Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: method for creating and installing police custody
[0001] We have redesigned and reinvented the custody cell with an alternative based on a modular principle. Our modular cell is easy to install, quick to assemble and, above all, optimized to integrate perfectly into an existing construction. [Fig.l]
[0002] Our goal is to guarantee you a construction completed in a short time with easy handling but also easy maintenance and whose maintenance is inexpensive.
[0003] To do this, we have broken down the cell into modules which are quick to assemble.
[0004] Each module can be integrated into an existing room without adaptation.
[0005] The modules are disinfectable and washable with plenty of water.
[0006] In case of degradation, the modules are easily interchangeable. Each module can be removed without having to disassemble the entire cell.
[0007] Once the cell is installed, all that remains is to connect the networks to use it.
[0008] Finally, we pay particular attention to ensuring that the cell is usable 100% of the time. To achieve this, we have placed all the elements of the custody in such a way that maintenance is external.
[0009] The whole meets the requirements necessary for security premises.
[0010] The modules are insulated steel plates, the two sides of which must be distinguished.
[0011] There is only one type of module, this makes the construction of the cell easier, it is enough to alternate side A and side B. [Fig.2] and [Fig.3]
[0012] Our cells meet several technical requirements which are: a. Cells designed in pairs to optimize technical installations. b. Minimum surface area of 7m2. c. The walls do not have any protruding elements. d. Unavoidable corners are rounded.
[0013] The cells are all accompanied by fittings which are: a. A perpendicular wall 95 cm long forming a cut-off angle along the height (160 cm at the right of the wall and 80 cm at the top). [Fig.4] and [Fig.8] b. A bench abutting the wall, 190 cm long, 70 cm wide and 35 cm high. It is extended by 30 cm to accommodate meal trays at the serving hatch. The bench has a tamper-proof ventilation grille in its surrounding wall. [Fig.4] and [Fig.8] c. Toilets and washbasins. [Fig.4], [Fig.5] and [Fig.9] d. Serving hatch with locking indicator. [Fig.4]
[0014] A shower is made between the cells. [Fig. 10]
[0015] Our cells have all the necessary safety devices, all integrated into the modules: a. Video surveillance: camera that can be placed outside behind glazing and inclined at 45° (the police station can also choose to equip the cell with a dome camera inside). [Fig.6] b. Call bell with device allowing it to be manually disconnected from the outside in case of abuse. [Fig.6] and [Fig. 11] c. Ventilation with a fresh air supply of 35m3 / hour. The ventilation is stamped into the sheet metal. d. Lighting consisting of a vandal-proof polycarbonate luminaire controlled by a push button. [Fig. 12] e. Makrolon® glazing validated by APAV® (inspection office). [Fig.7] and [Fig.8]
[0016] Redesigned and modular custody cell. Our cell is easy to install and quick to assemble. The modules that make it up are quick to change and can be replaced without dismantling the entire cell.
[0017] The modules that make up our cell are light and allow us to install our cells without modifying the load-bearing capacity of the ground in police stations.
[0018] Our cell, due to its rapid dismantling, makes police custody mobile. Cells can be quickly moved from one police station to another depending on needs.
[0019] The cell includes all the elements necessary for the security premises.
[0020] The cell is usable 100% of the time thanks to all the maintenance elements which are placed outside.
[0021] The modules used for the walls are adaptable to the site on site, one can react quickly to the hazards of the terrain and add elements such as lighting, intercom or ventilation in a manner adapted to each situation.
[0022] The peripheral structure of the cell being removable as desired, the enlargement of the width or the depth allows to transform our custody into a PMR cell easily without additional cost.
[0023] List of elements:
[0024] 1 - Bench
[0025] 2 - Low wall
[0026] 3 - Toilet and hand wash
[0027] 4 - Double-sided steel plate
[0028] 5 - Side A
[0029] 6 - Side B
[0030] 7 - Principle of assembly of steel walls
Claims
Claims
