Description

Description Title of the invention: TEMPORARY SUPPORT DEVICE OF ELEMENT(S) Scope of the invention

[0001] — The invention belongs to the field of construction and building, and more specifically- f. to the production of slabs, concrete floors, beams, formwork, or even Traffic decking and materials recipe. It relates more specifically to a device capable of temporarily supporting at least one element, such as for example a beam enabling the construction of such structures, particularly on a construction site construction. Prior state of the art

[0002] — The operations of installing elements at height, resting on load-bearing structures such as beams or slabs in particular, are subject to very strict requirements strict safety standards apply. Typically, this applies to the installation of prefabricated or non-prefabricated slabs. requires the temporary reinforcement of the supports at the level of the load-bearing structure, in the species a wall, a post or a beam, by the addition of joists under the slabs.

[0003] — Traditionally, such beams are received at the upper end of props resting on the ground. However, such a configuration creates a footprint of construction work, which can prove prohibitive in narrow passages such as corridors, stairs, etc. This obstruction, besides causing inconvenience for operators, also constitutes a hindrance for rescue teams, if necessary dispatched to place. Furthermore, in the context of high-rise construction projects, the implementation of Such shoring generates a large number of handling operations, particularly time-consuming for operators.

[0004] — In order to overcome these drawbacks, it has been proposed to replace the supports or shoring structure using shoring shoes, also called in the domain considered by crows or consoles.

[0005] — These devices traditionally consist of a support wall fixed against the wall or against any load-bearing structure, near the level where the beam to be received, and have a support wall which carries a jack rod manual, vertically moving in operation, and whose upper end receives a plate on which the said beam must rest. Such a device has, for example, been written in document US 3,900,179.

[0006] Yes, undoubtedly. These shoring shoes or corbels, dimensioned in Consequently, they fulfill their functions and allow the construction site to be freed from the props. traditional methods, however, face a number of difficulties in their implementation. Among these is first of all their height adjustment according to a horizontality made necessary by the constraints of the site and, more particularly, by those of the horizontality of the slab, for example, intended to be received on the joists. On the other hand, traditional shoring shoes include, as already mentioned, a vertical plate, intended to be reversibly fixed against the support structure and in particular the load-bearing wall, in the vicinity of the level of reception of said beams and, consequently, of the slab, traditionally leaving, notwithstanding the vertical stroke of the rod of the jack, little room to allow, after drying of the slab or sealing of the prefabricated element, their removal. Furthermore, these devices are relatively heavy, hindering their handling, particularly their installation and removal, making them impractical and time-consuming to implement. Finally, these devices prove to be not very ergonomic. The objective of the present invention is to provide a device of the type in question, which is simple to handle, both during assembly and disassembly, in particular due to the optimized accessibility of the fastening system, and whose weight of the unit elements constituting the device is relatively low. Description of the invention To this end, the invention aims at a temporary support device for at least one element involved in the process of carrying out part of a structure, in other words a shoring shoe, suitable for being removably fixed on a load-bearing structure, and in particular a wall, a post, a beam, and intended to support at least said element for the purpose of producing concrete slabs or precast slabs, beams, decking, etc. This system includes: — a plate, provided with a flat face, suitable for being fixed against the supporting structure in question, provided near its upper end with a through orifice intended to cooperate with a fixing element on said supporting structure, and provided near its lower end with a male receiving element, oriented substantially perpendicularly to the plate, and pierced with two opposite through orifices; — a retractable console, equipped with a receiving and guiding means oriented vertically in operation for a height adjustment element, and typically a manual jack, equipped at its upper end with receiving means for said element, and provided with a female member adapted to cooperate with the male member of the plate, said female member being provided with a support rim against said plate, and being also pierced with two opposite through holes, intended, when the console is received on the turntable, to be substantially aligned with the through holes of the male receiving organ of the turntable; — a removable axis capable of simultaneously passing through the through-holes, respectively of the male and female parts of the console and the plate when the console is in place on the plate, and thus reversibly joining the console and the plate. In other words, the invention consists, firstly, in proposing such a shoring support in two essential distinct parts, independent of each other, and reversibly joined to each other, a fixing plate and a bracket, the height adjustment element of the latter also being able to be independent of said bracket. In doing so, firstly, the weight of the assembly is reduced, since the individual elements are handled separately from each other, and secondly, as will be seen below, the positioning and dismantling of the shoring shoe is facilitated, since the only plate is fixed to the supporting structure during assembly, and the plate is removed in the absence of the bracket and associated jack during dismantling, with easy access to the fixing hole. According to other advantageous features of the invention: — The plate is provided with a longitudinal stiffener, oriented perpendicularly to the general plane in which it is inscribed, extending parallel to its main dimension from the male receiving organ towards its upper end, and corollarily, the female organ of the console is provided with a recess or notch suitable for allowing the fitting of said female organ onto the male organ to allow the support edge of the console to bear against the plate. — The male part of the turntable and the female part of the console can have a circular cross-section; — The male part of the turntable and the female part of the console can be of square or rectangular cross-section, their respective lateral faces oriented vertically in service being pierced with rectangular cross-section lights. — The lights passing through the parallel faces on one side, respectively of the male receiving organ of the turntable and the female organ of the console, are located at a different level in operation than the lights passing through the parallel faces on the other side of the organs in question. — The removable axis, capable of simultaneously passing through the through-holes of the male and female parts of the console and the plate respectively, consists of a key, advantageously provided near one of its ends with a projection of a dimension greater than at least one of the dimensions of one of the through-lights of the female organ of the console. — The through-hole made near the upper end of the plate is oblong in shape, and typically lock-shaped, and in particular narrower at its upper end than at its base. — The means of receiving said at least one element consist of a plate, possibly extended vertically in service by a double fork allowing, in one direction, to receive one element, and for example a simple beam, and in the perpendicular direction, to receive two elements, and for example two beams. Brief description of the figures The manner in which the invention can be implemented and the resulting advantages will be better illustrated by the following example of implementation, given by way of example and not limitation, in support of the attached figures. [Fig.2] is a schematic representation of the shoring shoe of the invention in a partially assembled position. [Fig.3] is a schematic perspective view of the shoring shoe according to the invention in the assembled position. [Fig.4] schematically illustrates a first step in positioning the plate of the shoring shoe of the invention. [Fig.5] schematically represents a second positioning step of the shoring shoe of the invention. [Fig.6] schematically represents a third positioning step of the shoring shoe of the invention. [Fig.7] is a schematic representation illustrating the positioning of two beams on the shoring shoe of the invention during the concrete slab pouring phase. [Fig.8] represents a view similar to [Fig.7] after the concrete of the slab has dried and the beams and formwork skin have been removed. [Fig. 9] is a schematic view illustrating the implementation of the shoring shoe of the invention in the context of constructing a slab within a corridor. Detailed description of the invention The following description is more specifically geared towards the construction of a concrete slab in a building corridor. However, it should be clearly understood that the invention is not limited to this single example. Figures 1 to 3 therefore illustrate the shoring shoe of the invention. Fundamentally, it consists of two essential distinct parts, which can be joined and separated from each other, respectively a plate (1), intended to bear against and be fixed against a wall (20), and a bracket (2) intended to be reversibly joined to said plate (1), and to receive a manual jack (13) and equipped at its upper end with means for receiving beams (22) and (23), in this case consisting of a double fork (15). The plate (1) is generally rectangular in shape and has a flat bearing face (3) against the wall (20). On its other face, near its upper end, it is provided with a through hole (4) for the passage of a fixing screw (10), typically a concrete screw, advantageously pre-inserted into the wall in question, as will be described later. This through hole (4) advantageously has a particular lock-like shape, and typically a lower circular section extending into an upper groove, the width of which corresponds, within a tolerance, to the diameter of the concrete screw (10) in question, for the sake of ease of mounting the plate on the one hand, and precision of said mounting on the other. Near its lower end, the plate (1) has a male organ (5, 6, 7), typically with a square cross-section, extending perpendicularly to the general plane in which the plate (1) is inscribed. The upper face (5) of the male organ extends via a longitudinal stiffener (9) to an upper U-shaped zone (26), which also acts as a stiffener. Finally, the lateral faces (6) and (7) of the male organ are pierced by through-holes (8), typically rectangular in cross-section, and advantageously not located at the same level. More precisely, the through-hole (8) is located near the wall (5) while the opposing hole, not visible in the figure, is located at a lower level in operation, for a reason that will be described later. The console (2) includes a receiving and guiding means, oriented vertically in operation, for a height adjustment device, and typically for the manual jack (13). This receiving and guiding means typically consists of a tube (12) with a circular or square cross-section, intended to receive the rod (13) of said manual jack. This rod is threaded to cooperate with a wing nut (14) for adjusting the height of said jack. At its upper end, the rod (13) receives the receiving means (15) for the beam(s) (22, 23), in this case in the form of a double fork, thus allowing the reception of one beam in a first direction, or two beams in the perpendicular direction. The tube (12) is attached to a female organ (11) for cooperation with the organ male part of the plate (1). More precisely, this female part (11) is complementary in shape to the male part (5, 6, 7) of the plate (1), so as to fit onto the latter. This fitting is further facilitated by a notch (18) formed on the upper face of said male part, allowing passage on either side of the longitudinal stiffener (9). In the assembled configuration, the free end of said female part (11), forming a support rim (19), bears against the appropriate face of the plate (1). This female organ of said female organ (11) also has two lateral faces, which when the plate (1) is assembled to the console (2), extend parallel to the lateral faces (6) and (7) of the male receiving organ emanating from the plate (1). The lateral faces of the female organ (11) are also each provided with a through-hole, one of which has been represented in figures 2 and 3 by reference (17). These through-holes, also of rectangular cross-section, are also located at two different levels, as has been described in relation to the through-holes (8) of the lateral faces (6) and (7) of the male receiving organ of the plate (1). When the bracket (2) is positioned on and against the plate (1), the respective through-holes coincide, allowing the insertion of a removable key (16), which de facto passes simultaneously through these four through-holes. The difference in level between the holes means that the key (16), during assembly, is inclined and remains so by simple gravity, avoiding the need for an additional reversible fastening element, and thus facilitating the handling and implementation of the propping shoe of the invention. Advantageously, the free end of said key is provided with a projection (not shown), intended to prevent the complete retraction of said key by the cooperation of said projection with the lateral wall (27) of the female member (11). This can also be observed, for example in [Fig.[1], that the through-hole provided within this face or lateral wall (27) is smaller in size, at least in width, than that of the through-hole (8) provided within the lateral face (6) of the male receiving organ of the plate (1). In doing so, said key (16) is unlosable, which proves useful on construction sites. Typically, because of the weight that the shoring shoe of the invention is said to support, in this case 1.5 tonnes, the concrete screw (10) has a diameter of around 14 millimeters, and the corresponding groove of the through orifice (4) has a width close to 18 millimeters. Consequently, the height adjustment range of the cylinder is close to 20 centimeters. The assembly operation of the shoring shoe of the invention will be described in relation to figures 4 to 6. Firstly, on the face of the wall (20) in question, a horizontal line (21) is drawn with a string line. Then, the wall in question is drilled at the level of this line (21), according to the desired spacings, in order to put in place a plurality of concrete screws (10) in question, taking care to leave said screws protruding by about 2 centimeters, that is to say by a distance greater than the thickness of the plate (1). The said plate is then inserted at the level of the concrete screw through the circular portion of the through hole (4), and the said plate is then slid down the upper groove until it rests on the said concrete screw (10). We then finalize the tightening of the concrete screw (10), to ensure the effective fixing of the plate (1) against the wall (20). It will be emphasized in this regard that the said plate is fixed to the wall (20) by only one single fixing screw (10). The console (2) is then positioned on the plate (1) (Figures 5 and 6) by fitting the female part of the console onto the male part of the plate until the edge (19) of the female part (11) rests against the plate. The key (16) is then inserted into the respective through slots, as described above. It can be seen, particularly in Figure 6, that this key is indeed a through slot, ensuring the correct positioning of the console on the plate. The shoring shoe is thus mounted, and all that remains is to adjust the fork (15) by acting on the manual jack (13) using the wing nut (14), in a well-known manner. The beams (22) and (23) can then be positioned, a formwork skin (25), typically made of plywood, can be placed on the beams (23), and then the upper concrete slab (24) can be poured ([Fig.7]). Once the concrete slab has cured, the formwork, beams, and shoring brackets must be removed. To do this ([Fig. 8]), the fork (15) is lowered by actuating the wing nut (14), thereby stopping the slab's support (24) on the beams (22 and 23). The formwork (25), beams (23), and then beams (22) are then removed. The key (16) is then removed, and the bracket (2) is detached from the plate (1). By doing so, it becomes extremely easy to unscrew the screw (10) and remove the plate from the wall (20), without being hindered by the bracket or the jack it contains. The advantages of the invention's shoring shoe are thus readily apparent, primarily due to its ease of handling and installation, and more specifically, its ease of dismantling, as previously mentioned. The ergonomics of this shoe Furthermore, the shoring results unambiguously from the preceding description. This shoring bracket is therefore particularly useful for corridor formwork, to allow free movement; for shoring stair landings, again to ensure free movement; for shoring the edges of precast slabs and beams; and for shoring decking or material storage areas. It is also extremely beneficial for shoring at great heights.
