a connection slot (16) positioned at the free end of the fixed connection foot (12) for mounting the telescopic cargo holder assembly (10) on the hydraulic tub (21).
