AI Technical Summary
Existing hair care products for curly hair fail to provide long-lasting curl definition, frizz control, and natural look without leaving a heavy or greasy feel, often requiring frequent reapplication.
A hair care composition comprising organic acids, compounds with hydroxyl groups, amino acids, vegetable resins, and water, which penetrate the hair fiber, providing long-lasting curl definition, frizz control, and natural volume without surface accumulation.
The composition effectively penetrates the hair fiber, maintaining curl definition and controlling frizz for an extended period without a heavy or greasy appearance, enhancing the natural look and reducing the need for frequent reapplication.

Description
Description Title of the invention: Compositions for hair care, a process for improving the definition of loops hair and hair treatment process FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] = The present invention relates to hair care compositions comprising at least one organic acid, at least one compound with at least one group hydroxyl, at least one amino acid, at least one plant resin, and water. The invention also relates to a hair treatment method, in particular curly hair. context of the invention
[0002] — People use several cosmetic and personal care compositions to to improve the appearance and feel of keratinous fibers, such as hair.
[0003] — In particular, with regard to curly hair, consumers are always faced with problems related to loop definition, such as frizz, volume, and shape. Curly hair tends to become frizzy and increase considerably in volume when exposed to conditions high humidity or chemical treatments, among other things. In addition, the shape and the The definition of loops is lost after sleeping.
[0004] = Many attempts have been made to develop products enabling to discipline, define and control hair, especially curly hair, by improving / maintaining loop definition, loop retention, and regularity curls, without leaving the hair feeling and / or looking unnatural and stiff, but these products have led to additional problems or difficulties maintenance.
[0005] — For example, prior art products generally require a high quantity of product to give good combing and a good feel to the hair, but, given that the effect of these products is not lasting, the Consumers should reapply the product several times a day or after Having slept to regain definition and control of frizz, which leads to the accumulation of the product on the surface of the hair, hence a heavy, heavy appearance When wet, with an unnatural feel and a greasy sensation, since these products do not do not penetrate the keratin fibers and remain on the surface of the hair fiber.
[0006] In this sense, the market needs products for curly hair that define the curls in a lasting way, without the need to reapply the product until the next wash or after sleeping, which also reduces the need to use large quantities of product between washes. Thus, based on market needs, the inventors of the present invention have achieved, in an astonishing and unexpected way, compositions for hair care comprising (a) at least one organic acid, (b) at least one compound with at least one hydroxyl group, (c) at least one amino acid, (d) at least one vegetable resin, and (e) water, which are capable of penetrating the hair fiber without accumulating on the surface of the fiber, while also providing curl definition until the next wash, lasting curl definition, frizz control, a natural look and desirable volume, and which do not give the hair a heavy appearance. Summary of the invention The present invention relates to hair care compositions comprising (a) at least one organic acid, (b) at least one compound with at least one hydroxyl group, (c) at least one amino acid, (d) at least one vegetable resin, and (e) water, which are capable of penetrating the hair fiber without accumulating on the surface of the fiber, while also providing curl definition until the next wash, long-lasting curl definition, frizz control, a natural look and desirable volume, and which do not impart a heavy appearance or feel to the hair. The present invention also relates to a method for improving the definition of hair curls. Brief description of the drawings [Fig.1] Fig.1 presents the results of comparative test 1. In [Fig. 1], the black bars in the comparisons show the curl definition score after application of the compositions containing 3.0% and 6.0% tartaric acid to the hair and after touch (to simulate the normal feel of hair throughout the day), while the gray bars in the comparisons show the curl definition score after application of the compositions to the hair and after combing. As can be seen, the composition according to the present invention, with different pH levels and different concentrations of tartaric acid, gave better curl definition scores than the placebo composition, both after touch and after combing. Comparative Test 2 Another comparative in vitro test was conducted to evaluate curl definition after application of the hair care compositions according to Examples 1 to 4 of the present invention, compared to hair treated solely with a cleansing shampoo. Curl definition on the strands was obtained by image analysis. The results are shown in [Fig.2]. The horizontal dotted line represents the results after washing the hair with a cleansing shampoo only. The results of the loop definition score after the application of the four com- positions according to examples 2 to 4 of the present invention were significantly superior to the definition of the curls obtained after washing the hair with a cleansing shampoo. pH analysis test To assess the potential impact of the pH of hair care compositions on curl definition, an in vitro test was conducted using the compositions described in Example 1, varying the final pH. Six different pH values were analyzed: pH 2, pH 3.5, pH 4.5, pH 5, pH 6, and pH 7. As shown by the results in [Fig.3], all hair care compositions according to example 1 with different pH values showed good results in curl definition after application and touch, with the most suitable results being obtained with pH values of 3.5, 4.5, 6 and 7.
